Hi, I'm Marla, I'm a science student and a trans woman. I love to cook (and I'm not too bad at it) and I think good communication is the best thing in a house. Whether housemates are social or private, neat or messy, making sure we can communicate clearly and openly about the house means things can always be settled and run smoothly without any bitterness, stress or inconvenience. When I'm not studying, I like women's sports, card games and watching shows with friends.
Just looking for a chilled house, love home cooking and a decent backyard for hangs :) im about to start studying and have just come home from travelling in england :) looking for a non smoking house ( outside is fine ) not into hectic busy homes or party houses. I Like keeping healthy and fit :) love to get in the yard and keep a clean house, have been known to have a wine an enjoy a solid boogie in the lounge room disco.

Hey there, My partner and I are looking to rent a house with a backyard, that's pet friendly for 2 small dogs. We both work part time, as well as play in corporate bands. Great rental history and we take great pride in maintaining a clean home. Looking to move as soon as possible, due to current rental house being converted into apartments. Regards, Tearnu & Adrian
I am an international student studying in Monash University. I am easy-going and willing to make friends with flatmates. Besides, I am quite which means I would not bring a lot of friends for party or bother anyone at late night or early morning.
Hi all, looking to start a new share house with a few people, or move into an already established sharehouse with some down to earth people. I like to think of where I live as a home rather than a sharehouse, so I always keep it very clean. Looking to live with a few like-minded people around my age and have a friendly/social household. Both an outdoorsy and an indoorsy kind of person with interests in woodwork/construction, exercise, art, gaming, exploring. I like having people occasionally over for a few beers. I work part-time and study full-time at Monash (both campuses) so somewhere in between the campuses and near the Pakenham line is ideal, even though I have a car. I currently handle rent, internet, electricity, gas, and water bills for my current lease which ends mid-May so there won't be any problems there. I can supply a good Wi-Fi router/modem, dining table/chairs, cutlery/crockery, dryer, coffee table and rug, entertainment unit, and I'm looking to buy some couches though am waiting to see if it's necessary. Cheers!
I love getting to know my housemates and living in a social house, while I also like my alone time. At home, I like watching netflix, cooking, reading and socialising. I'm 24, work full-time in marketing near Monash Uni and love playing team sports in my spare time and going to the gym. I also love beach days and weekend adventures and I'm a bit of a foodie! As far as being a housemate goes, I'm clean and considerate, and chip in my fare share for the house. I have some furniture I can contribute, however if not needed I can put in storage. I'm moving from the other side of the city for my new job and sadly my housemate/friend is off to the US. Ideally I'd like to live with a two other young professionals and not in a party house, although I do enjoy a cheeky wine now and then. Interested in setting up a new house too - send me a message!
Hi! I am a student looking for a place to live near/within reasonable distance to Monash Uni Clayton campus. I am in my third year of uni, and have moved out of uni halls. Currently I am living with family in Geelong while I find a place to live, but I would like to move somewhere closer to uni to save on very long commutes. I am looking at moving into a sharehouse with others because I would love to meet more people in Melbourne as I am originally from South Australia. I am a neat and friendly housemate, and I have experience living with other people and sharing facilities. I love going to gigs in Melbourne, travelling in the uni holidays and Netflix binges!
I'm a Mexican PhD student (physics) coming to Monash Uni, Clayton campus. I'm quite chilled but like to party every now and then, I also enjoy learning from other people's cultures, customs and insights. I like to keep my place and stuff clean and ordered (with only exception of my desk, which is usually a mess but clean nevertheless). My hobbies include running, weight training, guitar playing and watching films. I drink moderately, rarely smoke and don't do hardcore drugs. I'm straight but LGBT+ friendly. I'm also pet friendly and particularly enjoy playing with dogs or taking them out for a run.
Hey we are Steph and Justin! I work in hospitality and Justin plays footy and trains at the gym everyday. I also train a few times a week! We eat very healthy raw fresh produce as I have intolerances so we will prob take up half the fridge with meat veggies and fruit, but we will cook grouse dinners for you as well. We always clean up after ourselves and like keeping things neat and tidy! We love being outside and adventuring, going out for food and drinks, shopping (Kmart runs). We are wanting an unfurnished master room, either with ensuite or without as long as it has a very large wardrobe! We hope you allow pets as we would love to adopt a dog, but we can wait until we move on!
I'm studying Masters of Teaching at Monash and working at Chadstone Shopping Centre. I've been living in sharehouses for 4 years and am all about communication and understanding what everyone expects from each other. I'm big on respecting communal space and keeping things clean and tidy, always happy to share a meal (love cooking for people) and a movie but also good to do my own thing in my room and give people their space. Ideally looking for team-ups as I have a fridge, washing machine, 6 seat dining set and some old school lockers I converted to drinks cabinets, most of which I'd rather use to furnish a new place with than sell, but that's just a preference.
I moved to Melbourne from Brisbane about 6 Months ago. I used to be a Tennis coach in the sunny state but am now working at Securinvest Financial Planners in Wheelers Hill. I have been staying with some cousins while I get a bit more used to Melbourne, but traveling to work sucks, so looking for a place that's a bit easier to get to work. I don't mind a casual beer in the afternoon and I try to get out on the weekend. I have learned to be a pretty tidy person in my own space but am also easy going with whatever the house vibe happens to be. My goal this year is to get better at golf because I suck! My biggest weakness is an addiction to AFL DreamTeam (not a weakness).
I’m Melanie, a 27-year old PhD student from Germany and looking for a room close to Monash University. I’ll bring several years of experience in living in shared houses with all kinds of different people and love traveling, seeing new things and getting to know new people. I’m looking for an easy-going, sociable atmosphere and love getting together to hang out and cook, enjoy a glass of wine, watch a movie, go for a walk or something like that. Still, I’m not looking for a 24/7 babysitter and it should always be possible to just close your door and have privacy. I don’t mind if an apartment shows that someone is living there, so it doesn’t always have to be spotlessly clean and I can tolerate a certain degree of chaos, but in general I appreciate a somewhat developed sense of tidiness, especially around the kitchen and bathroom. But my general experience is that a common ground for living together can always be found, so I’m a fan of open and direct communication, honesty and respect :)
Neat & easy-going flatmate from HK to Melbourne for study. Im independent but at the same time love being with people. Welcome to know people from different countries and share the great time together.
I’m very creative and love my music. Other interests are gardening, I like to have a small vege & herb garden. I use the produce in my cooking. I've been told I'm a good cook. I enjoy catching up with friends, going to see live music, reading, going to the beach with my dog, yoga. Hi prospective housemates. I am looking to share a house with one person. I have everything needed to set up a share house. If you are contacting me re an existing share house, please note I will need a proper garage to store any of my belongings that won't fit in the house. Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you! 😺
Hey guys! We're a young couple looking to move out of our current accomodation to somewhere a little closer to our respective schools, and where we can bring our furkid-family members with us! Gemma is a 19 year old psychology student at Monash University in her second year, and works part time as a sales assistance and puppy school instructor in the pet industry! (Which means her amazing pet product bargains are yours too! 😉) Brad is a student at Holmesglen TAFE studying his first year of Networking, is a whiz at all things technical, and would be happy to deal with any totally annoying technical failures with WiFi or your computer if a housemate ever needed a hand! Together we're hoping to bring our two furry friends - Gemma's greyhound, Bellatrix, who I assure you will have you weak in the knees within seconds, and Brad's indoor cat, Mia, who is a little princess. 🐱 (Gemma is also hoping to apply all her certified dog training skills into bringing a new puppy into the mix sometime in the near future.) We are not too picky on our new home other than friendly, fun, and carefree housemates who are happy to have a quiet night in (maybe watching horror movies, if they're up to it!) but also respect each others privacy and keep a comfortable home environment. A backyard is also pretty essential and whilst it doesn't have to be huge, you might get a bit tangled in Bellatrix's zoomies if it's small! 😸 *Our moving timeframe is from late March/early April. ☺️ *We'd also be interested in teaming up with someone who had already found/had a house and was just looking for roommates to split the rent and the fun with them! If you feel like you might have something that suits, please get into contact with us! We can't wait to hear from our new housemates. ☺️
I am a quiet reserved responsible female studying at Monash Clayton. I am a non smoker, like to mind my own business and expect the same. Looking for a studio / granny flat. Strict about hygiene and cleanliness. Please don't message me for a house share.
Hello hello! I'm Laura and I'm a full time student at Monash University, currently completing my Honours year in Psychology. I also work as a tutor part time and do volunteer work on the weekends. Simon works full time at Australia Post in the CBD. We are both very friendly and easy going people. Very neat and tidy!
