Hey! we are a nice bunch of people from around the world, with lots of experience in travelling and lots to talk about. we sometimes eat together, share a drink in the back garden or do movie night. We all are respectful of each other and all on the same page since we are all around 30 and working full time. We have a cleaner once a week for common areas and few house rules, pretty basic: clean after yourself, empty bins when full, talk nicely about something that bugs you (doesn't happen much) help each other to sub-lease the room when going on holidays... etc
Our place is a great little flat close to the city, but still far enough away that it's a quiet part of town. Just a 10-minute walk to Kings Cross or the City, you couldn't ask for a better location. Large outdoor patio area with BBQ, a great kitchen, 2 massive TVs, a great location and fun roommates. Fully furnished and all bills included. The room is as large as the master and second room combined and comes fully furnished with a queen bed, futon, huge flat screen tv and storage space. There is a private car park space in the building parking also available. I'm moving out from the weekend of the 24/25th to follow work interstate so there is some flexibility in the move in date!

I'm looking out for flatmates who respect each other's personal space, clean and tidy, aren't into excessive party but do like all that, depending upon mutual understanding and consent's.

Hello! My name is Cassandra, I'm coming to Sydney for a 5 months period. I'm used to living with a roomate/flatmate so I'm an organized, respectful, open-minded and calm person. I like discovering new cultures and people so I would be glad to share an apartment with other people of different national and cultural backgrounds, but no mixed room. Regarding my hobbies, I love cultural tourism, photography, shopping, sport activities, road trips, watching movies & TV-series.
Looking to live with a positive and friendly person who I can share a meal or glass of wine with on the odd occasion, but who can also respect giving some space. I like to keep things clean, neat and tidy. I'm currently working full time as a workplace relations advisor and studying law part time, so I'm usually busy balancing the two. On weekends I like doing something active and being outdoors (mostly the beach!) or I'll be out catching up with friends and family. I also like quiet weekends too to recharge. Any questions, please don't hesitate ask!

Hello! I work at St Vincent’s Hospital full time and am also studying a masters at Sydney Uni. I have a pretty hectic schedule so am not home much but enjoy having a quick chat or even a glass of wine with my housemate, possibly even working out together! But also respect both of our privacy. I’m from Canada but am Australian and have been living here for the past decade.
Hello, I am looking for accommodation starting 15th of March in and around Sydney-CBD or in suburbs with a good proximity. I am keen on having a private room with an ensuite bathroom for myself in a shared house. I am on a PR visa currently looking for opportunities in Australia. I am friendly, clean & tidy and will be able to pay my bills on time. I'm currently working with Jones Lang LaSalle as a Manager and have over 10 year of IT/Management Consulting experience.
Hi, I've been back in Australia 4 years having spent the last 12 years living and working in London. I work full-time in the film industry, and while there is an office in Surry Hills that I can use, I prefer working from home most days. I don't need much space to work, and am very considerate of other's space. I'm looking for a professional, easygoing housemate 35+. Ideally just one housemate, but would consider living with two. Ideally I'd like a larger bedroom (smaller is OK if there is a study - I'm pretty quiet with my work - computer and phone mostly). I'm out a few nights a week. I'm looking for a house that feels like home, I don't mind getting a cleaner, I really like cooking, and am pretty relaxed about things generally and I think pretty good to live with, pet's are no problem. I'll respond to emails promptly, hope to hear from you.
I'm Grachel and I'm in Australia for my placement year for my degree. I'm from the UK and I am easy going, clean and tidy. I've lived with a my friends and strangers that become one of my good friends while in Uni. And I'm hoping to have the same while, I'm on my second half of my placement in Sydney. As I've said, I can roll with anything as I am a very sociable person and loves to a bit of chin wag with my flatmates.
I am a 25 year old lawyer from Brisbane, moving to Sydney in February. I love meeting new people and hanging out, but can also enjoy my own company.
