My (almost) 13 year old daughter and myself live in a lovely large old Queenslander in Nambour a couple of streets from the town centre. The offered space consists of a bedroom and own bathroom and personal fridge (as we have 2). It's a fairly large house with several rooms and some furniture. Please call me so we can chat and try to tailor a space to suit both budget and needs. We have a dog and cat so pets would not be suited unless a reptile, bird or something small and contained.

I've got for rent a fully self-contained granny flat underneath my home. Inside is a generous sized single bedroom with built-ins, an air-conditioner and ceiling fan, a bathroom with great water pressure, and a dining/living/lounge open area that has a kitchen off to the side. Kitchen contains a small bar fridge, but no oven. Included is a double bed, bar-fridge and couch that folds-out into a double bed. There is a laundry area outside the unit that at the moment contains a non-functioning washing machine which will be getting replaced with the bond money, as will the bar-fridge to be replaced with a bigger one, unless the new tenant has their own. Pets are not ok, and smoking is to be done out-side only. Just outside the loungeroom window is a small beer garden and clothes line. Pics will be uploaded soon, otherwise feel free to contact me for pics.

Hi there, I have a large room (including your own private lounge area) to rent. It is set on half-acre in a quiet cul-de-sac at Image Flat, yet only a 7 minute walk to the Nambour hospital. This room would suit non-smoking single working individual, though couples may be considered at an extra cost. The bedroom is large enough to fit a queen bed as well as other furnishing and has a 3-door built-in-robe. MY PREFERENCES - Most important to me is that you are honest and respectful. I'd like someone who is neat and tidy and will clean up after themselves at all times. I'd prefer that you have your own refrigerator (small/medium), which can be housed in the kitchen. This is not a first-in-best-dressed rental. I would like to meet the person who I intuitively feel is a good fit for our home and family. Race, gender, sexual orientation do not matter to me, how you conduct yourself as a person does. Please, ONLY SMS. I'm very busy and don't often get a chance to answer phone calls...texts I can always get back to when I'm available
Three bedroom townhouse with one private room with private bathroom and toilet, plus secure garage space available for your car in a quiet area of Nambour. Property is within walking distance to Nambour Plaza, short distance to Nambour hospital and is close to dentists, doctors etc. Unit outfitted with modern conveniences such as wall oven, dishwasher and hot plates and has a private patio garden. You must be a dog lover, as existing flatmate owns small friendly dog. You must be employed or have regular and consistent income, be a non-smoker and preferably a non-drinker, respectful and private. Strictly no parties or drugs on the property. You will also be subject to real estate approval. Internet included in rent, however all utilities will be evenly split between you and the existing flatmate.

Hi, I grew up on the coast here at Buddina. Have travelled off and on, though the Sunshine Coast is home. The last five years there has been a lot of travel, my furniture is in storage in Kunda Park, where it's been for four years now. It can stay there if I find a suitable furnished room, or can be it extracted. My preference would be an ensuited room with somewhat level access, as I have some mobility challenges.
I am clean, honest, rent is paid on time and I always do my share of housework. My 14 year old cat, Wednesday Rain is adorable. I am an outside smoker and have an occasional social drink. I am a Kiwi and have been in Australia for 6 years. Easy going, love music and reading. I think I am a friendly person and I have a great sense of humour. Love to hear from some lovely people out there. Sue

We will be coming with a Cat and possibly a dog as well, so our housemates would need to be animal lovers. We don't smoke. Looking for somewhere for a minimum of 6 months. If you want to know more don't hesitate to ask! :D
I am polite and friendly, don't party keep my room clean & tidy not afraid to do housework. I like motorbikes and video games will usually keep to myself but I am open to talking and hanging out
We are a very busy couple who work full-time on businesses at the Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast. Dorthea is a graphic designer and Daniel is a business owner. We both have cars, no pets, non smoking and always happy to share left-overs. Very easy people to live with as we are only home evenings + weekends. We love surfing, outdoor life and baking.
Hello everyone and Happy New Year! I have 2 rooms available from now in an old Queenslander that sits on a beautiful quarter acre of natural sub-canopy with a creek flowing through. You would be sharing with Smedley, he is a 57 y/o floor sander who largely sticks to himself. He is also a point of contact as there is no one else living there apart from 1 cat, 1 cockatiel, 1 chook and a transient duck, And it makes sense to meet him when you check out the place anyway.. Pets would be considered as long as the existing fauna and lizards don’t suffer. For the smaller room I would require $130 p/w paid via direct deposit fortnightly, also 2 weeks representing bond so basically $520 to move in then $260 per fortnight. For the double room it’s $160 p/w so $640 to move in, both rooms are unfurnished except for built ins. Power is in Smedleys name and would be split between all. There is no internet provided but you are welcome to sort that out between yourselves. I am the homeowner, currently living in NZ so most contact would made to my partner Jane who lives in Woodford. It’s a ‘shabby shack’ and we are tidying her up as we can afford, very well located just a few minutes walk to Howard St, and Nambour Plaza with the Community centre across the road, 18 minute drive to beaches. Thanks for looking and best of luck in your quest! Markus.

We spend most of our spare time adventuring outdoors but the perfect home is always somewhere that we can enjoy the company of our housemates! We are coffee lovers, like a good chat, hiking, climbing and cycling... We have both lots of experience living with flatmates. Clem & Liam
Beautiful rural views in the Nambour\Rosemount area. By car its 3 mins into Nambour and 15 mins into maroochydoe. Room is downstairs and has a bathroom beside the room. A private patio is available outside your bedroom window. Its peaceful and quiet with plenty of native birds to observe. The Kitchen is upstairs and shared with 2 others.
Im clean, respectful and active. A little bit funny but no comedian. Love surfing, moto-x, wakeboarding and various other sports. Working fulltime on fly in fly out or local depending on company's contracts.
Elly and I are a friendly, quiet couple who love bush walking and boating. We are looking for a place to live where my dog would be welcome and with space for a small boat. We can keep to ourselves but also like to have a drink and get to know our housemates. Elly works FIFO as a fauna spotter so is generally away two weeks out of three. I work in environmental restoration around the Sunshine Coast. We're keen to move in to a share house with some chill room mates, or start a new one. Looking forward to hearing from you, please message us with any questions.
Hi! My name is Sara I am moving from down from Brisbane to transfer to USC, I am currently studying a bachelor of psychology and criminology. My main loves in life are nature, good tunes and my kitten Orion. I am very easy going, tolerant and friendly, looking to move in with open minded and friendly people. I have experience living with people as I went to boarding school and lived out of home last year, my lease runs out early Feb, so if anyone is looking to move around then don't be afraid to hit me up :)
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, so not much vehicle traffic, 5 mins drive to town and bus/train stations. 15 mins to the beach or hinterland. House is fully furnished, and you must provide your own personal items and prepare your own meals, as not included in rent. One room has a double/student desk/chests of drawers and student chair. Other room is a queen with built ins. Your must provide your own linen. I have a dog that is very friendly and lives inside, so if you are allergic to pet hair, probably not advisable. Place would suit students or hospital shift workers, am 3 mins drive to hospital. If you wish to know more please do not hesitate to contact me regarding these queries. Thanks Wendy
