Hey everyone, Looking to rent a room, preferably along the Westside Bikeway (Camden Park to Mile End) would be ideal, but I'm open to nearby options. I’m a foodie and I work full time in the imported gourmet food industry - your great food and wine are actually my job! I have very good history with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates. I'm tidy, social and respectful. Non smoker and mostly into healthy lifestyle. When I’m not home I like cycling, road-trips and anything you can do outdoors, rock climbing, 4x4, camping, and more. When I'm home, if I'm not doing any work-related email catching-up, I'm open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces and quiet times and I expect the same. Details aside, feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico; - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer; - I also speak Spanish, and it'd be great to practice my French PS: lastly, the only reason why I want to move is that my current place can get a bit noisy at night, and I do need quiet nights during the week 🤫
Looking for min 3 bed 2 bathroom. Small family of 3 and Live in AU Pair. Move date flexible - preferred suburbs as listed to coincide with school zones. Happy with agency or private.
$155.70/wk unit located in block of 9 units on Morphett Road close to bus and tram stops. Off road parking available with decent sized garage and paved outdoor area for entertaining. Air conditioned and internet available 5 minute drive to glenelg and roughly 10 - 15 minutes the CBD ☺️
I consider myself a neat and friendly individual. I am not a huge party person as I work and study but I am happy to have a drink and get involved in social events. I do have 2 year old border collie who I will be looking to take with me where ever I move so pet friendly places are a must. He is not very noisy and rarely barks unless there is something unusual in the yard and he is very friendly to both people and other dogs. In my spare time when I'm not working or studying I catch up with friends and take the dog out on big nature walks.
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range.
The unit is located in a quiet street and is located behind several other flats. $30 pw is contributed to a bill fund, on rare occasions additional funds may need to be added. NBN is available -Smoke free and Pet free. You will have access to off street car parking. The neighbours in the other two flats are two elderly women who appreciate their own space. My current fabulous housemate is moving in with her partner and I need to replace her before Feb. Once I find her replacement she will be taking her couch, fridge, microwave, crockery, utensils and dinning setting. I will be looking to purchase these but if you own any of these items it would be a great bonus :)
Less than 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the city! We are a student and a professional currently looking for a third flatmate to move in from December. Move in date is flexible. Currently have a lease until May, however very keen to stay on and extend! The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living area (shown in photos) and is fully furnished, except for your room, which is a decent size! With plenty of room for a queen+ size bed, however no built in. The house also has a bit of space outside, both front and back if you're just wanting to relax and enjoy the nice weather we're finally getting! We have a cat called Ziggy who is incredibly friendly and definitely keen to meet you! Rent does not include bills and internet. Internet is paid monthly and bills are split three ways when they come in.

Hey! I'm Jess, a 32 year old vet student. I come with 1 cat and 1 small cocker spaniel! Both impeccably well behaved/no noise or mess. I generally keep to myself, am very personable and super easy to live with. I do value privacy. I'm very tidy, clean and responsible and have been living in a vet clinic for the past 4 years in Sydney, so looking forward to my own space! I'm relocating from Sydney to Adelaide to continue my veterinary studies at Adelaide University in Feb. I'll be working part time at a vet hospital as well as studying. I will likely study from home some days where possible. Like I said I tend to keep to myself, so not the type to be going out late into the city etc. Very much a home-body, not a big drinker, but dinner and wine with friends is more my style.
Me and my friend Wendla just arrived in Australia from Europe . We are open-minded, sociable and cooperative flat mates looking for all sorts of people to share a flat with. Since we’ve just arrived, we are happy to meet new people. We like to workout on a daily basis but we also enjoy cooking and eating :) Since we don’t have a car we wanna stay close to our work in Henley Beach. We are looking for 2 rooms (best case) but a 2 bedded room would be fine as well. We would like to stay between 2 - 6 month. Our budget is up to 220$ each.
I love to be busy and active and am very easy to get along with. I spend my idle hours at pilates, swimming or bike riding. I usually maintain a healthy diet and rarely have takeaway. Am keen to do more cooking in the future.
I just moved back to Adl from Brisbane and looking for a place close to or near the beach. I work full time as an Opthalmic technician and love being social and having a glass of wine on the weekends. I’m looking for a housemate(s) that are similar in age (22 -35yr) who enjoy going out occasionally and a potential gym buddy (optional). I am very clean and love interior design and do prefer a more modern place. I’m super easy going and laid back and also respect privacy etc. I am flexible with move in dates but preferably after Christmas/early Jan. please DM if you think I’ll be a good fit 😊

During the week I maintain a busy schedule between work and exercise. outside of that, i'd be keen to have some BBQs at our place and enjoy the broader Adelaide scene. Get in touch if you have a room or are looking to move out. Cheers Elliot
