Hey there! I'm Eryn and I'm quite the dynamite gal. I've just completed my Cert IV in Musical Theatre but will not serenade you with broadway songs if you do not wish for me to do so. I'm a pretty arty person and love to draw/get my art on and obviously perform. I'm currently working 3 jobs in children's entertaining/educating and customer experience. I'm a fully grown child and love to watch anything disney (classic and pixar), As a theatre girl, I would consider myself outgoing (but not whack job crazy) but I do respect that some people need privacy/quiet time :) I appreciate the casual wine and cheese nights, although I appreciate the cheese more so than the wine. Let me know if you have any more questions!
I am a part-time Student at the university of Canberra and have been employed full-time in my chosen industry from the past 2 years. I have a 17Wk old Bernese Mountain Dog (Apollo) who is the most laid back bear you will ever meet, he comes everywhere with me (including inside the house) to uni etc and is only at home during the day on his own 3 days a week as I put him in day care :) He is very well behaved doesn't bark, bite but does sleep and snuggle a lot. Ideally I will need to find somewhere that has a decent sized back yard but do not mind if there are other pets as Apollo Loves everything and everyone. Please send me a message, I would love to hear from you :)

Hi All I am a neat and tidy guy looking for shared accommodation. I am a permanent worker in disability. In my spare time I like gaming, chess and playing music. At home I always play acoustic and then practise with my mates elsewhere. I have early starts and late finishes so I am not into partying. I also plan on returning to study and working next year. I tend to keep to myself a bit but also enjoy a chat over a glass of wine occasionally. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hi all. I own a 4 bedroom house on a quiet street in Casey. I have one furnished room available (sorry, no couples) and I am flexible with the furnishings as they belonged to a previous housemate so am not attached to them if you want to bring your own. You will be sharing the house with me and one other flatmate. I occupy the main bedroom and ensuite as well as a study room and living room. With the exception of these and my housemates room, you will have exclusive access to your own room and shared access to the rest of the property including family and dining rooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, garage, patio, etc. The house has a patio and BBQ area for entertaining but my housemate and I are not wild party people. Bills and unlimited NBN all included in the rent. House has reverse cycle air conditioning. There is a double door garage which my housemate and I use so parking in the driveway will have to be negotiated depending upon which flatmate needs to leave before the other. The yard is not completely fenced off so may not be suitable for outdoor pets. The property is a very convenient 2 minute walk to nearest bus stop for 51 and 251 bus routes going to either Gungahlin town centre of Belconnen. Only 5-10 minute walk to Casey Market Town containing Casey Jones pub, Aldi, SuperBarn, Anytime Fitness, Café Cherry Beans, Coffee Guru, Subway, Dominos and others. 10 minutes drive to Gungahlin town centre.
Hi, I'm Monique and I'm a 48 year old nurse who has just re-located from Sydney. I'll be starting work as a registered nurse at the new Civic Blood Plasma Donor Centre on 22nd October. I'll be doing shift work (different start and finish times) but no night shifts, some Saturdays. I love outdoor exercise and fitness, walking, cooking and enjoy going to the theatre and museums. I'm clean and tidy and respect the privacy of those I live with. I understand the importance of downtime and appreciate others wanting their "me time" but also happy to have a chat.
Me and my partner emma are looking for short term accomodation for us and our 16 month old daughter Naomi. We are easy going and respectful of privacy, love movies and netflix haha, happy to catch up and meet first. This is our first sharehouse as we are having trouble finding a rental and our current living situation isnt suitable. I work full time as a chef in the city so would prefer somewhere north but open to other places.
I'm an organized, down to earth and creative individual, currently living in Gungahlin. I'm a graphic designer & vinyl specialist (8am - 4pm) and I enjoy drawing, gaming, archery and fixing things. I love a glass of wine in the evenings.
Hi There! :) I am currently searching for a new place with some cool housemates! if you are looking for a friendly, bubbly and down to earth housemate than I am your girl. I currently work part-time and occasionally work bar tending of the weekends. So ill be in and out a bit. I like to spend my spare time catching up with friends and my partner especially! I do have a lovely and quiet 7year old cat and she is fully house trained and generally keeps to herself when she is inside of a night and outside during the day. you wont even notice she's there unless she takes a liking to you! I am looking to move out anytime between now or the end of November at the latest! Please feel free to send me a message or an e-mail if you have any further questions. (:
Located in walking distance from Crace shops, which includes a medical centre, hairdresser, cafe, restaurant, gym and supermarket, this house in an ideal location with great walking paths, a pond and public sports fields close by. The house itself is big and spacious with lots of light! The new housemate would have access to the carport and would be sharing the upstairs bathroom with one other female. The room available is reasonably sized and can fit a double bed, extra cupboards and a bookshelf, and still have free space to walk around. It also has a built in wardrobe.
I'm responsible for sharing space, have a secure full-time job, been living with housemates with diverse background. i respect other's space and habits. I enjoy sharing a meal, movies sometimes as well as need some quiet time for myself. Looking for a clean, warm living space to live with mindful housemates.
I'm a 23yr old part-time animal science student. Am about to begin my placement and looking for somewhere to stay from end of October through till early January. Not a partier, but love a beverage and to socialise.
Located in a quiet complex with friendly neighbours. Parking is right on the doorstep. NBN is included in the rent. Washing machine and dryer available for shared use. Local shops are a 5 minute walk away (IGA, Take-away, Hair and Beauty Salon, Indian Restaurant). Gungahlin Marketplace is a 15 minute walk / 5 minute drive. Several bus stops along Paul Coe Crescent. House is fully furnished including double bed and mattress in room, but if you would like to bring your own bed - that's ok! Foxtel can be connected if willing to share the bill. House rules include: Be willing to help around the house occasionally with cleaning. Please keep kitchen tidy.
Hey hey hey. I'm a full time worker. But I don't work the average 9-5 hours. Start a little later and therefore finish a little later. I'm incredibly tidy and clean. Like to think I am easy going. Can provide a washing machine, fridge, television, dining table and other communal furniture. Not looking to share with more than one other person. Any further questions don't hesitate to shoot me through some questions!
Hi Canberrian's! I am hunting for a place to live for next year and hopefully beyond. I am getting in early on here to see what's out there, and see if anyone would be interested in living with me! I have just been accepted into a Bachelor of Secondary Education/Bachelor of Mathematics to become a secondary math teacher. I am technically moving from Wagga but really from Sydney depending what date I move. More about me ad my situation: - Looking for somewhere around $200 or less p/w, could pay up to $250 if it includes bills - Close to UC campus would be desirable. - I'm into Netflixing, casual drinks, and most sports. Love music (not all), and I am heavily involved in the agricultural industry. - Looking for a household that is social, but also respects privacy. I do enjoy going out from time to time but I'm not looking for a full-time party house. - Fully house trained, actually going back to share-housing after living alone, mainly for cost reasons, but also people are kinda fun. - Bonus points if you consider allowing my cat to move in with me, but it's not a deal breaker as I have alternative accommodation for her if I have to. She is desexed, and extremely well behaved (house trained too!) and loves new people. I can sign a lease when needed, and supply references from previous rentals. Will be looking for work once I have moved but rent will not be an issue. If you have any questions, or are interested in living with me shoot me a message or text.
Hi :) My name is Jess, I'm 25 years old and technically a student but I will be finishing my final exams mid-November! I'm looking for a place to move into any time between literally now and the end of November. I'm reasonably flexible with location as well but do have a preference for North side. I spend most of my spare time at the gym, playing sport, or just generally being active in whatever way I can :) I'm fairly quiet, like to keep to myself, but I'll chat if someone wants to chat. I don't really know what else to say here, but I'm chill so shoot me a message if you have any questions about me :) Jess
