Hi there, I work full time as a registered nurse, I have no kids, pets, not a smoker! Relocating to the ACT in 2017, Prefer a very clean and tidy house (I'm a very clean and tidy person), with 1 - 2 other people, My significant other lives in the ACT so if I could find a place where he could visit that would be perfect, Please send me a personal message! Ta! Looking forward to hearing from you!
I’m in my last year of Uni at ANU this year doing my Honours in Psychology. I’m currently living in a house in Palmerston, which I am leasing under my name but the landlords are okay with me sub-letting it out on a standard contract between me and the housemate. It’s a 3-bedroom house with 2 toilets and a bathroom (1 is a toilet and shower and another is a powder area with separate toilet) in Palmerston, minutes from the Gungahlin Town Centre, and 15-minute drive from both UC and ANU. We have unlimited fast NBN. The kitchen has an electric stove top and oven and there are separate living, dining and family areas all of which are clean and tidy at all times. The house will be fully furnished with modern furniture and stocked with appliances and kitchen utensils (you’re welcome to bring your own kitchen stuff too!). The main bedroom, carport and toilet attached to shower will be occupied by me. I’m a super busy and clean student who works fulltime and is mostly home to sleep, study and eat/. I love to have a chat or share a meal here and there and (will do your make up if you ever need me to!!) and cherish a peaceful chill quiet and friendly house environment. The other housemate is in Room 2 and is much like myself, and is also a full time student at ANU doing her Bachelors in Law and Computer Science. We both like a clean, tidy, peaceful and quiet environment and are looking for somebody who also works full time or is a full time student. This is strictly not a party house, as we are both quite busy and need downtime at home, multiple people staying over at the house on a regular basis is also not something we encourage. You are welcome to have the occasional one person stay the night. Thought we would both be up-front about this to avoid any future conflict. I am looking to rent out Bedroom 3, with a built-in closet which is large, to a FEMALE housemate. You will be sharing the powder room and toilet with the other housemate and the shower will be shared between the 3 of us. It is $125 p/w + 4 weeks rent as Bond ($500) upon signing the contract. Rent and Bond are non-negotiable. Bills and Internet prices will be split evenly between the 3 of us. Internet to be paid as $28 per month Bills to be split in 3 but paid within 1 week of receiving bills. No Pets. No couples. Room is available from the 26th of February, on a 6-month basis to start with extension after 6-months into a 12 month contract PM me if you’re interested!
I am a Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer so very active and will be travelling back and forth to the house a few times a day as my work hours are all over the place. Very chilled and easy to live with. Will spend most of my time at home watching tv and chilling with my dog - Raven. She is a Great Dane with the most beautiful nature and easy to get a long with. She loves her cuddles and may accidentally sit on your lap from time to time
I am a tidy person to live with. I am friendly and always up for a chat. I work part time at the moment with two jobs. Ive lived in Canberra my whole life and would love to experience living out of home. I love to cook and bake and go for walks. I would prefer to live north side Canberra as it would be more convenient for work and visiting family

I am a clean and tidy, friendly, easy going, relaxed housemate that is just as happy to socialize as well as do my own thing. Looking for a new place to move in to as soon as possible for at least several months while I am trying to sell my house and buy a new one. I haven't rented for a while but I am always reliable with all rent and bills. I am a builder and have a ute and trailer that I need to be able to park safely and a few tools that I would like to store in the corner of a lock up garage if possible.
I am a professional business person seeking another mature minded person who is employed, and has a cheerful disposition, to share with myself and two others. The house has four bedrooms, with 3 living areas, one of which I partly use as a home office. The layout of the house is conducive to both socialising and privacy. Located next to the reserve and lake at Nicholls, it’s only a few minutes’ walk to shops; restaurants; Club Lime gym; free out-door gym; and bus stops. Your bedroom is large (4.2m x 3.6m) with a generous sized built in robe, and is fitted with professional picture rails so you can hang what you like, where you like on the walls. No long queues for the bathroom space as you will be sharing with just one other considerate male. The house has evaporative cooling, and the tiled areas of the house have under floor heating. We generally share the cooking. Although you don’t need to be a gourmet chef, knowing your way around a kitchen is an advantage. There is no extra charge for all household expenses which includes House Cleaner, Electricity and NBN. Food and your personal requisites are extra. In the past, other people that have stayed long term have been Professionals, Semi-Professionals, Working Students, Military and Tradies. No couples please, but your overnight guests are most welcome. This is a non-smoking household, but outside smokers would be welcomed.
We are looking for a new house mate to move in at anytime based on meeting and all house mates agreeing on the suitability and fit within the house dynamics :) The house is in Crace, Gungahlin and is close to the local shops, gym, university and the city. Current tennants are 2 females (early and mid 20's) and 1 male, which are working professionals, clean, fun, friendly, considerate, active and sociable - new tenant should have similar traits - sorry, no couples. There is a small pet Pomeranian puppy who is friendly and basically just another house mate - this dog is not one of those annoying dogs and there is also a new puppy American bulldog who is obviously still in its learning stages if you know what i mean :) The house was built in 2013 and is as follows: 4 bedrooms 12 person salt water spa Gym (better than most hotels) Gourmet kitchen Theatre room NBN internet Fully furnished house 2 stories - all bedrooms are on the second floor Internet is included in the rental price however bills (electricity, gas and water) will be split 3 ways every quarter. You will have a shared bathroom however there is a powder room for any potential female tenants to use for any makeup requirements if needed. 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent required. Upon moving out you will forfeit $85 out of your bond towards carpet cleaning and for any outstanding utility bills to date from the previous billing cycle. Please send me a message if you are interested with your first and last name, contact number and a little blurb about yourself and and questions you may have :) Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers! :)

Hi my name is Jedd, I moved in from Adelaide shortly before Christmas. Im working a really steady roster at JBHiFi in the city centre but I'm also studying VFX and Animation in Watson, and undertaking an internship in Acton at the Film and Sound Archive, so a place near the city or with good access to it is a must right now. I'm very clean and polite. I can cook for a group and I come with a staff discount at JBHiFi if we need to upgrade any ammenities. I like to get out a bit, either for drinks or the odd walk/jog, when it's in the budget I wouldn't mind joining a gym either. As far as hobbies, I'm big into both awful and good movies, comics and video games, I spend a lot of time illustrating too! I love pets if you have or want to have any, I have history as a pet/house sitter so people can vouch for me if you need it. I don't sweat the small stuff so I doubt theres any chance of friction living together. I'll be out of the house a fair bit anyways with all my commitments, but I'd love to be mates with whomever I lived with If you have any questions for me feel free to call or text me, I'm working till 5:30 most days though so apologies if any of my responses are delayed at all. I check my emails at lunch too! Cheers!
I am young friendly, respectful, honest and neat woman who needs a very serene environment to stay and study at the University of Canberra. I am super friendly and social but also like my alone time as well. I cook pretty often and like to go out for a drink or 2 on the weekends. I dont know many people in canberra so to have a housemate that is social would be ideal :)
Looking to move in with chill, fun people who I can build friendships around but also give each other their privacy. I work full time and like to travel around every now and then. I'm thinking of studying soon but just working for now. I'm pretty easy going but like to have a clean living environment. Also down to start a new sharehouse with anyone :)
I am an open minded person, friendly and understanding and would love to have flatmates that will certainly become friends that i can hang with, have dinners and such with. I graduated in bachelor of Audio Engineering at SAE Quantum in Sydney last year December and recently just moved to Canberra because of job opportunities. I do a lot of creative things during my spare time e.g sound designing, music production, drawing and animating as well as playing sports (basketball, soccer or going to gym).
Hey! I am a 23F, who works full-time at Calvary Hospital Bruce. I work week on week off: my week on I pretty much live at work, so you won't see me much, but on my week off I enjoy my down time, travelling, and visiting my family. I'm a social butterfly, and find i'm easy to get along with. I love a social chat/drink, but also appreciate alone time. I can cook, clean, and come completely toilet trained... I also have a Netflix account! (Al-round package here i know!) I enjoy burritos, beer and cheese. Looking to move in with people that have similar traits, can be both professional and friendly, people who don't mind a chat over dinner to wind down after work. If you're an easy going person, and think we'll get along, get in touch- i'd love to hear from you. :) ps: i do have a cat! Meredith- she isn't a make or break though as my parents have offered to take her if i cannot have her with me.
Moving down from Sydney to Canberra and interested in either finding a new place with someone or moving into an already established household. I'm into my sports and pretty laid back and easy going. Have spent the majority of the last 7 years living in shared accommodation with people my age so used to being able to share and take care of joint living areas. Always up for a drink or just a quiet night in watching movies and TV. Have my own bed, drawers, desk, cupboard and TV so don't need the room to be furnished, tho it could save on the removalist costs!

Happy to hang out and chat at the end of the day but also happy to keep to ourselves if that's what you like. Neither drink regularly or smoke and have no pets. We are from little Tassie so will be looking forward to exploring the area and have family in Sydney so will be away occasionally. We are cruisy people and ideal flat mates!
New to Canberra, I'm a quiet and friendly student who works as a barista 4-5 days a week. I enjoy reading, writing and playing guitar as well as the occasional chat. I've recently moved to canberra to study environmental science and am looking for a quiet, friendly and respectful household. I have a Staffy, Eve, who is well trained and playful; she is 2 years old and is very sociable with other dogs. I'm hoping to find a sharehouse with a suitable yard and friendly, easygoing roomates. Would love to hear from you 🙂
I'm looking to move as soon as possible into a house where I can have my dogs as my current place does not allow them. Right now I'm looking for people to join me in renting a place somewhere in the Gungahlin area that allows pets but that's just a preference my dogs are happy to stay where they are as well. I'm a public service contractor that's lived in Canberra my whole life. I'm pretty out going and active I gym every day, ride motorbikes and love to long board and snowboard. When I'm home I usually veg out on my computer and keep to myself but always up for a chat and I'm a pretty great councilor and advice giver so if any life problems arise I'm always happy to help.
Hello, My name is Jinliang Ren. I am a Chinese student and study foundation for physics; i have been in Canberra for two months. I want to find a native speaker as a roommate, because I need to practice my speaking English from time to time. I want to find a place close to ANU. My life style is pretty regular. I usually sleep at 11:00 p.m. at the weekdays, but I won't make any noise. I hate to bother my roommate with noise. In the morning, I go to school before 7:00 a.m. On the weekend, so far, i just stay in my room in the homestay, because i am afraid to stay in living room when there are many people. Therefore, i want to live with no more than 2 people. I do not have many own furniture, so i want to have a simply furnitured room. I usually take shower at night one~half an hour before going to bed. I can not and also do not have time to cook, so i usually eat outside. I want to have dinner with my roommate, because it is the only time i have to talk with you or them. I like play soccer and table tennis. I play some video games, but usually i study my course or watch TV series on my computer. I'd love to talk with you about my detail face to face, because i do not know how express some of them.
hey there! I am looking to share rental accommodations. I am originally from Sydney, commencing work with ACT health in late Jan. Please contact for more details :) Thankyou!
Started full-time work as an office manager this year. Enjoy going to the gym or chilling at home watching netflix after work. I like going out for coffee, brunch and to the movies on the weekends.
