The location of this house is great, within 10 minutes to train stations and tram stops. Very close to the CBD and at a great price. There is large living area downstairs, backyard, garage with a free car spot, or on street parking is easy. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Downstairs there is also a spare toilet and laundry. You would be sharing your bathroom with Meredith, Ally has her own ensuite :) The house has ducted heating and there are fans in each room. Rent is $655 per month for a light filled room. The room you have is small but can fit a queen size bed with a bedside table (as per photos).
