The tram and bus stop is just in front of the house and the nearest train station is Essendon station which is 10 mins away.

The house - Fully furnished 3 bedroom double storey townhouse. Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a second TV and a separate main lounge room. Pros; I like to keep to myself, I work a lot and am house trained. I can also be quite personable when required, enjoy a good chat and a nice meal. Pretty open minded and tolerant. Good at cooking, though seldom have time to do it. I like to read. Cons; not really a morning person, can become grumpy if I haven't eaten or am grossly under-slept, extremely ticklish, very light sleeper who wakes easily (unless it's my alarm to go to work). As I am moving out of my apartment I have lot of house hold items. On the chance that you need to replace anything I may have what you need. I work a lot so will be out a fair bit. Rarely have mates over. I am good for a chat but due to my routine am not in a very social phase of my life. Going overseas in mid 2018. We're two international students from Vietnam in need of off-campus accommodation, as we'll start our courses at Monash University from March 2018. We're not a pain in the ass. We don't bump loud music at night, so your sleeping schedule will not be disturbed. We don't steal food in the fridge. We don't litter. We're very negotiable when it comes to chores. Overall, we're reasonable people (or at least we think so). Living with international students could be a refreshing experience too. An easygoing house with myself and my two dogs Winnie & Mac (german shep cross and golden retriever). It’s a two bedroom, spacious house with lots of light filled rooms, floorboards throughout (bar the kitchen, weird) and large back yard with a massive fig tree and lemon/lime tree! The house has a study that’s all set up between the two bedrooms, and a shared bathroom with shower. There is a large living area that’s open plan with a dining room and kitchen. I have a fully furnished house and spare room, the only thing you need to bring is yourself and maybe another couch! If you have your own bed e.t.c it’s easy enough to move the furnishings out. I also have a tumble dryer/washer, microwave, large TV, DVD, Netflix and wifi. The room itself is rather quaint, good sized, and well lite with a view of the garden. It has a BIR, and currently had a queen sized bed in there will still plenty of space. I’m afraid none of the bills are included but between the two of us they are pretty minimal (I’ve asked the dogs they won’t put in. Rude) The two dogs are inside dogs, they are outside when I’m not home and are very human orientated.
