I would need 2 rooms so my daughter has her own room, although a lot of the time I will be down the coast when I have her. Looking for someone to share with male or female.... A stunningly modern 5 bedroom house with ample living rooms, dining rooms and threatre, all looking over the beautiful waters of Oyster Bay. Currently we have 3 professionals occupying the residence so we don't tend to make any noise during the week. On the weekends we enjoy a few drinks at local venues or invite a few friends over for dinner and some tunes. Extremely laid back house, but is meticulously maintained at all times. As far as flat mates go I’m extremely easy to live with. I’m very amicable and easygoing. I’m tidy and clean up after myself. I’m known for my quick wit and my deft, not to mention dark, sense of satirical humour. I work a variety of different part time and casual jobs in a variety of different industries such as warehousing, admin, custumer service and traffic control. Many of these jobs involve rather odd hours so I will be in and out of the house as my schedule demands. Whilst I can be somewhat of a workaholic I do like to relax as well, usually with a glass of red or some fine port. While I can be very sociable and outgoing I would still describe myself as an introvert. Typical of the stereotype of introverts I am an avid bookworm and love nothing more than to curl up in a quiet and secluded part of the house and read a nice thick book. Three bedroom house but one of the rooms functions as a study. At the moment the room is being used as spare bedroom but we've decided to rent it out. The room itself can come furnished (double bed, chest of draws, desk and chair) or unfurnished as you need, has built-in wardrobes, wooden floors and beautiful big windows. The house is amazing - the shower is really good it just takes a minute to warm up. There's a living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry (with washing machine and dryer - but the dryer is a bit shit). We can also provide an X-Bone, Wii-U, and PS2, as well as Netflix and Stan. Short walk to the train and bus station, and only a 29 minute train into the centre of the city The big thing is we do have pets; two dogs and two cats, so any animals welcome. All our pets are super well behaved and will interact with you as much or as little as you like, they barely bark, and they're all short haired so there isn't too much shedding.
