Anthony works at the Rail Depot so is would be gone most of the day Mon-Fri. We just want a place we can come home at the end of the day and relax in :)

LIVE IN PARADISE! In January I will be moving into my two bedroom home and am looking for some lucky person to be my housemate and rent out the spare room! The house is neat and modern inside, and boasts ample room for outdoor entertaining. Just a 15 minute drive from the city and 10 minute walk from the Paradise interchange the location couldn't be more convenient. If you love getting outdoors you will be happy to know that linear park is just a 10 minute walk away and Blackhill Conservation Park just a short drive away. If the pub is more your thing then the Paradise Hotel is just 30 seconds down the road! The bedroom will be unfurnished while the house is nearly fully furnished and will be available to move in to from mid January.

The house is a beautiful cottage in the middle of amazing established gardens - perfect if you love nature and living in a quiet, peaceful place. There are two small decks - at the front and back of the house - which, in my opinion, would be perfect for relaxing on with a cup of tea and a good book. There is a small back lawn and a small garden shed. The kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher and Puratap filtered water. Available room is a double bedroom with the dimensions 3m x 3.3m. The room is unfurnished however has a large built-in robe. If you need a furnished room this may be able to be negotiated. Underneath the main house is a HUGE cellar, which I intend to set up as a second living space (and use as a spare room if friends/family occasionally visit). The location is quiet and secure and near parks and walking trails. Short walk to shops and the O-Bahn. Water is INCLUDED in the rent, however electricity and internet will be separate bills. I will be moving in in early December and am looking for someone to share this space with. The only photos I have at the moment are of the unfurnished house, however it will be fully furnished other than the spare bedroom.

We are an engaged couple with a 6 year old male bichon frise x maltese shih tzu puppy. We are self employed personal trainers looking for a house mate or couple to become flatmates. We own our own business and work full time from 6am till 9pm so we are barely ever home. Our puppy comes to work with us too, so no need for him to be home alone. We are after 1 large unfurnished bedroom with bathroom attached if possible, and 1 car park garage or car port will be sufficient. Air conditioning and heating is a must. We can work out the finer details down the track.

I work in a Hospital full time, and casually work in events on the side. I am looking to get a place by around mid-November that is possibly pet-friendly, as I want to get a doggo at some point. I have the house necessities, such as a washing machine, couches, fridge (If it fits) etc. I dabble in writing music as a singer/songwriter, and love a good beer on the weekend. I am a happy, sociable, respectful and clean guy! Happy for you to be locked away in your room or to be having some friends over. Let me know if it sounds like you could be a good team-up!
This all female home is peaceful and safe and surrounded by a garden and roses in full bloom. There are two living areas and the bathroom is quite large and air conditioning is in every room. The room itself has build-ins, mirror and full block out brand new curtains. PERFECT for SHORT TERM STAYS and we welcome this as we love meeting new people. It's close to public transport and only a four minute walk from the Paradise interchange which means you're then only ten minutes from CBD or 5 minutes to new Tea Tree Plaza shopping centre and NEW restaurant precinct. Dernancourt is a very safe area with some great eating spots nearby including Vietnamese, Italian (Anthony's Cuccina) and Lebanese.

Hey my names Luke, I’m 31, employeed full time in the CBD and currently looking for a place to stay. I’m a near and tidy person who is happy to help out, I love to cook and learn new recipes. I’m not into partying or going out on a bender etc. I am into movies, games and spending time doing fun activities with mates that are more social. I have a Ute and a motorbike, I use my motorbike to commute mostly (even in winter) and would require off street parking for the bike. I’m a fun loving and easy going person who respects other people’s space and boundaries. If you have a dog that would be a huge plus for me haha. Anyway if you need to know anything else please feel free to message me 😁
Hi! my name is Luke. I am friendly, positive and passionate about life. I am responsible, take good care of my living space, and am mindful of my housemates' well-being and personal needs. I am currently studying Nutrition at The University of Adelaide and work part-time at a pharmacy. I like to play musical instruments such as guitar, bass and piano and enjoy listening to a wide variety of music. My ideal housemate is somebody who is self-driven, responsible, and polite. I do not have any preferences pertaining to gender, sexuality, race, religion or personal beliefs. I do not personally have any pets, but am willing to make way for them provided they are low-maintenance, make no mess and do not disturb the household environment. Thank you for your time, I hope to hear from you soon. Luke
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.
the great thing about living in this house it is close to everything, public transport, shops and other things. the property has to living areas. you'll have access to the main bathroom to yourself but will be used by other people if there are guests. the room you'll be occupying has it own war . the house has quite a relaxing atmosphere and easy going. these house is kept generally tidy, there is little backyard with bbq to be used at your disposal. there is also netflix so watch as much as you want.we'll have to fill out a rental thing but i'll do most of the paper work for that.
