Hi I'm Parth from New Delhi, India. I'm a Post Grad student at Monash I'm clean and out going but also like my privacy and respect others privacy. I like to keep the place as clean as possible. And i'm a good cook as well.
Have previously lived in a share house with my ex partner for almost a year. Very familiar what it's like living in a share house environment. Quiet, not the type to hold house parties. Work nights. No food requirements, and will food shop & eat independently. Often out with friends in between work and errands. Keen eye photographer, creative and loves to travel.
I'm 25 yrs of age working as a full-time nurse. Looking for a place closer to Monash Medical Centre as I'll be starting my job there in early April. Been living in Melbourne for over a year now. Used to live in NZ for 9 years, originally from the Philippines :) I am an easy-going person, happy to chat with a cup of tea or a glass of wine/cocktails haha but can also respect someone's space. And most of all I love keeping my place neat and tidy.
Hi, I'm Aleks! I'm looking for a safe place to call home long-term where every housemate lives responsibly and is friendly. I need a furnished room with rent + bills up to $190 a week. I work full-time in Braeside, so I would prefer my home to be within 30 mins drive from the workplace. In my free time I cook, do some fitness, go for a walk, read. I am planning to finally start exploring Melbourne and surroundings as I have recently bought a car :-). If you are up to exploring too, then I will be happy to take you with me! I'm tidy and responsible and respect other people privacy. I do not smoke and am not planning to :-) I promise to keep the place tidy and well-maintained :-) Thank you. p.s. I will be happy to provide references since I have a solid share-house living experience.

Hey, I'm a student from Brisbane QLD who has just arrived in Melbourne on Friday (16th). I’ll be studying an Honours year in Physics at Monash this year. I am hoping to find a place and move in as soon as possible. I am a laid back person with a sense of humour. I do take personal duties such as hygiene and cleanliness seriously though. For the most part I will keep to myself/be at the university for long hours, but love the occasional chat and am up to hang out whenever I am free. I like to stay fit and exercise; I am really into indoor rock climbing, Brazilian jiu jitsu and the occasional hike. I’m happy to help housemates when they need it. Although I am not the handiest person around, I can figure out simple household fixes after some googling. I don’t cook a whole lot, just very simple/quick meals, but this does mean I won’t hold up the kitchen much!
I am currently studying at Monash uni. Due to my large study load (particularly during exam periods) I would prefer a reasonably quiet and tidy living arrangement however I'm not particularly fussy in that department. I work part time at Coles doing nightfill, so would often be out during the evenings. I am interested in sport and fitness, food particularly asian cuisine (I would say I'm a decent cook) and music, specifically house and trance. I would like to move in within next month, sooner if possible. As I have 2 years left of my course I would prefer to stay for that duration, however that is negotiable.
Hi, I am a 18 year old guy who loves books , movies, the outdoors and good company. I am about to start my first year at Monash Clayton. After my studies, I'll be out looking for great beaches, coffee shops and restaurants. I'm also looking for future friends, not just housemates. I like long conversations and Netflix with any future flatmate/s. If this sounds good, don't hesitate to contact me. Bye for now.
Hey guys, I'm a 19 year old from Auckland. I am currently studying engineering where I have completed my first year at University of Auckland and have transferred to Monash in preparation for my second year. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, gaming, playing pool and hanging with friends. I'm a clean and respectful person and able to pay rent on time, am also willing to have a drink and chat with future flatmates or if you prefer to keep to yourself I will also respect that. Feel free to flip me a message if you have any questions
Hi there, I am originally New Zealand and are looking for a place to stay while I study at Clayton Campus, Monash University (I am in my second year of Biomedical Science). I am a clean and respectful person, and in my spare time, enjoy going to the gym, staying active, listening to music and socialising. In 2017, I flatted with people in two separate houses, both with no issues. (Rent was always paid on time, and the bond was always returned in full). Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Sunshine :)
Greetings! We are not smoking couple. We do not drink alcohol (at all). We do not follow any religious or spiritual rituals and habits. We do not have children. We have no pets with us. We are definitely not party people. We have passion and enthusiasm to live in, study and explore your beautiful city and country! Anna is a massage therapist and nurse. Her specialization includes infant and women massage. Rodion is an experienced professional worker (geophysicist and programmer). He is going to study in Monash University, Caulfield campus (postgraduate course in IT faculty) for two years. Therefore, we are interested to find a place for a long staying (from six months up to two years). Now we are living in Melbourne in temporary accommodation and we are ready to move as soon as possible. So, do not hesitate, just send us a message with your offer and email or an actual phone number (better). Internet access (Ethernet/ Wi-Fi) in your property is very much preferable. We do not need cable TV, parking lot, magic wand or anything else unimportant for us (sorry). We are ready to use bathroom shared with some other people (1–2 flatmates), but not with a crowd. It should be somehow possible to keep the room cool in summer and warm in winter (within reason). All furnished rooms distinctively will have a priority, but we are open for unfurnished offers too. We are keen on sport and outdoor activities, especially cycling, swimming, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, badminton, hiking and camping. If you have bicycles, we are ready to rent them too :) As we have our own property in home country and we are leasing it out now, we certainly share your possible worries about cleanliness and order in your apartment. We assure you that we able to maintain the initial flawless conditions of your property which you are going to demonstrate us not only in set of pictures, but during inspection too. We prefer to live in a peaceful environment and are looking for a place without frequent parties or noisy events. Many kinds of accommodation might be considered (except vehicles and seagoing vessels). Feel free to contact if you have any offers! See you soon and good luck!
I have just started my studies at Monash University (Clayton Campus) as a Ph.D. student, Mechanical Engineering. I am looking for a long-term accommodation (private room in a shared house) near Monash (Clayton or Caulfield Campuses). I am 27 years old, easygoing, sociable and tidy.
I'm a 2nd year apprentice locksmith just starting a new job in Oakleigh looking for a place to stay that's fairly close to work. I like to keep tidy and I'm pretty respectful and easy going to live with, keep to my own space but enjoy socializing. I will be at trade school for the next few weeks but I’m looking to move by the 24th of Feb so I have a place ready for work. Happy to help around the house and don't mind cooking. Looking to stay for at least a year but I'm flexible
Hey everybody, I'm Mario from Mexico, I just arrived to Melbourne for my Master in Engineering at Monash Clayton campus. I'm gonna spend two years here at Melbourne and I am looking for a nice place to live on the long term. I'll spend most days at Uni or working (as soon as I can get a job), but I am clean, tidy and respectful of other people's space. I also like hanging around with my roomates every now and then. I'm into hiking, yoga and micro brewing. So either to have a hike or a good pint, I'm totally in. If you think I can be a match to get on board with you, let me know. Cheers, future flatmate!
Graduate (Masters) student at Monash University. Currently staying in a temporary accommodation, looking for a permanent one to stay for long term. I can cook a bit for me as well others so would like to use the kitchen, if permitted. Looking for a furnished room having a bed, mattress and a cupboard/wardrobe for my clothes. Also if you could allow me to inspect the room as soon as possible so that I can move in 2-3 days. While messaging, kindly drop me your contact info so that I can call you and arrange for an inspection.
I and my daughter(2 ladies) come from Thailand for my daughter's high school education. She is now studying in Y8 and I am with her as a student guardian. I am friendly, neat and clean, and easygoing. We can communicate in English very well. We would prefer a females only house, otherwise no couple house and own bathroom. Short walk to bus stop for 703 and 733. We are flexible to stay longer as 6 months or more if school and everything suit us fine. Thanks.
We are both neat, quiet, enjoy cooking and super friendly. As students we will mostly be busy working at home or at Uni but we love spending time relaxing and socialising when home!
A fully furnished room is available soon for female students or workers. Walking distance to Huntingdale station, buses, shops and parks. Shuttle bus to Monash or walk 2.5 kms. (Or cycle on bike supplied.) Share the house with 2 females and a cat. Clean and friendly. No drugs.
Coming back to uni this year as a full-time doctoral candidate - I'm pretty easy-going, quiet, happy to help out around the place and I always pay my bills on time.
We have just secured the lease on a beautiful house in Oakleigh South, and we are looking for a fourth person to come on board :) We aren’t 100% on what rent will be yet, but it looks like it will be between $170-$185 a week. The house was renovated recently and boasts a huge kitchen, lovely living areas and amazing outside deck for having a drink together on those lovely summer nights. The house will be mostly furnished, but we will definitely have some room if you come with furniture :)
