This house is in the very sought-after lakeside estate and is very spacious. Cardinia train station, several parks, 2 shipping precincts and the massive lake are all just a short walk away. Typically just a 5 minute drive to get on to the freeway but at the moment due to roadworks (that are almost finished) it can be a bit longer.
