Hi flatmates quiet chatty female working part time’ seeking a room in unit or house prefer living 1 or 2 others any suburb near public transport Cheers
The house is fully furnished except for your room. Although the picture shows a furnished room but I will be shifting all the stuff in there to the new home. There is a small backyard with a table for you to do your reading over the summer or have a few beers with the flatmates! There is also a garage which is utilised as a mini indoor gym if you'd like to do some work out! There are buses on princess highway (800, 802, 862) and on clayton road (733) which will lead you to the train stations (oakleigh and mount waverley station respectively). The house is also located in a quiet area if you like peace and serenity - I reckon it is a good price for what you get!
I am studying at Monash University. I'm looking to live in a quiet, clean and somewhere fun to live(bills included) with easy going housemates and no pets preferably. I keep everything tidy and clean and expect the same from my housemates. I am also open for teaming up and look or move into a new house. I am also flexible with the duration of the stay and move in dates and can consider short term as well.
Hey ! I'm coming to Australia to do a research internship at Monash University, for 4 months. I study Physics but I am specialised in Particules and High Energy Physics. I am from Paris. I love to travel and meet new people. I am a friendly, easygoing, organised person interested in moving into a relaxed household. I am looking for a place near Monash University, or next to a station that can get me easily there.
I'm a bachelor student in Creative Arts (Audio), studies at SAE Institute, Southbank. I'm a friendly, easygoing person, appreciate clean and tidy surroundings, not much at home, into music, Non-smoker, Non-alcoholic.
For the last 3 years, my partner and I have lived in this spacious dual dwelling (2 seperate residential dwellings). We live in a large unit out the back, we are 2 professionals who lead a pretty quiet life. We enjoy playing and listening to music everyday and are both friendly, approachable chicks, but we like our privacy and our own space. The property is big enough and divided in half so the backyard is totally our own personal space, with the whole front of the property being yours. This is not a flatmate or housemate situation, but It's a great opportunity to have your own house in a great location. Privacy and respecting each other's seperate properties is imperative. If you're looking for social interaction or a emotional support environment this probably won't suit your needs. We love our privacy and the home we have created. You get, a whole unfurnished house to yourself and two damm good neighbours! The master bedroom easily fits a King Bed and Furniture, BIR with floor to ceiling storage, a refurbished bathroom and Kitchen with gas stovetop, heaps of cupboards and a big sun-filled lounge room. Features: Split system heating/cooling Dishwasher Sunscreen and Blinds on all windows Floorboards throughout There is also a large dining room which can easily be a second bedroom. Obviously it will not have a wardrobe, but easily enough space for one, it closes off for bedroom privacy. Flinn and I use one room in the house for storage. We absolutely respect your privacy and will never access our room without your prior permission and at time that suits you. We don't need to access it often, but his space is not negotiable. It's our home and we are looking for mature minded, respectful and tenants only (30yo+) and will align rent and bills to be paid together on your weekly or fortnightly pay cycle. The laundry is the only shared space. It is at the rear of the house, yet still completely detached security and privacy. NO PETS OR CHILDREN AT ALL SORRY. All bills are split equally - $40pw x 3 ($25pw each if 2 of you). This includes: NBN Wifi, Foxtel, Electricity, Water and Gas. References are required and everything will be done properly for our protection and for yours. We look forward to hearing from you to meet and inspect our home.
I'm Fran - 25, British and I've just moved to Melbourne. Currently I live in Elwood but looking to relocate closer to work. My ideal home would be cosy, with friendly housemates who respect eachothers privacy but who are also keen to socialise during downtime. My job in marketing is very busy in the week but I love exploring the city (and further afield) at the weekends. I am looking to move in somewhere around 1st May, although could be flexible on this for the right place. Short term lets of 3-6 months would be ideal.

Hi all, I’m a friendly 24yo kiwi from Wellington, NZ that has been living in Newcastle, NSW for the past 12mths. I’ve recently moved to Melbourne and work as a pilot flying 3-4 days a week locally (should increase to more days in the coming months). I’m easygoing, reliable (financially and socially), quiet and clean. Am happy to respect housemates work/social/privacy etc. Would prefer a non-party house. *Please note: I’ve put 2 months (minimum) however if I like the place I’ll stay until the end of the year, probably longer. As I’m new to Melbourne, I’d love a place to call home and would absolutely treat it as such!

We have a little courtyard which is lovely for getting some sunshine, and soaking up some green in the suburbs. The We keep a very clean and tidy house, and everyone pitches in and is self sufficient. Fridge and other white goods are provided by us. Storage space is good, space will be provided for your items in the kitchen/laundry. Some items are communal but we do expect respect of others belongings. The house has ducted heating and aircon. Coin laundry at the end of the street if you need to do drying, Quick train ride into the city PTV wise. The room available has a door opening up to the backyard, so it has a private entrance. You can easily fit a double/queen bed and desk in the room, and you can add more storage if need be.
Hello all! My name is Herman, a 22 years old guy from the Netherlands. I will be in Melbourne from halfway May towards the end of October to perform an internship for my masters degree Chemical Engineering at CSIRO. Therefore, I am looking for a place nearby Clayton (Monash University) to stay for around 6 months. Asking some of my friends/current housemates, they would describe me as being passionate when it comes to my studies, but also keen for a party every now and then. In my spare time I like to play football and doing some lowkey fitness. Since my internship will probably occupy most of my time during the week, I would like to explore the city and surroundings of Melbourne in my free evenings and weekends. I am looking for a furnished (co-ed) house with flatmates that occasionally like to have dinner, hang out, and undertake activities together. Cheers, Herman
Hey, I'm Emily. I'm level 26, working full-time, lived out of home ~5 years. Found myself back at mum's and slowly losing my mind. Needing a short-term (1-3 months, TBA until I figure my shit out) place to stay as our house is being sold. 90% of my belongings are in a garage and the rest is in my car… woo. Gamer, very clean and considerate, a bit shy, keep to myself most of the time. Enjoy nights out at metal/rock gigs. Big no to smokers and drugs, happy to share a whiskey or wine though. When not at home I'm generally pet/house sitting (my second job I guess) or at my boyfriend's. We will hopefully move in together soon, hence another reason for the short term stay. I recently became a sugar glider mama (yes, really) but he is situated with my boyfriend given my living situation. I also own a horse but he's at a trainer's in the process of being sold. Easy on whereabouts but ideally South/East suburbs, need to commute into South Melbourne for work. I have a tiny Mazda2 that I’m happy to street park. Aaand that's me in a nutshell. Hope to hear from you! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I am a second-year Nursing student who works part-time. I am quiet but easy-going; I prefer to spend time alone when at home. I spend most of my time either doing coursework, reading, talking to friends, or working. I have a bit of OCD, so I am very particular about being clean and tidy, which extends into the places I stay in.
We are a caring and loving Asian household. Our place is very comfortable and safe. Our place is clean, has a cosy & homey feeling. The room is fully equipped with air conditioner, a spacious bed, wardrobe, a study desk, and a large window allowing lots of natural light into the room. We are located near Monash Univeristy (Clayton), with approximately 20 minutes walk from the house (or 6 minutes drive). With regards to public transport, it is reasonably close to the bus stops, with services running to Monash Clayton, Chadstone Shopping Centre or Box Hill. If you have your own personal vehicle, Chadstone, Oakleigh, Mount Waverley, and Brandon park shopping centres are only 7 minutes away. Freeway access is less than just 5 min drive, and Princess Hwy is 400m away. Off street parking is also available. If you are interested, please feel free to contact me by telling me a little bit about yourself.
Hi there! I'm Cait, a 24 year old working part time in Communications, with a second casual job in retail. I also spend a bit of time volunteering and rehearsing for musical theatre shows. In what spare time I have left, I like to go out for brunch, curl up with a good TV show or book, or have a chill night with friends. I'm looking for housemates who are friendly and clean, and who are happy to have a chat or a dinner together, but who can also respect personal space. If this sounds like you, I'd love to hear from you!
I am a quiet, tidy easy going person who respects the privacy of others. I am always up for a chat, dinner, drinks, games and outings together once I am free. I am in my final year of my PhD and I am looking for a quiet and tidy place to call home for the next year or so. I am looking to move on 1st July (earliest 29th June and absolute latest 4th July) so if this is agreeable then send me a message and we can arrange an inspection ideally after 5pm as I have University during the day. I would like to have a place that I can walk to university as I work late (about 15 mins walk).
Hi. I am a PhD student at Monash Uni. I am from Iran. The only important thing for me is an absolute quiet place to sleep at night. I will spend most of time outside. I have no problem with pets.
I am working, studying and playing sport full time. I am very easy going, clean around the house and hardly home due to a busy schedule. Looking to move in by the end of next week.
