Hi future flatmate! I've lived in shared-house for so many years so I understand the concept of sharing the space with others. I consider myself as a clean, easy going, respectful and responsible person. I like to keep to myself most of the time but also enjoy having a fun and relaxing atmosphere at home. During the week, I'm pretty busy working in the CBD, going to the gym/pool after work and like to hang out with friends or stay at my parents' on the weekends. Love to cook sometimes and happy to share good food with my housemate. Am not a party animal and like quiet nights during the week. I've got most of the furniture for a 2 bedrooms flat so you might not have to buy any extras. But if you like to bring your things, I am happy to discuss further. Looking forward to sharing a lease with like-minded people.
Hi, I’m Mavelia 23 years old, a student. Looking for a place to stay in a city. I’m very very clean and tidy, so you don’t need to worried. I’m easy going, so let’s be friends :)
I am social and a good conversationalist with people of any age. I am respectful of others space and privacy and like the same in return. I am clean, tidy and am not too bad at cooking. I grew up in Cairns and moved to Melbourne 3 years ago. I speak French, am interested in fashion, design and photography. Am looking for a place to call home not just a room to sleep in. Looking to share with social/fun but not party housemates preferably in their 20s. Looking for a room in a share house in the inner city suburbs with easy access to public transport.
Hello wonderful people. My name is Rob, and I am looking ideally to start a fantastic new share house with two other amazing individuals. Ideally I'd love to find a 3 bedroom house or townhouse in or around the inner north to north west of Melbourne at around $600 per week ($200 per person). A little about me, I work full time in health insurance, while running a small artistic side business and a not for profit mental health support group, and the occasional DJ gig here and there. Outside of this, I'm quite a social person who enjoys a good deep, meaningful, thought provoking conversation just as much as waffling about random crapola, but I also enjoy a bit of alone time as well. Balance is the key right? :) I enjoy hiking, road trips, playing tennis, photography, mixing music, and the occasional social gathering over a few beers and some yummy food. I do not have any pets of my own at the moment, but I absolutely adore animals, and may look at adding to my family of one very soon. If you have pets, I'd love to meet them and live with them. :) I must confess, I'm a little bit OCD when it comes to keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. Sorry, but not really. I currently have enough furnishings for a 1 bedroom apartment that I currently live in, so I'm sure there will be room for some of your furniture should you have some. I'm not fussed about the age or gender of people I live with. So long as you have a reliable source of income, can pay bills on time, know how to have a good laugh and enjoy other's company while at the same time, respecting the shared space and each other as people, then I expect this to be the greatest share house of all time. Get in touch, and let's get apartment hunting.
Hi, I'm a mother of two from Brunei Darussalam & I will be bringing my daughter to start Uni in Melbourne mid February 2019 and staying on for awhile until she is nicely settled with her friends in long term accommodation. So for myself (one person only), I am looking for short term accommodation from 18th Feb until 8th March 2019; either a Private room but housemate(s) must be all female(s) only (not more than 2) or an Entire place if any within my budget of A$350+- per week in Melbourne CBD area or its surrounding up to around 15mins by tram/train to Melbourne Central Station or near to Uni Melb. I am easygoing, friendly, tidy, clean, respectful of others' personal space & property. I rarely cook, if I do it will be light cooking. I'm also a non-smoker & looking for a clean, tidy, quiet place with WiFi, Kitchen and living room area in case my daughter and/or son (who is currently studying in melbourne) drops by. But most of the time, I will be out with my kids or exploring Melbourne myself for the rest of my trip :)
I am currently studying a Masters degree at the University of Melbourne. Ideally, I would like to find somewhere within walking/cycling distance to uni, but if not, proximity to public transport will be important. My current lease ends in mid-January, and my actual move date can be flexible around that period of time. I am a fairly quiet person who takes my study seriously, but I would love to find a home where my housemates can also be my friends. I enjoy cooking and trying new plant-based recipes, and am always in need of a taste tester and someone to share my creations with. I am a responsible, tidy housemate, who has lived in sharehouses with a number of other people in the past. I do my best to be considerate to humans, animals and the planet, and would love to find people who share similar values.
I work as a medical scientist at Peter MacCallum, my sister is a student at monash. We are people who works/ studies hard but once we get home we just want to chill out. We can make a mean Pho and are more than happy to share a meal every now and again, and we can certainly clean up after ourselves. Please feel free to msg me if you think you have a room for us! :)
Hello! My name's Liv, I'm currently working in Carlton but living in Elsternwick so would love to make the move Northside! I love social hangs (particularly when cheese and wine are involved), but also like time to myself to read and relax. Would love to find a share house that's both of these things, and will always contribute to cleaning/bills etc on time. Looking for a house with 2+ people for a bit of a communal vibe.
Hey there! I'm Davy, a 26 years old PhD student. I've been living in Melbourne for 3 years and would like to find a new accommodation somewhere in the inner north suburbs. Ideally to share with 2 or more people. My hobbies include (but aren't limited to) going to gigs, hiking, chilling out while drinking craft beers and procrastinating instead of doing my research. I like to think that I'm open-minded and always appreciate an interesting discussion where I get to know your pov. I would like to find housemates that are willing to do some activities together. Could be cooking, jamming together (I play the guitar), going out or even just having a chat over dinner. Whatever floats your boat! If you're interested, send me a message. I would love to see the house/apartment and chat with you and the other housemates. Cheers
Hey, I'm an Indian boy who studies and also works at 2 jobs, who is hardly at home, but when I'm at home I like to cook, eat, netflix, and have a conversation, I'm very keen on cleanliness and I'm very easy to go to.

Hi! We are Lucy, Marvin, and Ximena, and we are looking for a new housemate as our current housemate is moving to the suburbs. We live in a sleek, modern townhouse in North Melbourne. We are a 2 minute walk to the 57 tram, 10/15 minute walk to Melbourne University, Royal Melbourne Hospital and Royal Children's Hospital. There are two supermarkets within walking distance and we buy shared house items from Costco (it's so close!). If you love your cafe culture, nearby Errol Street and Queensberry Street have you covered. And the nearby Queen Vic Market will sort you out for fresh food. Our house is split across several levels. The ground floor is our garage with automatic doors, some storage space, our laundry and Marvin's room. There is one car spot in the garage available that comes with the room. Up one flight of stairs are Lucy and Ximena's rooms, the available room plus a shared bathroom (Lucy's and our new housemate's). Up one more flight of stairs you will find our open plan living space - in summer we open up all the doors onto our two balconies and let the sun stream in! Our kitchen has a gas oven/stove, dishwasher and fridge. If you venture one more flight of stairs you can find our rooftop - used mostly for sunbaking, drinking and the occasional BBQ! Ximena moved in a month ago, Marvin for a bit over 2 months, and Lucy for the past 6 months. We all work quite hard and on our days off we are out with friends, but we are also social as a house. We're all very friendly, so if you want company it is there, but for the times you want to keep to yourself, there is space for that (both physical and personal!). Because we all really value our free time we have a cleaner - also it means no arguments about whose turn it is to mop the floors! We have basic furniture but happy for you to bring anything you like. There is lots of space in the communal living areas. We are looking for housemates between 25 and 40 years old, easy going, friendly and open, having a full time job. No couples or smokers please. Other than that, we don't have any special requests - you never know who is going to fit well until you meet them. So if you like the sound of us and our place, please get in touch!

I embrace diversity and up for making new friends as I am new to Sydney surroundings. I've studied and worked in U.K. since younger days but recently back Oz to settle and ultimately like to get a place here soon . Hi, I'm looking for a place to rent. I'm a student from the University of Melbourne majoring in Neuroscience. I like to spend most of my time in school and my part-time job. I am an international student from Myanmar. I enjoy watching movies, cooking and just chilling at home during weekends. I'm pretty very easy-going and sociable. Please note that I have a two-year-old cat named Rocky (female). She is a very calm cat. All she does is sleep and eat. She is very friendly with humans and does not really get along with other cats.
Hello! I'm in the final stages of completing a now full-time bachelor of health science - naturopathy. I work part-time in an health food store, and sometimes in an office. Loving things extends to comedy improv, hiking, photography, exercise, escape rooms, podcasts, cooking, books and friends. My housemate credentials are some of the best you'll ever come across. Not only can I provide the house with expired health food, but I am also in possession of a fridge, washing machine, and general practical furniture things. I'm considerate, easy to approach, friendly, and can scrub toilets really really well.
Mutual Concern & Respect. That's what I look for in an ideal flatmate, and that is what I strive to be. Cleanliness is VERY important to me. I'll give you your space or some great company, filled with laughter and discussion about some great ideas, be it cooking, politics, life, you name it. I dislike being indebted to anyone and hence prefer paying my rent on time (a little earlier if need be) I LOVE humor, food, comedy, sport & music. Holler at me if you're looking for a pleasant human being to share your space with :)
Hey everyone! I’m Raul :) I’m clean, really easy to live with, and respectful of others’ personal space. I would love to have a conversation over coffee, explore the city together, or just relax at home with Netflix. I would also enjoy having some time to myself to finish up with assignments and stuff :) I hit the gym a few times a week, and play sports like football and table tennis. I’m looking to find a flatmate or two who are into music, sports, travel, food and having a good laugh! It would be great if we could team up and share an apartment. 👌 Ideally, I’d love to live close to the University of Melbourne, where I’d be studying Design. If it sounds like we can get along, please do message me! Can't wait to hear from you! :)
23 year old, originally from Melbourne, currently returning after working in Central Victoria for a few years... working full time at a Global IT company. Very tidy and respectful, always up for a vino, love live music, exploring the outdoors, and watching sports. I also have a car so will need somewhere to park (on or off street is fine). I work full time in docklands during the week and part-time on the weekend. Very busy lifestyle and barely home generally with having to travel for work also.
Originally from Canberra, but promise I'm more not boring! Currently living in Kew but seeking an unfurnished room in the the inner north area. Full time Project Manager working in the far Eastern suburbs. Enjoy making tunes and spinning decks in my spare time, as well as hitting the gym and playing bball. Keen to join a household that's up for occasional hangouts or shared meals. I'm easy going, open minded and considerate. Looking for a home with house mates, not just a house with strangers.
We are a Chilean couple, really easy going and respectful. We are working full time, we hold the working holiday visa, and always enjoy having a chat and meeting new people whenever we have the chance.
