This flat comes with sorts of advantages. For location, this flat is very close to Canberra centre. It takes only 2-3 mins to get to Canberra centre on foot. Moreover, there are so many restaurants in this area including local restaurants and Chinese restaurants, and Korean restaurants, etc. It is also convenient for ANU students to commute from this flat to ANU by walking for 10 mins. For safety and ambience, the neighbors of this neighborhood are friendly and nice. In addition, there are few noises during night. Therefore,the residents are seldom bothered and disturbed. As for furniture, some furniture are provided, including washing machine, heater, blanket, microwave oven, fridge, hot water kettle, other appliances, etc. By the way, there is a swimming pool for the residents

Early mornings and early nights are pretty much my Jam 7 days a week, but I am very understandable with other people living more of a night life and am very hard to disturb outside of my active hours.

Fantastic location in Phillip to Woden. I don’t really mind male or female who has permanent stable employment. It’s a 2 storey townhouse with secure garage parking.Walking distance to Woden Westfield and Canberra Hospital. Close to bus stops. Drive is no longer than 15min to Tuggeranong / city each way.
Our house is a bit on the older side but heaps of space and is in a good area. Down the road is Southland shopping centre with a gym, pharmacy, fresh food market, 7/11 ect and Woden mall is about a 3 minute drive away. There are 2 living rooms, a deck and a large backyard as well as a storage shed outside. The bedroom is the smallest of the 3 and has a bit of wear and tear (attached in the photos) from previous tenants, the lease is until early February so we were preferably looking for someone who is ok with short term stay or someone who would like to come to our next house with us, please message if you have any other questions :)
