Hey Guys, I'm an easy going person who works quite a lot. I have two jobs Monday-Friday and I don't finish up until around 7-8ish usually. By day I'm the credit manager for a wine company and by night I clean. I'm clean and reliable. I've never missed a bill payment. Not overly interested in a massive party house but won't say no to a cheeky beer. I'm very social but like my quiet time too. I'm usually pretty busy and out on the weekends but I also love my Xbox and a movie/TV binge when I can. My books are my babies so if there's room for a bookshelf it would be great. I've been living solo for the last 3 years so I have everything a house could need. Only thing that needs updating is the couch. I have two cats, they are 98% outside cats (both them and I prefer it) so I'm looking for something with a yard they can chill in.
Hi there, I’ve recently found a new job as a project consultant in Lane Cove and am in increasing need of a new place to match, with a move from Melbourne to Sydney being problematic without one. Preferably I’d be looking to live within a reasonable distance of work, haven’t thought far beyond that at the moment. I’m a very relaxed person and don’t stress or rush over many things, not too worried about housemates having a similar outlook, I’m sure everything will be manageable. On occasion I’m fairly quiet, outgoing most of the time though. Prefer things clean and tidy and I'm sociable while being respectful of others privacy. Would prefer something mid to long term rather than shorter and I’m open to teaming up. If all sounds good feel free to drop me a message. James
I'm clean, easy going, fun to be around, love to laugh and a very considerate house mate. I love to cook, wine and dine. I travel interstate and overseas often on business.
I am originally from the U.K. over in Australia for work. I work with children who have autism and I am also a personal trainer. I am reliable, clean and considerate. I have a beautiful 20 month old daughter who is very well behaved. She sleeps from 7pm throughout the night so your evenings will be peaceful.

Me (Sara) - Moroccan, at the end of my student career, looking for a job, into food, movies and food; He (Alex) - French, marketing manager, entrepreneur, shares my passion for eating, both tidy and clean as new pins, both been here for a year and now on a long-stay work visa - looking for a place to call our own !
Looking for a comfortable, quiet space close to work. Currently renting in Neutral Bay (short term) I am a conscientious roommate, always happy to pitch in wherever needed, will give others their privacy but happy to be there at the end of the work day for a good rant. Studying at Macquarie University and working most other days, often overnights, I happy to share space with women or men. I can also be relied upon to have some sort of chocolate available if needed.
I'm a happy, friendly and easy-going type of person. I enjoy spending time with my friends on the weekend and live a pretty active life, but do like a bit of down time. I love going to the beach and out to little cafes and restaurants for a treat! I work full-time as a pre-school teacher and really enjoy what I do. I'm neat and tidy and am looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to unwind. I'm always up for a chat but am respectful and considerate of others. I've lived in Sydney my whole life and love it!
I work in North Sydney looking to find a place on the Lower North Shore. I'm reliable, open minded and easy going. Ideally looking to team up with someone (M or F) and start a new share place, also happy to consider an existing share opportunity. Any questions happy to chat.
I am a young physician (Dermatologist) from Sao Paulo-Brazil. I am an easy-going and tidy person. I will be spendind three months doing research and clinical fellowship in a hospital in North Sydney from August to November 2017.
Working full-time job as a Marketing Manager in Crows Nest and am looking to move closer to work (preferably being able to walk to work). When I'm not working I love catching up with friends, going to cafes, heading to the beach or drinking wine with friends. I'm a very easy going, neat and respectable person and am ideally looking to share a place with fun, relaxing flatmates.
Hi I'm Nic and I'm looking to move back to Sydney after several years living in Forster on the Mid-North Coast. I'm studying a bachelor of business part time by correspondence to keep me busy. I'd say that I'm driven but also certainly know how to enjoy my down time with cooking or reading a good book. I'm also into cars, property and travel and I'm always looking to meet new people or pick up a new hobby. I do have all the furniture for a one bedroom flat so it would be great if that could be accomodated, but I can sell what is not required if necessary. I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.
Hi I'm Soph, I'm studying at Macquarie university and have a few part time jobs. I am pretty easy going, love to cook and enjoy my fitness. I would love to find some housemates that I could have a few beers/wine with after a long week, and have a netflix binge with every now and then! I am quite social, love the beach and am very clean :) (I am the one on the right of the picture)
Hi there, My name is Sidney Kupers, I am 23 years old and have recently moved to Sydney after completing my games design course in Holland for the last 5 years. I am currently looking for employment and a house I can share with a lovely group of people, somewhere near Sydney where I can have my own private room. I am a gamer and also a bit of a social drinker. I enjoy spending time on my computer, playing games, watching tv shows, and also enjoy going out every now and then for a couple drinks. I am a friendly guy, and very capable of cleaning up after myself. I look forward to meeting new people and hopefully making a few friends in the process.
My name is Kate (I'm the one on the right in the picture), I'm 30 years old, quite active and busy, friendly, social, love the outdoors and enjoy the company of others who are easy-going and friendly. Although I am quite social I also enjoy my own space from time to time to recoup. I keep a clean and tidy environment, clean up after myself, and also appreciate the same trait in my flatmates. I'm mostly looking for places on the North Shore around Gladesville, Lane Cove, Neutral Bay and Chatswood areas.
Graduate Architect finally making the move to Sydney (original from Armidale, previously living in Newcastle and currently on the Central Coast). I am clean, tidy and respectful and I like to have a good chat with people. I love to cook and bake (products of which I happily share around), and am a market enthusiast. Generally am a quiet sort at home, but like having people over for dinner but am not the partying kind. My new job is in Redfern, and my boyfriend lives/works in the Northern Sydney area, so looking ideally for somewhere either within walking distance to work, or somewhere close to a station from Milsons Point up to Artarmon.
I have recently finished my uni studies at Newcastle and will be commencing work at Royal North Shore Hospital in 2017. I am a friendly easy going person who respects personal space and privacy. But I do enjoy socialising and look forward to adventures in Sydney on weekends and days off work.
I will always do my best to keep the house clean, and I expect my housemates to do the same. I'm not around too often(you will usually see me late at night during weekdays or weekends), so most of the time the house is yours.
Hey I'm Leon, I'm usually social and outgoing, but I can end up spending heaps of time writing and reading, working on scripts and editing, practising cinematography and directing actors. Dance monkey, dance! I keep fit and healthy - I don’t drink or smoke anymore, and I no longer see the weekend as a 2 day bender - I’m focusing on other goals. But I still love to have fun and do adventurous stuff on the weekends, its just shifted slightly, more to nature and outdoors, rather than those ol' smoky bars and dance floors. In between film work I work contract IT jobs for those gold doubloons. If you like escape rooms, then please swipe right :) Looking forward to meeting you.
Hey guys, I try to keep things simple, I'm laid back and tidy. I work in sports media (FoxSports Australia, Artarmon). I'm looking to get somewhere closer to work. Hit me back if you think we'd get on. Cheers, Ted Smith
Hi There! We've recently moved to the Lower North Shore suburb of Woolwich. Where is Woolwich? Good question, I had no idea about this suburb until I found this flat! Woolwich is located 11 kilometres north-west of the Sydney CBD. It take 25 minutes to reach Circular Quay via Ferry (amazing views of the Harbour on your way in!) and about 40 minutes via bus. Woolwich has a really nice village-y feel to it, there are a few cafe's and an award winning pub with some of the best views of the city skyline. It's very leafy and has great harbour walks. I'm thinking about getting a paddle board for the summer as there is a boat launch at the bottom of the street! I'm loving this area, after living in Sydney from Bondi to Leichardt, Woolwich is by far the most chilled out and underrated suburb. If you want to feel like your living on an island sanctuary but still close to city this is the place! The Flat: Has three bedrooms, water views and is recently renovated, timber flooring, modern kitchen and bathroom. The flat is: - furnished, - kitchen has all modern appliances - there is an internal laundry and dryer - ADSL2 broadband So to the room! The room has a bed and is the smallest of the three. The room has water views, a garment rack and double bed. To us - you're awesome flatties! We're are Eryn and Michelle - our flat mate Mick is moving back to Melbourne :( Eryn - I'm 33yo and work as an Corporate Sales Coordinator at a Mental Health charity. Michelle - I'm 20yo recently moved to Sydney from Mudgee and work in hospitality. We are looking for a flatmate who is chilled and respectful, who has their own life, but who doesn't mind having a chat, netflix binge or a "faux family" meal + vino from time to time :) We are are both pretty clean and tidy but not pedantic about putting things away, so the flat does look lived in. As long as there is equal share of cleaning the common areas, its all good. We also do have friends that pop in from time to time, so your friends are welcome too :) but we are definitely not a party house... We are both easy going and approachable and are looking for someone like-minded that will be able to talk about any issues if they do come up. Eryn - I have also two cats, both keep to themselves and are totally chill... They will only seek affection if they want a cuddle i.e they're both typical cats ;) Looking forward to hearing from you! :) Eryn & Michelle
-shops across the road; -10min walk to both st leonards and wollstonecraft station; -10min walk to RNS hospital; -walking distance to Crows Nest, St Leonards, Artarmon, Wollstonecraft; -New House; -Large room with bathroom;
We are 2 guys, late 20's and early 30's. Our flatmate is moving, so we have a room available. The room is unfurnished - but has a wardrobe. The rest of the flat is furnished. The room is medium sized and can fit a double bed easy. The rent is $198 per week but is paid monthly ($790). Gas and electricity is split 3 ways when it comes. We would like a flatmate who is sociable, friendly, independent and who helps clean common areas. Feel free to give me (Tj) a message to arrange an inspection.
The bedroom is large, has an ensuite, a walk-in robe and an exit to a balcony. The apartment is new and bright with amazing views to hills and updated bathrooms and kitchen. It is located between St Leonards and Artarmon, in a 15 min walking distance from St Leonards station but there are also free shuttle busses from the doorway to the station. Direct buses to St Leonards, Chatswood, Lane Cove, Manly and Macquarie University! The unit has a parking place in a secure garage.
Down to earth, outgoing and easy to get along with. Very tidy & enjoy a healthy lifestyle playing rugby & touch footy. Would prefer to live near public transport as I do not have a car. Happy to share with students.

Hi, I am a 27-year-old female teacher who will be working at a secondary school in Woolwich next January. I am currently sharing a house with an awesome couple in the upper north shore but need to move due to work. I have taught English in the UK in the past. I am hoping to stay with like-minded professionals who are considerate, clean and easy going. I am normally away on weekends because I visit my family down south.
Hi future flat mate or mates :) I've recently moved from Perth to Sydney. I got an exciting job transfer with the company I was working for in Perth. I am an accountant by trade (but not by nature haha). I am originally from South Africa and moved to Perth in 2013 with my family. It has been a big life and career move for me but I'm ready for my next adventure here in Sydney! I am easy going and I can get along with most people. In my spare time I'll be exploring the city and I'm a keen surfer so I'll hopefully catching some waves up and down the coast. I'm super keen on getting out and about and meeting people and discovering all which Sydney has to offer. Please feel free to contact me if you'd think that I am a suitable flatmate. Feel free to ask for references etc. Thanks, Jaryd PS: If you're and AFL fan...I will continue supporting the Fremantle Dockers but may consider going to a few Swans games.
