Hey hey! I’m a current 3rd year veterinary science student and am looking to move into a place around the Mawson lakes area. My current lease is up beginning of April so looking to move in end of March/start of April! I’m easy going and love to have a chat/watch a movie but equally respect quietly time. During the week I’m mostly at uni and on weekends I’ll either be working or hanging out with friends. I’m a clean, reliable and respectful housemate and will happily help out around the house with anything that needs done. Feel free to send me a message :)
Hi there! My housemate and I are currently looking for someone to move into one of our spare rooms. Perfect for a student studying at Unisa Mawson Lakes Campus or working around the Northern Suburbs. Bus stop right on the door stop, going in one direction to the city (approx 45 mins) and to Tea Tree Plaza (15-30 mins) in the other direction. We have air conditioning, great fireplace, large lounge room and dining room. Whilst there's currently a study, this could be used as a third bedroom in future if we all agree on a fourth housemate. We don't mind smokers as long as it's outside! Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask, We are also both on social media, and are happy for you to contact us that way too! Thanks heaps for your interest, and we look forward to meeting you! :)
Hello there I am a chef by trade working in the central markets. My current house is being demolished and subdivided. I am very clean and tidy, considerate and compassioniat. Sociable yet enjoy my own space and respect others also. I enjoy a quiet cider or two but my party days are behind me. I have all my own bedroom furniture and can contribute much more furniture which is stored at my aunt's. I am a family man however my parents are now travelling around Australia since retiring. My current house has a early twenties lad and a female social worker from Tanzania, and we all get along great but unfortunately have to go our separate ways. 4-6 weeks bond at the ready and two weeks rent withub my budget of $175 per week. I enjoy a good chat, cooking for others and love all sports and music. My lease, although not binding is over in four weeks so I'm certainly not overly fussy about my new residence but would like to be within a hour by bus to my work in the city. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards, Rodney
Netflix and unlimited WIFI available + included in bills. Large property with open, large backyard (smoker friendly outdoor area). Friendly neighbourhood. Close to public transport + local shopping centre (less than ten minutes walk). Efficient air-conditioning and heating. Open living area with friendly roommates.
Hey, my name is Asha, I'm interested in finding a place to live to be closer to work opportunities. I just graduated from college/uni in 2018. I live in the Barossa Valley at the moment and I'm ready to live in the city, I'm a 3D Artist and I make video games with a studio team part-time. I mainly work from home and I'm not really a party person so I'm quite to myself.
The house and the room is fully furnitured. The room (your room) have 2 wardroves, 1 signle bed and matres (pillows, pillows cover, mattres fitting and sheet are all brand new), 1 small wardrove, 1 small shevel, a study lamp, a study table, an iron, an evaporated fan. Everything is showing in the picture provided. In short, the house and the room have everything, you just need to move in and all set.
Decent medium size room ($130/week) Utilities an extra $45/week , including fox-tel GO, netflix, gas, cleaning products and unlimited NBN (fastest speed available). Substance Abuse Free Home. Option to work. Hello I have a room available to rent in a comfortable drama free home. Respectful and honest people are welcome. We are friendly people and although we accept and get along with everyone.... we are after drug-free and sober person to share our home with. We are not heavy drinkers and although moderate drinking is welcome no excess drinking on the property is tolerated. I'd like everyone in the home to feel safe and happy. Location and Transport The suburb borders Modbury North and is less than 5kms to Mawson Lakes. It is easy to catch a very short bus ride to ingle farm and then a bus that drops you off at the Uni at Mawson Lakes. The house is central to three shopping centres: Tea Tree Plaza, Golden Grove and Ingle Farm. Several buses are readily assessable and are caught around the corner within 100m from the house. There is off road parking for those with a car. What's Covered in the Rent Furnishings are included in the rent. A queen size bed, wardrobe, chested draws. Utilities are included in the rent for $175/week. Electricity, gas, water, unlimited wireless NBN complete optical fiber internet (FFTP as opposed to the cheaper NBN with the cooper to the door) with the fastest speed optional of up to 50 megabits per second, netflix and foxtel Go to share. There are not extra bills to pay. Cleaning products are included in the utilities. The Room The room is comfortable. The room has an evaporative cooling duct, ceiling fan and key lockable door. Basically each person is asked to clean/garden for 1.5 hours per week. Job tasks are semi-flexible and can be negotiated. For those that don't want to clean, they are welcome to pay and extra $25 a week to have their jobs done for them. Option to work The option to work for extra cash is available to skilled handy tenants. $15 per hour is paid off next weeks rent. The House The house has been renovated and is comfortable with new modern appliances. It has Air conditioning, evaporative cooling throughout the house, ceiling fans, 2 portable air conditioners, gas heating, gas cooking, gas hot water, modern cooking equipment a luxury spa bath and more. The backyard is almost finished being renovated and is quite atmospheric in a quirky way. The permeculture project in the back yard is almost finished. This combines aqua culture and horticulture. Pets. I have a cat, fish and birds. Besides the cat all the animals are in cages. Animals lovers would love it here... a pet tolerant tenant would suit the place. Pets are negotiable. The Atmosphere The house is friendly but not a party house. No illegal substances are welcome on the property along with no excessive drinking or substance abuse. Household members are expected to treat each other with respect and with a mature responsible attitude. The house is to be each household members home and everyone feeling comfortable is a priority. Smoking outside only. To Move in If you feel like this place is for you, please apply. Two weeks bond and two weeks rent is required to move in. A reference would be great. To move out two weeks notice is required. Minimum stay is 8 weeks which helps keep a stable environment. I hope to hear from you soon. A phone call or text is the quickest way to get a response. Melanie
Im a registered nurse, I work shift work and Im hardly ever home. When I am home Im usually sleeping or watching Netflix. I am bubbly, friendly and out going. Im very neat (sometimes OCD), clean up after myself and come with most cuddly blue heeler youll ever meet
Hi! I'm a current law and behavioural science student at the university of South Australia. I'm outgoing and easy to get along with, I like to keep my living space clean and have part time work with Coles. I love concerts and music and animals!
I’m exceptionally clean and organised, work full-time and tend to keep to myself mostly. I love cooking and baking, as well as staying fit through jogging and hiking. Don't get me wrong though, also love a phat session of Netflix or some PS4. Ideally I am looking for a place where I can come home after work, wind down - whether that be on the couch or in my room - and not be hassled. I clean up after myself and like living in a tidy environment so often potter around the house tidying. Kenny is my 1 year old Kelpie x Rottweiler, she is super smart and can be somewhat vocal (kelpie's are natural sooks). She is somewhat timid around men and can bark if she hasn't been introduced, but aside from that there isn't a mean bone in her. She is a professional when it comes to catching flies and squishing ants in the house and despite being around 30kg she is adamant that she's a lap dog. Because Kenny is somewhat adventurous, secured fencing is a must. I am currently in house-share at the moment but am keen to find a place closer to the North. Due to my current house-share situation I am less than likely to consider shared-bathrooms.
Hi I’m from the Barossa Valley and am currently studying at UniSA and working part time at a foodland. I’m bubbly and friendly but also like to have down time and space after a long day, which I would also give to others. I have a pushbike and love the outdoors and going on new adventures. I come from a large family so I respect other people’s things and also sharing. I would love to live with someone who is respectful but open to having some fun also.

We are quite and new residents of Adelaide.... We both work. I am a personal trainer and nutrition consultant whilst my partner Alex is a stonemason. We are out most of the week for work. We both enjoy doing physical activities and due to us being new to Adelaide we are exploring all this city has to offer currently.
I am a final-year law student moving out of home and seeking permanent accommodation of at least 6 months and ideally 12 months + I am neat and tidy, a non-smoker, easy going, and would prefer housemate(s) who share these qualities. I enjoy cooking, reading, travel, to list a few of my hobbies, and I have a car so some sort of parking is required. Thanks for reading.
Hi, I'm Zane. I currently work full time as a software engineer. I'm generally a fairly quiet person - I enjoy reading, gaming, going out to eat or grab a few drinks with friends, and heading to concerts. I don't have a large amount of stuff, and am mostly looking for a decent sized room where I can have a computer, a few bookshelves, and a bed.
Im a socialable person, love the outdoors and am ready for the next adventure. I dont take myself too seriously and think im relatively open minded. Im an animal lover and will sadly be leaving my child (a year old cockerspainel) at the family home so I welcome the idea of pets. Im career motivated and enthustiastic to develop my career in contracts administion. I work full time and find myself being pretty laid back during week but usually pack my weekend full of fun. Although my party days are over, I love nothing more than sitting back and socialising over a few drinks with some good company. I hope to find a new place to call home with flatmates I can trust, respect, share responsibilities with and of course have a bit of fun with. Im not looking too seriously but am interested in sharehousing this year and if the right place comes up I can be flexible with dates.
