Hey, my names Landa! I’m a 19 year old female, looking for somewhere to rent. I’m currently employed at Woolworths Claremont and have also just finished my year course at UTAS, therefore next year I’ll be studying full time at TAFE. I’m a clean, independent person with a small friendship circle, so strangers won’t be walking in and out of your place all the time! I’m a bit of a night owl but respect noice levels and lights to ensure no disturbances for other house mates. I currently live in a household where we clean once a week. That includes vacuuming, dusting, mopping the floors and washing benches and appliances. We also do our gardening every two weeks where I mow the lawn. I also tidy after myself once meals have been eaten and will happily help clean up after others if need be! I play netball on top of school and work so I’ll be in and out of the house a few times, if there’s ever a late night, I’ll make sure to tell other housemates and be respectful entering the house when coming back. If you want to know any more, please feel free to message me! Unfortunately my maximum limit is $150 per week and that has to include all bills too. Thanks again!
I am 22, almost 23. I've rented for over 4 years and have references. I have a lovely 3 year old kelpie-cross who I enjoy taking to the beach and on walks basically every day. I'd never part with him, so I'm looking for a place with a secure backyard and with people who love animals too. I'm easy to get along with and I respect other people's personal space, time and property. I don't mind a cold drink on a night off, but I am not really into drinking much. I looove to cook up a storm for the whole crew. I also enjoy kayaking, fishing, hiking and a good movie or tv-show. I take great pride in my home, keeping it beautiful and clean. If you think we are a good match please do send me a text or message on here. Cheers. :)
Hi there, We're looking for a chilled place where Buddy and I can be ourselves. I'm a 39yo student doing an accelerated course at TAFE's Warrane campus, graduating next year (with luck!). I'm generally quiet, reserved and happy to keep to myself, a non-smoker, and respectful of others. The fast-paced nature of my course means I tend to spend most of my time studying, and chilling out whenever I can with a book, a movie, or walking the dog. Buddy is my opposite – he's friendly, cheeky, and loves to make new friends, whether other dogs or humans. At 15 months old, he's still learning etiquette, particularly around people, as he can be pretty excited to see you, but he is slowly improving. He's well toilet-trained (as am I!), and he's the friendliest and most playful little bugger around. He likes to sleep with me in the bedroom, so a place that's cool with him being an indoor dog when I'm around, and has a secure yard big enough for him to stay out in when I'm out at TAFE or elsewhere would be fantastic. He can be a little destructive in the garden when left by himself for a few hours as he tends to chew things out of boredom, so a garden that's full of expensive hoses, irrigation pipes, etc, probably won't work. I walk him whenever I can and generally visit the dog park every day, so he isn't neglected and does get his exercise. I'm happy to clean up after myself, I like a beer most evenings, and I tend to be in bed early. I'm easy with what everyone else in the house does. My belief is being tolerant of each other's quirks go a long way to making a good household. I'm also reliable in terms of paying rent on time (I make an automatic payment fortnightly from my bank account, so I never have to remember it), paying bills, etc. Happy to pay bond too. Also able to provide a police check if you like, which I had to obtain due to the nature of my course work. If this sounds like we might get along, please do send me an email or SMS! Thanks :) Carey
