Hi friends!! I’m currently working the snow season in Falls Creek and am looking for a place to call home when I return to Adelaide next month. I’m 24, friendly and social, love my quiet time though, like a clean house, music and always trying to keep myself busy by getting out of the house as much as I can - gym, walks, beach etc. I don’t smoke (don’t have a problem with those who do), love dogs and do have a boyfriend who will stay over occasionally. I’m looking for a shorter term rental (6 months or so) and somewhere hopefully near public transport but not imperative. Open to locations and furnished/unfurnished :) Let me know if you think you have something suitable! Thanks :)
*Please read whole listing description and consider whether it would be suitable for you before making contact * Looking for a friendly, cat-loving, non-judgemental kind of human with good critical thinking ability to share. Someone who wants to make this smaller sized house their home for as long as they're living here. Quiet, uncluttered environment in a fully furnished two bedroom unit, to share with one other. Polished floors throughout for easy cleaning. Room available is not large, measuring 3m x 2.6m. Unfurnished. R/C air-con, gas cooking and hot water, dishwasher, small private back yard with lawn and veg/herb garden. Full size bath and bathroom. Friendly, considerate landlord. Recently signed lease for another year. Close to regular public transport, shops, library, gyms, O'bahn and Linear Park walking trail. Not far from Morialta Conservation Park. Indoor swimming pool nearby. Covered, off-street, allocated carport adjacent to the unit. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed here, due to Strata. Cats wouldn't work as one of mine is intolerant to other cats. Possibly other responsibly cared for pets could be negotiated. While I do not yet have internet set up, I am currently looking into this. The rent is listed as $146, bills additional. Bill payments would be divided equally between us as they arrive. This isn't a party house. Having friends or family visit you is not a problem. Heavy drinkers, binge drinkers, alcoholics, chain smokers, and drug users are not welcome here, as I have only had bad experiences so far with people have such habits.
I am a tidy person who cleans after myself be it in the kitchen, the common area or bathrooms. I am a third year student studying at the University of Adelaide. Sociable, friendly and accommodating, I am an openminded person who spends my free times doing sports and hanging out with my church friends
Hi, I am Jagjit and I'm 26 years old. Currently looking for a shared accommodation in the North Eastern suburbs of Adelaide. As a person I am very disciplined and organised. Hi! I'm Emily, a 20y/o working part-time as a bartender and studying for a career in Electrotechnology. I'm super laid back and easy going, love a bit of banter, and am equally as keen for a night in with a cuppa as I am for a night out at the footy with a few beers. I can cook and clean, and I understand the importance of boundaries and respect in share houses! Looking to move mid November but can arrange for slightly earlier move-in date if required.
Moving from Dubai. Having traveled to over 22 countries and lived in 4 of them, I'm pretty easy going and like to socialise. Respect people's private spaces and expect the same, like to keep things clean and organized. I'm a no frills vegetarian foodie who loves to play the guitar occasionally. Love a great chat about cricket and like outdoors / bbqs. New to Adelaide and would love to tag team with a bunch of fun people. Non-smoker but no problems if you do and love pets but dont have one.
I am clean and tidy. Looking for a grannyflat so I can save some money and buy a house for me and my children. I'm happy to keep to myself. I work fulltime and am a mum to two boys who are 8 and 5yrs old. They will remain with me majority of the time and will not be of any hassle to you.
I'm single and I've been to afew countries so I have abit of knowledge! I enjoy some good red wine and going to a nice bar/pub and clubbing every now and then to hit the dance floor. I love music..mostly R&b, acoustic. I'm not too much of a loud person.. but I do love to chat :) I'm clean, respectful and easy to live with so make a good house mate/friend I get along with pretty much everyone, my dog is really friendly too! Me and my 4yo husky are looking for a place..I take him to the dog park everyday unless its raining. He loves his toys and we both love the beach and exploring :) I was born in Adelaide and enjoy cooking! I'm looking to rent as long as possible. I am mature age with own furniture. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years has been knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture, but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. I would prefer to live quietly in a home with privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .

I enjoy listening to music, I enjoy hard rock and heavy metal. I enjoy watching television to relax. Television programs that I enjoy watching are The Simpsons, South Park and Family Guy. I am empathetic person who is always looking to make new friends. I am happy to chill out in my room and also socialize when not studying. Looking for a house where bills are included, WIFI would be preferable but not compulsory. I have my own bedroom furnishings. I love dogs and animals so I am comfortable living with pets. I am comfortable living with both men and women. I look forward to hearing from anybody interested :).
my name is Naomi 🙂 I'm 20 years old , I'm bubbly easy going ,I am tidy and clean up after myself, I am quite at times but also love a good chat and hangout.
I am a super tidy and neat person! I always wipe down the kitchen counter when I finish making my meals! I am friendly, talkative, social, and am a good listener. I do like to have the odd convo with housemates but I also spend most of my time at home inside my room practicing my acoustic guitar or watching Netflix. I do have a two year old gorgeous cat called Senna who is my baby so am looking for a room for the two of us! He is litter trained.
I work in hospitality which is upbeat& social so I can be a bit of an introvert outside of work. A fan of a cookup, glass of wine or two and a chat but am not interested in an over the top party house. Would like to live without drama with people who understand what it is to be friendly, relaxed, inclusive and can have a laugh in communal areas but also respect eachothers space. I do come with two young cats that are indoor/ outdoor, House trained, desexed, flea& worm treated.. you get it, responsible pet owner. Hope to hear from you if you think we'd be a good fit for your humble abode 🌻 Looking to begin the lease in the middle of September. Granny flat or own bathroom and Western Suburbs or close to Adelaide CBD preferred.
While i'm easy going with shared accommodation, i prefer to be orderly and like well kept environments. I like to keep toilets clean and this is a key issue i have when sharing toilets with strangers. But for me this is a short term must do, since i'm moving to SA with my family and i'm looking for houses. My family will be here by end September and that's why i need a room at a central location which will give me access to search for houses. For fun i like to work out , but have not been doing much since my arrival early this week, But definitely on the list.
Hi everyone :) I'm a 28-year old nurse currently working in the area of Campbelltown hence the need for a new accomodation. I'm quiet but I wouldn't mind a good conversation over a cup of coffee. I am on shift work and studying part-time so I am pretty much busy even on the weekends. I am a long-term tenant so I pretty much know about how house chores work. I would really appreciate a single room that's within my set budget. :) Move in date is flexible prdferrably within the next month or two.
Hey everyone, I’m Adam. I’m 28 and work as an Engineer for csiro. Origionally from country NSW, studied in Newcastle, and moved to Adelaide about 18 months ago and am pretty keen to stay. I’m pretty laid back, can be somewhat private at times, but generally enjoy a yarn and a beer or two. Im clean and tidy, but not super particular.
I'm a teacher, stand-up comedian and I am a pretty dynamite cook. I work full time and I love a chat over coffee (or the occasional wine) . I'm ex-hospo so I don't shy away from cleaning!
Hey my names Luke, I’m 31, employeed full time in the CBD and currently looking for a place to stay. I’m a near and tidy person who is happy to help out, I love to cook and learn new recipes. I’m not into partying or going out on a bender etc. I am into movies, games and spending time doing fun activities with mates that are more social. I have a Ute and a motorbike, I use my motorbike to commute mostly (even in winter) and would require off street parking for the bike. I’m a fun loving and easy going person who respects other people’s space and boundaries. If you have a dog that would be a huge plus for me haha. Anyway if you need to know anything else please feel free to message me 😁
I am a very respectful woman i live quiet life work in city and do not party i am very clean and organised and look after other peoples properties like they are my own i am a social happy person and from experience good tenant always pay bills on time
The house has all basic amenities one may expect. These include reverse cycle air conditioner, gas hot water and gas cooking. The internet is super quick and there is access to a large projector. The best aspects of the property are all year sun and a well maintained large private garden. There are hammocks, shade, grass, fruit trees, working garage, some basic gym gear, and a BBQ. The house in nestled between the hills and the city. This is really good for those need to regularly travel to the city but also if you appreciate the conservation parks of the Adelaide hills. The area has excellent food offerings, for both raw ingredients and ready to eat. Easy access to public transport with buses located within 2 mins walk.
