Seeking a property with a main house and separate bungalow...love to share a permaculture edible garden space...I'm happy to rent the main house, you rent the bungalow cheaper (or I'm happy to rent a granny flat if it's big enough for 2). I'm a live-and-let-live type of person, I like a balance of having my space but also community minded, and often up for a chat/laugh. I have a younger child with good manners (so far lol!) and a super friendly cat who is more like a dog, as he loves human company! I've grown up in semi-rural Melb, am used to living out bush with a house and separate bungalow flatmate situation and have done the working edible garden thing before, very open to sharing knowledge. Hoping to replicate the same lifestyle, but in a warmer climate! Not a big drinker, but up for the occasional fire-pit party/backyard BBQ under the stars with live jam (bring your didjeridoo, washboard, whatever lol!). Hobbies are hiking, beach days, exotic foods, Qi Gong, playing singing bowl, creating sand mandalas and other artworks. Needs: A separate phone line as I work from home as a phone counsellor through a professional call centre. Just prefer my own quiet living space for when I'm working, as I do quite a few shifts during the week. Thats why the separate houses on same property thing is ideal. Prefers non-smokers.
I am very quiet and likes to just stick to myself. Have a 13 year old boy and an 18 year old boy who would visit. My 13 year old boy may stay on the rare occasion but just would share my bed and he is very quiet too who likes to stick with his mum when visiting. I do have an indoor cat but if the place isn't pet friendly I would leave her with friends. She would only live in my room if it was pet friendly. Thanks
I am a mature single woman who is a good tenant and always look after my home, love gardening, nature and wildlife and enjoy the peace and quiet . My cat indoor is very important to me as is playing my piano on a regular basis. Looking for a cabin or similar in bush setting.
I am looking to move to the Sunshine Coast area from Bundaberg to study a Bachelor of Creative Industries at USC full time. During this time I will be working part time at the Telstra store in Maroochydore. I'm a pretty relaxed guy that trys to keep my things clean and tidy. I don't mind a good laugh or a party but I am also quite happy keeping to myself and just having a few quiet drinks at home.
Hi, By nature I am easy going, non-judgmental, responsible and caring, enjoy gardening, reasonably quiet, respect other peoples space and property, friendly, non smoker, and keep to myself a bit as very busy working. My son Dylan is a full-time chef and has a medium sized dog. He would like to have his children visit overnight one or two nights per week. He is a light smoker and smokes outside, is hardworking and a good father. We would like to find another kind and responsible person who works, would sign a lease and who desires 12 month stay or longer. Bills can be on top of the $150 each. We could then rent a home that is up to $450 per week :)
I am clean, honest, rent is paid on time and I always do my share of housework. My 14 year old cat, Wednesday Rain is adorable. I am an outside smoker and have an occasional social drink. I am a Kiwi and have been in Australia for 6 years. Easy going, love music and reading. I think I am a friendly person and I have a great sense of humour. Love to hear from some lovely people out there. Sue
I'm a full time musician, which means I'm out days, sometimes weeks at a time. not every week, but it does happen. I also play gigs most weekends, which means I get home late some nights. If possible, I will need some storage space, possibly some of the garage, for all my gear. I like to keep to myself, working in my room as a recording/session musician, but I do enjoy a conversation. Pretty easy going as well. I don't smoke, drink, or make much loud noise, and keep everything I do clean and tidy. I'm allergic to cats, and with my recording work there can't be a lot of noise going on all the time, so, will struggle with most dogs around as well. Thanks for taking the time to read!
I am looking for a place to live and relax. My son is moving to the Sunshine Coast and I would like to be near him. I am retired and living on my pension. I am quiet and respectful. I don't mind a chat now and then. I am clean and tidy. I can move in anytime.
We are very clean and work 12 hours a day. Keep to ourselves and love to cook, have a laugh and a drink here and there. I work for Westpac bank and Taylah works for the ATO
I'm working full time as a HPE teacher, so rent would always be on time. I'm very easy to get along with, am courteous to others and like to keep a tidy home. I have two beautiful dogs, who are great around adults and children, other dogs and cats. Just seeing what my chances are of finding a place at the end of the year due to a new job. :)
I'm a 17 year old girl who's wanting to move out of home. I'm pretty organised, independent and easy to get a long with. I work 2 jobs so I'm busy a lot of the time. I'm just looking for a happy living environment with easy going flat mates

I have just started full-time work up at the Sunshine Coast and am looking for somewhere to stay over the next 6 months to a year. I am outgoing, friendly, and someone who loves to meet new people and make more friends! I like to do arty things, travel and hang out with friends. I am respectable of others, and their belongings.

Hello everyone and Happy New Year! I have 1 room available from now in an old Queenslander that sits on a beautiful quarter acre of natural sub-canopy with a creek flowing through. You would be sharing with Smedley and Brad, Smedley is a 57 y/o floor sander who largely sticks to himself, and Brad is a plumber. The boys are also a point of contact as there is no one else living there apart from 1 cat, 1 cockatiel, 1 chook and a transient duck, And it makes sense to meet them when you check out the place anyway.. Pets would be considered as long as the existing fauna and lizards don’t suffer. For the double room it’s $150 p/w so $600 to move in, the room is unfurnished except for built ins. Power is in Smedleys name and would be split between all. There is no internet provided but you are welcome to sort that out between yourselves. I am the homeowner, currently living in NZ so most contact would made to my partner Jane who lives in Woodford. It’s a ‘shabby shack’ and we are tidying her up as we can afford, very well located just a few minutes walk to Howard St, and Nambour Plaza with the Community centre across the road, 18 minute drive to beaches. Thanks for looking and best of luck in your quest! Markus.
