My boyfriend Rowan and I, Katie, are looking for flatmates to share our big home in St Ives. It's only a short term lease, 3-6 months, max we can offer at this stage is 3 months. New roommates MUST love animals and be comfortable around 2 medium sized border collies who live inside aswell as outside. Can be flexible with having the room furnished but can discuss in more detail if you're interested. We pretty laid back, don't mind if your social or just want to keep to yourself.
Clean and considerate individual looking for my own space to live in. That being said if I found a like minded individual I'd consider sharing. Only looking for 3-6 months in and around the areas I have listed as I'd like to try them first. I travel very frequently for work in Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and northern NSW. Love to socialise but am not interested in a party house. I enjoy a beer, wine, music and good food but also love having my own space to chill out in. My family live in regional NSW and when they are in Sydney I love having them stay with me as well as friends every now and then if they come to visit. I don't have pets but don't mind if I share with the right person and they have pets, I grew up with dogs, cats and horses and recently had two Cavaliers in a previous life. I also don't smoke, but don't mind if the right person I share with does as long as it's not inside.
I'm a recent graduate from Newcastle uni, looking to find somewhere to stay whilst working full-time in Sydney. I'd describe myself as a pretty all-round sort of guy. I enjoy making new friends, trying new experiences, and being around fun people of all different varieties. Personally, I'm a bit of a clean freak, but also quite relaxed, trying not to be invasive in other people's lives. I enjoy things, right from keeping fit, to playing video games, and would love for people to tag along with my hobbies if they wish. I'm also sporting a pretty big beard. Just so you know...if you like beards...
I'm working full time as a web developer and have been living in Sydney for a few years now, I originally come from further inland (Orange, Bathurst area). I usually am out or stay in my room, I come out to cook, wash, and lift with some equipment I'd bring with me. I ride a motorcycle (no car) and would want to be able to get it under cover.
As a professional I'd be concentrating on work (IT Management), and training for my favourite sport water polo! I love being healthy, and the odd wine to unwind. I'm clean, chilled, sociable and very composed, assertive type of guy. I have my own place in Terrigal which I'll travel back to virtually every weekend (and occasional week night). Living in Sydney during the week will give me more time to concentrate on work, study and training. I'm looking for a non-party house with chilled friendly people that avoid drama and embrace kindness. (I put down 6 months for now, but if I land in an awesome place I'd be looking to stay longer).
I am fun and always up to hang out! I also respect your space and quickly traits! I love cooking and crafting and watching tv and movies and a lot of other things! I'm pretty good to chat to ;)
Hi, I'm an easy going guy working in the automotive industry. Originally from the Northern Beaches but moved away to focus on my career. Now looking for a change to sharing a place with some friendly like-minded people. I drink socially on occasion, do not smoke, and work long hours. During the week I enjoy a quiet meal and some Netflix, or to chill out and listen to music. I'll try to get some jogging or cycling in if I can. I often work long hours and also work interstate and overseas every now and then.
I am easy-going, tidy and respectful. I like to think i have a good sense of humour. I am very busy with my university degree and training (I travel between Mona Vale and Campbelltown, where i go to uni almost everyday) so find I do not spend a lot of time at home but would enjoy the occasional chat and meal together.
I'm a critical care nurse. I would like to have a private, quite bathroom & bedroom area to rent. I often work & play in Melbourne, because that's where most of my family live. I'm not home much , but when home it's to rest & relax. I'm very fit, healthy & happy.
I'm a easy going guy who enjoys socialising , but also respects the privacy of other people. I work, mostly 6 days a week, as a fitter. I'm also interested in teaming up to start a share house.
I am clean and considerate of shared spaces. I work in Terrey hills between 7:30 and 3 every weekday and usually enjoy quiet chilled times on the weekend. I am looking for a private room in a shared house with tidy, like minded people.
Living in this security complex is great. There is a pool, a sauna, a spa and a gym. You will also have your own ensuite bathroom. This ground level two bedroom apartment is very modern (the complex is 4 years old) with air conditioning in each room. The kitchen has gas cooking and a dishwasher. The apartments also has an internal laundry. There is also a private outdoor area, perfect for entertaining.
