Pool, spa, sauna, views, bushwalks nearby. Post divorce house with up to three teenage daughters in residence. Understandably, GIRLS ONLY PLEASE. It's a rumpus room converted to self contained area which was going to be a teenagers' retreat. It has a kitchenette with oven, microwave, sink and fridge, but does not have a cooktop. It does has its own separate access. There are bus stops a short walk away that service Gordon station and also an express bus to the city. There is a spiral staircase up to the rest of the house, so it is not acoustically isolated in either direction! Some facilities like laundry are shared with the other occupants. The tenant would want to be somewhat social and be happy to allow two teenagers to focus on the HSC by not partying all night. I'm looking for an individual, not a couple or a parent/child. The fit of the person to the environment is important. I would rather the space be left vacant than have a tenant who didn't suit our family's circumstances. That being said, as a single dad I now have a serious mortgage and I need the extra income to help pay it off. The room is currently fitted out as a rumpus room. I'm happy to let it furnished or unfurnished and make it more suitable as a private space by fitting curtains or making sensible easy changes like that. The needs of the tenant will dictate whether I strip it out for you, or leave much of the furniture there. You decide! There's also a terribly affectionate Cavoodle dog who is bound to become your new best friend. If you are anti-dog, you need to factor that in.

My name is Bree and I am a 21 year old female. I'm originally from the Central Coast and moved down to Sydney about 7 months ago. I moved down here without friends and family so I have a good understanding of rent and responsibilities. I work at Aldi full time and love to go to yoga in my spare time. I am full of positivity, clean and very independent. I am hoping to be partners with a fellow flatmate who is also clean but just s relaxed and carefree as myself. I like to give people their own personal space and hope you can do the same, however, would love to still become great friends =D I'm someone who does not care what you do as long as their is still respect and consideration involved. If you are interested you're more than welcome to contact me any time of the day!

Hi! My name is Olivia, I am a 3rd year nursing student studying at Avondale College. I also work as an assistant nurse at the SAN. I have recently moved out of the nurses residence and am house sitting until I can find a house to move in to. I am very reliable, tidy, organised and respectful of others. I tend to keep to myself but do enjoy socialising when I'm not at uni or work.
Hi there! I am 21 years old Sydney local from the Inner West. I have bitten the bullet and decided to move out of home. I'm looking for a place ideally with people around my age, either just females or a mix. Needs to be under an hour on public transport to Pymble, or even better under an hour's walk to Pymble. I'm pretty chilled and quiet, like to keep things tidy, enjoy being social every now and again but not a big party person. Don't smoke, like to try and keep healthy, go for walks etc. Also I'm a kiwi! Need a furnished place for a year while I am in Sydney for work. Needs to be at least a double sized bed.
We live in a secure, spacious and sunlit unit on the 1st floor of the complex. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, has good communication (and of course sense of humour), is considerate of others personal space but is also willing to hang out over a beer and/or wine. We unfortunately can not allow for pets. We welcome you to have friends and family over for dinner and drinks but we also ask that there are no parties or 'rowdiness'. You will be getting the bigger bedroom with an ensuite and built-in wardrobe (as seen in the pictures provided). You will also have: - Access to a gym, spa, sauna and pool in the centre of the complex. - Open plan kitchen with some appliances incl. gas stove & dishwasher. - Combined lounge/dining flowing to a small balcony. - Study Nook with built-in computer desk. - Security car space with intercom and key card. - Air conditioners (both in bedroom and living area). - Fully equipped laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and sink. - Unlimited wifi. - TWO AWESOME ROOMIES! Well located only a few minutes walk to St Ives Village Shopping Centre and bus transport as well as a short drive to Gordon train station, Westfield shopping centres at Chatswood and Hornsby, schools & parks. *please note that most of the furniture shown in the pictures will be removed (see below for reasoning) and replaced with more modern looking and less 'cluttering' furnishing. *please also note that you will need to provide the furniture you require in your room only. (however, other furniture will still be considered).
Hi I am looking to move closer to my work place in Turramurra. I've house shared before, and I understand boundaries. I am looking for a quiet, clean and chill place to move in to. I am easy-going, respectful and also very tidy. I'm looking for a place to call home, with good people to share it with. Easy to find parking spot can be advantage for me. Cheers
Hi my name is Louise, looking for one or two people to start a share house that could accomodate a couple of very loved cats. I'm looking for a lengthy lease if compatible as am moving from a property I've lived in for 12 years. Easy to get along with, enjoy cooking and generally chilling out. I am a smoker, however am very respectful as to keep it outside. Looking to create a warm house, open to share with a single parent. If you think this could work please contact me.
Recently moved back to Sydney from Wollongong. Been working full time as an electrical engineer for the past 8 months whilst completing my degree, so I'm looking to move closer to work. I'm a laid back, tidy and active. When I'm not at work, I'll usually be at rugby or catching up with family and mates. I'm quite a social person so I don't mind hanging around home having a chat, helping out, cooking a feed for the entire crew or just having a few drinks. But when its time for some R&R, you'll find me sleeping for most of it. Have lived with a number of people beforehand and still keep in touch with them all, even if they have moved to all ends of the Earth. So it'd would be great to move in with folk that I can continue this with. If you do have any other questions, please do just ask away :)
I'm making the move to Sydney because I've just landed a new job. I've lived in share houses the whole way through uni and survived, so I would consider myself very well trained. I respect shared spaces and hope they are places where everyone will always feel welcome. I'm looking for a friendly place to live and if that's what you're looking for too I would love to hear from you. I will be down from Friday the 23rd of July scoping out potential new homes in north Sydney.
I am an ex-New Yorker and a project manager for Commonwealth Bank whom works full time Monday to Friday. I'm a little older but still very young at heart, awesome absence of humor and very interested in finding the right place in the right location. I am a very very respectful and an honest person. I am looking for a room with a build in wardrobe and must be large enough for a queen size bed and desk to fit I look forward to hearing from you Cheers, Mike
Clean, easy going person. I work full time during the week . Love to cook and have a glass of wine. Have a pug that is my best friend, he is well behaved and an inside dog. I am a fairly relaxed person that gets on well with most people.
Moved back from Melbourne after several years. I've family & friends in Sydney & I'm enjoying catching up. I work during the week & like a quiet home & whilst up up for a chat after work I don't need my flat mates to provide my social life. Quite often I'm away on the weekend. I enjoy cooking, reading, movies, theatre, art galleries & catching up with friends. Despite what it says below (I'm unable to remove them), pets and children are ok.
Hi I am a friendly, open non-smoker, non-drinker who is looking for some relatively short term accommodation due to current work and family situations. I expect that most of the time I will working long hours or visiting friends. I do however enjoy the odd movie night at home :-)
I would describe myself as very friendly, kind-hearted person, who enjoys the great outdoors, health & fitness and chilling out with friends. I love to explore, I love to create, I love to laugh and I love to connect with people. I do not smoke or drink alcohol and consider myself very cleanly/hygienic. I like to keep an orderly living space. I respect other peoples spaces and I have a cooperative attitude. I grew up in a house hold that upholds the good ole saying of 'treat others as you would like to be treated' and I like to spread positivity wherever I go. Currently studying Nursing at the Sydney Adventist Hospital and I have a background in holistic health. I am a Massage Therapist and I love my job! Im originally from the Gold Coast. And im not sure what else to say, i look forward to meeting you, if i do.
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
I'm a 25yo woman working as a teacher (both part time and as a substitute in the Upper North Shore). I also have a 4yo Staffy x Australian Cattle Dog. Her name is Tilly and she loves people and dogs alike. I consider myself to be a clean and tidy person, who is respectful of others and their space. I'm the type of person who likes to go out to eat or have a wine or two on two on a Friday night but also enjoy my quiet time too. I'm born and raised in Sydney and currently living in Turramurra. On my time off I like to go out for drinks or food. And try to get a workout when I can as well (either at the gym or play touch football). Hoping to find some housemates with similar lifestyles and maybe even make some new friends.
