Hi, I'm Melissa. I'm an education student at Flinders Uni and 21. I am currently finishing up a semester abroad overseas and now doing some travelling before I return back to Adelaide early July, so I'm just looking around at the moment to see what's available. I am friendly and easy-going, non-smoker and like to keep common areas tidy (especially the kitchen - I am a total kitchen neat-freak but hate when it's not left clean by others). I also have my own furniture for the room. I found the last room I rented on here which turned out to be a great match, so hoping I have the same success. Looking for something for at least 9 months with a possibility of extending to a year. Bonus points if you have a dog Room needs to have a decent sized built in robe to house all my stuff :P
I am looking for someone to share a property with me from mid July (I am moving from Port Willunga). I have put a dummy address so I can get an interest from potential housemates before I find a place. The property I am seeking for us will be anywhere from HALLETT COVE to GLENELG across to Morphett Road including Seaview Downs, Seacliff etc. It will be a 3 bedroom house with one or two bathrooms. Built in robes, covered in carport or garage, hopefully a shed . Fenced in yard with an undercover area too. Hoping for a maximum weekly rent of $300.
I'm opened minded have a great humour but can also need my own space. I'm not a party animal but do enjoy a few drinks at knock off. I'm fit and enjoy the gym, hiking and love fishing. I own a female desexed cat who is an inside cat at night time due to male cats. Please let me know if I sound like a suitable candidate 😃
Law Student at Adelaide Uni and work at a cafe in Glenelg, looking for a place until the end of the year and possibly ongoing. Easygoing, friendly, fun and a reliable person who loves hanging out but also enjoys doing my own thing every now and again. Feel free to contact me!
Hi y'all, I'm a full time employee, doing sponsorship work for a Swedish company. Keen on drinks and easy to deal with. Mainly focused on work. Hit me up if you have a spare room to share for up coming months. cheeeeerz

I work 9-5 on weekdays, I have been in Adelaide for 3 months now and explored it quite well. Looking for a place close to work or at a convenient distance from the train station along the Seaford, Tonsley or Belair lines. I am clean and tidy and like everything spic and span, you will not have any complaints with me being around. Thanks.
Hey my name is Tyler I'm looking for a safe and quiet place, close to the beach as I love the water, I'm currently studying full time at Flinders Uni and work part time as a landscaper. My hobbies are biking, swimming, rock climbing, gardening, sailing and recently diving. I have full police clearance and no criminal record or convictions with all paperwork available upon request. I'm seeking a housemate who respects the house and the housemates themselves. As a student it can't be a party house and reasonable hours would need to be kept. I don't smoke and rarely drink. Don't care if you smoke or drink. If you are interested in my ad please get in touch. Thank You.
Hey guys, I'm looking for awesome people live with or an awesome place to live in. I love to socialize and have a drink or 2 on the weekends but also love to binge a good TV show in my pjs. I'm a super tidy and clean housemate who is always up for a chat but am happy to have alone time too. Love pets but unfortunately don't have any.. Let me know if you have something for me!
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hi future housemate! I am looking for a house to move into. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 25 year old and lived in 5 different countries so I know a thing or two how to get along with diverse people and extremely open minded. I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Hi there potential roomie! I am currently looking for a roommate who is interested in a team up or to become a roommate of someone who has a place within 15 minutes of Hyde Park/Goodwood. The essentials: I am clean, organised, and reliable. I will pay rent and bills promptly. I have a maximum budget of $150 per week for rent and will go up to $170 if it includes internet. I have said I am free to move in on the 12th of June, but happy to move in before that date. About me: - I currently work full time as a barista on King William Road (free tea/coffee is on the cards!), whilst also studying a Bachelor of Education and Languages at Flinders University. - Non-smoker and not a heavy drinker. - I'm extroverted and like to get out as much as possible but very partial to chilling on the couch binge-watching series' on Netflix or some good ol' Masterchef (aka food porn show). - I currently have an indoor cat who literally does nothing but sleep all day, but she can live with my mum if you are not interested in pets. - I love to cook and bake, and happy to cook big meals to share! Like walking into the house with that glorious baking smell? I'm your girl! What I would like in a housemate: I am hoping to not just live with someone, but also become friends. Anyone who is fun, chilled out, and tidy would be lovely. If you're fitness orientated that would also be fantastic but not an issue if not. Lastly, someone who will not be discriminatory to me as I am vegan. If you're interested, message me and we can meet up over coffee :)
We want to start a new share house ! I am NOT interested in renting a room anywhere, so please do not offer !! I'm currently in a 3-bedroom house with someone renting a room, and I'd like to explore options for when my lease expires in September and I am not sure if my current housemate would want to move with me. I want to start a houseshare, where we look at houses together, sign a lease together and share the house and not just rent a room. I come with my English Pointer cross and a few bicycles. All of us live inside :) I have furniture and whitegoods for a house, and bedroom furniture for myself and a spare/guest room. But we can always adjust what goes in. I'll be looking at areas near the beach between Henley and Brighton, also along the southern foothills maybe(Mitcham, Panorama...) This is not the search for an option to live super cheap, rather to get more bang for your buck. So a decent house in good condition with enough space for everyone to not be on top of each other. 2 bathrooms, a spare room, spacious living areas. Someone should be willing to spend $200-$250 plus expenses, so that we can get something nice. Obviously there needs to be a yard for the dog with good fencing. A doggie companion for her would be perfect. I'm 40 (but refuse to grow up), work fulltime in the city, love cycling and triathlon, don't mind the odd drink, I'm not a health-nut and enjoy my creature comforts. I do like it tidy in the common areas (kitchen and bathroom especially). My dog Zara is a bit shy at first, but nothing that can't be resolved with treats, and she is really a big sook!. She doesn't want to live in a party house, too many loud noises scare her ;), and she's also not used to kids, so I am looking for single people or couples only. My current house is pretty good but not quite perfect, so I want to keep my eyes open for the ideal housemate/house. If I find that, I would also consider breaking my lease here.
I am a happy person looking to team up with someone in a nice house. I love fitness and try my hardest to be motivated daily! I dont judge and i do my best for people to be happy around me. I do like to drink on weekends and have fun. I do have a partner who is a chef! He'll probably come around sometimes so you must not care about that. I also have one cat so you must not be allergic. Will accept dogs if you have one.
Hi, My name is Anita:) I would love to find some suitable accommodation preferably around the Glenelg area or city area. Very clean and tidy, work 45 hours a weeks and within the next 2 months I will be going back to fifo work, so I'll be away 2 weeks at a time and home for 2, like my own space but like to socialise also
Im a full time professional with a quiet but busy life. I enjoy the beach, good coffee, good food, good wine and good conversation. Id like to live with people with a similar lifestyle, not in a party house, with females only. I've lived in share houses for the last few years. I am planning on getting a small dog so need somewhere that allows pets. I like my home to be a clean and welcoming place to relax. I am respectful of peoples space and privacy but happy to hang out as well.
