This is a brand new house on a quiet street in a new estate. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in mirror wardrobes. There is an air conditioner in the lounge/dining/kitchen area. Looking for housemates who are tidy and respectful. Must be working full time. Two weeks bond will be required and you will need to be two weeks in advance with rent at all times. Bills - power, water, internet - are included in rent. No bus service here yet so you will need your own transport. No smokers No pets sorry as I have a few of my own. The place is on eight acres, set way back from the road across a bridge (That’s right, we’ve got a bridge, over a real dam, with fish, bring a rod). It’s a sweet spot. All Bedrooms have Built-In Wardrobes and fans, plus we have the mother of all Air-Conditioners in the big Lounge Room. There’s a Lock-Up garage space as well. The place has two lounge-rooms, a front balcony, a huge rear entertaining/covered area, a bonfire pit, a lot of shed space, eight acres and other cool stuff.
The house is situation on a quiet street with no issues from the neighbours. It is close to shops, public transport (Loganlea train station is the closest) and other amenities/entertainment options. All bills are included in the rent (Gas, electricity, internet/foxtel package, water, etc)...as for food we can come to an agreement on that. The house is fairly spacious with enough room to get out of each other's ways if needed. Has a covered patio so can enjoy a few drinks with friends to unwind at the end of the day. I would prefer someone who is a student/studying but I'm open to anyone. Pet friendly. Really just looking for an easy going person with no drama. UPDATE: Room now has a queen bed (I managed to find one) so there is no need to stress over a bed right away.

I'm a full time chippy that works in the city and I'm looking to move closer. I'm super clean and really easy to get along with. I go to the gym a bit to, I don't mind cooking either so if I'm cooking and your hungry I'll make sure I feed you aswell haha I have two snakes who are super friendly and kid proof and are kept in secure tanks 24/7 unless I'm handling them.
