Hey my name is Ben. I am from Brisbane. I am looking to move to Sydney as I have a good job offer. I am easy going and good too live with. I love sport and a good glass of vino. Looking for other easy going housemates in the north Sydney area. Cheers :)
I'm a working professional. I enjoy other's company and like music. On Wednesday's and Saturday's I'm either travelling in the company of friends or outing on my own. I'm looking for a big room with an ensuite.
Moving from Perth to Sydney for work purposes, hoping to find a great place with great people! I'm easygoing, reliable and tidy. Plus I can serve a hand or four of Poker and Blackjack, just gotta keep an eye on your wallet :)
I cook! Though not a clean freak, I like a clean house especially the kitchen (Chef trained). I am also happy to do garden chores (a vege' patch?). Currently I work as a Sydney Harbour Historical tour guide. I love the smell of Real coffee anytime ..... Sport interested and active. I sometimes do cosplay - medieval re-enacting in the winter months. I have some of my own furniture, and some baggage too .... O well. Into education, currently studying eco/sustainability with Inner West Councils. The photo is of The Sydney Harbour Pirate show. Me offering a few words to the Captain.
Married professional couple looking for a place to call home.
I'm 28, work full time in Greenwich and study full time by distance. Not looking for a party house just a place with like minded individuals who would be down for sharing a meal once in a while. I'm tidy and easy going and I am respectful of other peoples spaces.
I am a 24 year old software engineer looking to rent a private room for 6 months +. I enjoy cooking, hanging out with friends and playing video games. Looking for a place with fun, relaxed flatmates who like me will keep the kitchen and bathrooms clean and tidy
Looking for a great share house. Friendly, easy going working professional, usually likes to chill afterwork and make the most of the weekend. I am respectful of other peoples space, thoughtful and reliable. Work in the CBD (Marketing & Editorial management). I've been in Sydney almost 1.5 years now and here on a 4 year sponsored visa. Likes - national parks, trekking, movie nights, GOT, beach days, steak, wine, road trips... Abit more about me -Born and bred in London. Spent 5 months travelling on route to Australia- fav travel stops included: Nashville, Rio, Iguazu Falls, South Africa, Chiang Mai, Halong bay and Sapa. As I don't have any family in Australia it is important for me to live with people who like to spend a bit of time together, share a meal, have a laugh about things. I have a nice double bed and some additional bedroom furniture. Budget of apx. $250-$280 for rent and bills, looking to share with those in their 20s/30s.
hi, me and my girlfriend are currently looking to move somewhere preferably near to a train station on the north shore, northern and western line. Our price range is no more than $350. If someone can help us out feel free to message
Im house trained ☺, have a sense of humour, enjoy having a chat and catch up. And have a pretty busy life. I beleive in paying rent/bills on time, doing my bit to keep the place clean and tidy and Im generally fun to have around. Im also positive and like to laugh at the craziness in life.
Hey :). Im quiet, respectful, clean and helpful. Work as a bartender during nights and study at uni during days so you wont be seeing much of me haha. Been in Australia for 8 years. Im 23 and originally from Siberia, Russia.
I am a friendly, considerate and respectful female in my mid 20s. I am looking for a place with 1 or 2 other like minded people preferably in their 20s or early 30s. I am happy to spend some time hanging out but enjoy time to myself. I am a clean and tidy housemate who will respect others and the space we live in and expect my housemates to be the same. I am a non-smoker, no children and not the party type. I work as an occupational therapist at Westmead Hospital during weekdays and usually spend my nights at the gym or watching tv. I enjoy getting out in the outdoors so would love to live someone amongst greenery. I am interested in team ups and will have some household items to furnish a new place. Also interested in rooms in existing places :) Looking to move early August, however flexible with date.
Hi there, I'll start off with a little about myself. I'm 27 year old full time nanny in about to start night school in crowsnest. I'm looking for a home filled with good vibes and easy going people on the lower north shore. I am also looking for an unfurnished room as I have my own bed and dressers along with some kitchen gear and knick knacks. Happy to pay for a cleaner or share cleaning chores evenly as I'm a tidy person. As I'm originally from the Gold Coast (have been here 5years) I do venture up every couple of months for weekend stays as well as local getaways. Flexible on moving date anywhere between now and the 20th July. Looking forward to getting to know you! Thanks
Hi, I'm Erin. I am 21 years old and currently work in the Real Estate Industry full time in North Sydney. I generally am out of the house between 7isham & 7pm Monday to Friday. I really enjoy yoga, Pilates, spending time with friends and going back to where I call home, The Shire!. I love meeting new people and am a big socialist! On the weekends I am equally as likely to be at a party as I am snuggled on the couch with trashy reality TV and a glass of red wine! Oh, and you will rarely see a morning without a coffee in my hand. I have done the whole share house thing and am ideally looking for 1 person, male or female, to share an apartment with and hopefully become great friends!
I usually get busy during the week, so don't get to spend time away from work during the weekdays [apart from my evening gym routine]. On the weekends, I like to be outdoors, catching up with my friends for a few drinks, have good conversations, watch live music, play outdoor sports. If you are looking for someone who socializes well, is responsible, financially secure, easy to get along with, then look no further :)
I work in North Sydney looking to find a place on the Lower North Shore. I'm reliable, open minded and easy going. Ideally looking to team up with someone (M or F) and start a new share place, also happy to consider an existing share opportunity. Any questions happy to chat.
Hey, I'm Janine :) I have been renting on my own in the North Sydney area for over a year now but am ready for a change. I've lived away from home for over 6 years, so I know what it's all about. I work full time in North Sydney for a finance company. I am currently doing my Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy and I enjoy being super active and I love the outdoors. I have 2 cats who have lived with me in my current unit and they are very cute and very well behaved. I'm also a vegan. I have all my own furniture so would prefer somewhere with a room unfurnished. I also have a couch and table and other lounge and kitchen gear as I have been living on my own for some time. I also have my own car so somewhere with parking is a must for me :) I don't mind if it is on street parking but I will need somewhere where I can store a stand up paddle board. Cheers, Janine
The has a relaxing environment. the room has balcony, where you can view the greenwich wharf . Located on the lower North Shore which has a quiet neighbourhood. Just 7km to Sydney CBD. And 10min walk to wollestonecraft train station and 100m from the nearest bus stop. It has a on street free parking. THE room is unfurnished but has a built in cabinet. We are looking for my replacement to occupy the room. Dana and Kelly preferred a female Christian flatmates age between 20-45 y/o. If you are interested please send me sms
Hi Guys The apartment is very spacious, fully renovated and is a great homely and relaxing space. Its in a quiet street and has awesome harbour views from the balcony & study. The apartment is in a great location. It is short walk to St Leonards station and Coles, has a bus stop around the corner, is very close to Royal North Shore hospital and is short bus ride to the great restaurants/cafes of Crows Nest, North Sydney and the City The room is nice and spacious and comfortably fits a queen bed, side tables etc. It has very large built ins with sliding doors. You will also have your own car space.
This place is very strategically located. It is roughly a 10minute walk to Wollstonecraft station and about a 15min walk to St Leonards station. It is roughly a 12min walk to RNS hospital. It has a bus stop across the road. It has local shops across the road, including a post office, supermarket, cellars, doctors, physio, local restaurants and cafes. It has a local primary school just down the road with parks and city views only a stone's throw. It is a very quiet place so it is great to be able to wake up to no noise and is a suitable place to study. Everything is new, it has a dining area, small lounge which can be used as a second bedroom or study and a small foyer area. The location and the quiet are its 2 main advantages. It would suit a buddy-up with two friends, a couple, a single person, students or similar. It is not a room in a shared house but the whole studio that is for rent at $470.
