Perfect summer beach pad looking out over the ocean at Curl Curl, looking for a friendly, respectable, social flatmate. We have a two story house with ample room, huge yard, ample parking and importantly, a massive balcony facing straight out to sea! Positioned about 150m away from the beachfront, we are pretty chuffed to have an amazing spot and are keen to find someone who is looking for a fabulous pad to join the fun. Living in the house is three social, mid 30’s professionals. We are all pretty cruisey, socialise out and about, love a beer/wine after work while cooking and love to share a meal during the week (sometimes take turns cooking for each other). We aren’t a massive party house but do love BBQs, having mates drop in and having a nice chilled community atmosphere in the place. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom downstairs, two bathrooms and we have a spare room so if you have a friend/family who wants to visit for the weekend, we have space for them to drop in as well. The house is bright, airy, neat and clean - it has a bit of cool retro flair to it and the lounge and dining room have huge glass windows so you’re making most of the view. There’s a garage for storage of surfboards, bikes or other toys. Bus stop is a 1 minute walk away to get to Manly/city. The room fits a queen bed, side tables and/or dresser and also has built ins with a mirror in the door. It has a lovely big window, loads of natural light, new curtains and you have the opportunity to make the space your own with pictures/paintings in the wall etc. Rent is $350 per week which includes internet and Netflix, bills are split four ways and bond is the usual four weeks. Looking for a single occupant - sorry no couples. If you’re looking for a place where you can surf or run the beach before and after work, shout out as we’d love to meet you. The room is available now!

I like to be outside, for doing sports and for relaxing. I enjoy a good night out from time to time, but I also like to watch a nice film inside with either wine or tea. I am looking for likeminded young professionals who I can share a house with and want to be social.
I am from Peru, 28 years old. I just arrived in September. Ill be staying in Sydney for a couple of years while i study a master degree. Im a relaxed person, like surfing, soccer and sports. Hi my names Lucas, I've been flatmating with my sister recently and have been wanting to find a new place with a nice easy going person. I'm doing my electrical apprenticeship and am on the back end of my studies, so having a relatable flat mate who doesn't mind working during the week and then having a drink with dinner on the weekends with friends is ideal. Generally through the week I'm working average hours which means I'm not a night owl, I also like to keep my fitness up, which leaves me very little time on weekdays to do much else, other than cooking which is my favourite part of the day and exercising when I get the chance. I like to keep the place I live in quite clean and I value my own person space and others, when winding down after a long week of work. Getting out and about on weekends and having a good chat with dinner now and again is also key to having a relatable roommate who is easy and comfortable to live with. But all in all, I'm looking to find a place that is a new home with soon to be new friends.
I'm super clean and tidy, highly empathic and love sports. I like the sea and all the activities it has to offer, including scuba diving, free diving and surfing. I come from Estonia and work full-time in Manly. Not looking for a party house.
Hi There, I'm Laura, a 23 year old professional who works full time in HR. I'm a clean and reliable person. Enjoy my own space but happy to have a chat and be sociable too. I'm a cheerleader outside of work and enjoy going to the gym and a few wines on the weekend.
Hello! I am currently looking for some share accommodation around the northern beaches/north shore as I am working full time in the area. I enjoy outdoor adventures and sunshine. I'm clean living and hope to live with others who are fun and friendly!
About this person Hi I'm 33 looking for a cool place to live (as I'm sure you're looking for a cool flatmate to have!) I'm an artist and I work three jobs, As a florist in Freshwater, Art teacher and have my own face painting business for kids and adults. My work hours vary so I have some mornings off and some mornings I do the flower market run. I also work weekends when I have Face painting Gigs. I am pretty well travelled spent a lot of time in Brasil and lived up in Byron for a bit. My ideal would be a nice looking place e.g. aesthetically pleasing and I'd be happy to contribute with great art work lots of plants and flowers!! Not a huge fan of cords everywhere loud TV or black leather couches sorry! I'm happy to have no tv, I prefer music instead, but understand this maybe unlikely to find. Healthy cooker and I like to have a drink or few sometimes. I'm fun and easy going and I would like to live with warm, ambitious, kind and interesting folk! Who wash their dishes :) I would like a place I can feel at home in bring friends over sometimes and enjoy a wine or chill with my flatmates.
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. P.s unfortunately due to work issues, I've had to postpone my move date, although I still welcome any interest. Clare x

Hi guys! I moved over to Australia about 4 years back for university, currently completing my Masters in Architecture at University of Sydney, and am working part-time as a bartender and photographer. Looking to live with people who aren't opposed to socializing and would be down to chill and hang out every now and then (but I do enjoy my space too), and are also able to keep the house in a respectable state. Ideally looking for a place with a backyard or patio/garage area.
Hi there! I am a 24 year old full-time Physiotherapist looking to share accomodation with other females. I am very tidy and respectful of other people. We are an Argentinian couple that is travelling around Australia since May 2016. During this time, we have been living in Margaret River (WA) and in Manly (NSW) and we have also done some trips around Asia. We are looking for a nice place to spend our last months in Australia. We have been living in shared houses during all this time and now we are looking something smaller, more quiet and clean. So any studio or apartment with another flatmate will be perfect for us. Our plan is to spend all the summer here, working and saving some money while surfing, doing yoga and learning new things such as ceramics and raw food recipes. We are a really easygoing couple, relax and friendly, also very tidy and responsible, who love the outdoors life and practicing all kind of sports.
