I am relocating from Adelaide to Fremantle for work. I have a 6 year old kelpie x that loves people and other pets. I took her to two years of obedience school and she (and I) come with great references from previous landlords and housemates.
It's a secluded area just off South St near restaurants , gym and shops with Kardinya Mall nearby. There is a laundry and rear garden. Also 998/999 bust stop for short trip too Murdoch Stn, Fiona Stanley and Fremantle city. Small park at front of house with BBQ. Non smoking house. Prefer no eating in bedrooms as there are 2 dining areas. The master bedroom has large lounge attached. If 2 persons in master bedroom the utility portion of rent is $30 which is adjustable if 1person rent would be $210. Any amount not used to pay utility will be credited back to tenant.
I am a Graduate Research Assistant, pursuing PhD at the Murdoch University and also a part time tutor. I am looking for a room (preferably with private bathroom)/granny flat near the Murdoch University. I am very clean and tidy person who works most of the time at the uni. I love to cook and watch movies during my leisure time. I am a non-smoker/non-drinker and do not have any pet to cater for.
Moving from Sydney to Perth in mid Feb! Recently finished uni and looking for full-time work. I'm really into dogs and great tv shows amongst many other things :) I like to keep my home clean and I'm always down for some great banter.
I'm looking for a place in Freemantle and surrounding. I'm a fit and mostly healthy female in my 30's with a beautiful dog. Easy to get along with, Err, music, food, work, play, that sort of thing. Just want a nice place with a nice person/ or peeps

Room available is a good size with BIR and nice natural light during the day :) oh and ceiling fan to keep you cool during the summer nights! I've supplied basically everything we could need furniture / appliance wise. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Looking for someone long term ideally who wants to find a home. Move in date 26th March :) If you're another student, young professional or just someone who is looking for a place to make home, understand the importance of being respectful and this sounds like the kind of digs you'd be interested in shoot me message :)
This house is lovely. Light and spacious with tonnes of character and a large back yard and shed. Every room has reverse cycle airconditioning so it's comfortable too. It's in a lovely leafy green part of the neighborhood close (5-10mins) to shops, parks, public transport, bustling Fremantle and Murdoch University. I am renting two rooms together at one end of the house for maximum privacy.

Room 1: currently has a queen size bed and some draws. Painted a few years ago and has a new carpet. The furniture can be removed. Small rule no food or drinks in the room Room 2: currently has 2 King single beds, some draws, and small portable wardrobe. Furniture can be removed The house is situated in Kardinya (13 km south of Perth City), 5 min walk from a shopping centre with all the needed facilities, 1 min walk from a bus stop with the bus route 999/998 to Fremantle (15 min) or to the nearest train station (Murdoch; 13 min) that will bring you anywhere. (cycling to Murdoch station is about a 5 to 10-minute bike ride and Fremantle is about 10 to 20-minute bike ride both depending how keen of a cyclist you are, walking back from Fremantle is about 45 minutes after a late night out, I have always found cycling as fast as the bus if not faster) The main bathroom for the house has been demolished for renovation and the project due finances is on hold! So the house is down to one small bathroom. (This bathroom is fully functional with shower, toilet, and basin) There are also 2 other toilets in the house, making 3 in total. The large open kitchen has gas stove and microwave. Gas, water and electricity bills (excluding heating & air conditioning) are included in the rent price subject to fair use. I do charge an extra $30pw for a second person in the room (which is possible in both rooms) The house is insulated and generally cool in summer (if the windows are kept closed during the day). I have bedding for the rooms as well as well as a fan. Pool, Gym, Dishwasher, washing machine, Roller shutters for all windows and sliding doors, Smart power peak and off-peak times so energy concuss is desirable. The house has a laundry with washing machine and a clothesline that is undercover outside directly next to the laundry. All rooms have a lockable door with key Smokers outside only, away from open doors and windows or close them. Ideally, I am looking for people who clean-up after themselves and contribute to the cleaning of the house. There is a patio out the back and there is also a lemon tree, I want to get some fruit trees and add some mango trees, apple trees, and avocado trees yet this is hold due to finances at the moment.
Hi! My name is Max, I am originally from the United States, and I am currently a postgraduate student at Murdoch studying the history of weather. I moved to the Perth area two years ago, and have since fallen in love with the city. When I'm not doing research at Murdoch, my hobbies are fencing (which I compete in), traveling, games, and exploring the area. I like finding little beaches, cafes, or bars to invite friends to. Plus, it's always nice when friends return the favour later. For me, home is a comfortable place where you can put work down and just relax. I try hard to keep the bathrooms and kitchens clean and clean up after my own messes, so I don't make things hard on housemates. Otherwise, I'm pretty easy-going and keen to meet new people and try new things!
Hi I'm Rachael. I am a 20 year old who is down to earth and easy going, as well as passionate and bubbly. As a WAAPA graduate (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts) music is my life, and part of my wage comes from gigging. When I'm not gigging I am songwriting and working part time in childcare. I am an introverted extrovert, which means that I am happy to keep to myself, but also love socialising- very good when it comes to the balance. I am an honest and conscientious person who is tidy and always willing to help when a hand is needed. I am responsible and can be trusted to pull my weight around the house. Currently looking for a share house that is preferably furnished with internet and bills included in rent. Flexible when it comes to private or shared rooms, however a private room is preferred as I require a space to write and record my music. Would love to share with people who are bubbly and easy going like myself, and also value the importance of respect and understanding. Looking for a sense of home and friendship :)
asygoing, clean and enjoy cooking up a meal now and again. I am currently employed as a youth worker and reliable with rent payments etc. Dont mind socializing and the occasional beer not to mention a spontaneous musical jam should u be that way inclined. Saying this I am respectful of other peoples needs and am definetly no party animal. Like quiet time also. My other interests include meditation, yoga, live gigs and the beach. Hit us up if you have something available!! Looking to move 16/3. Cheers Luke ✌
Very friendly, easy going, looking for a chilled out place to live. Working full time and studying so I like to chill out in my spare time. I enjoy a few casual drinks but not looking for a party house. Contact me if you have a suitable place!
previously worked FIFO but have been at uni and recently graduated as an engineer. starting a new job (NOT FIFO) next year so will be focussing on my training and professional development. very active: footy, gym, boxing, cycling, beach etc. so always doing things. very easy going, bit of a handyman, non-smoker, single, clean and respectful. Enjoy a good feed and can cook a mean carbonara. have a car and motorbike so hopefully find somewhere that can fit them both. Looking to share with one or two others max. In the past I’ve shared with females predominantly. Dont mind who I share with tho, but common interests and being able to have a quiet drink together is a must. I’m working in Bibra Lake so looking to find a place anywhere between there and freo. Cheers
Hey there future flatmates! I moved to Australia 2 1/2 years ago from Germany and immediately took to the lifestyle and people. After having experienced both the settled life down south in Dunsborough for a year and then an epic trip up the east coast by myself in a little HONDA CRV which ended with me (and my second spare tyre Steve as the passenger) doing the Gibb River Road far off any bitumen - I then decided to start studying in Australia. I consider myself independent, adventurous and organised. I'm also into fitness and the general health/wellness industry, I love food, and I'm a triplet so very used to sharing space. I still have ties from my life down south, so I'm really only in Perth three days every week (Monday arvos till Thursday mornings). The rest of the time I'm down south, working. The best part saved for last: I'm currently studying a Diploma in remedial massage therapy. And I have to practice on people, like housemates. I'll leave it on this note - hopefully meet you soon, cheers! :)
I am relaxed, friendly person, am very easy going. I like being social but also like my down time at home. I work in events so I'm not home a great deal during the week and I work some weekends.
I'm easygoing and pretty quiet most of the time. My taste in music is dope AF and I'm a pretty decent conversationalist. I work full time, and spend most of my spare time at the gym, teaching and training Muay Thai.
My name is Belinda and I am a hobby artist and qualified Laboratory Technician and Animal Attendant. I am quiet, tidy and easy going person.
