It easier and cheaper then one person swapping each month. So normally one of us will go grab what ever runs out then just texts the other to split the cost.

Clean and tidy apartment in Fairlight, set in a peaceful and quiet block, with great views out to Forty Baskets beach from the living room. No balcony, unfortunately, but I guess nothing’s perfect... I’ve got an open-plan living area off the neat and tidy kitchen. Yours is a double-sized bedroom and you’ll be sharing the bathroom with me. There’s internal laundry facilities, no clothes drier but clotheslines outside. Pretty central location; close enough to Manly to be handy, far enough out to avoid the craziness in the summer: Balgowlah shops (5-7 minutes level walk) and the bus-stop (3 mins walk) are close by, as is Fairlight beach (5-10 mins walk) and the Spit-to-Manly walk. I’m pretty particular about tidyness and cleanliness, so it’s important you’re on-board with the house ‘rules’. One of which is no cooking meat... I know that’s really restrictive, but I’m vegetarian and the mess from the cooking and the smell gets everywhere and is really off-putting. The flat is fully furnished and your room can be furnished or not, happy to discuss the best option. Non-smoking apartment and no pets, unfortunately
Hey guys, I'm looking for a nice place aroud the northern beaches close to the beach. I am working in Dee Why, study in the city and train martial arts (Jiujitsu, Muay Thai, Ving tsun) in both areas. So I'm most of the time super busy, but I would love to be around people with good Energy, where you can relax from time to time. My background is polish and german. I'm super into nutrition and like to cook various thinks, I would really like to get more into surfing and that's why I want to live close to the beach as I'm riding a Motorcycle and that bloody thing can't carry a surfboard haha
I work full time in childcare and I’m currently studying uni online. I go up to the central coast to visit family and friends some weekends, I also occasionally go away to see my sister in Melbourne.
27 years old, respectful of others and their space, employed full time, busy, lived in Sydney for 4 years, from new Zealand originally, easy going, funny, legend, clean and tidy, quiet during the week and not a big party animal, have my own transport (car) Looking to stay on the Northern Beaches - NO room shares or backpacker style accommodation is desired. Not sure what else to write any questions please ask :) Insta: gabrielle2929
Hi legends, I am looking for a nice spot (private room!) to stay asap for the next 3 and maybe up to 6 month. I am working full time as a cabinet maker close to Mona vale, but like enjoy the vibes of the City as well. Thus I would like to live inbetween along the coastline form Baglowah ut to Dee Why, preferably Manly. Since I don't really know for how long I will stay, I would like to get the best out of this maybe once in a life time chance ;)... What does that mean? In my case: A good location close to the beach, preferably with a nice view and close to public transport, as well as nice flatmates who are funny, like beer and are just easy going. Not to forget a fair rent... up to $300 absolut max. ...Thats what I desire... I know it's probably way to much, but worth a try. Due to age and Job I'd describe myself as grounded, like: tidy, clean, respectful, etc. and really easy going. But at the same time I like to enjoy life so I am always up for fun and don't want to miss good company, a nice chat (english please!) and some beer after work or at the weekends. Anyways, we know it all: work can be hard, so quiet peacefull nights are kind of nessesarry especially caus I have to get up quite early. (I've accidentally already been to a 24/7 party flat and that wasn't fun at all) I'll come with some handyman skills, as well as with an awareness for cleanliness, so if your place needs a helping hand no worries! ;) (Tent to clean everything once when I move in, kind of setting up my environment :) Might be a plus in some cases) Due to experiences I am getting along with guys better than with girls. But if the girls aren't too fancy that might work too. So if you think your place might suit me and I I will fit in your flat, please let me know! Also: if you need a short term replacement while you're travelling or just s.o. to fill a spot till the right long term candidate knocks on the door, drop me a message! Waiting for your offers ;) Cheers Mel!
Young Kiwi girl from Christchurch, New Zealand! I work in the Fitness industry. Ideal to flat with because I am very friendly but when I'm home its usually to sleep and eat otherwise I spend most of my day/night working or at the gym!
I am friendly, clean and live a healthy lifestyle with a good sense of humour. I enjoy the great outdoors and am not always house bound.
My name's Janine, I'm 26 and Canadian! I've been living in Sydney for the past 2 years and just got back from visiting home for 2 months, I moved out of my last place before leaving so I need a new place to call home! Hoping to move in somewhere near the city as that is where my work is based. I work full time mon-fri, earlier hours. I like to cook and have a casual drink and chat but also like my space. I work early hours so my weekday evenings are usually enjoyed relaxing and taking it easy. My weekends are spent out and about doing outdoor activities. Hoping to move somewhere by the end of month or beginning of Oct for about 4- 6 months possibly longer if it's the right fit! Cheers.
37 years old, very clean and organised. I 'll attend to a Master degree starting in february 2019. I 'm cinematographer, surfer. I love cooking, dancing and have a healthy lifestyle in general.
Hi, I'm Ola, 26 years old. I work regular hours in the city. I'm easy going and friendly, like to keep the place clean. I like snorkeling, climbing an hiking :) spend most weekends outdoors.
I'm a twenty-year-old French guy currently a student at ICMS. I came here to level up my English and at the same time, discover Australia. I'm a non-smoker, clean and tidy person looking for a clean place and flatmate(s). I'm calm, serious so I'm looking for a quiet environment where I could work. But I also like to talk, go out for a drink, sportive activity, or many others.
I had spent the previous 13 years living in Dubai where i had owned a leisure management company. I have been back living in Sydney for 1.3 years now and i am really enjoying settling in and re-connecting with my childhood city. I am a little fussy in regards to cleanliness, I like a glass of red wine after a long week at work and i am very active. I am also respectful of each person's private space and will ensure to build an amazing long lasting relationship with my future flatmate. My mantra is to "Treat others with the respect that you wish to be treated with".
German girl, 22 years old, planning to spent a 5-month internship in Sydney, Australia. I am currently studying Clinical Research in Berlin, Germany. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends, going to the gym and running. I'm looking for a private room with an own bathroom, preferrably somewhere close to Macquarie Park since this is where I will be working.
Hey i’ve Just moved back to the beaches after ten years. Been living overseas mostly and Melbourne. I’m easy going, clean, quiet and respectful. Reliable and sense of humour. Enjoy the healthy life. Not a party animal. Hoping to find similar person/persons to live with!
I'm super friendly and fun to be around! I have a pretty dynamic and busy lifestyle working in music education and music entertainment, but am also a lover of the outdoors and enjoy keeping fit and healthy. I keep my space tidy and am very clean and very respectful of others. Also enjoys wine - but who doesn't? Recently at the ripe age of 26 started liking coffee. It's a slippery slope from here... Not necessarily a party animal but would love to find a flatmate with good banter and who enjoys the ol' Netflix and chill and home cooked dinners with friends <3
Italian, friendly, easy going, I've been spending 3 summers and all 2018 (in Manly) living with people form all over the World. I've really enjoyed my time here (playing beach volley and learning how to surf while dealing with 2 jobs) and I would like to stay more asking for a 2nd Working Holiday Visa (september - december will be in a farm). I love sports (I'm a soccer coach), travelling and foreign languages. Hit me up for anything else you'd like to know.

Hi there, we are a young and active couple from Germany. We're looking for a place to stay for the next 6 months escpecially in the area around Manly as we're currently working there. We both love to do sports and want to get into surfing while staying in Brisbane. We enjoy cooking together and while we like to spend time with others - chatting or going out - we sometimes also like to have some downtime - watching a movie, listening to music or reading a book. We'd love to hear from you! Fabian and Juliana
