Our house is minutes walking distance to the train station, walking track along the lake and convenience stores. We are minutes drive to numerous shopping centres and the beach. The house is fully furnished besides your bedroom. Your room is small/medium with a built in wardrobe. We don't really have any rules but would appreciate common curtsy for one another and respect.
This house is directly across from Lake Illawarra and 5 minutes walk from the shops and train station on central avenue making it perfect for a Wollongong student. The house is spacious and private with a huge back yard and adjoining deck overlooking the pool. The property features two fully furnished entertainment areas with separate TV's, a medium sized kitchen with included oven and stovetop, and a privacy wall separating the front of the house from the street. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower/bath and one with a toilet across from the bedrooms. Air conditioning and gas heating is provided with utilities included in the rent. There are a range of shops, bars and entertainment venues close by with Stockland Shellharbour only 10 minutes down the road.
I am going to pursue my master's in structural engineering at University of Sydney and its going to be an year and half long stay for me in sydney. So the greatest thing about me would be that most of the times, I would be in my university campus :P. I ll be travelling to sydney on 25th july. I have a long time experience of working in a multi-cultural and a multi-national environment. So getting comfortable around me and knowing each other will be an easier task. I like to keep surroundings clean and respect people's personal space. I am a kind of guy who loves to read about history and politics around the world. I live a vegetarian life and I m an occasional guitarist on the sides also.

Hey everyone, my name is Liam, i'm 24 and i'm a mechanic. I decided to change my life up a little bit and move down south; I'm Brisbane born and raised and after nearly 25 years here i feel like i need a change, as such I'm currently unemployed although I have a regular income though so not to worry! I'm currently living in Goodna, Brisbane with a couple of friends but my lease ends in a little under 3 weeks and the other guys have chosen not to renew it so i NEED to leave here anyways. I can give solid references and evidence of a good rental history. I'm currently looking at/applying for properties with a group of friends i have in the Wollongong area; but honestly its not going so well as they seem to be fairly lax on finding a property as they dont HAVE to be out in any particular time frame; whereas i do. I'd like to find somewhere semi-permanent, where if my friends choose to look at a later date i can stay for ~3-6 months or if we end up finding somewhere i can give 2-4 weeks notice and move in with my friends. I've lived in share houses most of my adult life so i understand how to get along with others, I'm clean, pay my bills ontime; i have my own bedroom furniture and I'm fairly quiet, I don't mind a quiet cider/bourbon every now and again and i can happily talk your ear off if we hit it off, but otherwise i tend to keep to myself. I play world of warcraft 3 nights a week and i try to go out a couple of times a week to keep myself busy, I don't particularly like sitting around the house when i can avoid it. I love cars; I spend alot of time tinkering on my own car, and getting out to the racetrack, car shows and meets whenever budget permits & I'd like to share with people who share the same interests if possible. I have 2 vehicles at the moment; an S15 Silvia and an R33 Skyline & although its not a dealbreaker i'd love a garage or carport space for one of the cars.
My name is Gilly I am 55 years old very helpful tidy clean and friendly working permanent part time I am currently living in Wollongong but have lived in Shellharbour area for over 25 years and would like to go back out that way.
G'day! We're a very well travelled team. We met in Canada. Anna is from Denmark and I'm a local. I drink beer and watch football, she doesn't drink beer and hates football. We're basically just two peas In a pod. We have lived in ski resorts for many years with tones of people so we're easy to get a long with and can do dinner swaps but also respect others privacy and understand house cleanliensss. Nothing worse than your flat mates dishes in the sink. Anna loves dogs. I don't mind them. We're LGBT and 4:20 friendly but we don't smoke. Cheers
Young but mature, Great cook and happy to make little family meals for everyone in the house, very sociable but also likes quiet space from time to time. Clean and tidy. Ive been travelling for 3 years and lived in hostels all around the world so I know how to share spaces and give people privacy! :) I work 6 days a week so I'm usually out of the house most of the time but I wouldn't mind having drinks with other roomies or little parties every once in a while.
The house is full of caracter being a old cottage with gardens and has plenty of yard to enjoy or relax on the veranda with a book and coffee in the morning. There is nbn available, a fully functioning kitchen and you will be free to use the tv as I don't watch too much tv. Also there is a tv antenna in the room that is available if you have a tv for it. The room is fully furnished but if you prefer to swap things out for your items that would be posible
28 Eucumbene avenue is a lovely part of the Shellharbour Region, it is highly underestimated and also holds many great local ammenities such as a Stocklands (like Westfield) beautiful scenic walks and beaches, many cafe's and restaurants to choose from; the Shellharbour Club which is a newly restored community club with great vibes and music. If you happen to be in your 20's there is also great nightlife for singles and couples. Only 20 minute drive to Wollongong and 10 minute drive to Nowra, there are many reasons to consider this property. Due to increased population in Sydney many families and couples have taken the step of moving further south where property is more affordable. Once you take in the great scenery and atmosphere, you will wonder what you were doing this whole time without it. There is also a new Marina that is currently on its way for the next few years that will create not only more ammenities but also a few thousand jobs that will increase demand of property and business sales. I do not own a pet of any sort but i do welcome pet ownership as long as they are well contained and kept. I am also quite open minded to what you do recreationally as long as it doesn't effect others in any harmful way. I am Looking forward to meeting potential prospects :)
I am looking for some awesome people to share a house with. I am very easy going. I love to keep a clean house. I have lived in shared accommodation before so I know how to be respectful of others. I have a beautiful cat who I would love to bring with me. He is very friendly and loves cuddles. I have plenty of furniture to be able to bring to the house. I will be studying at UOW next year as well as working part time. Please feel free to message me if you would like to either know more or if you would like to meet me :)
