Room available is main bedroom with ensuite. Room has large built-ins. Apartment allows for space and privacy. Has laundry, undercover parking, storage cage & study. Walking distance to Deakin & Manuka shops.
This excellent property is situated in prime location within the parliamentary triangle. Close to all amenities and Manuka village. One minute walk to bus stop, less than 4 km to Civic (Canberra city centre) and Australian National University.
This property is located in Barton, next to the Press Club and right in the middle of the Parliamentary Triangle! It would be well suited for people who work close by for example in places such as DFAT, Finance, AFP, PM&C, ANAO, AGD, PwC and so much more! The place is well kept and clean and the real estate agent is very pleasant to work with should any issues arise. The place is currently partially furnished (minus the bedroom). Once my housemate leaves I will be without a fridge and washing machine - so bonus points if you can bring those along! Sorry I currently do not have any pictures but happy to walk people through the property!
Young professional from Sydney, moving to Canberra to work in lobbying. I'm outgoing and always up for a chat, but also like my quiet time. Love a good Netflix binge, glass of wine, AusPol chat, literature, movies and animals. Tidy, but not a neat freak, responsible, relatively good cook. Will live with any gender. Looking to move in late May/early June 2018.
Hello, I am an intern at the Embassy of the Netherlands, so I will be working 5 days a week. I am clean and tidy and I have lived with roommates before, so therefore know how to respect privacy :) I'm the most fun person you'd ever live with. I'm very social, I tell great stories, my specialty is cooking anything with cheese, but I also like to be by myself.
Hey! I'm a public servant looking to live closer to work. I am from Orange and have lived in Canberra for almost a year. I have five years experience of living in uni share accommodation. I'm easy going, clean and tidy. I love socialising and a good chat, but also respect people's space and privacy. I'm looking to team up and starting a share house or to find a room in an existing house preferably in mid May/early June. Feel free to contact me if you're interested.
I am an easy-going 24 year old public servant working full-time in Barton. I'm fairly busy during the week but enjoy hanging out on the weekend. Hoping to find other fun young professionals!
We are New Zealanders new to Canberra and to Australia. Izzy started her Masters in Environmental Science at the ANU in February (been flatting in a single room in Narrabundah) and Dave is moving over at the beginning of June. Izzy studies full-time and Dave works in sales. We like road trips, camping, and hiking, but also watching movies, going out for dinner, Netflix, cooking. Dave really likes video games and Izzy likes caring about the environment. We've been living together for four years (until the last six months) and have been flatting for 5-6 years so we're house-trained, respectful, and tolerant. We're happy to be social or not, we're good at going with the flow :)
Hi all, Social and considerate 32 y/o with plenty of share housing experience. I don’t smoke, work full time in a science roll for the public service and throw a bit of study in occasionally. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, cooking good food for myself and others, travel, movies, playing sport(professional social sport ring in) and running trails. Can move in anytime.
Mature engaged couple looking for studio, granny flat, 1 bedroom apartment etc We are a public servant and a nurse and both study part time. I don't smoke, work 9-5 and will probably keep mostly to myself/not make noise etc. I'm looking forward to getting to know Canberra, the national parks, art galleries etc. so if you have any favourite spots let me know!
Hi, I am fifty six and get along with people of all ages; most of my friends are in their thirties. I have lived in few share places, with some friends and also did some house-sitting over the last four years. I like to socialise and spend time with friends. I plan to do study next year. In the past I have done counselling, retail, public service work as well as self-publishing five books on Amazon. I like music gigs, art and movies and I guess you could call me a spiritual person. I have been involved in the LGBTQI community and also with the Refugee Action Committee. I am just overcoming chronic fatigue and I have a peripheral vision loss but am quite functional. I hope to find the right people in the right place. Thank you.

Also, would be interested in a room - for those seeking a flatmate. Non-smoker.. although, I do you to the gym pretty early of a week day - But can tip-toe pretty well!

Hi, I'm passionate about recycling, helping out, great at fixing things, and have a very sociable Jack Russell who loves attention and a ball. Currently renting in Gungahlin (last 14 months), I work full time in Civic (I.T.), and want to be closer to work so I can ride my bike ($16.70 for parking is ridiculous). I spend some weekends at coast or camping/visiting friends/kids interstate. Looking for a place that has a secure outside yard and a space to park the car.
Hi. My name is Lucas, I'm 28 years old. I will be a French teacher at the international bilingual french school in Canberra. I am someone very quiet, who like to discover nature. I am usually working all the day, then do some sports in the evening and on the weekend, I would like to visit Australia. I don't really like big party. But I like to have fun with friends sometimes. I probably will rent a house near to the lake, 130m², very nice house. But I can't rent it alone. So I'm looking for someone interesting in. It will be 300€ per person per week. Or if you have a good offer to make... Let me know ! :)
I’m very easy to get along with. Im sociable and happy to chat and share a glass of wine but also appreciate time to yourself as well. Clean & tidy. Working full time :) would prefer to only live with other females
