From rural South Australia, looking for a share house with neat, clean and organised female(s) whilst studying education at UniSA, Mawson Lakes campus. Throughout the uni semester, I spend a lot of time at uni, and holiday time in my home town.
3 Rooms 1st being large ($185/week), 2nd being medium size ($180/week), 3rd being single ($165/week). Utilities included ,including fox-tel, gas and unlimited NBN Substance Abuse Free Home. Option to work. Hello I have 2 rooms available to rent in a comfortable home. Respectful and honest people are welcome. We are friendly people and although we accept and get along with everyone.... we are after drug free and sober person to share our home with. We are not heavy drinkers and although moderate drinking is welcome no excess drinking on the property is tolerated. I'd like everyone in the home to feel safe and happy. Location and Transport The suburb boarders Modbury North and is less than 5kms to Mawson Lakes. It is easy to catch a very short bus ride to ingle farm and then a bus that drops you off at the Uni at Mawson Lakes. The house is central to three shopping centers: Tea Tree Plaza, Golden Grove and Ingle Farm. Several buses are readily asses sable and are caught around the corner within 100m from the house. There is off road parking for those with a car. What's Covered in the Rent Utilities are included: Electricity, gas, water, unlimited wireless NBN complete optical fiber internet (as opposed to the cheaper NBN with the cooper to the door) Netflix and fetch TV. There are not extra bills to pay. The Room The rooms are comfortable. The rooms have evaporative cooling ducts, fans and key lockable doors. The larger room 1 has a double bed (but can easily fit a queen), chested draws, small couch, cube like bookcase and a computer desk. The medium size room 2 has a single bed but can fit a double, chested draws, cube storage and a sturdy clothes rack. The single room 3 is 8 meter squares. It has a single loft bed, bookcase, desk, sturdy clothes rack, recliner and large chested draws. The furniture is all optional and can be removed if needed. Cleaning Everyone is require to clean up for themselves. The cleaning is broken down into set choirs for everyone. Basically each person has a daily cleaning duty and has a weekly responsibility. For example a persons jobs might be to sweep the kitchen floor daily and to clean the lounge weekly. For those that don't want to clean, they are welcome to pay and extra $20 a week to have their jobs done for them. Option to Work for those that are Handy. The option to work for extra cash is available to skilled handy tenants. $15 per hour is paid off next weeks rent. The House The house has been renovated and is comfortable with new modern appliances. It has Air conditioning, evaporative cooling throughout the house, ceiling fans, 2 portable air conditioners, gas heating, gas cooking, gas hot water, modern cooking equipment a luxury spa bath and more. The back yard is almost finished being renovated and is quite atmospheric in a quirky way. The permeculture project in the back yard is almost finished. This combines aqua culture and horticulture. Pets. I have a cat, fish, birds and chickens that supply fresh eggs. Besides the cat all the animals are in cages. A pet tolerant tenant would suite the place. Pets are negotiable The Atmosphere The house is friendly but not a party house. No illegal substances are welcome on the property along with no excessive drinking or substance abuse. Household members are expected to treat each other with respect and with a mature responsible attitude. The house is to be each household members home and everyone feeling comfortable is a priority. Smoking outside only. To Move in If you feel like this place is for you, please apply.Two weeks bond and two weeks rent is required to move in. I A reference would be great. It is located in a quiet area and only 6 minutes' drive or 8 minutes by bicycle to Uni SA Mawson Lakes campus. The nearest train station and bus stop are a few minutes' walk away, so you can get to the city easily! Our preferred housemate is someone who appreciates living and is clean and tidy. Rent is $150 per week for one person, plus bills (gas, electricity and internet. It would be between $100 and $150 for 3 months. ) and 2 weeks' rental bond. This area is fantastic for Students; there is a UniSA campus located in this area, and the CBD is only 20 minutes away by Train or Bus (Mawson Lakes Interchange provides these services) so it is very easy to travel to and from The University of Adelaide, UniSA City East and West, CBD TAFE campuses, and even Flinders University Victoria Square campus. About the living arrangement: I do NOT have a place yet, I will find a place closer to the moving-time frame. The place will most likely be a townhouse/apartment within walking distance of the Mawson Lakes Interchange, providing very easy access to public transport. There will be three bedrooms, and the whole house will be furnished - so you will not have to worry about buying anything! The rent will be no more than $200/week - this includes rent, bills, internet, furnishings.
