I have just completed a Bachelor of Agriculture and am moving to the Darling Downs region to begin my working career as an Agronomist. I originate from Central Queensland where I grew up on my family's cattle properties. I am flexible with living arrangements and will contribute to the overall cleanliness of the place.

I'm moving to Toowoomba in 2019 to do a Creative Arts degree at USQ. I'm moving with my 2 year old indoor cat Mellow, and my 1 year old male dog Noa. They are both desexed, house trained and well behaved. Mellow will need to be indoors at all times but he is happy to just sleep in a sunny window or cuddle up with anyone near by, he's not too picky with people. I take Noa for walks most afternoons and like to take him to markets/brunch/dog parks on the weekends. He is very well socialized and is happy for any other dogs he meets to be the boss. He is a big sook and Mellow is the boss of him too haha. I'm a super chill person that loves to chill out of an afternoon watching netflix or going out for food on weekends. I'm pretty social once i get to know people but also enjoy my own space and respect other peoples privacy as well. I love talking about true crime, music, making art and looking after my house plants and love animals. I like to go to the gym most week nights and enjoy relaxing on weekends by having dinner over a movie or going out somewhere fun. I'm hoping to find people that are similar ages and have similar interests to myself. I'll be in Toowoomba during the uni semester and heading back to my hometown Narrabri in North West NSW during holidays or over the occasional long weekend, taking my pets with me of course. Non smoker
This is my first house that was built early this year, so is still super new! It is 4 bedrooms, with an office and media-room, on a 1,100m2 block. It has a large open plan kitchen, living and dining space. Kitchen has good Smeg appliances - big gas cooktop, double oven and dishwasher. There's an alfresco area with a nice big fan outside and 8-seater outdoor setting. The bedroom I'm looking to rent out is a standard size, has a ceiling fan and is right next to the bathroom, powder room and toilet. It has built-in's for all your clothes. I have furnished the room (pending buying some bedside tables and a desk) but if you're not after furnishings then that's all good! Washing machine and dryer in seperate laundry. The only real negatives I see are that your car would have to be parked on the street as the garage is full, the internet is not ready just yet (NBN is installing the hardware soon so Internet is coming but so far not ready) and just having to share the bathroom with one other. Other than that personally I think it's a pretty good house! I'm asking for $160 a week which is including all bills. If you are interested then you're more then welcome to come and have a look at the house!

I'm a very clean and respectful person, work 2 jobs and am studying a bachelor of nursing at USQ, I also spend a few nights a week at my boyfriend's, so spend very little time at home and use very little of the utilities. I'm very friendly, reliable for payments, and enjoy cooking. Happy to pay bond or deposit to reserve room until the moving date within the 24th-30th December.
Friendly, professional, quiet, respectful, clean and non-smoker, work full-time and study part-time.
