We are a quiet couple who have relocated from Western Australia to Tasmania so I could begin my study of Marine Biology at the University of Tasmania. We are non smokers with no pets who enjoy surfing, freediving and a good adventure or two! We like to enjoy a drink every now and then but also respect personal time.
Hey there, I'm a Student Pilot from Perth Looking for a place to stay for about 13 weeks. I will be training at the Cambridge Airport. I'm easy going, likes a good chat and keen to see what Hobart has to offer.
Hi! I'm a 33 year old practice manager. I'm very tidy, clean, easygoing and respectful. I love a glass of wine and a chat so love to be social, but also love my own quiet time so would be happiest in a share house that isn't a party house. I'm from Newcastle originally and moved to Hobart 18 months ago and am absoultely loving all that Tassie has to offer. I love to hike of a weekend, and in the warmer months love heading to the beach.
I am a 21 year old female in my final year of my Nursing degree at Utas, I spend most of my time studying, travelling to Launceston for uni, or working at my two jobs, I much prefer staying home relaxing in my spare time over partying and drinking. I am a very tidy person and take pride in my belongings and my home. I do not have any pets, and i do not smoke.
Relaxing, quiet. 20 minutes from Hobart CBD 15 minutes from Glenorchy or Rosny. 5 minutes walk from the bush. BBQ. Bus stops are 1 minute away. Local shops nearby. The room has old but comfortable furnishings. Clean.
Like to stay busy, respectful, quiet, easy going and tidy. I have no pets and work Casually but have good/stable hours. Will always pay on time, no exceptions. Spend some time alone but always up for a chat, movie or the odd couple drinks. :)
The house is located in a residential street in the eastern shores of Hobart, it is fully renovated and has an insane view over Mt Wellington (from both the living room and kitchen). It has a large open space kitchen and living area with access to a small balcony overlooking the mountain view, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset of Hobart. The living area is furnished with sofa, TV and dining table. The room is very clean and well kept, with a large window, double bed, built in wardrobe, tall boy and TV. Towels and sheets are provided if needed. Bus stops is 2 min away, with bus running to Eastlands and town every 15 mins. I'm looking for someone for either short or long term stay. Please message me for more details. UNLIMITED WIFI AVAILABLE
I get along with a wide range of people, I enjoy a good laugh but also respect personal space and people wanting to do their own thing. I spend my time studying Interior Decoration, reading, walking and you’ll generally find me at the pub with friends.
Our house is light, cozy and very LGBT-friendly. We are on a 12 month lease and this is a very stable household :) We have 2 pets; an adorable cavalier king charles spaniel called Gigi, and a confident & affectionate cat named Stinky (through no fault of her own!)
Hi everyone, my friend and I are looking for two rooms where is convenient for us to go to the city, we are both females and studying at tastafe at the moment, we are friendly and quiet, and looking forward to making new friends ;)
I’m a quiet student that keeps to myself, although I do love a good dance around and some entertaining banter. I’m also slightly coffee addicted. I am a full time student and I work on weekends, I receive Centrelink payments as my main income. I do have a cat, her name is Avocato. She is trained and is an indoor cat, she tends to only go outside when she is on a harness and lead. Both myself and my cat do come with rental references as well. I’m 17 years old but I have been fully independent and living out of home since I was 15 due to a family situation. Because of this I am more mature than expected, I don’t really party or anything like that either. I’d love to hear from you, Jenna
This place is in a great location. Close to eastlands and along the utas bus route (5min walk). Lease is until Feb 19. We wake up to a great river view every morning. Though we are close to the roadways you dont hear the traffic at all. The house is a 4 bedroom house (hardwood floors, no carpet) with 2 living areas and a good size kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms (1 is an ensuite). Bedroom available is pretty standard size and comes with a built in wardrobe. We've only been in the house for a month though we have got a few things already set up. Iinet nbn is already installed. We also have some basic furniture - Comfy couch, dining table and a fridge that makes its own ice.

The house has two large balconies, a spacious deck and a fire pit at the bottom of the garden. Unlimited internet available at $28 a month per housemate. Water included in rent, but power isn't (paid quarterly). Bond is $300.
Only 1 minute walk to Bellerive Beach, close to Blundstone Arena and shops. 15 minute drive to the city, and only 5 minute walk to any bus route. The unit and bedroom is fully furnished (but can easily arrange to suit your needs). Built in wardrobes and shared bathroom. Also has a great view of Mt Wellington.
My partner and I are moving to Hobart from Brisbane this April. We are both neat, clean, friendly and easy going. We are both young professionals in our late 20s. We are looking at something around 350 including bills or 280 not including bills. Thanks and looking forward to hear from you guys
