Reasonably easy going. I start work at 7 am and finish at 5 pm so will be gone most of the day work the odd weekend but normally just Monday to Friday. Not a party kind of person, don't do drugs, don"t smoke. Don't mind going out to the pub and having a good time but just not at home. I like to read and play games. Have my own transport. Like all people I like to have time to myself but also happy to have a chat. Happy to help out with housework/yard work. I can cook but am not the greatest. Your sexuality does not bother me.
I'm easy going, love to have fun but like any one I also like my privacy. Freshly moving out of home, so don't have much experience but I have recommendations that can be provided and I'm a full time shift worker at the local hospital. Can move any time, just needs to be by April.
I'm moving down to the Southern Highlands to start work as a Science teacher in the new year in Bowral, so looking to rent in Bowral, Moss Vale, Mittagong or Burradoo. I'm a pretty quiet, neat and tidy 23 year old from Sydney. I like reading, watching tv and movies, swimming and cooking.
Hey:) I'm Dave and I teach Business Studies and Commerce to high school students. I start work in the new year in Bowral and am keen to find someone to share a house with. I have two Kelpie X Collie's who are super loyal and playful, although they are definitely outside dogs. I enjoy keeping kit and healthy. I walk the dogs each morning and evening and play a variety of sports. I enjoy cooking and, of course, the odd beverage. I am clean, tidy and respectful. At this stage I am happy to take on a lease and find a housemate thereafter, however would love it if I could actually start a lease with someone prior to this. Dave
Professional Chef looking for a place to share to save money. I have a son who is in primary school but he lives with his mother, so would prefer a place that would be friendly for him to visit. I am polite, easy to get along with and have respect for other peoples privacy.

A modern, brick three bedroom town house, currently occupied by a professional couple. Hi, my name is Rebecca, I am a teacher and my partner, Andrew, works in healthcare. We have one room with built-ins available to rent plus you would have your own bathroom and toilet. We have two small dogs, however they spend most of the time outside. It is a three bedroom house but we keep the third room as a study, which you are welcome to use. The house is within walking distance of the hospital, town centre and is also ideally located near the highway exit to Canberra. There is off street parking available in a secure location just outside the house. We have unlimited internet access which would be split between the three of us. Andrew and I are social, easy going people who are quite busy and often not home. If you are interested, email or text me and you can come and have a look. The room is available at the end of the week. Would love to hear from you :)

I'm low maintenance working full time in medical and casual hospitality on weekends, well educated, can hold a conversation and knows how to look after a house. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, cleaning, gym, being outdoors but also good at lounging with a good movie. I've lived on the south coast all my life. I would prefer unfurnished room as I have my own bed I'd like to use.
Hi, my name is Martijn and I come from the Netherlands. I did study abroad in Malmö (Sweden) for half a year. During that time I heard that my cooking skills were quit good. I will be in Sydney from februari to Juli for my placements at Land's Edge (Outdoor Recreation/Education) I'd like to travel and get in touch with other people/cultures. Furthermore, I am open minded and easy going
I am currently working 5 days a week and and on my days off I tend to visit my partner in Batemans Bay. I am quiet and will clean up after myself. I can cook and will tend to keep to myself. My friends and I tend to go out instead of hanging at home so I wont have loud friends in the house.
Hi, This is fresh large with nice small kitcheon overlooking large family room. Rear balcony has barbecue and a view across many other 5 Acres. I am close to Albatross Air Base and would suit anyone employed there. 15minutes by car to Nowra Centre. 30minutes from Beach. I am not a drinker yet socially I do have a glass.
Beautifully furnished, sunny and spacious room in a lovely, well presented home with a leafy entertainers backyard. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Unfurnished is also optional. $150 includes room, WiFi and utilities. Very close to shops and public transport.
I am currently living and working full time in Moss Vale as an Animal Technician. I also volunteer as an animal carer in Bargo and spend most weekends around Sydney. I currently live on my own but am finding that the rent is too much on my own, and I don't like being this far from Sydney. So when my lease ends I want to try to move into shared housing, preferably in the Wollondilly area, with highest preferences being around Wilton or Picton. I am relatively quiet, clean, a non-smoker, and I have my own transport. I can be relied on to pitch in fairly with housekeeping. I tend to keep to myself but I do need to get along well with housemates. In my spare time I love traditional arts and paper crafts, listening to music, reading, and playing games. I have a border collie that I would love to have with me, but I know this is unlikely in renting and he can stay with my parents if he still can't come with me. I am open to two or three housemates to start or join a sharehouse to help reduce living costs. Length of stay is entirely flexible, although rent limit is not very flexible.
