Hello, my name is Kai. I am a Chinese male coming from the lovely country of Malaysia. Currently, I am a medical student in my last year of my course and I have the opportunity and will be doing my hospital attachments in Aussie i.e Kingston Centre and Alfred Hospital. I'm easy going, likes to keep things clean and simple, loves outdoor activities, travel, adventures and gym.
Hi Im easy going, quiet and clean and tidy, trustworthy, i carry my own weight and pay my way. Im new to Ballarat, employed full time. Im looking for share accomodation or the possiblilty of a team up with a suitable person for a whole house.
I'm very easy going, respectful and ultra reliable. I'm currently studying full time doing a Diploma in Community Services. I'm easy to live with and happy to give you previous housemates contact details. I'm currently staying in Creswick on family property as I've just recently relocated back to Victoria from up north. Now seeking out a house that has positive energy and happy people. I don't smoke or do drugs etc. I keep to myself a lot and pretty flat out with my course. In saying that I am fun to be around and love to cook and play music. Looking for anywhere from the Ballarat area to Daylesford. I'm open minded to other areas depending on the space. Gimme a holler! Thanks :)
My partner & I are looking for somewhere to move into so we can save some money, as we have previously been paying large rent amounts. We both work full time & are super friendly, happy, tidy & mature. I also have a pet cat, she is 8 years old & has lived in many places with me & never caused any harm at all! Shes very sweet :) We are happy to input with bills etc, pay a bond, anything that you would require & I promise you we will be good house mates. Please contact me if you'd be interested, or would like any further info. Hope to hear from you :)
Hi! I'm looking for a room to rent or to team up with people to move into a share house! I'm hoping to find people around my age to share with, I'm 23. Don't mind if it's females or males! I'm pretty easy to live. I work part time in the city & then I do full time studies. But I do like to have a good time on the weekend! I'm always busy seeing friends or being out the house! I'm looking to move out as soon as possible.
Hi! I'm from Brisbane and will be moving down to Ballarat where I'll begin studying a Bachelor of Music Theatre. I have lived out of home for over three years so I have rental history through a real estate agent. I'm a driven young passionate, easy to get a long with person. Other than singing practice I tend to live quietly. I am very respectful of shared areas/others space and wishes in regards to how they prefer to live and roam in their home. In my spare time (aside from immersing myself in Music Theatre) I like to hunt down incredible coffee and regular visits to the pictures. I watch Friends and Harry Potter on a regular basis and I also enjoy reading and the occasional knitting project.
Hi! I work in customer service in Melbourne CBD . I value all the things great housemates should value, in particular cleanliness, tidiness, a positive outlook and tolerance. My main interests apart from things like coffee and travel and running and good food, are in the arts and humanities. I'm a person who likes to talk to and get to know my housemates - communication is important to me and I'm the least judgemental person on the planet. I'm moving with minimal things and am looking forward to the change!
Ben and I are two students at ACU studying Nursing and Paramedicine (2nd Year). We are looking for a 3rd person to rent with in the Ballarat area. Both of us have already spent time living together in our first year of Uni. We have clean and tidy habits and we are both very friendly. I work part-time and Ben is very involved in many extra-curricular activities with Uni. Ideally we would like to move out around late Jan to early Feb. We would love to hear from you to organise our accommodation.
The spare bedroom is 4.1m x 3.0m. This is a fabulous big house to live in and enjoy, as well as enjoy the huge garden. It keeps wonderfully cool in summer. There is gas central heating. It is not a party house. Most everything is supplied.
We have a room for rent in our modern quiet 2 Storey Town House. The room has a built in robe it's unfurnished so you will need to bring your own stuff. The bathroom is shared. The rest of the house if furnished. Bills are split evenly when they arrive. *Please note we prefer a female housemate*
Being located on Black Hill means we have a beautiful view of Ballarat from our front deck! The house is a 15-20 walk from the CBD and a 2 minute walk to a bus stop, post office, Black Hill pub and milk bar. We have central heating which is super important for those cold Ballarat nights and we also have a split system in the lounge and ceiling fans in every room (in case it ever gets hot in Ballarat haha). We have a dog named Teddy so liking dogs is essential! He is a Maltese-Shitzu and he's very cute. Our house is fully furnished (aside from your room) including washer and dryer, all kitchen appliances, and dishwasher. We also have a piano! Although we only have one bathroom the toilet is seperate, and sharing one between 3 people has never been an issue in the past. We are super easy going and would prefer to have a housemate who wants to spend time with us and enjoys the company of others as well as their own space so we can create a family-like feel in the house.
Potential embracers, I am coming down from Castlemaine for a course in International Studies ! You will not be bothered by me. I am the music-y type, but there will just be a banjo and maybe a few little gizmos (can play quietly). Looking forward to moving out of home and pulling my weight. I do not drink, smoke, get druggy, or party. I've got a whole bunch of brand new kitchen-y stuff if needed, or for backups if you're inclined to bend spoons into horse-shoe shapes. As well as that I have a framed hammock to sleep in (so no bed is required), a couple books, and good spirit. Will be looking for part-time work in Ballarat too. Don't worry about money--I can pay the bond and first few weeks straight-up if need be. Also, can move in a bit sooner or later... whatever works for you ! Keen to meet anybody interested. Give a fresh renter a chance. CHEERS :)

Close to the lake, cafes, supermarkets, hospitals and centre of town. For anyone doing placement at one of the hospitals, my house is just up the road. Room has own bathroom, toilet, built in robes and is fully furnished. If you want to bring your own stuff feel free.
(Won't let me change the bond price- but it is $700, not 4 weeks rent) Renting with two awesome housemates both working part time, easy going and laid back! Dog included so if you've ever wanted to rent with someone and love dogs but could never have one this is the house for you 👍🏻

Hi there, I'm a 3rd year nursing/para student at ACU. I like movies, musics and am easygoing, friendly. I currently work down in Geelong on the weekends and in Ballarat during the week. Would love the opportunity to meet with you! :)
Hi, my friend and I are looking for one more person to move into a 3 bedroom house close to ACU. We are both studying nursing and paramedicine and are friendly, easy going and clean. Looking for someone likeminded who will fit into a relaxed and positive living environment. Message me if interested :)
Currently working as a full time dental nurse in Wendouree, and going home to work most weekends ( so I'm not home much). I'm easy going and happy to live with any kind of people. Looking for a place for 5-6 months as I am going to America as of the start of June.
Hi! I'm looking to start share house in Ballarat! I'm a relaxed single mother of a boy turning four in April who visits his dad every weekend. He's a great kid who sleeps well and is toilet trained. Moving in to Ballarat to do my work placement for my online studies. I love to cook (and I'm happy to cook for the household) and consider myself to be quite clean and tidy. Open to the odd house party or games night. Finding somewhere with good internet is essential and would prefer somewhere with a yard. Pets are absolutely negotiable as I do love animals. I spend my evening time playing games or studying. Max $150 for rent and bills per room (I would require two) and would need to live in a share house at least until I finish uni at the end of the year.
Myself and Marcus are easy going individuals who are looking for share accommodation as we are both studying at university this year. We are people that are easy to get to know, and generally keep to ourselves. The pair of us are both very clean individuals and are always more than willing to help out whenever we can.
