Bills are split 4 ways evenly. We have Netflix and Stan for chills. A homely environment we occasionally go out for a shared meal and sometimes taco Tuesdays. Excellent internet. The house is lovely and bright with the kitchen dining and living in communal areas. Facilities are new including a newer washing machine, stove and fridge. The rooms are larger than your typical share houses with carpeted floors with aerials and power points in each room. Built in robes are huge allowing lots of room for storage within your room. The back yard is spacious with a large washing line. We don't currently have pets but are open to them, apart from cats as Jacob is allergic.
One room is available in this very new and modern house in Officer. The room has a built in robe and would fit a queen bed without issue. In the kitchen, there's a huge 5 burner gas stove and large oven with lots of bench space in the kitchen if you like to cook. The room itself isn't furnished but the house has all the crucial items: a reasonable sized fridge, a good top-loader washing machine and a lounge suite. I also have a large TV. The freezer on the fridge is a bit small so if you have a fridge of your own you’re welcome to bring it. There also may be room in the garage for an extra fridge if you have one. I have two friendly indoor cats. Kairi is the more sociable of the two and is very curious and snuggly. Toby is a bit shy but warms up to people once he knows them. I currently have 1 roommate. The internet is 100Mb/s NBN which is $99pm split among each of us.
