I'm 18 years old, working part time and studying at university. I am easy going and friendly, and love people I can chat and connect with. I like my own space and downtime, but I also love to socialise and have a drink with friends. I'm clean and tidy, easy to negotiate with, and really respectful of other people's needs and quiet time. I'm looking for somewhere with a minimum stay time no longer than 3-4 months (although there is a chance I will be looking to stay for a longer term after that if its offered). I love animals so pets are no issue. I'm also pretty open to different locations.

Hi, I'm Ethan. I work full time in the city (For the last few years as well) in a business role and am looking for a place to rent which is within riding distance or has some form of good public transport available close by. I try to keep myself fit with gym and sports and consider myself to be quite a tidy and neat individual by nature. I look forward to meeting with you if a suitable option becomes available.
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have my own bedroom furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide in 2017.
Any Area East, South preferred, happy to move further away from the city, clean and non-smoker, drug free, alcohol occasionally, non interfering, single, happy to help around house work, walking, like to travel, looking for 3 months plus.
Hi, my name is Jenny. I am a full time student, studying 5 days a week so I would generally be out of the house for most of the day. I love to socialise, and have a good time, but also of course would need some time to myself to study from time to time. I am a extremely clean, organise and tidy person. Hobbies includes, having a laugh and chilling out with my friends, watching TV shows and movies, listening to music. I like to keep myself busy so I won't be home much, but when I am I'd love to live with laid-back, but social people that would be keen to hang out and have a good time, very sociable, ready to make new friends. I'd probably prefer to team up and start a lease with one or two other people. Would prefer staying with females but would also consider staying with males if the location and the price is right.
Hi there! :) My name is Laya and I'm a 20yo female. I'm currently studying full time at uni but I work as well. I'm pretty laid- back, independent and friendly. I tend to keep to myself at times but am always down for a good old chat! (especially once I am comfortable around you) I respect people's privacy and won't get in your way. I'm neat and tidy- I like to be organised. I wouldn't say I am a party animal but I don't mind going out on the odd occasion with friends :). I tend to be pretty busy with uni and work but always have time for a movie night and good chat when needed! Hit me up if you're interested and think that we'd get along :)
I am a graduate teacher keeping an eye out for jobs and currently looking into relief teaching (possibly along side a masters course). I am pretty laid back, i keep my spaces clean, ive lived in a sharehouse before and i look forward to making new friends and sharing a place with good vibes.
I am very active and social, I get along with most people with my wide range of interest (Football, gym, art, hikes etc). I am laid back, have stayed in hostels for long periods of times without problems before. I guarantee I will have no problems in paying rent I have a dog that is perfectly house trained, currently I leave him inside and has never destroyed anything. From what other people have said he does not have a strong dog smell. Would prefer for someone who enjoys the company of dogs as he loves people.
I am a chilled out individual, working at Hewlett Packard Enterprises as a level 1 service desktop support agent. Im 25 years of age and still love to have fun. I like to have a drink every so often and love my food. I love to socialize but can function just fine alone. Looking for a housemate willing to share the load in chores but is as fkexible and chilled out as i am I have, however, zero tolerance to illicit drugs. One thing I will note is that, while I am ok to share it, I'm not too keen on garden maintenance.
I'm independent, neat, reliable and like to keep to myself however I like talks and going for lunch, keeping healthy and exercising even though I do smoke cigarettes it is never a priority nor problem, I enjoy education and studying and do hope to have a part time job as soon as possible, I would have one already if I had a room I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend however we do like our space look forward to hearing from someone soon as I'm very eager :)
Hi My name is Peter I am 58 years old, I am clean living, quiet. I don't smoke or drink. I love doing gardening work, being outdoors. I am looking to house share. I have reference from previous landlord. He is selling the property.
Hello! Im Kayla, 27, fulltime shiftworker (midwife/nurse) and studying part-time which keeps me busy! In my spare time catch up with family and friends, love to get outdoors when I can and also enjoy the occasional bottle of wine with a good netflix marathon! Generally like to keep a tidy living space, Hoping to find a share house or happy to look into starting up a new share house (as I do come with some of my own furniture) with like minded people and age group (20s-30s)
SUBLEASE ( short term, 5 months) - Spacious 2 bedroom unit, with it's own court yard entertainment area, one carport with off-road visitor car parking available. Great location within 10 minutes of Norwood Parade and the city. Some furniture included. Unlimited internet.
You'll find not just a house but a home full of positive energy, it's very peaceful with an abundance of colour and is surrounded by garden all the way around it including a veggie patch and rose garden. There are two living areas so plenty of room plus inspirational quotes and culture all around the house. There is a/c throughout, gas hot water and the home is fully secure and safe. It's close to public transport and is a four minute walk from the Paradise interchange which means you're then only ten minutes from CBD or 5 minutes to Tea Tree Plaza shopping centre going the other way. Dernancourt is a very safe area with some great eating spots nearby.
I have on offer a choice of 2 rooms freshly setup however only offering 1, with all the amenities needed for your stay. A really cool tranquil pad with an amazing music room available for the right person. I work in hospo so Im out most of the time and prefer someone in similar field, or either studying or FIFO. Full time students are more than welcomed. The back yard is tranquil and a great place to chill. We have a smart TV with Spotify, Netflix and the rest.
I am mature age with own furniture and BMW which I am very fond of. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years is being knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
