Three bedroom house, one shared bathroom with large kitchen and lounge as well as down stairs laundry. The house is Older that is currently being redone! New bathroom soon! As well as new renovations such as paint ect in the coming future. Be aware that it's winter and in a older house can be a bit colder so we can sort out some extra heating.

I'm close to the freeways, PT and walking distance to shops and cafes. The gym is just down the street with it's indoor, heated pool!
You will share the main kitchen with four other people and the bathroom is shared by three people. The house is really big and yes there is 6 of us living under one roof. Rest assured you will get your space. The bedroom you will be be hibernating in is of a reasonable size. You can fit a double bed, drawer and a make shift wardrobe. Its one of the smallest rooms in the houses but it is very affordable. Parties - Sorry we dont do that. While we like to have the occassional drink and have friends over, its not a place for parties, more chill and drink space. Animals - cats are fine (must be desexed-treated fleas-housetrained) any other animal no.... You will get the use of kitchen, main lounge and dining area. We have a back and side deck which has been great in the summer days. Garden areas are beaut with rose bushes and fruit trees. Main lounge has a big tv that is used mainly for video games, odd occassion there will be a movie night. It has been a victim of Mario Karts lately. I have been tempted to get foxtel for the sports, since rugby and Volley ball is seasonal dont really see the value in foxtel. AFL is not a sport.... Back deck is slowly coming along with outdoor furniture, we do have a BBQ which was used recently, it is a great area for a small bunch of friends and family to visit. Main Kitchen has all its gadgets. Fridge belongs to one of the housemates but is huge!!!! If you have one we do have room under the house to store it.
