Hi I'm Claire (in the white hat the other girl is my twin and my best friend), I am 19 year old female and working full time. I am very clean and very house proud wherever i am. I like to be tidy and stress free, happy to share cleaning duties and pull my weight. I play lots of sports, go hiking and hang with my friends in my spare time. Enjoy going out on weekends and being active but also like a little bit of down time, watch some Netflix. Wanting to move into an all female house if possible. In no rush to move out urgently but if i find the right house mates and home I'm ready to move. Be great if you have a dog, love dogs.
******Looking for a place with an uncarpeted room within a 25 minutes drive way to Mawson Lakes ****** I am a clean and reasonable guy who always clean everything after use. When I have free time after the study, I enjoy cooking some traditional Chinese meal and would like to try some western recipes. Not only this, I am open-minded and willing to accepting others's thoughts and sharing good ideas. On the other hand, I am a quiet uni student who prefers having private space and enjoying movie and TV series. Let me know if you are interested in knowing more about me.
Organised, good communication, private but friendly, reliable, humorous, quiet, clean, one child who is easygoing and reserved lives with me 7/8 days per fortnight, excellent references. I have lived in SA for 20 years , originally from NQ. Recently separated but close mates with X. I do bookkeeping and am studying at Uni.

Hi, my name is Johnathan and i am currently looking for a room to rent. I am looking for a house with 1 or 2 housemates that are motivated, responsible and reliable, rather like myself! Although not currently working, I am have a lengthy employment history and am applying for work in a variety of fields such a retail or engineering. I am also inquiring into a number of courses as well as I want to expand my skills I am an easy to get along with guy who respects other peoples personal space. I enjoying all sorts of 'gaming' and if you do too, that's a bonus! I like animals and have no problems if you have pets. I am currently considering houses in all areas and rent would not be a problem. If you have any questions or would like to know more, please feel to contact me via email or my number provided. I look forward to hearing from you! John
I'm looking for respectable, fun loving people to move in with. I want to be able to live in an environment with no drama and people I can get along with. I want to be able to trust the people I'm living with and them to be able to trust me. I'm at uni so I'm not looking for a party house but somewhere I am able to have friends/my partner occasionally stay over or hangout. If you wish to know more about me or think you have just the place feel free to message me.
Just looking to find a like minded person (Preferably female) to rent a house with around Andrews Farm. I have two small pets, study and enjoy growing my own organic produce. I love to cook, binge on Netflix & I could easily spend hours bike riding or ice skating. Not big on drinking but I don't mind a glass of wine or two. My ideal housemate would have a good sense of humor, be financially stable, love dogs, like there own space but enjoy company at times, be clean, respectful & trustworthy. Thanks 🙂
I'm kind, clean and funny person. Future journalist and writer, I keep to myself mostly, as writing and studying keeps me pretty busy. But won't say no to a BBQ on a Sunday. I stay up late some nights, but it's either me reading or writing. Adelaide born and breed. I'm looking for a housemate, not just flatmates, if there's a difference, like minded people. Nerd, so I'll fix your laptop if you want.
I'm independent, neat, reliable and like to keep to myself however I like talks and going for lunch, keeping healthy and exercising even though I do smoke cigarettes it is never a priority nor problem, I enjoy education and studying and do hope to have a part time job as soon as possible, I would have one already if I had a room I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend however we do like our space look forward to hearing from someone soon as I'm very eager :)
Hi, I'm Saritha. I am 22 and from Germany where I just finished my studies. I would like to attend a one-year-course at TAFE SA so I need to find a suitable stay for me for the beginning of may. I've already been to Adelaide for six months and I really enjoyed it. I'm a quiet and tidy person. Feel free to message me if you want to know more :)
Hi Everyone, I'm Molly! I am 19 and currently undertaking a certificate in bar tending to gain employment in hospitality. Although i am not currently working i am very keen, motivated (have a history of work in hospitality) and am confident i will have a job in no time. Don't worry about the rent as i am on Centrelink and also awesome at budgeting :) I am living with my sister at the moment and would like to move out to gain some independence (normal sibling rivalry!) Looking for a house with friendly, upbeat and bubbly tenant(s) (as that is how i would describe myself). I respect others privacy and like my own sometimes too, however happy to share a beer/wine/fancy cocktail when the occasion calls for it. I like to be clean and tidy and am known for my skills in the kitchen, (specifically my legendary spag bol recipe - sorry but i cannot reveal the secret ingredient!) I am available to move in whenever and furnished or unfurnished works for me. If you are wanting to find out more about your potentially new and awesome housemate, please feel free to contact me Cheers Molly :D
Hi, I am a 23 year old male from Melbourne. I have recently graduated from uni and got a new job. My first 6 months will see me allocated in Roseworthy, SA. I am looking for a place to live somewhere between there and Adelaide as I would like to visit home a couple times and have friends/family visit me once or twice during that 6 months, so being closer to Adelaide is a positive for getting to and from the airport. I will be working monday - friday 8am - 5pm and most likely will play footy so that will have me at training a couple times a week and out most of the day on saturdays. Ideally I just need a comfortable living situation with some nice people and an area I can retreat to for some alone time. I am very conscious of others, in saying that I am a friendly person and enjoy the company of others aswell. I really enjoy food, music, movies and going out from time to time.
I'm currently working as a lifeguard and customer service officer, trying to get myself financially set while I figure out what I want to do with my life haha! I also play football and love sports. I am quite neat tidy and organised with a very hectic schedule so not home very often. Very easy going and love a laugh!
Environmental Science student at UniSA, very easy going, keep to myself a bit, do not party or run amock. Willing to accept any length of accomodation period on offer, and I am looking longer than 4 months but can be less or equal as well.

ONLY a 5-10min walk to Uni SA, Mawson Lakes!! This apartment is modern with a clean, spacious feel. It is on the top level and has a nice view from the balcony. The building is secure, and room 1 ($220) also comes with a secure parking space. There is airconditioning in the living area and built in robes in both bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath so you can relax after a long week studying or working. A the laundry is separate to the bathroom. Due to the nature of the building, this is apartment is not suited to 'parties' and would be better suited to students or working professionals as loud noise is not permitted. All in all this is a fantastic apartment in an excellent location! Only a short walk to Uni or to the promenade cafe's and shops!
close to Train, shops, lake, park, Mawson Lakes Uni, and a short train ride into city. The home has ducted heating and cooling, your own room and a bathroom u have mainly on your own.
