Mature professional female (46 years young) seeking a house-share in the Daylesford or surrounding regions (50 km). Interests include: alternative therapies, writing, hiking, history, films, docos, health & well-being, sports, markets, community and causes that make a difference. Relaxed and down to earth with a great sense of humor, I'm seeking a place to call home (approximately 6 months) while saving for my own place. I'm happy to extend to longer term arrangement if the right housemate is found. Ideally, I love nature and I am hoping to live on some acreage. If you want someone to help out with the animals, or tend to the vege patch, look no further. Country girl at heart seeking a tree change in a sanctuary (even just a place with a garden and relaxing energy) to enjoy with the right housemate. Having lived in house-share, I understand 'sharing' and 'respecting people's personal space'. I'm very tidy and I enjoy a social night out, but tend to enjoy the quieter lifestyle these days. Blessed with a great sense of humor, I'd really like someone on the same page that knows how to laugh and enjoy life. I am looking for a like-minded share place with a relaxed and genuine person. As I will be working part time as a Therapist and studying, I am looking for more affordable accommodation. If you have a room available and want a great housemate, please send me a message.
There is a room available in my 3 bedroom home in Castlemaine. The landlord is fine with this sublet and we interact directly with her, rather than through a Real Estate, which is a plus. This high-ceilinged weatherboard house is 10-15min walk to the centre of town and mere minutes by car the V-line train station. The room is approx 3.5m x 3. 5m and is at the front of the house, with its window looking out onto the front porch. There is an ensuite off my room, so you will have the main bathroom to yourself (except when I'm in need of a soak in the bath!) The common living area/kitchen has everything we need: -350L fridge -Gas stove/oven -Large island bench with storage underneath -Couch the becomes a double bed And there is a washing machine Rent is $155 per week Bond is $671.70 Bills are shared equally I'm seeking a housemate who takes responsibility for cleaning up after themself and meets their financial commitments in the house without reminding - in summary, a well-rounded adult. Shared interests could be nice, but not essential. If you are already living in the region or would like to try a tree-change, please send me a message with some information about yourself.

This is a cute little property, fully furnished (except for the bedroom so you will need your own furniture for this), walking distance to Botanical Gardens, to Castlemaine township and the railway station. It is carpeted throughout (except for kitchen) and has ducted air for cooling in Summer and heat in the Winter. I am fun and easygoing :) Working full time and I would like to find like minded people around the same age group to live with. I moved from Perth to Melbourne about two month ago as I got a new job in Melbourne. I work as a contract admin / project coordinator in an architecture practice around the city loop. I love cooking, baking and trying different food, hanging out or sharing a glass of wine after work or on weekends with my flat mates. Anywhere within the proximity of the city would suit me.
Large Federation home on quiet street in the town. Wood fire, air con, heating, large garden, very private and quiet. Lounge and kitchen fully furnished. You would have the house to yourself often as I spend most of my time in Melbourne.
Hi There , I am a full time professional from India. My office is located in Research Ave of La Trobe Uni. I am friendly & outgoing person who like to chat about different things and mind my own business. I like to have some personal space and privacy hence no sharing rooms, sharing bathroom is fine as long as it is not like 4 people queuing up for a single bathroom. I like to read/watch movies in my spare time. Ping me up if you think I would be a good fit in your house. Regards, Punit
I am very clean and tidy, I enjoy living in a clean and orderly environment and keep my space this way, I am used to living with housemates and find it quite agreeable. I am also quite a social and friendly person and find that I generally get along with most people. I also am quite vigilant with paying bills and rent on time. I have no pets and am a non-smoker, generally I have my own routine and will keep to myself. I hope to find some nice people to live with that can enjoy the experience with me.
I’m fairly easy going and tidy. Love being social but also appreciate time on my own. I have an outside dog, she’s very friendly. I would like to find a place preferably with females (males are fine) in their 20’s or early 30’s 😊 feel free to message me.
Great character filled early 80's house on vineyard , 5 mins from town of Kyneton, will need car or bike. Spacious property, big dam, lots of trees and vines. Great place to live. Get own end of house, open fire place, 2 dining areas, have NBN.
Quiet street, 2km from Bendigo CBD, close to well-liked bicycle roads. Comes with private bedroom and shared study/office. Good sized backyard with the view of a dead, but endearing wattle tree out the back. Garden is a little neglected, but with lots of potential. Brand new BBQ, just waiting to be used with a shared meal out on the shaded patio area.
