I am 24 YO Electronics Engineer working full time for aircon company , I am tidy and neat person, I like going out I am in love with Melbourne cafes , often I watch movies and documentaries
Looking for a room or a team up predominately in the Essendon area. Definitely looking for a social sharehouse. Love working out, snowboarding, surfing, adventuring and food explorations. I travel overseas a fair bit also. I work in emergency services. Because of the nature of my work i do a lot of overtime but when i am not working i'm keen for a beverage and the occasional on the town kick on :) I do have a 3.5yo daughter who is a massive part of my life so i'm looking for people who are accepting and trustworthy. The go with that is she usually stays over about 3 times a fortnight, real well behaved and social kid, certified heart thief. We spend most our time out of the house anyways. Given that i'm looking for a private room preferably with its own bathroom.
Hello! I have currently been living in student accommodation for the past 2 years, but looking for something to share. I’m studying full time and have a part time job at a chemist. I am friendly, out going and happy to have a chat, coffee and a catch up but also love my privacy and alone time. I am also very clean and tidy. Would preferably like to be close to public transport. Let me know if you’re interested :) Bonnie
Unfurnished (or partially furnished) room with ensuite available now. It's a beautiful 2 level house with lots of light and greenery. The house is fully furnished except for the spare bedroom (A queen bed base, tall boy and bedside table is available if required but here is no mattress). The available bedroom is on the upper level with the living space and kitchen. It has a large ensuite with a spa bath and shower, built in robes and room for a Queen bed. The bedrooms/bathrooms are located on separate floors and so allow for a little privacy if you like to have your own space. The upstairs is airconditioned and has ducted heating and the kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven and a shared fridge. There is a washing machine in a small laundry and a clothes line. The garage has space for 1 car (possibly two small cars, yet to be test. It's currently used for storage) and there's space to park in the driveway. I'm happy to discuss parking arrangements. House is also convenient for Tulla/Calder Freeways and Ring Road. So its quick to get to the Airport and into the city. There are resident cats who are very affectionate. The cats are indoor/outdoor cats but only allowed out in the backyard which has cat nets to prevent them from roaming. There is no litter tray inside the house as they have permanent access to the enclosed spac. Some caution would be required to make sure they do not get out the front door.
I'm very easy-going & love to do housework. im very respectful of others privacy. When I'm at home, I spend most my time watching telly in my room, but love to have a chat here & there as I'm a hairdresser by trade (:

Hi, I'm Michael and have had a decent amount of experience in shared housing. I consider myself and extrovert, often finding myself socialising in my free time, going to the gym and producing music and DJing is also a hobby of mine. I'm always up for a laugh, a whiskey or two on the weekend, I keep clean and I respect other's privacy which isn't hard for me to read as I'm aware that it' important for everyone. I work random hours (mostly days) and can often be random in my line of work, though it does keep me busy, I always keep myself busy on the days I don't work as I find it hard to stay home during the day. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch and thanks for your time for reading this post. Cheers, Michael.
Young easy going bloke looking to move closer to the city to enjoy the cbd more currently living in gisborne and love it but just a bit far out of town clean funny and good for a laugh
We are a couple, studying full time, currently pursuing our post graduate studies. We are looking for a place preferably close to any local transport line considering we currently don't own a car; We love sharing our space with a few fur babies, so if you do have pets, that's a bonus!! We mostly cook and relax at home on days off so a common area would be great too! :))
My partner and myself have two rooms available in our fully furnished home . Both each contain a Queen size bed with mattress, pillows, blanket, sheets, side tables, lamps and built in robes. It is a three bedroom house and you will be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate. We have an open living area that is fully furnished with a tv in both dining and the lounge room. There is ducted heating and a reverse cycle air conditioner. The kitchen is fully contained, it has two fridges, a walk in pantry, microwave, gas stove top and conventional oven. The laundry is equipped with a two large washing machines, and a number of drying racks. There is a small courtyard with clothes line. There is a bus stop on Buckley street, which is just a short walk away which takes you direct to Essendon train station on Buckley street/rose street We have one cat and one dog, both very friendly.
This is a great two story, three bedroom modern town house. Your room is on the ground floor and has a built in wardrobe with plenty of shelves and hanging space, as well as heating/cooling system. You’ll share a bathroom with one other housemate, Amy. The other two bedrooms are also on the ground floor. Upstairs is a big open plan living area with large windows, kitchen and two balconies. The house is completely furnished with all furniture, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen appliances. If you’d like to use the wifi it’s only $20 a month paid to housemate Jaime. You can use her Netflix account on the tv for free. Bills are also paid separate to rent and are in Jaime’s name so she’ll let you know when they are due- they are split equally amongst housemates. If you have a car, you can park directly across the road on the street. It’s a very safe and quiet area with mainly families living around. Otherwise there is a bus that stops directly out the front of our house that takes you 5 mins down the road to Essendon train station. We can be very flexible with move in day, anytime in jan or feb. Bond is $565- 3 weeks rent. Rent is payed monthly at $753.33 ($188.33 per week). Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all xxx

I’m a clean, respectful housemate. Love cooking, enjoy DIY and a bit of me time every now and again. I have a pretty chill personality. Enjoy a drink and party but wouldn’t call myself a wild party person. I’m open to a dog at the house.

Hy! I'm a brazilian guy looking for a nice house to live. I've been in Melbourne for almost 1 year now and since i started as a chippy (full-time) i need to move away from the city, it's too far from my actual job and the traffic is terrible =(. I'm a really friendly person and I've been living in share houses for almost one third of my life, so I know how to live in armony and also enjoy it. I'm graduated in industrial engineering, eletricist and turner. So normally when something broke i fix it! =D
I work near the airport in freight and do Latin dancing. I enjoy working out in the gym and go for runs or train Muay Thai. Dog-lover. I dont drink much and I am a non-smoker. I am clean, respectful and easy-going.
I'm an engineer by trade working in environment for a mining company. Mostly office based in Southbank, but get out to site once in a while. Enjoy watching/playing sports & fitness, most weeknights spent in the gym! Enjoy going out for a drink and socialising. Quirks include a passion for 80's metal and an interest in chess. Other than that, mostly grown up in Melbourne and love it...pretty sure I'm going to die here! Mainly looking for someone I would get along with to share a place - this is more important to me than location or the place itself :)
Come join myself and my two cats (Nutella and Chandler) in our lovely two bedroom Essendon North apartment. YOU MUST LIKE CATS, if not please don't apply. NO SMOKERS! I am ideally looking for someone (guy or gal) long term - sorry no couples. All bills are included in your rent. Situated on Keilor Road, there is everything you'll need a stones throw away. You have a choice of many different grocery stores (Woollies, IGA, Coles) as well as Kmart, Target, Aldi and many other stores at the huge Westfield's a few tram stops away. Highpoint shopping centre is close by, but slightly inconvenient to get to without a car. There is takeaway galore and many quaint cafes and restaurants around to satisfy all your food needs, as well as chemists, fruit and veg stores, gyms etc.. The tram and bus stops almost outside our door and Glenbervie and Essendon Train Station are easy to get to also. The area is lovely and safe, and the building is very secure and quiet. You get a little bit of traffic noise and the occasional aireplane noise from the balcony, but nothing extravagant. It takes about 30- 35 minutes on the tram to get into the heart of the CBD and about 20 mins by train. The apartment and your room is fully furnished. Your room Includes a queen size bed, bedside tables, fan, built in robe and ensuite bathroom. Your room is spacious with lots of natural sun light and big windows. The building is only two years old, so very modern appliances and look. If you have a car, the car park is all yours. Situated undergorund, your car will be safe and sound. There is a lift, so no carrying bulky furniture up pesky stairs (pivot, pivot!!) I am a major FRIENDS fan. The washing machine is in the main bathroom. The balcony is a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of tea in the afternoon sun and do a spot of gardening. About yourself. You are friendly, respectful and pay your bills on time. You must love cats, as I have two beautiful girls who love a cuddle and to play. NO SMOKERS! Would love someone who enjoys a chat and to share a meal occasionally. Students are welcome, as are LGBT. This isn't a party house! I enjoy the occasional night out and guests over, but nothing to wild. I respect my neighbours and their right for a quiet home. So if this sounds like you, drop me a message and we can organise a time to arrange an inspection.
The apartment is in Ground floor, One bedroom available, Apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a 2 bathroom so you will have a separate room and separate bathroom, includes kitchen, lounge and laundry amenities. I'm currently living in Perth, but looking at moving to Melbourne for the lifestyle, university and of course the many cafe's it has to offer. Currently I'm finishing off my bachelors degree in Biomedical Science and work at a medical centre. I love for my space to be tidy and organised - my style is simplistic, just like my outlook on life - love to keep the vibes positive, have a chat and cheers to a drink at the end of the week.
