Ours is a 5 bedroom house which looks out over little manly beach. The room that is available is the small 5th bedroom. There are two bathrooms one of which is situated right next to the 5th bedroom. The fast ferry is 15 minutes into the city, which is super convenient for work/University/going out. There is also a garage located at the bottom of the property, it contains a dart board, surfboards and is convenient for storage. Next to the garage is a common grass area that’s accessible to tenants. There is an abundance of street parking located around our street that makes parking simple and easy. The bedroom currently has a mirrored wardrobe installed, however the rest of the room is unfurnished. The room boasts amazing views out to the harbour (the best in the apartment) and is light filled throughout the hours of the day. This property is a fantastic place to live, boasting one of the best views in Sydney. It is a spacious unit with a large furnished living/dining and kitchen area, all taking in the views of Sydney harbour, seeing across to North and South head. It also has a balcony with these uninterrupted views which is a great place to come home have a drink and watch the sun go down. The bedroom on offer is spacious in size along with having in built cupboard/storage. There is a seperate bathroom and toilet which is shared with one other flatmate. The unit also includes a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The location of the unit in Fairlight holds the best of both worlds. With Manly a 10min walk away, and all that it has to offer along with the ferry into the city. But when you want to escape the action, it is removed enough from the hustle. There are a good local set of shops 2mins walk away with a number of cafes, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy etc. Fairlight beach is also only a short walk down the hill, being a treasured spot for the locals. There is wifi internet at $20/month for each flatmate. There are also power bills which average around $120 - $150/quarter each flatmate. There also will be a cleaner set up which will incur a small cost intermittently. You will also be required to sign over to the lease sharing with the other 2 flatmates. This has been a great spot to live. I will miss it. I highly recommend it to you.
