I am looking for a female to share my apartment with. It is a great sized bedroom and the living space in the house is very generous. There is some secure parking but if it is taken there is plenty of street parking. The apartment is a 1 minute drive and 5 minute walk to the station, so would be suitable for anyone that does a lot of travelling. The shops are also only a 5 minute drive with plenty of parking. My neighbours are very friendly and quiet. I am a very outgoing person and i love socialising, so somebody with the same interest as me would be ideal. I am an easy person to get along with and love to have a chat. The room has a built in wardrobe and also an extra free standing wardrobe. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to ask any questions regarding my ad.
Easy going bloke...easy to.blend in and very social... Not spending much time at home .. working Sunday all day plus week days as well and in my days off doing outdoor activities... Non smoker and none kids..
My name is Zyanya, I have lived on the central coast all my life and I grew up in Avoca Beach. I am a casual high school teacher and work at 3 main schools on the central coast. I usually work 3-4 days per week. In my down time I love to read, sew clothes, make pottery, go hiking, spend lots of time in nature and growing food. I love having lots of trees around me and if I can't have that then I love the ocean close by. I have a beautiful 6yo female staffy dog. She LOVES people very much and gets along well with other dogs, although has no experience living full time with other dogs. My partner and I bought a 40 acre property two years ago but had to leave to renovate. Now we are separating for a while so my dog would spend part time at his house. She is very good around chickens. She would need to be allowed inside even when no one is home as this is what she is used to. She is very respectful of peoples property, never touches anything but her own toys. She doesn't dig holes ever. She is very intelligent and well trained but does get excited to see people get home or visit but settles down after a couple of minutes and is wonderful company. Everyone that meets her cant help but love her. My other interests are ethics, animal liberation, feminism, living zero waste, permaculture, photography, meditation and yoga. I am vegan and follow a mostly raw fruitarian diet. I don't cook very often and make little mess when using a kitchen as I just grab fruit and eat it. I don't drink alcohol or smoke. I would like to live with other respectful and health conscious people. I like to keep to myself a lot and I am a tidy, conscious person to live with. I'm generally very quiet (unless you get chatting to me about one of my interests on a deep level, then I could talk for hours) but do really enjoy the company of fun extroverts.
Is Nic, Is Good. All rounder with no problems doing anything. Tradie, Engineer, Plumber, Security and CCTV working full time. Has own furniture and appliances, mowers and snippers, ute, van, gyrocopter, surfboards and the like. Easy going and morally sound, peaceful and most usually quiet. Occasional beers, but not much. Can burn food to edible standard. No green thumb unfortunately but good at all other things like computers, tvs and all manners of technical gear and softwares.
Work full time so rent will always be paid. I'm tidy and clean up after myself. I'm easy going and laid back and respectful of others and their personal space. I work in Sydney and have 2 kids. My wife and I are separated and I need to get out of the house so our relationship doesn't turn any more toxic than it already is. Somewhere on the coast near Wyong is preferred so I can see my children on a daily basis. I like socializing and having a couple of quiet drinks. I like most sports and I am an avid All Blacks supporter.......yes I'm a kiwi, but don't hold that against me. Most nights I'll be tending to my kids and putting them to bed and will be using the flat to shower and sleep. If I sound like someone that you can put up with then I look forward to hearing from you.
18 years old, artist and I sell my works often to make my income but also transferring casual jobs from Newcastle to wherever I find a place, studying fine arts and own a 1964 Wolseley that I work on regularly :)
I am a professional with a full-time job in Gosford. I am also studying a post-graduate degree part-time this year. I am pretty easy going and tidy. I have lived in various share houses for a number of years, so I have a good idea on how to make them work. I enjoy spending my weekends in the outdoors as much as possible whether that be bike riding or going to the beach.
I am a clean & tidy person I've always considered others when they bring guests etc. I do a 9-5 Monday - Friday job & play soccer in umina so I will not be home much. I've just moved from surfers paradise Qld. And am not in a rush to find a place straight away. Happy to wait for the right one to pop up. Estimated time for me to move out will be late February early march. 😊
I'm clean, money smart, and Work permanent part time but there pretty much full time hours 8hr days 5 days a week, & I have 2 adorable little quiet dogs
We are a happy male-male couple who's been together for 12 years now. Both from the Philippines, Clint is a nurse who shall be working in Gosford Private Hospital and Dennis is a Computer Engineer who shall be studying his masterals in Sydney. We are very tidy, quiet and friendly. We both love to cook, watch movies and bushwalk. Dennis loves watching tv series and Clint loves playing video games.
I clean up after myself and I work through 5 days a week so I am not home a majority of the time, I do have a dog who is excellent with people all though she does miss me when I leave, not a big drinker so I won't be stumbling through the door at stupid times, I do smoke but not very much and am okay with going outside to smoke, I've been told to add that I am 6"4 so I am handy for all your reaching needs
Hi, I'm an easygoing, healthy, quiet, housetrained, non-smoker, with 3 adult children in Sydney/Melbourne and 5 adult Godchildren between Lake Macquarie and Lismore, looking for furnished accommodation for 12 months. (My kids and god-kids are all healthy, functioning adults living their own lives and I tend to visit them, so you can relax if children bother you). I'm healthy, don't drink or do drugs, but do get to pubs to watch live bands and miss the live comedy in pubs in Sydney, so may occasionally go down there to watch a show. I have references available that I'm clean, well-behaved and respectful. Also, I have a pretty active life, so I don't need to be entertained but always enjoy a chat and am fine with pets, so long as they are clean. Meet soon? Cheers, Grant.
Hello! :) I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and am looking for a more permanent living situation. I will be working for a small company in Tuggerah and am currently living near Bonnells Bay in Central Coast. It's way too isolated for me so I am looking for a flat or possibly a room in a shared house (but separate) to stay in near a train station preferably around the Tascott area or very close. I would prefer long term but short term is ok too. I'll just have to look for something more permanent eventually. About me - 29 year old American Male, clean, quiet, tidy, and respectful to my surroundings. I do my own chores and don't need someone waiting hand over foot for me :). I play guitar and love other musical activities as well.
