Hi I'm Dobrusia, 35 years old female , originally form Poland, lived in Australia for past 11 years ( oh wow!). I'm scientist and I'm just beginning my new career as a naturopath. I am looking for a clean and beautiful home, ideally with a healing/ treatment room that I could use. About my personality: Emotionally mature and intelligent, very respectful, quiet, tidy (but not fanatical) , organized ( Virgo), super emphatic, like a bandage to a wound. I also have a great sense of humor and I'm very direct. What I do at home : cook, clean, work and sleep . Unfortunately due to a nature of my work I need to spend long hours on self study, having said that I do engage in very friendly manner, but I just don't have much time at the moment for a social activities. One thing that I'd like to do is gardening if there is a possibility. What else ? I'm ok with clean cats at home or very small quiet dog. eneting else we could chat further.
I recently moved back to Australia after living in California for the last 30 years. I just started working 3 days per week in Kilsyth and plan to spend the next 6 months studying for my real estate license. I live a fairly quiet life, spending lots of time with my family after being away from them for so long. I love dogs, like to cook an one of the reasons I am great to live with is my easy going nature and the fact that I am very clean and tidy (not obsessively though!)
I have 2 rooms for rent in my large 4 bedroom house. Both rooms have mirrored robes. One is slightly bigger and has better light, but is only available for 6 months. The other is available long term. Can offer to furnish larger room if required. (extra$). There is a separate study area which can be used for study, computer etc. The house has a large gym with weights, treadmill, stepper, and bikes that you are free to use. There is also a large second living space with TV so there can be some privacy if needed. Good off street parking available. You will need a car, as its a long walk from the nearest bus stop! Lots of storage space available as well. If you are an outdoors person, you will enjoy walking out the gate into some amazing walking / running / mountain biking tracks. We are surrounded by beautiful bushland so if you appreciate the hills and nature you will like the location. We also have a fully self contained underground fire bunker for emergency situations during the hotter months. All bills are included in the rent except for any non local phone calls. Internet is included but is slow. If you are clean and tidy you will fit in well. This is a non-smoking house, so obviously I would like a non-smoker only.
I am a full time raffic controller Respectful and clean up after myself If im not working im either working on the car or riding my horses looking for land if anyone wants to team up Looking for people who are easy to get along with aswell as have our own space at times,
We are a couple, Ryan and Ida, living in a sweet house at the foot of the Dandenong's, about 20m from the first bushwalking tracks that leads to many more. We are looking for someone/s to stay in our spare room, because we think it is a shame that a whole room is empty all of the time. We are most likely only staying here until May-June, but after that it might be possible for you to take over the lease of the house. This is not something we have confirmed with the landlord, but he is a reasonable, nice guy. He lives in a house just down the street (though that does not mean we see too much of him at all). Since moving here six months ago we have set up a veggie patch where we are have grown/are growing zucchinis, tomatoes, beetroots, carrots, potatoes, herbs, broccoli, corn, pumpkins etc. If you enjoy garden work, that is awesome and you are welcome to help out. If not, we might still want you to help out with watering the garden once in a while. And the harvest is of course for everyone. We also have three beautiful chooks that usually lay an egg each per day. The room in question is furnished with a single bed (though you can fit a bigger bed in there), night table, a clothes rack and a built-in wardrobe, but anything you don't want in the room can be moved. Rent includes all bills (electricity, water, internet). It would be fine for a single person or a couple to stay in (in the latter case rent would be a bit more). The house has two bathrooms, of which one has a shower/bathtub. To get to the city it is a 20 minute walk, or a quick downhill bike ride, to The Basin village where there are bus connections to Boronia or Bayswater where you can catch the Belgrave line that takes about 40 minutes to Flinders St. There is also space to park a car outside the house. There are usually free parking spots available near Bayswater Station, and sometimes by Boronia Station if you're early. That covers most practical information, but if you have any questions just ask. And if you want to come check the house out, just get in touch. Ciao!
Moving from Adelaide to Melbourne on March 1st looking for someone to team up and apply for rental properties with, or open to a room in an existing share house with the right people. I'm clean and tidy. I have a full-time job. I'm not a party animal and I'm happy to socialise with housemates and chip in for spring cleans etc. Only requirement I need is a garage or secure parking to park a vehicle. I also respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space as well. Look forward to hearing from future housemates Cheers
Hobbies: Piano/ukulele Exploring forests Painting/drawing Photography I work in retail currently - trying to save and figure out what I'm doing. Im a bit of a homebody, I like the humble things in life. I'm not a smoker or drinker. But I really really value a house feeling like home, so while I of course value space and privacy.. someone who would be interested in socialising too would be ideal, maybe meal sharing or the odd movie night!! I also have a beautiful dog who I would want to feel welcome! She's so beautiful :)
G'day, my names Rob, I've grown up in the Dandenongs. I live in Upwey where my landlords indicated they will sell. I'm regulary involved in 4 conservation/environmental groups. I've worked for other companies in natural resource managment for 4 years and I'm now I'm self employed. I'm constantly intrigued by natural environment. I like live sufficiently where possible, I dumpster dive most of my food currently and love to cook, collabarate and share. Looking to start study soon.
Hi I make a living as a store man. I enjoy playing the guitar, reading, riding my motorcycle and exercising. I'm generally pretty quiet and keep to myself a bit, though I can be sociable.
Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. Sadly, after some 20 years, I had a bad experience when nursing and made the decision to try alternative work (Happy to go into details if you'd like to know - I'm fine now but needed a change). I'm currently doing forklift work in Kilsyth, but I'm enjoying it. It's hard work but the people are great. So, am looking at rentals / flatshare in that area -Kilsyth, Croydon, Bayswater, Boronia, Lilydale, etc I'm also focusing more on my music composing. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. It seemed to help and it felt good to see her smile. So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times. I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and as well as working full time, I also make a point of doing regular volunteer work where I can. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn
Hi everyone! My name is Mat, I’m a 21 year old student looking for a place to live as soon as possible. I am studying physics and applied maths full time, and I also work 20-30 hour weeks. I am after the cheapest place to live (max $120 a week) in the outer eastern suburbs as I am trying to finance my whacky engineering projects. I have my own workshop in Footscray where I build rockets, combustion engines and all manner of things. With the spare time I have I like to ride motorcycles, go hiking and 4 wheel driving but also love my chill time just hanging with my roomies, watching Netflix, gaming and hosting boardgames. I love making new friends so you can expect invites to everything. Also, it should go without saying that I am LGBT+ friendly, pet friendly and I guess just friendly! Thanks for your help!
I work full time as a fully qualified painter and have my own business, work 5 days a week minimum. Will sometimes/often work weekends too. I'm happy for a good chat and love a laugh. Enjoy binge watching tv shows/movies. I'm clean and tidy and will keep my areas clean. Enjoy my privacy when needed but also happy to chat and i can cook too so happy to have a communal dinner/lunch every now and then too. I'm a tradie so i have my fair share of tools. I dont need a lot of space but if a shed/garage is already there and you could spare me some space then awesome. If not then i have my own shed that i could build in the back yard if possible. Love my sport. I play basketball twice a week, enjoy a round of golf, a pick up game of tennis is awesome. And love watching a game of footy every now and then. My time at home is usually spent spending some time with the housemates, reading a book or playing my PS4. I have a beautiful 6 year old border collie cross kelpie, a couple of years ago this wouldn't have been an option for me with her but dhe has settled down and become quite lazy so she doesn't need a lot of space to run around in anymore. She is loving and friendly with every person she meets and doesnt have a mean bone in her body. She does enjoy spending every second of time with me if she can. Often will take her to work with me every day so she wont be a hastle and i will obviously clean up after her. I think i wrote more about her then i did about myself haha.
Love to cook, live a fairly quiet life, love animals, clean and tidy, my mum taught me well, I'm respectful, love a joke and all diverses of music. I have lived in Lilydale my whole life, and work here as a Storeman. Socially, I mix with closest friends, going out to dinner, spending time with family, brother, so pretty normal stuff.
I am a dutch guy who is always happy :D daily activities includes a lot of sports, hanging out, be outside, and do a lot of netflix :p I've got a job as a nurse in east Melbourne.
A beautiful room has become available in a special 3 story home, sharing with only one other person (me!!!!). The room available is a double, and has a walk in wardrobe, private balcony with scenic views of the Dandenong Ranges. The house itself is tucked away on a private half acre block, and is in walking distance to Belgrave shops and train station. The house is split over 3 levels with open plan living, polished floor boards through out, huge kitchen with great emenities, 3 private balconies, duckted heating/aircon, fire place and a spa bath. There is so much room, that I have converted one of the living areas into a creative space where you can read, do yoga, play music or curl up next to the wood fire place. When applying, please share some details about your current situation and lifestyle etc. I wont be taking on couples. Happy to take on a cute and friendly animal 🙂 Many blessings, Bonnie
Hello, I am looking for a new home in a lovely tree area with lots of natural light. Preferably 1-2 bedrooms and not too small if a 1 bedroom place. OR a share house with the right person, and I am interested to find a house together if our interests and living ways match up. I love to garden, grow my own veggies and herbs, live healthy, recycle and have minimal waste. Dance, yoga and walking in nature are some of my interests. Sewing, creating, healing and playing a medicine drum are also my enjoyed pursuits. I am working a few jobs and starting a healing business, which is my ultimate passion. I am a considerate and respectful person, happy to talk and work out anything that needs to be discussed. Let me know if you resonate with me and would like to look for a place together or have my new home for me. Thank you for your time.
We are INTERESTING humans :) We need a place with/closer to the trees, birds and running waters where we can nurture ourselves and feed our creativity in creation :) Gareth and I,Tania, are kind gentle loving and caring human beings who have passion for free and self sustainable communal life style. I work already for myself and Gareth is about to do the same. We are mindful about wellness of the environment (humans, nature, animals) and we like to share space with same kind of TRIBE. We like to take only what we need and share the rest :) WE OFFER to work and help you manage the property as a trade if you are interested :) We are gonna have a YURT to live in on your property as an option too, if thats convenient :) We are working on a project of creating a shared communal property for living and retreats. This move is a step in the line of our purpose. We make a GREAT TEAM with our complementary skills in area of life experience, social, cultural differences, counselling, project management, organisation, teaching, natural therapy and healing, cooking, making music, handy jobs and gardening. Oh, we have parenting skills too :) cause we have a SON named Callum every two weeks, who is 6 years old and has a gentle soul and is ready to explore the new life style.
Hi everyone, My name is Ebonie, myself and my beautiful dog Nahla are looking for a place to call home. I am a friendly people person who enjoys the company of others although I am very happy with my own company. I am still recovering from major knee surgery, so I definitely am not a big partier but I don't mind a few vodkas and a boogie on occasion. I am quite clean and would prefer to find housemates with similar standards, although a little bit of mess here & there is okay. I like to be ahead of bills and finance and in my 25 years hand never been overdue on any payments! My dog Nahla is 4 years old and she is well trained although she is known to be a little cheeky! I am a animal lover and generally an easy going person! I am flexible with housing arrangements- I am open to moving into an established house with one other person, or linking up with someone to get our own rental. I have bond money and rent in advance ready to go! Hit me up if you think we might click. :)
This property is beautiful. Has stunning views across the valley through the floor to ceiling front windows. The house is spacious and bright with all the mod cons. Your room is spacious with built in robes and polished floor boards. The resort style bathroom is stunning with huge bath and 2 showers, one with filter with views outside to a huge rhododendron tree. Kookaburras are abundant and other wildlife. The huge deck out the front is drenched in the morning sun and has comfy deck chairs and hammock as well as a bbq that needs using! :) The property is walking distance to Belgrave station and high street, which has a lovely collection of cafes, vintage clothing stores, cute bars, bank, and a Woolworths. Driving is only 45 mins to the city and there is off street parking for one car. There are two lovely older cats who live here that will give you hugs and wander around the place. The back garden is lush and large and backs onto a nature reserve full of stunning eucalyptus trees and wildlife.
This home is in a beautiful location, nestled amongst the trees but easy access to shops . Woodfire for winter and large bedrooms. A great big balcony and large windows to enjoy the bush surrounds. Plenty of bush walks straight from the doorstep and 5 min to the top of Mt Dandenong. House has limited furnishings as we have not yet moved in so bring all you have.
Set in the beautiful dandenong ranges near shops, transport, library, in a block of independent town houses. Established garden to relax in. Bedroom is fully furnished with TV, own bathroom and separate toilet, air conditioned home, share laundry. Near hospital and numerous nursing facilities.

We are a young Argentinian couple moving to Melbourne for professional work. We are looking for a place to stay during our first weeks until we settle down and have the appropiarte time to look for a permanent residence. We will arrive to Australia on the 4th of March. We are a quiet and tidy couple who will take care of the place. We are willing to live with up to two flatmates and we would prefer a private bathroom.
