I am super chilled and my doggo is the best! My week days usually consist of work, gym, walk the dog, dinner & netflix & bed, and weekends are gym, sleep, walk the dog & netflix. Basically im the ideal housemate haha. I work full time, in a permanent secure job and is a career. My budget is max $175 including bills and looking for a long term rental & unfurnished room as i have all my room stuff. -looking for a house that I will only be sharing with 1 or 2 other people -I am a big believer of home is the private space and not for entertaining. Im not looking for a party house! Not to say i dont love to party haha just not at home :) -Enjoy a household that speaks freely and likes to have a chat/ catchup from time to time -Respectful of other peoples property and would hope the same in return -I have been the head tenant for about 5 years so will never be late on rent or bills as i know how frustrating it is. -I have a house full of stuff so if anything is needed for the house ill probably have it! Otherwise will be putting it into storage! Basically i need to find a house that allows my pup and has high fencing. He is an 8 yr old Australian Cattle Dog, he has started to slow down a little but still quite energetic. He is happy boy and generally pretty well behaved and he is well passed his destructive stages. He doesnt need a massive backyard at his age and he gets walked daily. He doesn't bark unnecessarily but will bark 'at' things but have never had a complaint about him anywhere we've lived. He is also good deter-ant for bad people haha. Both bedrooms come with their own private ensuite with toilet and shower, and the master bedroom ensuite has a bath also. So you don't need to share a bathroom with anyone, but there is a common bathroom for any guests to use. The master bedroom ($200 p/wk) also has a walk-in robe, and comes with a guaranteed garage car space. For the smaller bedroom ($150 p/wk) there are 2 guest car parks on the premises but they're sometimes occupied by neighbours, in which case you'd have to park on the street or just squeeze in somehow. The whole house has reverse cycle air-con and a modern kitchen/dining and lounge area. It's a short distance (5-10 min walk) to the nearest IGA, and it's pretty close to Carousel shopping centre (3 min drive). There's a bus stop right out the front, and another really busy bus stop around the corner (1 min walk) so it's easy to use public transport. The landlord covers some amount of the bills, so anything over that cap and the renters have to cover it together.

It's only a short drive to both Curtin and Murdoch uni's, and is very close to Thornlie TAFE. Public transport is also easily accessible nearby! We have unlimited internet which we split the cost of equally, as well as other standard bills (water, gas, electricity), but we can be flexible so if you'd like these included in your rent just let me know and we can work out how much it would be :)
