Ex Large, Large, Single Room available Utilities Included Hello I have one room available to rent ($165) and an additional room available for reduced rent with work to do around the house. The single room is $150-$90/week. This person is required to do a minimum of one hours work around the house at $150/week. If they only want to pay $90/week they are required to do an extra 4 hours making it 5 hours of work per week around the house. Double room is $165/week. The Room The rooms are comfortable. Furniture is optional. The rooms have an evaporative cooling duct, a fan and key lockable door. What's Covered Utilities include electricity, gas, water, unlimited wireless nbn complete optical fiber internet (as opposed to the cheaper NBN with the cooper to the door) Netflix and fetch TV. There are not extra bills to pay. Cleaning Everyone has a designated job that takes roughly one hour a week. In addition to this everyone has a daily job like sweep the kitchen floor. For those that do not want to clean this can be done on your behalf for $25 extra per week. Option to Work The option to work for extra cash is available to tenants in the smaller room. $15 per hour is paid. Jobs may included cleaning, gardening, handy work, cleaning pet cages and more. It has Air conditioning, evaporative cooling throughout the house, ceiling fans, 2 portable air conditioners, gas heating, gas cooking, gas hot water, modern cooking equipment a luxury spa bath and more. The Back Yard The back yard needs a bit of work done to it. Paid work is available to the tenant to clean up and maintain it. I have a cat, fish, birds and chickens that supply fresh eggs. Besides the cat all the animals are in cages. Although the pets generally stay outside and in cages, a pet tolerant tenant would suite the place. Pets are negotiable Location and Transport The house is central to three shopping centres: Tea Tree Plaza, Golden Grove and Ingle Farm. Several buses are readily assessable and are caught around the corner within 100m from the house. There is off road parking for those with a car. The Atmosphere The house is friendly but not a party house. No illegal substances are welcome on the property along with no excessive drinking or substance abuse. Household members are expected to treat each other with respect and with a mature responsible attitude. The house is to be each household members home and everyone feeling comfortable is a priority. Smoking outside only. To Move in If you feel like this place is for you, please apply. Two weeks bond and two weeks rent is required to move in. A reference would be great. I hope to hear from you soon. A phone call or text is the quickest way to get a response. Melanie
Hi I'm Claire (in the white hat the other girl is my twin and my best friend), I am 19 year old female and working full time. I am very clean and very house proud wherever i am. I like to be tidy and stress free, happy to share cleaning duties and pull my weight. I play lots of sports, go hiking and hang with my friends in my spare time. Enjoy going out on weekends and being active but also like a little bit of down time, watch some Netflix. Wanting to move into an all female house if possible. In no rush to move out urgently but if i find the right house mates and home I'm ready to move. Be great if you have a dog, love dogs.
I am extremely clean and respect others privacy .I travel quite a bit both here and overseas on holidays. I am easy to get along with and enjoy all types of people.
Hello, Originally I had signed up to this website to find a roommate interested in living around Andrews Farm. I am now desperate to find a residence as close as possible to Modbury Hospital. My father has recently become critically ill and will be transferring to that facility on March 28th. He will be staying at the hospital for specialist care and rehabilitation for the next few months and I am wanting to find somewhere close by, so my family and I can spend as much time as possible with him. I am hoping to find somewhere appropriate as soon as possible that is a short distance away, within budget and available for a short term lease. This would be a huge relief for my family as our home is quite a distance away from where he will be. I am also applying through real estate agents, I would just like to exhaust every option available. About myself: I am currently studying full time in the CBD. I have two small pets, Lucy and Cleo. They are very well behaved and trained. I enjoy gardening and growing my own organic produce, bike riding, ice skating and general outdoor activities. I love to cook, I watch endless ammounts of Netflix and love to sing and play musical instruments (currently learning piano). I have previously lived out of home, I have good references and evidence that I always pay my rent on time. I take pride in my home, the way it looks and feels is a huge priority to me. I may be open to a team up but you need to be ready to apply for properties now and have the credentials to do so. My ideal housemate would have a good sense of humor, be financially stable, love dogs, like there own space but enjoy company at times, be clean, respectful & trustworthy. Looking for a whole property to rent or a possible team up for a new place. Not interested in renting single rooms under current circumstances. Thanks 🙂
Hi future roomies, I am currently a studying Teaching at Mawson Lakes (3rd Year) and my partner works full time (fully qualified mechanic). We are both easy going, clean and are just wanting somewhere affordable to live. We do have a dog. His name is Max and we absolutely adore him. He is currently both an indoor and outdoor dog but if needed he could just be an outside dog (although he does really love a cuddle!). We hope that we can find some great housemates really soon! Look forward to hearing from you :)

Hi, my name is Jenny. I am a full time student, studying 5 days a week so I would generally be out of the house for most of the day. I love to socialise, and have a good time, but also of course would need some time to myself to study from time to time. I am a extremely clean, organise and tidy person. Hobbies includes, having a laugh and chilling out with my friends, watching TV shows and movies, listening to music. I like to keep myself busy so I won't be home much, but when I am I'd love to live with laid-back, but social people that would be keen to hang out and have a good time, very sociable, ready to make new friends. I'd probably prefer to team up and start a lease with one or two other people. Would prefer staying with females but would also consider staying with males if the location and the price is right.
Hi, I'm Saritha. I am 22 and from Germany where I just finished my studies. I would like to attend a one-year-course at TAFE SA so I need to find a suitable stay for me for the beginning of may. I've already been to Adelaide for six months and I really enjoyed it. I'm a quiet and tidy person. Feel free to message me if you want to know more :)
Great cook, awesome taste in music, sociable, not adverse to the odd drink or two. Massive geek, studying for a Diploma in Information Technology. I also come with my own Netflix account, and promise to not embarrass you in front of your friends. Recently transplanted from rural Queensland, so I have some great stories to tell over beers!

I'm Adelaide born and raised. I'm currently finishing my Bachelor of Media (Journalism) degree at Adelaide University. I also volunteer my time when not studying at UCWB and Vinnies. I aspire to have a book published one day, maybe. I'm friendly and up for meeting new people. I'm tidy and enjoy spending nights in or out. I am also self contained and can survive and thrive independently. I've spent time traveling and studying abroad.
Hey my names taylah, I'm very friendly but very shy at meeting new people. I like going for drives, hanging with friends, going down the beach & watching movies/tv shows. I'm really honest & kind. Some times I can be really social then other times I like to have alone time in my room relaxing 🙂
I am a 17 year old independent student about to begin my first year studying at TAFE, I am abit more mature then your typical 17 year old considering I'm independent and have been for the past year. I moved to Adelaide 2 years ago from North Queensland and have been living in and out of family members houses but can no longer due to conflict and wanting to have my own space. I am a very tidy and hygienic person, I like to stick to myself and stay inside quite a lot but do enjoy going out and socialising occasionally. I don't have much family in Adelaide so I do spend quite a lot of time with the family I do have here. I think I would be a great room mate and I hope you think so too ✌🏽️
I'm kind, clean and funny person. Future journalist and writer, I keep to myself mostly, as writing and studying keeps me pretty busy. But won't say no to a BBQ on a Sunday. I stay up late some nights, but it's me reading or writing. Adelaide born, I'm looking for a housemate, not just flatmates, if there's a difference, like minded people. Nerd, so I'll fix your laptop if you want. I have future plans for Japan. Hayden Phillips Message me on here or Facebook, preferred. Phone has recently got phone water damage.
