2 rooms available in a fully furnished house, to a working person to share with working female. Prefer 30+ years of age. Currently no internet, but looking to change that in February. House is in a very private setting and on the railway line. It is a highset huge queenslander and I do most of my living on the verandah, in my workshop or the garden. Well furnished kitchen, with nearly everything + (even a breadmaker). Gardens tools available for anyone with a green thumb. I'm not a party person but don't mind sociable (and I sleep through good noise). Not averse to a party about once twice per year, but don't mind sociability. Parking isn't the best. Motorbikes easily accomodated but street parking for cars. Pets considered.
Hello good people. I am around 30 easygoing dude from The Czech Republic who is going to study on Tafe for next 2+ years. I am non-smoker, like hiking, swimming, cycling, exploring, would like to learn surfing, playing guitar, drinking beer and wine, loving BBQ (yeeeey, here I am Australia) and overall enjoying life. Now I am living my dream and going to move to land behind the rainbow and I would like to find The Perfect Place to spent time there with The Perfect Kind of People around me. So, hit me with offers and we can hit the road together.
I am a Doctor relocating from Ipswich to Bundaberg. My contract with Bundaberg hospital commences 5th Feb. As an individual, I am neat and quiet. I enjoy my personal space but don't mind socialising when I have free time. When I get long weekends off, I am likely to be spending time with my partner who is also a doctor, working in Brisbane. I'ld love a housemate who is friendly and also neat and quiet.
“Home is not a place, it’s a feeling” From February 1st onwards we will have one Queen Sized fully furnished room to rent as part of our modern, clean 3 Bedroom Unit located in Kepnock Bundaberg. Our unit is situated in a quiet cul de sac amongst a complex of 9 individual units, owned and tenanted by a mix of university students, retirees and couples. All our neighbours are quiet and respectful people. The bedroom we currently have avaliable includes a queen sized bed, a duchess, a sliding wardrobe with ample hanging and storage space, ample power points for your beloved electronics, a ceiling fan, one security screened window to let the fresh air in and a lamp to allow you plenty of extra light plus your very own locked carport and plenty of additional visitor carparks at the top of the estate! In one direction our units faces the CBD and in the other you will feel as though you’re amongst quiet bushland, our unit has quite a unique homely feel despite being only a short distance to schools, a 24HR Gym, Chinese Restaurant, Taxi Rank and Fuel station. Whilst you’re living here you will have the use of an air conditioned communal kitchen and dining/living area with TV and WIFI connectivity, a laundry area that includes an outdoor clothes line and entertaining area equipt with a BBQ, lounge swing and potted garden. The only two things we DON’T have in our unit complex is one a swimming pool, however Bargara Beach is only a 10-15 minute drive by car, where you’re free to swim and surf and it is relatively safe from sharks and the likes, plus NO Foxtel unless you want to set up your own Netflix account which maybe a good idea if you’re an avid movie fan :) Please DO NOT apply if you’re a smoker, heavy drinker, pet owner or a couch surfer! House Rules! 1: Be Respectful Because we live in close proximity to working class families our unit is NOT your typical Party Palace! We do however host the occasional bbq and bonfire, and like to enjoy a cold one respectfully and responsibily, we also host multi cultural dinner parties with our international friends. Good manners, self respect and respect for our home are three of the most important things we will request of you. 2: Be Honest If you break it, can’t pay it, take it, borrow it or even bin it please just let us know :) 3: Be Responsible Accept the consequences of your actions, ask for help, keep your own space and any communal spaces you may use neat and tidy, assist with house hold chores, dispose of your own waste, and think of your house mates before you act. 4: Show Gratitude Be thankful for what you have, where you’ve been and where you’re going in life, be aware of your blessings and let us all show gratitude towards one another. 5: Be Kind and Open Our home may now be your new home, please respect this, be open and honest, be kind and caring. Let us know in person or leave us a quick note if you wish to host a house party, have a friend or relative stay for a long period of time, if you need something fixed around the house, and especially if you want to move out or you can’t pay the rent one week. Open discussions solve problems before they escalate. 6: Rent Please pay your rent as agreed once you’ve moved in, we know life gets in the way and money doesn’t grow on trees however bills do need to be paid, and if they’re not then we will all be eating off the camp stove and living in the dark lol. 7: Electricty Please respect the use of our electricty, please don’t run the air con or fan if you’re going to be out all day. If it’s not in use please switch it off, if the power bill comes in and it’s high due to miss use or even just cause it’s summer time we will discuss this with you and then as house mates we can all come up with a plan to pay for it. 8: Fun The most important rule, have fun while you’re here! Any questions about the room available or if you’re interest in seeing more of our unit please feel free to send us a message! Happy House Hunting! :) Laura & Bishal x

Hi! I’m a new grad moving from the Gold Coast to Bundaberg for work. I’m a full time speech pathologist and am looking for easy going house mates to share with. I’m quiet and clean, and am looking for flat mates who are happy, positive and like to have a wine after work. I love the beach, excersing and meeting new people. As I am from the Gold Coast, I’ll likely be travelling south frequently on weekends.. Finding furnished accomodation would be ideal, but I’m flexible and am happy to consider unfurnished houses.
