We both love sharing cooking, Netflix, having a drink and keeping the house clean and share duties. It's got bus stop across the Rd that goes to Moorabbin station, Chadstone and Clayton and Sthland. Only 2 women living here, looking for one more. Give us a text if it what you are looking for.
I'm a nurse from Canada moving to Melbourne and am looking for roommates! I'm active, and enjoy spending time outdoors. I'm clean and organized, and that's also a requirement for my flatmates. I'm looking for social housemates to find my new home :)
I'm looking for a whole property to rent. I rented out my own apartment and would like to rent a property with 2 bathrooms (or 2 toilets and 1 shower), and at least 1 parking spot. I'm a happy, reliable and tidy person. I don't have children and pets. Looking for a whole property for myself, also don't mind to share a property which I will be getting with other females or males. Please send me a message or SMS if you would like to team-up/share a property I will be getting, or if you would like to share my own apartment which is located on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne (2 bedroom apartmetn, 1 furnished room is available). I'm friendly and get along well with everyone. Australia has been home for me for the last 20 years. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker and I don't host parties. Move-in date: Any day between now and late August 2018 is fine. I will provide the relevant ownership documents/Body Corporate bills of my own property and driver licence/passport if requested.
Back unit perfectly located 5 minutes away from Huntingdale shops and station! Close to Chadstone shopping centre and public transport (bus at the end of the street goes straight to monash uni!) so perfect for someone with or without a license/car as its also a quiet street with plenty of parking. I'm a 22 year old female, working full time in Braeside. I'm quiet but am always up for a drink on the weekends. I always pay bills on time and clean up after myself. I'm also studying online so spend a lot of my spare time studying, when I'm not at the gym or walking my dog. I have a four year old male border collie (desexed), who is toilet trained and very well behaved. He rarely barks and is extremely calm. Good with other animals
20 year old male. Looking for long-term home with good people! I'm currently working in hospatality full time - afternoon and night time hours so I keep pretty busy. I'm always up for a good chat, sharing meals, binging good TV series and hanging with housemates. Have previously lived in a share house with my ex partner for just over 6 months. Very familiar what it's like living in a share house environment. Quiet, not the type to hold house parties, often out anyway. Keen eye photographer, creative and loves to travel. MOVE DATE: I am looking to move sometime in JUNE. However July is also a possibility.
Hi guys! I’m an international student from Germany who is coming to Melbourne for one semester to study at the Monash University :) I’m a med student, open for all things fun and always travelling. We travel to Monash University, Clayton Campus in about 15 minutes by bus. Also, the Cafes, baker's delight, sushi food, hair parlour, mobile store, chemist warehouse, convenience store, subway outlet, seven/eleven store, ATM and Woolsworth store are all at a walking distance of about or less than 10 minutes. The house is located perfectly.
Im an outgoing and friendly person. I came from Sweden 🇸🇪 i work full time as a professional worker and Stydy. I am looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy like me and who is easy to get along with. I enjoy my privacy and i respect other peoples privacy very much. I am looking to move in with someone as soon as possible as I have found in my experience that females care more about the cleanliness of the house than males.😊 If u need more information for me feel free text me
Hi, my name is Nicole and I am from Malaysia. I will be exchanging to Monash University Clayton in July for six months. I am 20 years old, turning 21 but don't tell anyone. I am someone who cleans up after myself and I can never deal with too big of a mess (unless it's my own room). I also keep to myself, but that's only when people don't talk to me, so if you talk to me, I'll definitely be able to keep up with the conversation. I enjoy a few drinks every now and then, but I definitely do not like to party - I really like my peace and quiet. All-female unit please.
Hi there, I'm a 31-year-old male who is in the search for a new home. After previously living with other people I have learned the balance of sharing a place with someone else. I am considerate of people's space and belongings. I'm friendly, quiet, easy going and no stranger to cleaning. I like to live in a clean and tidy environment (doesn't need to be spotless) and willing to share all household tasks. I'm accommodating to any personality type and really just looking for nice people to get along with. I pay my rent and bills on time and happy to help out with household items. I work full time as a warehouse manager and while I'm not doing that I like to play and coach ice hockey, mountain bike ride, partake in some archery and hit the gym occasionally. While I'm at home I like to relax, catch up on the news of the world, watch some tv/movie, chat over a meal or drink and listening to tunes.
Hi I am 40 years old business man, I own a cleaning business with a few employees, I just got an office/ warehouse on Moorabbin but own a house in pakenham so at the Moment looking to sell my property and possibly purchase near where my jobs are, which is inner suburbs of south east melbourne, in the main time i do not wish to drive 45-60 mins each trip from home to work so if I can have a place to share with some people it would be nice, I am extremely easy going, and friendly enough to make ppl feel comfortable to talk about what ever, pretty clean as I’m a cleaner by the trade. One of my good useful skill is I am a good cook. I think that’s pretty much about myself. Oh if possible I like to have my cat with me, she is so not playful nor marking territory or something what so ever so prefer to have self contained/ studio or granny flat but if I can’t bring my cat or if not really self contained place then it also fine. I wouldn’t mind pay a bit extra if I have to, as it wouldn’t be much issue with that but of course nice to be in a reasonable price . Thanks for reading. Regards Zack
