The house is located opposite a primary school on a quiet, developing street with friendly neighbours on either side. It is located within a 5-minute drive of two major shopping centers (Riverton shopping Center & Carousel Shopping Center) and a local grocery store (IGA) There is also a large park situated 3-minutes walk down the road. Importantly for students the house is only a 10-15 minute drive from Curtin University. The average travel time to Perth's CBD and Perth Airport is between 20-25 minutes by car depending on traffic events/timing. The Cannington Train Station is also only 10-minutes away. There are four hospitals located within 15-20 minutes of the house (Fiona Stanley, Midland, Bentley, and St John of God Murdoch) and a GP clinic 5-minutes down the road.
