I am a 31yo male Engineer on the Canberra Light Rail. I try to stay fit and exercise (or just not get too fat) , but I do enjoy eating like a king on the weekends. a bit about me, I enjoy going to the gym, salsa dancing, my beloved Nissan weekend car, and hopefully get into some pilates for my ridiculously poor flexibility! On the weekends i dont mind a few frothies and a good burger with some banter. i enjoy going out and having a laugh , and i equally dont mind weekends chilling at home on the couch with a movie. As for house arrangements - I am very easy going and tidy, clean up after myself and easy to get along with. Im flexible with whoever I live with. Its not my first time doing the house share, so I know that everyone is different and theres always a solution so that everyone is happy. Wouldn't mind someone whos down for a few drinks or sharing a meal and some banter on the weekends! Cheers! Claudio
Quiet neighbourhood and house has two living areas and a great outdoor entertainment set up for BBQs and relaxing. It has a good sized kitchen, ducted cooling and gas heating. Looking for housemates who are relaxed, quiet, tidy and happy to pitch in with a little gardening now and then. The garden is very low maintenance just some weeding. Palmerston is only 15 mins drive from the city, 10 mins from Belconnen and a single bus ride to both.
Hi everyone! Herald here, I'm in my mid-twenties, working part-time and studying, and I am currently looking for a share-house around Gungahlin area that is pet friendly as I am having to leave the current house that I have lived in for 3 years with many other university students and professionals throughout those years. I am really easy going and friendly and I believe in maintaining a friendly, peaceful, clean and respectful house environment. I love to chat but can respect when people need downtime. I also clean and tidy up after myself as well as participate in all shared household chores without a problem. Love listening to Metal (don't worry I use my headsets 😂) and all the geeky/pop culture stuff like computer hardwares, marvel/DC universe, movies and TV shows. I have a 2yr old cat (Pixel), who is well trained and well behaved and stays indoors (mostly in my bedroom). My budget is $180 per week with utilities and internet. If you are looking for a housemate and don't mind my cat, please message me :)

The House: Is located next to a reserve, near a lake, close to bike path, bus stops, shops, restaurants, and gyms. Your room is large, that is unfurnished with built in wardrobe. There is an option of a double bed, desk and draws if you would like the use of. You would be sharing the bathroom time with one other clean and tidy guy. The house is fully furnished with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 living areas (one of which I partly use as an office, but we still watch TV and socialise there after hours and weekends). We have an outdoor entertainment area (with BBQ) overlooking the reserve to the lake, and a coffee machine for your daily grind. We take turns in cooking for each other during the week, so knowing your way around a kitchen is helpful, although you don’t have to be a gourmet chef. You: Ideally you should be employed, cheerful, easy going, house trained and treat others with the same respect that you expect to be treated. Cost: $180 per week which includes all utilities, local phone calls, NBN, and a house cleaner. No bond but you must be at least two weeks in advance at all times. We put in $60 per week that covers all food, and all general needs (detergents, toilet paper etc.) You need to buy your own toiletries, alcohol etc.

Hi, My name is Gabby. I am going to be moving to back to Canberra very soon from Melbourne I have just got a job and will move up in August-September. I am a complete whovian and so have lots of Who related stuff. I am a big geek and love being so. Interested in many things arts, politics, culture and love to talk. I have a pretty good friendship group in Canberra and am looking forward to moving back. I am quiet and considerate having lived in a few long term sharehouses. I do have furniture but I don't have to bring it with me as I am renting out my apartment here in Melbourne. I hope what I have written has piqued your interest in meeting me. Cheers, Gabby :)
I am a clean and tidy, friendly, easy going, relaxed housemate that is just as happy to socialize as well as do my own thing. Looking for a new place to move in to as soon as possible for at least several months while I am trying to sell my house and buy a new one. I haven't rented for a while but I am always reliable with all rent and bills.
Hi there, names Erin :) I'm a second year uni student, work part time. Super easy going person, happy to share bathrooms and coordinate dinners or not depending on what you're up for. I would prefer a room mate that enjoys hanging out on occasion, whether that be staying in and having a Netflix binge or heading out for the night. I'm definitely a social person but also really value my alone time. Looking for a place preferably shared with young females but I'm pretty open to whatever pops up in a good location for me :)
Hi there! I'm an active young woman who works for Cisco out at Brindabella Park. I grew up here, so plenty of local knowledge. I don't have pets just YET, but I'm planning on rescuing a doggo or two, because I love dogs and also they're the key to happiness. This means that, if possible, I'd love a place with a yard. It doesn't have to be massive, as I'm in the habit of walking any dogs I have twice a day, every day. I regularly go to the gym - Eighty8 near my work, Anytime Fitness, and BlocHaus climbing gym - so I'm out of the house until quite late on weekdays. On weekends, I like relaxing around the house, moaning about being tired, then finally dragging myself off my butt to buy expensive brunch like the usual entitled millennial (but I hate avocado - ask me why I haven't bought a house yet!) and hang out with my mates. I am not at all a morning person; in fact I hate them. And I'm also not really a party person unless someone else does all the work and drags me out the door. I'm really not suited to a student household or a house with more than two other people - I've done my time in massive sharehouses, and I'm not about that life anymore. I do like cooking, but I'm pretty boring, because I usually bulk cook everything once a week and then eat frozen leftovers. Sometimes I feel inspired and make cakes/biscuits/assorted baked goods which I expect to share, because please take all those sweet things away from me. I definitely have too many clothes, so expect to triple your wardrobe if you're a size 8/shoe size 7, because I share. If you're a bloke, you can share too, but don't stretch out anything expensive! I enjoy video games, and I have a nice PC and an Xbox 360 (yes, I refuse to update, that workhorse is still going strong). I also read a lot! In summary: - One or two other people to share; - Small yard for a doggy; - Not a party animal; - Tragically single, so no bf/gf to awkwardly meet, but occasional sobbing; - Sometimes sing in the shower, but am actually decent; - Unfortunately shed long blonde hair everywhere; - Don't smoke, do drink infrequently; - Relaxed, full time employed, also I smell nice.
Hey there, I'm looking for a housemate to share with me in a great apartment on Hibberson street in Gungahlin. The place will be fully furnished, so you'll just need to bring yourself and your bed. The room includes built in robes, and the house comes with new carpets, reverse cycle air conditioning, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is located right in the Gungahlin Town Centre, so all life's necessities (coffee & Kmart) are right at your door! Looking for a relaxed (but tidy) person to share with, who'll enjoy a beer/wine (or cordial if that's your poison) at the end of the day. All bills will be split equally between the two of us, and rent is pid fortnightly. Bond is 4 weeks rent. No carspot, but street parking available.
• Spacious bedroom with ample robing The location within the Gungahlin Town Centre gives you access to a range of restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities and easy transport to the city, and the future Capital Metro light rail project will see transport options improved Marketplace represents a lively hub for retail, commercial and entertainment uses while maintaining the unique “urban village” character.
I'm in my mid 20s, been in Canberra since the start of the year. I moved from Adelaide for work in government. I'm generally pretty busy and responsible so i have a light touch on a place. I've been staying in a sharehouse but the lease has run out so it seems like a good time to find a more private place. I visit Melbourne quite a bit to see my family on weekends.
I'm relaxed, keep to myself mostly but am also social. I work as a cleaner and am happy to, and often enjoy doing house work haha. I enjoy singing, guitar playing and painting. Most of the noisy things I do, I do out of the house.

Young motivated 21 year old looking to move out for the first time ever !!! just about to finish uni and started a full time job, though about to look for a new permanent one due to this one being as contract. Super chilled sociable, professional and like privacy here and there.
I am a young working professional who just moved to Canberra from Sydney, due to some unforeseen circumstances I am unable to keep renting my house and am looking for some medium term accommodation. I am very clean and quiet, If I'm not working I spend most of my time in my room reading. I am a baker so it would be great to stay with someone who wouldn't mind me hijacking the kitchen every now and again - with some tasty profits of course :)
Hey :) I use to live in Canberra and took a years leave from my job where I moved up to the Gold Coast. Whilst I love the Gold Coast I have decided that it's time to come home back to my job. I have 2 chihuahuas who are well trained. I'm easy going and tend to keep to myself. I'm a shift worker so you will hardly see me! I'm looking anywhere in Canberra. Any questions just ask :)
Hey :) I will be renting an appartment in the city central or gungahlin marketplace soon and will be looking for 1 to 2 people to teamup with. Im looking for someone easy to get along with that can clean up after themselves within the age of 18-30
Hola :) My name is Taya and I'm a 29 year old public servant. I'm originally from Newcastle and moved down to Canberra a couple of years ago for work. Although I miss the beach a lot, I am slowly getting used to Canberra. I have been renting with a friend since moving down here, however, it's time to move on and expand my social circle. I work shift work at the moment but hopefully not forever. I enjoy hanging out with friends, going to cafes, walking around the lake and of course, the odd wine or two.
