I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, separated about 15 months ago. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which will last for 5-6 months and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 to remove stoma/sow up hole left by stoma, and put everything back the way it was...minus a bit of bowel. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house and a share house in Darley. A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living.
Hi I'm Katie, I am a 20 year old single female looking for a place to call home. I work part time on a contract so have stable income and I also study full time. I have two outdoor bunnies. I cook and clean up after myself and keep to myself most of the time.

There are 3 bedrooms with living spaces located downstairs and upstairs for privacy and an outside decking for a peaceful outside experience, especially over the spring and summer season. The house is fully furnished, and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Bus transport is 500m.

Down the street on the corner of Maroondah Highway is the local, Club Ringwood. The Ringwood precinct also has our local RSL. Also take a lovely scenic drive up to the Dandenong Rangers that has many gems on offer with cute boutique shops and wineries and amazing views. Sky High restaurant be holds many amazing views looking towards the city. It is a family friendly neighbourhood with local schools, so it’s a relaxed beautiful environment to live in. So now we’ve got you wanting to live here what about the house. It’s a 3 bedroom standalone house comprising of: New-ish renovated kitchen with great appliances including dishwasher New-ish renovated shared bathroom with separate bath and shower (only sharing with one other) Separate toilet Gas central heating Evaporative air-conditioning Separate laundry Unlimited Optus cable Internet (not included in the rent) Netflix (we love sitting down together watching a few series. Your room is unfurnished with a large free-standing wardrobe and great views of the backyard. The backyard is a work in progress as it was very unloved when we moved in. There is also a large garage for storage.

I'm a fun, friendly, geeky lady who has always lived locally. I enjoy both being around people and hanging out alone. I like games, reading, pets, photography and music and am thinking about makeup freelancing, so any housemates would benefit from any or all of these hobbies if they're so inclined! Note that I've listed a start date because I need to in order to create my profile but I'm currently in a pretty flexible living situation & can adjust when the right thing comes along :)
I'm a 19 year old guy, I graduated high school in 2016, I work part time at McDonald's in Mooroolbark, I like spending my time either on my computer, in the car driving around, reading a good book or staying at home baking. I like my cleanliness so I will be sure to keep my areas clean and tidy. I am a smoker.
Hi all, I'm looking for a furnished room with ensuite preferably (or a separate bungalow) in a quiet, respectful household preferably in Croydon Hills vicinity. I love to cook, enjoy music and movies, like a clean house and like good company although I also like my own space. I would also like a non-smoking environment. I am qualified in natural therapies and work part time (looking for more hours) in clinic while I am also building a network marketing business. I tend to be out a lot in the evenings or busy on my computer. I would also consider doing housework/childminding in lieu of rent (for a single mother??) or senior person needing some company and help. I don't know how long for at this stage as I am in between houses.
I'm Jesse I'm 26 yo guy working fulltime as a diesel mechanic for a engine company based in Campbell field but work all around Victoria ..im a pretty easy going enjoy pretty much anything outdoorsy going to the gym and running but also enjoy times just hanging out at home .. I've recently moved back to Melbourne from Darwin/traveling and currently living in kinglake ..
Hey! Well for starters i'm easy going, I'm considerate of others, I always clean up after myself and overall, always try to be the best room mate possible! Right now i'm living out of home and have been for the past 2 years. However, I hope to move on to somewhere new and meet some new people. I'm currently Studying my diploma of Nursing full-time at TAFE. I also work Casually as an in home carer. In my spare time I like gardening, photography, fitness, travelling and just chilling with friends. I'm looking for a room in the eastern area of melbourne close to work and my place of study. Somewhere I can hopefully stay long-term for atleast a year or more. I hope to move from here asap so definitely rooms available now. If there is any further details that you wish to know about me feel free to message me. Thank you,
Hi :) I would like to find a place for myself and dog in the eastern suburbs around the nunawading/mitcham area. My 8yr old dog is a beautiful, well trained and placid Staffy/Lab. About me; *Work full time *Have a car *Enjoy socialising, exercising, catching up with friends but also love having a quiet night in. *Don't smoke (rather not live with a smoker, don't mind if you do-only outside) *Likes a tidy house *Organised *Can speak Spanish Hope to hear from you soon! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thanks! Dani :)
A bit about me - my name is Alfonso, I'm 25, I work full time, study part time, and am a non smoker. I like paying my bills on time, I always clean after myself and I am more than happy to do my share of house duties. I normally work long days every day so just looking to find a quiet place that'd be mostly a place to relax and enjoy a movie. Don't mind socialising, maybe grab a beer or watch some TV with flatmates.
I'm a professional working lady, not 9-5, start flexible time, but mainly home late, may already been to gym work-out and already had shower I may have a late super when home but won't be making such a noisy storm and cleaning up my own dishes most week-end working, have 1 or 2 week days off not taking any man home good person to share with, will look after each other will give you a lift when your car at service and will drop you to work when it's on my way to help you save on your taxi fare...
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
I have a very cute house trained mini Pomeranian:)
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a 2 bedroom unit just for myself (No share). If anyone out there has a unit/granny flat they are looking to rent out, please let me know. I have my own furniture so it needs to be unfurnished. I'm not fussy about the location. Just as long as it isn't too far away from Donvale. Drop me a line and I'll come down for a look. Much Thanks, Linda
I'm friendly, funny and relaxed. I get along with open minded, honest people. I'm used to taking care of myself, and I'm mostly pretty quiet and introverted, but enjoy a friendly, chill vibe at home. I'm on disability benefits, so I spend a lot of time at home with my cats and watching Netflix. I have 2 indoor-only cats that are friendly and playful. They are desexed, litter trained, and have previously lived with a dog. Feel free to message me if you would like to ask anything.
hi folks, I am a mature ages student studying to become a Steiner Teacher. I am currently in my second year. I am looking for a home which is a non smoking space ,cosy and warm with a sense of space with a nice garden, I am neat and tidy out of habit and respectful of other people.
Couple of inner city Melbourne mates (mates - not a couple, so we need 2 rooms) looking to make the move to leafy Eltham or thereabouts to get away from the traffic noise and flashing lights of the local Kebab WorX. Amy is a musician and community artist... I work from home and will host the occasional respectful rehearsal at the house and am always down to jam. I eat vegan where I can but happy to live with anyone as long as we all look out for each other! I play gigs regularly and work in the city so will be in and out of town but am hoping to spend a fair chunk of my time working from home and gazing at gum trees. Jacob, who's originally from Adelaide is a Thermal Performance Assessor, whatever that means. He is also a creative guy who loves getting up in nature's face and wrestling canines. He eats everything except dried fruit and loves a debate, preferably by an open fire. We've been friends for many years. Jacob calls me his 'best' friend, but I just call him a friend.. it's a little awkward but we're getting on with it... We're hoping to link up with some other like minded folk who dig the idea of a vibrant and peaceful creative haven out where the air is a little clearer and where the trees grow a little taller. Very open to sharing our space with dogs but no cats sadly. Realistically we're looking to pay between $110-$160 each p/week (but thats really pushing our budget). And happy to share with up to 3 others. Hit us up if you think you might be up for a move out beyond the 86 tram line... x Amy ~ and Jacob
