A couple with full time jobs. Looking for 1-2 friendly housemates to share a cosy home. Tidy, respectful, friendly and we have all furniture required for a home!
I'm Ayako, a Phd student at the ANU. I’m in my final year of PhD, studying Human Ecology. I’ve been living in a sharehouse but need to move out because the owner is coming back from overseas. I like to chill out under the sun, go out for walks and see nature. I’m very clean, respectful of others and usually pretty busy with my studies. I am flexible to move in between 6-15 May. Hopefully I can meet you soon!
Hey! I'm Cecilija. I'm a professional gardener with a Visual Arts degree, and my partner Aidan is a qualified teacher who works as an educator at the War Memorial. We have a beautiful doggie, Lottie, who is a Border Collie X Kelpie. She's well trained, playful, and super cuddly. We're after a little spot where we can relax with the pup, have cups of tea, a glass of wine, and preferably grow some veggies. As housemates we're tidy, we both enjoy cooking, and are always up for a chat or a hang. Although we enjoy a chin-wag, we'll respect your space too. We also have a fairly solid houseplant collection to bring to the table. Hope to hear from you!
Hi, I am interested in joining a sharehouse. I am a friendly, happy person who works at a Nursery and studies horticulture. I play a lot of music and do lots of art. I can cook and clean and am easy to live with. I would really love to be considered as I am looking for a sharehouse with some lovely people, as soon as possible. :)
Looking for a place for me and my beautiful border collie Bonnie. I work full time in the public service and would prefer roommates at similar stages in life. I'm relaxed, don't go out much but love a night in with pizza and a glass of wine or a cider. I love brunch, casual drinks, wine and cheese nights, board games. Happy to have my own space but also like a chat. I do like things pretty clean (especially the kitchen) but not a neat freak. Bonnie is a really sweet dog, very kind, smart and funny. She is surprisingly lazy for a border collie and while she loves playing fetch, she will also snuggle up on the couch with you if you want. She is also very obedient and hosuetrained etc. I come with a fridge, washing machine, couch (queen sized futon), TV, classic ikea chair, and gate-leg table and some stools. If you have any questions, just ask.
Friendly , social , coffee lover and easy going single working professional. Full time engineering job in Canberra. Relocating from Melbourne to Canberra in mid May 2019. Likes to keep clean, tidy and keep healthy lifestyle. :)
Hi! I am moving to Canberra in May to start a new job in consulting. I am moving from North QLD so I'd love to find a room with some housemates where I am able to make friends and socialise. I am clean and quiet but happy to have a chat and hang out! Thanks (:
Hey Hey, I'm a social, outgoing and chill fourth-year student at ANU, looking for somewhere to live for semester 2, 2019! I'm currently on exchange at Queen's uni in Canada and am looking for somewhere for the beginning of July. I'm a clean and organised person and while I enjoy just hanging out, I respect everyone has their own style and sense of place. I love running, yoga and soccer. In my downtime I like to paint and draw, go for a bushwalk or two. I enjoy travelling and having time to be spontaneous! If it's sunny, you'll most likely find me basking in the glory of the sun's rays with a good book and a coffee. I'm looking for a house that enjoys the occasional family dinner, is open to starting a veggie patch and cares about the environment. If I sound just about right for you and your house, hit me up because I'm sure we'll get on fab!
Hi all! I'm a PhD Candidate at the ANU originally from Melbourne, but have been in Canberra for >6 years. I've been interstate for a few months for work, and I'm looking for a place before I move back in to my permanent place on July 10. I am an easy going but clean housemate who works relatively long hours during the week but love relaxing on weekends. I'm definitely happy to be as social as you'd like - happy to have chats and cook together but am also okay if you'd prefer your own space. I'm pretty flexible with move in and check out dates. Let me know if you have any questions and am looking forward to meeting you! :)
Hello future flatmates! I'm a graduate lawyer working full time in the APS, looking for a new place to call home! You’ll find me to be an upbeat, uncomplicated, tidy and considerate housemate. I really love to cook and I enjoy a good chat (with or without a glass of red wine). When I’m not baking or cooking up a storm for friends and loved ones (housemates included!), I’m either volunteering, reading books, watching foreign films, learning new languages, trying out new restaurants, at the gym, going out for walks (and purposely getting lost to find cool stuff!) or travelling. While I’m just as happy to be alone doing any of the aforementioned things, I’m always happy to have company too. Looking forward to hearing from you and creating Canberra's most fabulous sharehouse!
I'm Rosie! Full time worker in the APS who spends a bit of time at the gym, at a gig, bingeing podcasts or going away with friends. Looking for like minded people to share a new home with. I will bring myself and my small indoor plant friends. Happy to contribute to making a house a home though with items needed!

There are 3 nice, spacious bed rooms house with a lovely, cosy private courtyard, a large sunny dining room combines kitchen and a big sunny lounge room. Bath room is separate with toilet. The rent includes bills such as water, gas, internet but share electricity( split into 3). But I can adjust price to include electricity if it’s easier to budge. There is a short walking distance to anywhere. It's in the central of the city. It’s ideal for student who is studying or working at the ANU, UC, or in the city or surrounding area. Hi! My name is Sam, I'm a female PhD student (studying geology and geochemistry) who will be working at a lab at ANU for a few months. I am originally from a very rural part of the United States and this will be my first time abroad (ever!!); I'm super excited about this adventure. Pros about me: I love dogs, rock climbing, hockey (all sports really), beer, and hanging out, though I do value my alone time as well! I identify as bi and have a lovely open marriage (I'm still quite private about it, though!) with my husband who will stay back in the US with our pups. I love almost all pets and am happy to share space with them!* I am clean, relatively organized (as much as a grad student can be), respectful, and open-minded. I'm quiet in my alone time, but love a good conversation over drinks with a few friends or a good party with a lot of friends! Cons(?) about me: I do smoke both cigarettes and the occasional joint (can you smoke weed in Australia??), however I am respectful of shared spaces and open windows. I actually hate the smell of cigarettes, so I absolutely do not smoke indoors and wash my clothes (and self!) frequently. I keep somewhat strange working hours and am a bit of a night owl, though I expect to be on much more of a normal schedule as I will be at the mercy of the kind folks training me in the lab! *I am usually allergic to cats, at least for the first few days around them until I get acclimated (not a dealbreaker!) but have no other major allergies or sensitivities. Ideally, I am looking to share a space with anyone friendly, welcoming, fun, and easygoing. My perfect flatmate would be someone who can chat at the dinner table or go out for a beer on a whim but also values their time alone and respects my introverted side. I don't mind a bit of a messy person as long as things get taken care of eventually. Last, and most important, whatever your personality quirks, as long as you are honest, straightforward, and communicate with me through methods other than passive-aggressive sticky notes, I will be a happy camper!
Hi, I'm Andrea, I'm 26 years and study a master program. During August, September and October I'm taking an internship in Australia. That's why I'm looking for a place to live with other people. I'm very sociable and open-minded, I like stay in touch with nature, hiking, camping or just staying at home for reading or having a dinner with some friends. If this brief portrait have interested you, please contact me :)
I am a very organized, tidy and neat individual (I never leave my dishes in the sink!) but also great to get along with (I do love a good housemates-only movie night!). I graduated with a first at ANU in International Relations and Political Science, and currently working full-time.
My name is Bridie. I am a 4th year science student at the ANU and I'm originally from Batman's Bay. I am a friendly person who doesn't mind sharing a meal or glass of wine with someone else. I also like to cook/ bake for others. I am a quiet person and am pretty laid back. I love a good Netflix binge and talking about all things science related. I am also in to playing team sports and going on nice walks around the lake. I am looking for something that's long term (anywhere from 6 month onwards). I am also looking to share with someone who wants to be friendly and who wants to share a meal together on occasion.
Hey, I'm an ANU student in their final year who works part time, and is looking for a place in the inner north. I'm very easy going, but also cleanly and respectful of people’s space (skills I cultivated at my last sharehouse where I lived with 10 people!) I’m very social and outgoing and always down for a chat. I collect vintage travel posters and spend my free time brushing up on my Spanish and trying to pick up French. I’m pretty flexible on the stay length.
