Hello, currently i am working full time. I work everyday but choose my start and finish times so never an issue with conflicting schedules. I consider myself a happy, caring, fair, clean and organised man. I like playing computer games and if I'm not on the computer i am generally too busy. I smoke ciggarettes which is my biggest regret, and i also enjoy 420 so would need to be okay with that, i barely drink but i like a mild smoke after work. I'm a fun guy but i also respect privacy and appreciate my own, in saying that, i am always down for a chat. I am currently looking for any sort of accommodation in any location as i work all over South Australia and am flexible. Preferably non furnished as i have all my own stuff and want a property or room, in a nice, happy, clean environment. I would ideally like bills to be included but i am open to equal sharing or paying a portion of bills. I’m planning to move back to Adelaide from WA and will be working full time. Move-in dates are quite flexible, but not earlier than mid-September. I’m only looking for a quiet, clean and tidy place with a lot of natural light and nice views on or close to water, ideally with a garage. Not willing to consider other options or suburbs other than those listed. I love fresh air, peace and quiet, TV free places. Dogs are a huge bonus :) In my free time I either walk a lot, play tennis or go out sailing. I’m originally from Europe and get along great with people who are like Italians - social and friendly with a great sense of humour who don’t take things personally and seriously. I also speak Italian, Russian, Latvian and a bit of German. I like eating, but don’t spend hours in the kitchen to cook my meals. I opt out for healthy, fresh, quick and easy to make options. Room available in North Haven. Available 26 June. Great area near the beach, now that it's winter, we can all be sad! Fully furnished house so you'll need nothing but linen for the bed. 1 gay dude, 1 straight dude... but who's counting? We both love working on/fixing cars, a few bevs here and there, house proud and looking for someone who's also clean and tidy. Huge back yard and undercover entertaining area with heating, ducted reverse cycle air con throughout the house, big screen projector for all those wild hollywood parties that seldom happen, 4 car undercover lock up garage each with a roller door remote, and unlimited wifi. Don't be lazy, don't be a filthy pig mutt, and use the dishwasher... it saves manually cleaning! Also, very peaceful household and such... Would highly prefer another guy, because... well guys at a front bar can often offend... just saying. Oh and we have a coffin as a coffee table, so... all aboard! 1 week bond also :) Rent does not include bills. On an AVERAGE, each person pays around $240 per quarter for bills.
My house is a 10 minute walk to the beach and has a train station across road which goes straight to the city. Tenant will have their own bathroom, access to wifi, and own space as mentioned I do work shift work.
It is 1 km from the train stop, a mile to the beach and very near to semaphore and west lakes shopping centre. Plus it comes with a puppy 🤪 The room left available does not have an en-suite. Can have basic furnishings or be unfurnished

You get to share with myself and two amazing obedience trained working dog breeds, who live indoors and outdoors, plus a wonderful maine coon cat who lives in his own space outside (but loves visitors for cuddles). It is a 10 minute walk to awesome cafes at Semaphore or Largs Bay. The train is literally a 2 minute walk around the corner. 25min ride to city. Bus is 5 minute walk away. Quiet neighbourhood. Lovely gardens in which to relax with fruit trees and a vegie/herb patch. Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, dining table and casual seating. Fully equipped kitchen. Shared bathroom includes a shower over the bath and hand basin. Toilet is separate and located off the laundry. Extra freezer and washer and in laundry. Dryer and additional undercover clothesline in the shed. Eat in kitchen and also separate dining area. Separate 2nd living are/study with tv available to share with other housemate. Two weeks rent in advance will be required and also 2 weeks notice to vacate. Utilities including reasonable internet use are included in rent, do it is just your food as a cost. Note: Telsta Air is nearby. Only non-smokers will be considered and I cannot accept any pets. Other housemate is a female working fulltime of similar age to myself.

Townhouse is near palais hotel and there’s a view of the sea (literally 30 metres) from front porch across the road. Will suit someone that likes the beach/ outdoors. It’s great as you can pretty much walk everywhere you need to including Foodland and everything semaphore road has to offer. There’s a few train stations around the area to get to the city if need be.
