The room to rent has a king size bed, bedside tables, lights and large older style wardrobe with a tall boy and a desk with chair. Its decor is very neutral so you could put your own stamp on it. It's a light room with block out curtains ,ceiling fan and very private as windows look out onto a timber verandah and which is accessed via the front living room. The house is 3 bedrooms; 2 living areas, one looking over the nice backyard and opening on to a covered outdoor room with a large table and BBQ. The other living room is at the front of the house with 2 big sofas, TV with Foxtel and a door out onto a sunny private verandah. Having 2 living areas allows us to have our own space when we want it. I have a vegie garden and practice sustainability . I don't have any pets but have a lovely frequent visits from the cat next door, so may not suit if you have allergies. The bus stop to CBD, Milsons Point and Manly is only a 5 minute walk around the corner on the main road. The Seaforth village shops are only a 15 minute walk away with a mix of cafes, restaurants, and the usual basics of a newsagent, bakery, mini market, bottle shop and niche art galleries. Stockland Balgowlah is a 10 minute drive towards Manly and Warringah Mall is about 20 minute drive away.
The house is 3 bedrooms, two big enough to have king size beds, 2 living areas, one looking over the nice backyard and opening on to a covered outdoor room with a large table and BBQ, the other 2 big sofas, open fire place and TV with Foxtel. I have a vegie garden and practice sustainability by composting. I am an animal lover and the neighbours' cat comes for a snuggle most days. The room that’s available to rent has a king size bed, bedside tables, lights, large older style wardroom with tall boy and a desk with chair. The room’s window looks out on to a private timber veranda accessed via the front “lounge” room- the one with the fire place. This faces north so is lovely for a morning coffee, lounging while relaxing or a wine in the waning afternoon light overlooking the tree tops of Balgowlah. The bus stop to the CBD, Milsons Point or Manly is only a 5 minute walk around the corner on the main road. The Seaforth Village shops are only a 15 minute walk away with a mix of great cafes, restaurants and the usual basics including news agent, bakery, organic fruit and vegie mini supermarket, bottle shop and niche art galleries and home décor shops etc. Stockland Balgowlah is a 10 minute drive towards Manly and all it offers and Warringah Mall about a 20 minute drive. I have a lock up garage which is used for storage but has room for bicycles, motor bikes, canoes/kayaks and some boxes.
This is a very nice, large quiet duplex, big garden, quiet. Great neighbours. Close to public transport, bike track to manly. I am an easy going flatmate - my last flat mate and I shared for years, until he found a really cheap bedsit. I enjoy my own space, but also enjoy company, cooking, sports etc.

My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. P.s unfortunately due to work issues, I've had to postpone my move date, although I still welcome any interest. Clare x
Hey! I'm a pretty social guy who loves a schooner and a laugh. Currently living in Potts Point but working full-time at a brewery in Manly/Brookvale, so I'm looking to move closer to the surf and work. Not an overly loud person, but I do listen to vinyl a lot and love my music in general. Otherwise you'll catch me in the sun reading a book in peace. Very respectful of people's privacy and personal space. My level of cleanliness is up there with OutKast's banger of a track, So Fresh and So Clean, and I'm a decent cook too. Current lease is almost up and I'm looking to move around June 1st.
I'm easy going, I can keep the place clean and I'm friendly. I like a good night out but am also a grandma, I like just chilling with my friends with an occasional wine and good music as well. I travel home to ACT as much as I can and love going camping and on the occasional hike.
Easy Going, Laid Back. A student from Ireland going to Sydney for 3 months on a working holiday visa. Interested in Sports and travelling. Working part-time while also hoping to travel around Australia.
Hi! My name is Mel or Melissa if we are being formal/professional 😋 Basics to start; I manage a medical clinic in Balgowlah, I don’t smoke, I do drink socially (wine mostly) and I have a puppy called Henry - a caramel coloured Moodle who is very friendly, house-trained and hypoallergenic. I keep to myself mostly but would like to be able to live with someone whom I could enjoy a glass of wine with while discussing the day or watching tv. Hopefully someone who can become a friend. I am clean, friendly, reliable and quiet. I am ideally looking for someone to share a pet friendly 2bed 2bath with a balcony/terrace and a/c near/on a bus route. Max $400/wk including bills. I have been living on my own for quite a while so already have most furniture that would be needed. I’d prefer not to get rid of most of it if possible but am willing to be flexible. DM me if you are interested in chatting further about teaming up, or if you have a room available.
Hi, Im currently employed working from around 26-40 hours per week at the collaroy Beach club as a bartender and Cellerman. I am a respectful, clean and fun guy, can keep to myself but love to socialise. I don't go out often as my hours are usually stretched out over the weekend. Im very reliable and easy to talk to and love a good yarn. Ive lived overseas with others beforehand and had a great time. Looking for a place to live for around 6-12 months to start with, hoping to get somewhere on the northern beaches.
Im 19, new to the area. I work part time in parramatta. I am looking to rent a room in a clean tidy house with a great vibe. Willing to pay up to $280 each week hopefully with most bills included. I am alway cleaning up after myself, happy to chip in with household chores, always pay rent on time and in advance. Very easy going and easy to get along with and make friends, as well as very respectful of people's space, property and schedules. If I'm not working I'm at the beach, playing volleyball or with friends. I like a drink on the weekend every now and then love having meals out (mostly cus I ain’t a great cook😂😭) as well as being able to kick back at home :)
Hey guys! I'm Alice and I'm a 25 year old Marine Biologist working in Mosman!
