URGENT! I'm from Japan, half Australian and a first-year student at Monash:) Love music, animals, outdoor, cooking. Quiet and Clean (would prefer to live with female students) Close to bus/train/tram stop preferred Thank you!
We are easygoing, talkative and tidy couple from Poland looking for a place to stay near Monash University. We both love to cook, play sports and live a healthy lifestyle (we are both vegans). Karolina has a postdoc fellowship on Monash Univeristy and Bartosz is looking for a part-time job. We're arriving in Melbourne on May 20th and will stay here for at least 6 months.
Hello, my name's Josh! I've been couch surfing in Melbourne for a month after moving interstate from NSW and would really like to settle down and find a permanent home. I'm a first year science student studying full time at Monash Uni. I'm a friendly, easygoing, sociable guy but am also respectful of others' privacy and while I'm up for a chat I also enjoy some downtime like anyone else. I realise the responsibilities involved in living with others and am a very clean, tidy and reliable person, contributing my fair share to ensuring the place is in good condition and rent is paid on time. Lover of all animals and would be totally down to live with pets of any kind. Am open to living with any and all kinds of people but would prefer to live with other students or people around my age. As I'll have uni nearly everyday it's quite important that public transport is nearby, and it would be especially amazing if I could find a place close to the Clayton campus. Also open to start/join a group of others looking for housing - send me a message if you'd like to know more about me or if you have a room available and thanks!
I'm a very relaxed person when it comes to life and as such I am always open to new experiences and meeting new people both of which I hope to have with my future flat mates. For fun I play any sort of sport I can get my hands on or just hang out with friends and joke around with them. I am currently studying a bachelor of Information Technology at Monash University in Clayton and am looking for a part time job as we speak.
I'm Cathal a 23 year Irish(full citizen) bartender. In my spare time I'm usually cooking or messing around on my camera and guitar. Waterson is 29 year old and is a refrigerator mechanic. In his spare time he's useally playing electronic drums or he's out and about on his bike. He's ironically a fairly quite person. Due to his job he's useally in bed by like 9pm.
Hi my names Tyler, I'm 21 going on 22, my hobbies are audio engineering and spending time outdoors. I spend most of my down time researching, and work full time Monday - Friday. I enjoy a communal meal from time to time but also enjoy my own personnel space. On the side to full time work I also repair speakers and audio equipment for friends, it would be ideal that i have some working space within my new environment :) Dont let this worry you however, I'm a quiet, respectful person i can assure you :)
I am a dedicated head coach and operations manager for a football academy, I work 7 days a week including a second job at a local football club. It's easy to say i'm passionate about the sport and working closely with youth in all aspects of the game. I am quite social and enjoy the Melbourne nightlife but do love the pleasant feeling of not leaving my bed or house for a whole day binge watching movies, TV shows or football. I am clean and tidy that does my fair share of the chores including some background experience in landscaping, with my career I like to be quite organised and prepared. Some extra's about me... I love to cook with the goal to meal prep once a week due to a busy schedule, when I have time in the evenings I enjoy trying new recipes and baking. I'm an explorer on holidays going to new locations and road trips with my partner, I would like to find a housemate/s that doesn't mind my partner and her Golden Labrador visiting and staying a few nights every now and then as she lives in South Gippsland for now (Day visits are difficult). Always happy to chat if you want to know more about me.
Hi my name is Tipman. I was born from HK however have been living in Australia for almost 7 years. I am a very happy and out-going person. I love sports and currently working as a casual relief teacher as well as a sport coach. A little bit more about myself: - Age 26 (but have the heart of around 20) - I love to socialise although I do appreciate time to myself once in a while - Loves Ultimate Frisbee and spend most of my time playing and coaching the sport (I'm more than happy to have a new friend to throw a disc with) - Lived in house shares previously and not had problems - Clean - Non-smoker PS. I put 9 months for the lease however I'm very flexible with it, it can be a longer lease if needed.
Friendly Brazilian. Easy going, fun and very quiet and respectful. I participate in the duties if required, tidy and clean with my things. I don't like much mess around the house and kitchen. Work full time and do gyms most days. I'm vegan, very connected to buddhism, non-smoker and love to chat. Night times I spend time studying, watching Netflix, listening to music (my own - guitar or spotify). I have 2 kids that live with their mum but sometimes come to visit me and spend time together.
I'm an 18 year old Science major at Monash University. I've recently moved from Perth to Melbourne. My hours vary day to day, but I'm very quiet and won't disturb anyone running a 9-5 schedule. During the week most of my time is spent studying at uni, and we might not run into each other much. I'm a very laid back, social person and always happy to hang out, have a few drinks, watch a movie or whatever. However I'll never disturb you when you're busy. You'll also find I'm a very clean and tolerant housemate. Noise is not an issue, but I won't make much myself. I'll keep common areas clean and tidy, if you do too we'll get along great! I enjoy cooking, and am an experienced chef. I'm happy to cook meals for everyone, but we'll negotiate that later! Also a big fan of live music, though at home I exclusively listen to music through headphones. I'm a non-smoker, but have no problem with smoking. I don't have any pets, but more than happy to have animals around :)

Hey, I'm Sven from Bavaria, Germany, and I’ve been offered the opportunity to work on a research project at Monash University School of Chemistry, Campus Clayton. My stay will be from May 1st to September 4th. I would describe myself as an open-minded, enthusiastic, joyful and active student. When I’m not at university, I spend my free time on working in associations, supporting refugees in German cultural integration or organizing events for Christian Union at university. Moreover, I like to do sports particularly with friends, e.g. table tennis, swimming, squash or hiking. It would be fantastic to share a flat with some locals since I love to learn more about Australian culture and having a good time during cooking, sports or discussions. I could also provide you with some German-Bavarian Culture and dishes ;). A personal highlight and aim of my stay is to get involved in Aussie Rules culture, so If you could teach me rules or even go out and train together, it would be awesome :) . Concerning some organizational details, I’ve considered living in a reachable periphery to the School of Chemistry and paying around ~190 AUD/week (negotiable). I’m looking forward to hearing from you and I could also provide more information or we arrange an interview on skype, if you like. Best regards and greetings from Germany Sven
First time out of home looking for somewhere fun and being surrounded by like minded kind and friendly people! Full time student, also working in a pub (meaning I tend to work nights) and also working as a Nanny! Dedicated, hard working, obsessed with cleanliness, bubbly personality, love to make new friends but also respects everyone's need for space! I enjoy going out and spending time with friends but am also very dedicated to my studies and also thoroughly enjoy a night in of wine and movies! Very new to this so please help me in creating a great first time mover experience! Uncertain on preferred length of stay so looking potentially for a month by month leasing! Happy to discuss further!
Growing up in New Zealand and moving to Melbourne 5 years ago, I couldn't be prouder to call this city home. Being an only child and having my mum always occupied with work, I have spent the last year and a half living on my own whilst completing high school, holding a part-time job and developing a huge passion for the gym, amongst other things. I am extremely tidy, organised, mature, and value my solitude, but I also love meeting new people and am always down for a chat or a bit of banter. Most of the time you will find me lifting weights at the gym, working at my part-time job, or winding down at home - most likely with a tub of ice cream.

Hi, I'm Marla, I'm a science student and a trans woman. I love to cook (and I'm not too bad at it) and I think good communication is the best thing in a house. Whether housemates are social or private, neat or messy, making sure we can communicate clearly and openly about the house means things can always be settled and run smoothly without any bitterness, stress or inconvenience. When I'm not studying, I like women's sports, card games and watching shows with friends.
Hi! I am a student looking for a place to live near/within reasonable distance to Monash Uni Clayton campus. I am in my third year of uni, and have moved out of uni halls. Currently I am living with family in Geelong while I find a place to live, but I would like to move somewhere closer to uni to save on very long commutes. I am looking at moving into a sharehouse with others because I would love to meet more people in Melbourne as I am originally from South Australia. I am a neat and friendly housemate, and I have experience living with other people and sharing facilities. I love going to gigs in Melbourne, travelling in the uni holidays and Netflix binges!

Hey guys! We're a young couple looking to move out of our current accomodation to somewhere a little closer to our respective schools, and where we can bring our furkid-family members with us! Gemma is a 19 year old psychology student at Monash University in her second year, and works part time as a sales assistance and puppy school instructor in the pet industry! (Which means her amazing pet product bargains are yours too! 😉) Brad is a student at Holmesglen TAFE studying his first year of Networking, is a whiz at all things technical, and would be happy to deal with any totally annoying technical failures with WiFi or your computer if a housemate ever needed a hand! Together we're hoping to bring our two furry friends - Gemma's greyhound, Bellatrix, who I assure you will have you weak in the knees within seconds, and Brad's indoor cat, Mia, who is a little princess. 🐱 (Gemma is also hoping to apply all her certified dog training skills into bringing a new puppy into the mix sometime in the near future.) We are not too picky on our new home other than friendly, fun, and carefree housemates who are happy to have a quiet night in (maybe watching horror movies, if they're up to it!) but also respect each others privacy and keep a comfortable home environment. A backyard is also pretty essential and whilst it doesn't have to be huge, you might get a bit tangled in Bellatrix's zoomies if it's small! 😸 *Our moving timeframe is from late March/early April. ☺️ *We'd also be interested in teaming up with someone who had already found/had a house and was just looking for roommates to split the rent and the fun with them! If you feel like you might have something that suits, please get into contact with us! We can't wait to hear from our new housemates. ☺️
Hello hello! I'm Laura and I'm a full time student at Monash University, currently completing my Honours year in Psychology. I also work as a tutor part time and do volunteer work on the weekends. Simon works full time at Australia Post in the CBD. We are both very friendly and easy going people. Very neat and tidy!
