Well im a 24 year old veterinary Nurse working in the area. I am pretty relaxed and tidy of my things but am not obsessively clean. I only have a small circle of friends and dont really go out all that much. My life consists of work, study, animals, sleep, eat, repeat. I enjoy keeping to myself but also enjoy being comfortable of the company i live with and would hope to have some sort of friendship. I also have a dalmatian dog - while this may scare some people off she is toilet trained, has basic obedience, does not destroy the house and is a very zen dog. I work 5days a week, I spend most weekends I have free at my partners and the occasional weeknight. I keep to myself, I clean up after myself always, I love to socialize and I love to cook and gym as often as possible. I'm pretty happy and positive to be around and just love living and enjoying life.

This property is beautiful, on a quiet street and generally low maintenance. In this property there is a large kitchen area with a dining room. The lounge -room is towards the front of the house with an extra large comfy couch to watch favourite tv shows and movies. The bedroom available is the largest out of two general room and has a sliding door robe. You would also have your own bathroom and separate toilet - both being the main of the house. There is room in the garage for an extra car and a lovely courtyard in the backyard with a small garden. There is air-conditioning in the dining room that within 10 minutes spreads around the house. Even better is the property is only a 7 minute walk to the beach - bonus. It is located just around the corner from the seaford shopping centre and is approximately 20 min walk from the train station. The house is in a sweet position on the Esplanade with beach views. It's a split level home with multiple hang out areas outdoors, front and back balcony plus a huge back yard downstairs and a few living areas including a huge rumpus room/mega lounge area with a built in bar. The house is pretty much furnished with essentials but there's gaps to fill if you have furniture and bits and pieces. Another fridge and a few appliances would be more than welcome.
I am a 22yr old student at flinders university, studying computer science. I have many hobbies and I'm always very busy with uni. I am quiet but love a decent chat and I am very tidy and respectful. I am from the riverland so I am looking for a quiet to live in again, ideally somewhere in the hills with a bit of land / space but nothing is perfect. I am a non smoker and wish to avoid any property with one. I have a newish ford ranger so I would prefer to have it undercover if possible. House / room must have space for me to study and put my computer and desk. I also have a small electric piano that will be in my room if I can fit it (it's long but narrow). I would prefer nbn internet due to the nature of my discipline at flinders but a half decent ADSL2 will suffice.
