im really easy going and easy to get along with, always considerate of others. my moving date is flexible but i want to try and move by the end of next month (june), my limit on time is 6th august (lease end) so i want to be out before that so its not a big final rush. currently living in mainland victoria, have all my life but want a fresh start plus i feel at home when im in launceston. im abit of a gamer in my spare time, i also play guitar in my spare time (i will need to buy myself a new one upon moving), anywhere around launceston will be perfect. i will start organizing moving ASAP but need somewhere to live for that, so if all goes smoothly i could even be there around this time next month (please keep in mind i have to give 28day notice prior to leaving my current address) if someone could get in contact with me ASAP about a place (even if its just a room your renting out) that would be amazing. if theres anything you want to know that hasnt been covered, please feel free to ask. thankyou
Hi Looking for a space and I will be using the room just once or mostly twice in a month and will be paying monthly rent as well but the condition is that I need the rental contract document under my name which I can use for residential purpose. Anyone interested please contact me. Thanks
Irish zoologist studying frog buddies in Tasmania and looking for somewhere to curl up when not chasing the small animals around various forests. Easy going and tidy, enjoy watching objectively bad tv with a glass of wine when the opportunity arrives. Love exploring on the weekends and will have a car and be open for company if there are takers. I have two small friendly birds Russell and Bromley tagging along for the adventure. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!

I'm a student looking for a 4 month stay in Launceston from early July to Late October near Launceston General Hospital. Originally from Melbourne and love eating! I'm keen to cook new dishes and taste local cuisines. Currently, I'm in my final year of placement and am at work for most weekdays. I'm approachable and friendly. I like a relatively quiet and clean accommodation. I'd also like all bills, including internet, was included. Prefer male roommates. Feel free to message me. :)
Originally from Queensland, I am currently in the Philippines, returning to Australia at the end of May. I'm looking for a room from June until the start of October when I plan to head back south to spend the summer working in Antarctica. Although I am currently not working, I have sufficient funds to cover my expenses and will be looking for some casual work for a few months. I am generally a quiet person and enjoy my own company a lot of the time. I am very easy going and open minded, considerate of others and like to keep my living space neat and tidy. I also enjoy sharing a few cold beverages with a small group of like-minded people. My hobbies include going to the gym and reading and I'm a bit of a sci-fi nerd.

We have already paid for the Bond, you only need to pay $ 100 for the Bond. The rent is 100 dollars excluding internet and electricity. If you want to stay for a short period, the rent will rise up to 120. You will be paying it every fortnight in advance. The internet price is about 7.5 dollars a week. The electricity cost will be based upon our consumption ranging from 10-25 dollars per week. The room in photos does not have the wardrobe in it. A wardrobe and a shelf are added to the room. I’m a first year at the University of Tasmania, having recently moved down to Launceston from Sydney. I’m currently studying theatre at the Inveresk campus. I am a pretty easy going person. Always up for a good chat. Always up for a laugh. I am pretty good at maintaining cleanliness in a space and doing my share of housework. I enjoy living in a shared space with others so I’m keen to get to know my future room mates.
I’m a 24-year-old girl from Denmark. I’m great to live with, cause I’m a very smiling, happy person. I love to socialize, but I also respect privacy and enjoy time on my own. I dance in my spare time and perform In musicals. I like to cook, I clean after myself and I make a great blueberry cheesecake.
Hey there, I am Abbie from the sunny island of Singapore. I will be studying full time at AMC in UTAS starting this July. Looking to move in around 20th of June. I am friendly and cheerful to family and friends, but a little reserved when meeting new peeps. Looking forward to a great time studying in Tasmania, and making new friends!
