Hi there, i`m a brazilian going to Australia on april 24 for studies. I looking for some place to stay when I arrive. I`m intent to stay about 2 weeks to know the city and start my adaptation. I`m easy going :)
Hi, I'm Lucy. Having recently started working full-time in clinical research, I'm looking to move out from my family home and fiiinally have a little 'me' space. My current plan is to have 6 months before eventually looking to move in with my boyfriend. I've always wanted to have my own little space, and I figure that if I don't do this now... I never will. My ideal is a balance between being active outdoors and cosy nights in with a wine or cheeky whiskey. I love opportunities to meet new people but like my quiet time too. If I can make a new friend (or two) in the process of finally having a little space to breathe that would be awesome. I am a tidy non-smoker who likes natural light and green spaces :)
I'm a nurse from Victoria who is neat and tidy, respectful of others privacy and wanting to make some new friends on my big move to Sydney! Am active and adventurous but also love a good Netflix binge :D

Private room upstairs in a creative and spacious flat, sharing with just one other person. Bus to the city right outside the front door. Close to Lane Cove shops. Off-street parking available behind unit. Unlimited internet! Spacious living areas! Internal laundry. Gas cooking. All bills included. A short walk from beautiful Lane Cove/Longueville bushwalks. 🙂 The flat has two common living areas, a regular-sized room downstairs coming off the kitchen and a large double-room living area upstairs. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. If furnished the bed is a simple fouton, it doubles as a couch and can turn into a double-bed. I also have a chest of draws you can use if needed. The room can fit a desk/other similar sized furniture as well as the double bed. You are also welcome to use the living areas for a desk or other furniture as there is some free space after my old flatmate moved out last week. I already have a couple of couches and a silly amount of beanbags left over from my old housemate! ** Also there is the potential to rent out the living room area instead as a large double bedroom for $380 pw with all bills included. Bond for this would be two weeks rent ($760). Unfortunately there are no pets allowed on the current lease 😞
The peaceful home is located just moments from the Pacific Highway (located near Fox Sports, Royal North Shore Hospital, Northern Sydney Institute Tafe) 15 minutes walk to St Leonards Station; 20 minute walk to Lane Cove Village. House is massive with a massive garden with BBQ! All bills included, with free internet, with cleaner fortnightly. House (5 Bedroom): Internal Laundry, Intercom; Alarm and Garden / Courtyard. Single Room (deposit taken ~professional female) Desk + Bed + Wardrobe Double Room: Desk + Double Bed + built-ins and extra wardrobe. Gardening is shared.
My name is Tom, and I'll be moving to Sydney for work (IT Project Manager) this May. Born and raised in Germany, I've also lived with flatmates across the world (Japan, Italy, Peru, Philippines). I'm an open minded jack-of-all-trades, aiming to see as much of the world as possible to meet happy and friendly people, and always eager to share a laugh and a beer.
Hey, Im Matt and I work full time as technician for a coffee machinery company. After work during the week I like to keep it pretty chilled and I will usually be at the gym, enjoying some down time watching netflix or cooking dinner. On the weekends I will usually spend time catching up with friends, going out for dinner and to bars, playing cricket in the summer and AFL in the winter, and of course a bit of relaxation to wind down from the working week. The North Shore of Sydney is where I have called home for most of my life. As a housemate I'm clean, tidy, respectful and cooperative and my ideal home environment is a place where I can enjoy a beer or glass of wine with my housemate(s), get to know each other well, but also have the respect of the right balance of privacy. I like to have friends or family over for a quiet drink or dinner every now and then however I'm not the type of person to ever bring a party home. I look forward to meeting you!
Hi I’m Jon, I’m pretty chilled out person clean and respectful, working long hours during the week, weekends I like to get out and do something, snowboarding, beach, heading out with some friends somewhere. Originally from Sydney, I’ve been living in Bathurst for work the past 2 years and I’m moving back to Sydney now looking for a nice place to live.
I'm an Aussie professional who has recently relocated back to Sydney from the US. I'm looking for a furnished sublet on the lower north shore or inner city from mid-May 2019. I am NOT looking for share accommodation but am seeking my own place such as a sublet, a granny flat, or an entire place without roommates. I will be a professional, quiet, reliable tenant.
Looking for a private room. Friendly but quiet. Non smoker, do not drink and vegan. Will be happy to find a vegetarian household but open to all spaces. Looking for a warm friendly home. Am environment conscious and believe that people sharing a space should clean up after. Very light cooking. Cheers.
*currently found a room - thank you and apologies for all un answered messages! Super friendly and easy going (seriously, anything goes) pretty dedicated my work / gym routine. I eat super clean, get up early for work so go to bed early as well. On the weekends I'll be at the beach, seeing mates or going for a motorbike ride. That said, I also dont mind the movie night in or having a good old chat in passing!! Looking around lane cove area and ideally under 300$
Im easy going, I’m barely home. I’m out of the house by 5:00am (I go to the gym before work) then I finish work at 6:00pm Monday to Friday (I may stay back later) I love a laugh, a wine and good banter. I’m clean and tidy and would love to not just be housemates but be friends too.
I’m tidy, organised, quiet when need be. Would love to hang out with my house mates if you want to hang out otherwise I will stay out of your way! I’m just looking for somewhere to rest my head and if I gain some friends out of that, Amazing!
I'm your classic full-time Sydney professional. Just as keen for a quiet night in as I am to be out enjoying a vino. I'm tidy, barely home and looking for a chilled and comfortable environment.
Architect, quiet, straight, mature, friendly, and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking!!! Looking for room or whole property to rent. Have a 2.4m long table, so it needs to go somewhere :( If the room is a 3x3, the table will effectively use up 50% of that space, fyi. Also have 2 x corner chairs and a car. Don't need to be furnished. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
Hey there! I'm looking to move out to somewhere close to the city so I can be closer to work and uni. I'm quite bubbly and easy to get along with...I'm an extrovert. I'm also tidy and respectful....I think it is important to have and respect one another's personal space. I'm usually very busy during the week with work, uni and the gym. But on the weekend I love to unwind and have a few glasses of wine and go out. I'm pretty chilled out, not judgemental whatsoever so ideally I would like my flatmate/flatmates to be like minded. I would like us to become actual friends too.
25 year old, working full time in St Leonards. I also study online and work a second casual job, so my schedule can get quite busy. I enjoy going to the gym and playing sports but I also enjoy some down time staying in and watching Netflix. I'm big on travelling and always have a trip planned somewhere each year. I love weekends away and time with family and friends is very important to me. Looking for a friendly flatmate or two :)
Im an easy going positive 20 year old. I am looking to move into a positive friendly environment which I can call home. I love being outdoors. In my spare time I am usually found doing Crossfit. I live quite a healthy lifestyle but also enjoy a glass of wine and a slice of pizza with my mates.
Hi! I’m Jenny (24) and a Master student from Germany. I'm a sociable, open person who is down for the occasional dinner with their flatmates.. because I love food! I spend my weekends with Quidditch stuff or exploring new food places around the city. I'm a tidy and clean person and have been living on my own since I was 19.
