The share house has other friendly flatmates, it is located close to Clifford Gardens shopping centre, so is an easy walk. The location is fairly central in Toowoomba with good access to the CBD. All rooms good size and are lockable. Utilities including internet are usually less than $20 a week. Main lounge/ kitchen area has efficient reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Our unit is easy to maintain but big enough to allow enough space for three people to live comfortably. There is a courtyard out the back which is nice to quietly sit in and there is a shopping centre just over the road.

Hey future housemate/s. I'm 21 and moving all the way over from Perth to study ag engineering at USQ. I have spent the last 2.5 years over west studying renewable energy and now keen to finish the rest of my degree off! I'm an opportunist so I'm often out and about and never take anything for granted. I work hard but I also enjoy time with friends and that could be anywhere in Australia! I'm OCD clean and happy to clean up after others (to a point!) as I like things being done and helps to procrastinate... not that it's a good thing! I'm an avid photographer and hence very outdoorsy so would prefer being out of town or have a big back yard especially in summer and would love it if you had pets! Im very organised and enjoy keeping busy, as there is always something to be done! I have boardered for 6 years and have lived in a share house for the last 3+ years so I'm very familiar with the ins and outs of living with people! I'm not looking for a party house as I have been there and done that. I'm very social and will often have people around but I don't like a 3am wake up! I enjoy playing sports anything from hockey through to polo and have grown up on farms in NSW/ VIC . I have worked on many stations and currently work in ag recruitment (livestock ops). I do this from home so fast internet and good phone reception is a must! Due to my current semester timeline, I can't move in before the 2 week of February due to exams :/
