I am looking to find someone to share a home with, where we share the costs and also a meal every now and then. I am neat and tidy and love a clean home. I am looking for a room in an already existing house. I am not too fussed on location as long it is the the east, or even south-east. I am open to someone with children, couples and even pets. I am looking for somewhere modern and in a safe area. I also already have a fair bit of appliances like a washing machine, fridge and my own bedroom furniture but okay to sell them if they are not needed. If I sound like someone you would like to live with or maybe catch up for a coffee to discuss further then send me a message :)
Trustworthy and reliable, always clean up after myself and happy to look after the place. I enjoy a bit of social time but also give other people space. Quiet person who is respectful of other members of the household. Currently looking for work but need to find somewhere to live whilst still looking. Enjoy going out to the footy, rugby league or cricket or a meal down the pub. Out most nights at training or meetings and weekends with sport.
I am looking for a flatmate, to share my house with me and my other female 28 year old flatmate. The ideal candidate must be reliable, quiet, easygoing as well being comfortable around dogs (but sorry, we can't take additional pets). House is spacious having 4 bedrooms, Gym room, study and 2 lounge/dinning rooms. Added to that the house has been recently renovated, with new paint, carpet and floorboards. 1 room is available for $200/week (inc bills). The room has full wall length 4 door wardrobe as well as central heating and evap cooling. Parking is allocated for you and is outside but off the street. You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with my other flatmate. We are located close to Eastland shopping centre, and at the end of the street there is a nice walking track. Please contact me if you feel you that the above details strike your interest.
Looking for laid back, friendly people who are happy to hang out and respect one another's space who clean up after themselves. Massive animal lover. On again - off again smoker. I'm honest and always want people to be honest with me. Hoping to find somewhere that will feel like home for myself and my cat, Bastion (he's a very good cat!).
I'm a fun, friendly, geeky lady who has always lived locally. I enjoy both being around people and hanging out alone. I like games, reading, pets, photography and music and am thinking about makeup freelancing, so any housemates would benefit from any or all of these hobbies if they're so inclined! Note that I've listed a start date because I need to in order to create my profile but I'm currently in a pretty flexible living situation & can adjust when the right thing comes along :)
I'm a 19 year old guy, I graduated high school in 2016, I work part time at McDonald's in Mooroolbark, I like spending my time either on my computer, in the car driving around, reading a good book or staying at home baking. I like my cleanliness so I will be sure to keep my areas clean and tidy. I am a smoker.
Hey my names dean I'm a 27 year old qualified tradesman in a family owned business. I'm a quiet, easy going friendly guy who works full time 5-6 days a week, when not working I'm either at gym or catching up with family :) really need a place ATM so if I sound like someone you could live with please contact me cheers :)
I'm easy going, pretty chill about basically everything and I'm always happy to lend a hand. I keep to myself and clean up after myself. I always pay bills and rent on time and as for interests I'm into my older cars and 4WD's, drawing and the occasional sing-a-long in the car.
Hi, I'm a quiet 34 year old, working full time and studying part time at nights. Im studying to make a career change and need stabilty over the next 6-18 months atleast (potentially) whilst i finish studies. I am private, but friendly and don't mind a chat. I love a garden and love to spend time outdoors when I can. Otherwise I am studying, reading or relaxing where I have the time! Would love a room, or 2, to myself so that I can study peacefully. I like to keep things clean, particularly in shared areas, but dont mind the necessities of living. Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings, but occasionally I like to have a friend or family member over. Lookig for a place with no drama, privacy and co habitants who are happy to talk, spend a little time together ie dinner once in a while, but equally happy to go about their own lives.
A bit about me - my name is Alfonso, I'm 25, I work full time, study part time, and am a non smoker. I like paying my bills on time, I always clean after myself and I am more than happy to do my share of house duties. I normally work long days every day so just looking to find a quiet place that'd be mostly a place to relax and enjoy a movie. Don't mind socialising, maybe grab a beer or watch some TV with flatmates.
Hi everyone, I'm a 30-year-old student in my final year of university. I am looking for somewhere to stay from end of September/early October until at least January, possibly longer. I'll be doing my final teaching internship in Donvale for all of term 4, so I'll need a place easily accessible to Donvale. During this time I'll be full time in a primary school, and probably spending much of my free time planning lessons, so I'll most likely be super quiet and you may not see much of me. Having said that, I'm super friendly and have a great sense of humour, so when you do see me I'm sure you'll enjoy interacting with me :-) I'm also a super neat and clean person so rest assured I will not be leaving any unwanted mess around! Hopefully I can find a nice flat mate to have me for a while. Thanks! :-)
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
I have a very cute Pomeranian who is also well toilet trained. The one on the left is me. I'm in the security industry.
Hey! My names Jamison, (Jamo if you like). Im 21, Ive been living out of home since the age of 18 so I'm well aware of the responsibilities of living out of home and being self-sufficient, with finances and paying bills ect. Im origonally from the country but have been living in Melbourne for a couple of years now. Im currently doing my Carpentry apprenticeship here in melb and my lease has recently ended so im looking for a new place to reside for the next 6 months or so. Im not really interested in signing a 12 month lease/contract as I like to have my flexibility, but i would definitely commit to 6 months.. Im very outgoing, love the outdoors and quality social time! I do enjoy occasionally going out on a weekend for a drink but safe to say my party days have quietened down. I enjoy cooking, surfing and traveling back to east gippsland to visit my family. I should mention that I am a smoker but i totally respect people that aren't fond of it and as idiotic as it sounds i would never smoke inside or where it would be a disturbance. Im very organised and like my tidiness, but not a complete neat freak. I always clean up after myself and love a clean kitchen, but again im not over kill unless people are the same. Im very respectful of others and their space and their belongings! I totatly respect personal space as I also like to keep to myself at times too, but i won't shy away from a friendly convo. Im very hands on and happy to help and contribute to house hold chores! If you have any other questions don't hesitate to message me or get in touch! looking forward to meeting you :)
hi folks, I am a mature ages student studying to become a Steiner Teacher. I am currently in my second year. I am looking for a home which is a non smoking space ,cosy and warm with a sense of space with a nice garden, I am neat and tidy out of habit and respectful of other people.
Couple of inner city Melbourne mates looking to make the move to leafy Eltham or thereabouts to get away from the traffic noise and flashing lights of the local Kebab WorX. Amy is a musician and community artist... I work from home and will host the occasional respectful rehearsal at the house and am always down to jam. I eat vegan where I can but happy to live with anyone as long as we all look out for each other! I play gigs regularly and work in the city so will be in and out of town but am hoping to spend a fair chunk of my time working from home and gazing at gum trees. Jacob, who's originally from Adelaide is a Thermal Performance Assessor, whatever that means. He is also a creative guy who loves getting up in nature's face and wrestling canines. He eats everything except dried fruit and loves a debate, preferably by an open fire. We've been friends for many years. Jacob calls me his 'best' friend, but I just call him a friend.. it's a little awkward but we're getting on with it... We're hoping to link up with some other like minded folk who dig the idea of a vibrant and peaceful creative haven out where the air is a little clearer and where the trees grow a little taller. Very open to sharing our space with dogs but no cats sadly. Realistically we're looking to pay between $130-$180 each p/week (but thats really pushing our budget). And happy to share with up to 3 others. Hit us up if you think you might be up for a move out beyond the 86 tram line... x Amy ~ and Jacob
Close to heaps of things. 18 mins walk to Ringwood Station. 10 mins walk to Eastland, Coles, Woolies, Big W, Kmart, Costco and other stores. The house has recently been renovated with new flooring and fresh paint, and thus, there are plenty of space for you to make it as personal and homely to you as possible. Bring on your creativity. There are a garage and a shed in the backyard as well as a basement down stair, which are great to set up your own workshop or simply to store your stuff. Your room will be furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. The main en-suite bathroom is very large and clean. The kitchen is functional with oven, cooktop and a dishwasher, cause who wants to do the dishes? People who live here need to appreciate the space, be able to remain tidy and respectful – there is a shared cleaning roster please do not apply if not willing to participate in maintaining a beautiful flowing environment everyone can enjoy. Stacks of dishes, not caring and dysfunction in general will not last – looking for people who have a can-do attitude. The place is relatively new so there will be minor fix-ups and upgrade here and there. Other than that, tea or coffee lovers are more than welcome. We're super easy going. Shoot me a text or call me anytime to discuss further.
The gist: 2 dogs, 2 cats, weird wallpaper, green carpet, unlimited free internet/netflix, central heating, next door to a park, close to eastland & eastlink, large range of hot sauces. Currently looking to rent the room until the end of the year, with a possibility of staying on (in this house or the next). - Note: Date of availability may change. The room: Large, queen bed, 3 seater couch, big TV, direct access to front balcony. Can remove furniture if preferred. Me: National facilities & project manager. Work hard, including some travel. Very laid back, enjoy a drink, a movie and hanging out with my dogs. A quiet house, I don't really do the going out thing anymore, would prefer hanging at home with a mate or two, or dinner out. A killer cook, when I can be bothered. Get in touch if you've got any questions..
