I have very recently returned from working overseas and looking for a place to move into now. Working full-time in Sydney, clean, neat and tidy. Sociable and friendly but still enjoy of bit of quiet time. I work in education and design, enjoy the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
I'm 30, non-smoker/drugs/pets. single atm, quiet (no overnight guests/parties) and respectful, and keep things very clean and tidy after using anything. I've lived in shared units/houses for years and always pay the rent on time (and always got the full bond back) and get along well with everyone. I held the lease for a unit for a year before the owner decided to move back in. I work 2 teaching jobs, so I'm pretty flat-out most the time, but sociable or can keep to myself.
Great location on a quiet street, 12 mins walk from Como Train Station. Access to a beautiful reserve on the Woronora River 5 mins walk from the house, as well as a general store, cafe etc. Large, fenced backyard with grass and garden beds. There are 3 private bedrooms with built in wardrobes (one already occupied), and two shared living areas, a kitchen, dining area, one bathroom, one laundry and two toilets. There's also a nice sheltered outdoor sitting/eating area, a big shed and basic gym equip (which we are happy to share). Water and Wifi are included in the rent. Electricity is split. Rent is $265 per week for one of the rooms (3.1m x 4.2m), and the other is $255 per week (3.6m x 3.6m). The rent will need to be paid fortnightly in advance. Bond is 2 weeks rent.
Hi, My name is Noi. I work full time as a flight attendant, therefore looking for a place that is within easy distance to the airport. I work shift hours, usually away on an overnight 2 - 3 nights, per week. I enjoy good company, having a good laugh over a few drinks, and occasionally going out. I like keeping busy so you may rarely ever see me. When I’m not at home, I’m either at the gym, the beach or out with my boyfriend. I'm pretty easy going, very clean and tidy, considerate and respectful of other's personal space. Would prefer to share with other females but I'm not too fussed if you're respectful, clean and easy going as well. 🌞
I'm Emily, I'm 23 years old and studying Secondary Education. I work two casual/part time jobs in the Sutherland Shire and I am looking to move out mid-July 2018 for a flexible amount of time (between 6-12 months). I'm easy-going, clean and very respectful. I love to cook, watch true crime docos and also enjoy a nice glass of red on the weekend. Not only would I make a great housemate but I'll also make a great friend.
I’m an easy going, super active and busy guy. Not much phases me, Usually just chill in my downtime. Big on jiu jitsu, rock climbing, gym, burgers, sushi, hiking, road trips etc
Hi, I'm easy going, independent, clean and organized, reliable, quiet and generally keep to myself. I work full-time in hospitality and currently study in hopes of a career change and a new challenge. I enjoy watching films and being creative. Health and exercise, setting goals, and personal finance are some of my hobbies.
Hi I have recently moved back to Syd for a job and need accommodation near Kogarah that’s easily accessible with public transport. May want to stay longer than 6 months. I have lived in shared accomodation previously whilst at uni so I understand the rules that apply in order to keep the peace. I’m easy going and keep a clean space. I love hanging out, watching Netflix, listening to music, drawing and recently getting back into fitness.
I know my own mind, which means Im great to live with, as I know what I want and work on getting it. Im comfortable with my own company and the company of others. I pay bills on time and Im readily tidy.
Hello :-) My name is Sonia and I am a full-time shift worker working in the airlines. Originally from Perth, I have lived in Sydney for 3 years. I am quiet, respectful, clean, reliable, sociable and respect people's privacy and property. I'm not in a hurry to move, but should the right place come along and it feels like home, then all is perfect :-) Looking forward to hearing from you...
My name's Gemma and I'm a 22 year old student in my first year of a Masters of Research. I'm super friendly, clean and always up for a chat and a laugh, but I'm also pretty studious when uni's in session so no party animals please! When I'm not studying or working, I'm usually at the gym or watching trashy TV in my PJs (sorry not sorry). I'd really like a roommate who respects my personal space but who also doesn't mind being social and going out for a drink and a dance every so often. I catch the train to uni so any existing accommodation must be within walking distance of a train station :)
Hi I’m kate I’m fairly quiet and am a tidy housemate. I am Hoping to make some friends in the process of gaining a housemate. I work full time and enjoy spending time at home or doing activities on the weekend
Hi, I'm Brianna, 25yr old female. I work full time and want to move so I'm closer to work. I think of myself as quiet but friendly, I keep things clean and tidy, and I'm respectful of others. I have a small dog (Miniature Schnauzer), she's friendly, good with other animals, doesn't shed hair and is house trained. I would love to move to a place with a yard and people who like dogs :) If you have any questions feel free to message me! :)
Im a 24 year old carefree, clean housemate. Been living out of home for 5 years, currently have a full time job working Tuesdays - Saturdays. I’m not a party girl, but I’m out most nights for dinner with friends, however I don’t mind the occasional wine at home with flatmates. Thanks :)
Friendly, very empathetic, clean, organized, quiet, private, lived with others long enough to know what it takes to keep the peace. Work in IT and frequently travel overseas for work. Would love to have a pet dog someday. Into Japanese culture so I do not wear foot wear at home. Love cooking that is simple, neat and small. Have a car that needs to be driven more often.Traveled and lived abroad in a few countries before.Looking fro a medium to large room with an en-suite. Would rather pay my rent monthly by auto deduction.Need to be walking distance or at least cycling distance to the T8 train stations.
