Hi, my name is Hanna. I'm a registered nurse and I love fitness. Most days you will find that I am working some weird as shift at work and also finding time to go to the gym, go for a run or a ride, train and play football ⚽️ and also meal prepping. I am looking for a temporary place for me and my 2 adorable cats, Turk and Elliot. My partner and I are looking for a place but it's going a bit slow so I just need something in the meantime until we find the place we wanna move into. I am very easy going, and apart from spending a lot of time in the kitchen meal prepping and needing a bit of fridge space for that, I won't be in the way much. I basically just need a home base closer to the northeastern suburbs to sleep and cook and have my cats with me.
I am currently in my final year of my first university degree at University of South Australia in Magill. Originally from the Northern Territory. Casual / Part time worker at Elizabeth Shopping Centre- I am currently utilising public transport to and from places, pending for individual car. I’m a very nice and friendly individual that always clean after myself and also able to help others if possible. I also have my own bed, so unfurnished rooms are also in my interest. I will be away for the entire month of July, due to uni exchange, but happy to pay rent and bills while I am away for the month.
Hi I work full time as a concreter. I’m easy going, friendly and like a good chat. I enjoy going to the gym and socialising but also like having some down time. Looking for a room to rent with some great people, available to move in as soon as possible.
Hello... Im a clean tidy respectful easy going person...I have 2 house trained cats ... we have an excellent rental history currently looking for a new place to call home in the areas listed and surrounding suburbs...Thanks for your time...Cheers
Hey! I am a final year, full time Construction Management Student at UniSA. Works part-time too. I am super easy going and friendly person. I have been renting properties for the past three years. Therefore, i know pretty well about respecting privacy and spaces. I enjoy cooking and quality time. I am also super clean and tidy person(Not OCD). I will make sure to keep the place clean & contribute a good living environment. Very keen to hangout over dinner etc and have fun. I am looking for a home rather than just a place to sleep.
1 bathroom 2 TOILETS 😀😀😀😀 Down the end of street bus to UNI SA and Norwood. PARADISE interchange is 5 mins and 10 minutes to city Air con in lounge & kitchen, Shed to store any thing you dont use. Close to campbeltown shops. I dont mind giving the odd lift here and there. My only rule treat it as your own house, music, friends just be yourself. I m going back to Tafe to study finance. Its the people make the ambience.
I am kind, tidy, respectful of people's privacy, non smoker, don't take drugs and drama free . Would like to share with kind , like minded person. Prefer Modern Residence or a room with En-suite or Granny Flat. Do a lot of travelling to visit family in Rural S.A. and Victoria so away often. Have quality up to date references. Thank you. Tony
Modern house in great peaceful location. Thorndon Park behind the house, linear park walking distance. Bus 2 minutes walk, Obahn close by. Close proximity to Magill Uni campus and Gilles Plains TAFE. 10kms from city. I have a dog but preferably no more pets wanted. Smoking is ok if outside. No internet but willing to get for shared cost. Have said 3-4 months but if all goes well, am open to longer. Can include bills for slightly higher rent if preferred. Must work or study full time and prefer someone with a busy social life. Room furnished with king single and large bulit in robe with drawers and shelves.
Medium to large sized room with a large south-facing window and built in wardrobe, desk and bookshelf is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. This house has 3 bedrooms and a large public area (living room, kitchen, dining room, gym and yard). It's only 7 mins walking distance to Paradise Interchange and the average 5 mins waiting O-Bahn bus line will save your time and takes you to the city very fast. It's also near to the supermarkets, shopping centres, various food outlets. The rent includes water bill and we share Internet, electric and gas bills.
Hey all. I work at an Accounting firm. Generally, keep to myself but would be up for a chat. I like things clean and tidy but not a neat freak as such.
I am an IT consultant in the mining industry who works from home 9 to 5 on my laptop so am ideally suited to sharing with one other person who shares similar work hours. I am also interested in single occupancy accommodation like granny flats etc. I enjoy travelling, just come back from 7 months overseas. Also enjoy sports, exercise, hiking, reading, netflix etc. Interested in potential stays of 1 month up to 12 months.
I am a neat, tidy person who keeps to himself however I also socialise well, getting along well with all types. You will find me to be honest, helpful and definitely not lazy. I am currently looking for work as well so please don't hold my unemployment against me.
Currently working full-time at a winery in the Adelaide Hills and would like to move closer to the eastern suburbs. Have lived in multiple share houses so am aware of basic, respectful share house etiquette. I have an affectionate 6 year old small dog called Kingsley who is well behaved and is used to living in an apartment with no backyard.
Small to medium sized (3.5 x 2.6m) room with a large west-facing window and built in wardrobe. The house is situated in a no-through road, meaning it is very quiet and peaceful, and the neighbours in the street are incredibly friendly making it a very secure property. The interior of the house has been completely renovated in the last 12 months, and there has been a rumpus room built on in the backyard which also consists of a large grass area. The exterior of the house is next on the hit list, so if you don't mind coming home to a house that isn't the prettiest on the outside (for now) it could be right up your alley. Separate to the rent will be unlimited ADSL2+ broadband and Foxtel, and I splurged on reverse cycle ducted heating and cooling which services every room in the house. I've really tried to make it feel like a 'home' so that you feel comfortable and enjoy spending time there to relax, study, socialise etc. Also have BBQ and undercover patio in the backyard and a slowly developing vegetable garden. Very close to bus stops, supermarkets, shopping centres, various food outlets, linear park and numerous ovals etc. if that tickles your fancy also. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions!
Hi, I'm Laura. I'm 22 and working full time in social work Monday-Friday. I love keeping active and being outdoors! I'm a responsible and easy going person who is happy to socialise as well as do my own thing. I'm allergic to cats, so not interested in living anywhere with cats! 🙂
Hi! My name is Tayla and I am in my final year of a Bachelor of Arts, studying creative writing, history and cultural studies, before I start my Masters of Secondary Teaching. I am a friendly, easygoing person who loves socialising with friends, is up for a good chat and a relaxed evening at home or with friends. I am musical and enjoy playing netball. I currently study full time at UniSA and work in before and after school care. I also value sustainability and make efforts to be fairtrade and eco-conscious where I can. I am currently looking for a place to share with my sister Jessica, and we are looking for another friendly face to join us, preferably also female. Jess is also musical, sings and plays saxophone and will be studying a Bachelor of Music at Adelaide Uni. We both enjoy cooking at home and healthy eating. Other shared interests include spending time with friends, watching movies, or getting out on a hike or to the beach. We don't yet have a house, but when we find the right person we will team up and begin looking for a new home to suit us all, preferably within a 10 minute drive of Enfield and a quick trip into the city by bus or train. We are each positive and friendly, easy-going and down to earth in our own way. We are polite and respectful of others and will be mindful of keeping the place tidy. We would both love to live in a warm, friendly and welcoming space filled with good company and conversation. We'd love to share with someone who is up for a good chat, who can also enjoy some quiet down-time and space. Look forward to hearing from you!
