Young couple looking for a room to live in. Needs to be close to the airport as i'll be working there but not to far from the CBD for my partner. We have a small dog so just somewhere who allows pets and has a fenced yard.
I am a happy, reliable, clean and tidy individual that is looking for a modern house to share. Prefer own bathroom but not necessary. I have moved down from Noosa. Looking from Kettering , Hobart; Sandy Bay, Taroona, Blackmans Bay, Kingsgate to Eagle Neck. I am a health therapist as my profession.
The house is across the road from the beach, 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the city of Hobart. Public transport is available. It is close to shopping centres, great outdoors scenery, walks, restaurants, a resort, etc. It's a peaceful and quiet place and the house has a lovely courtyard and garden with fruit trees and berry fruits, grape vines, etc. There is abundant wildlife, water and recreational pursuit opportunities. Bills amount to an extra $30/wk
*6 months max!* Mitch and I are moving to Tasmania and are looking for a temporary place to live while we look for a home to buy. We're property owners ourselves (in Queensland) and are very respectful of other people's homes (as we hope that our tenants are with ours!). We're pretty quiet people. We've worked as private chefs and prefer to stay in. I'm a cheese maker and Mitch is a winemaker and we lived in Europe for few years practising these trades, so we have lots of stories to tell (and wine/cheese knowledge to share). For fun I run (I'm a marathoner); Mitch does not run.
I have been studying at UTAS and soon will graduate. I am quiet, clean, friendly. I have been living in shared houses in the past two years and never had problems with any house mates.
I'm an American sommelier coming to Tasmania to work the harvest at a winery. I'm super easy going, laid back and mostly keep to myself. I love wine and food and will spend most of my time touring wineries when I'm not working.
