I'm Ash, I'm 24 turning 25 this year. I work at Melbourne airport and would like to live closer to work and the city. I'm fun, bubbly and social but also love my down time and own space. I'm clean, tidy and respectful. I am a shift worker so my hours are all over the place. Would much prefer a housemate/housemates who I can become good friends with, rather than living with a stranger and the only contact is hi and bye.
Our neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. We are 10 minute walk from Pascoe Vale station and 20 minute walk from the 55 tram. Shops are nearby. We have a big beautiful garden, large communal vegan gluten free kitchen, huge tea collection, seperate pantry, seperate laundry, and clothes drying room. The bedroom is medium sized with no built in wardrobe, but there is central heating and cooling. We have one sunny bathroom that we all share with a seperate toilet. Our home is strictly gluten free and the kitchen must remain vegan, please only apply if you can do both these things. We live by the zero waste philosophies, so please no plastic bags. Our home is really low stress and an enjoyable place to live. We'd love to meet you.
The room is fairly big and has windows facing the road. It has build-in robes and only a mattress at the moment. But it could easily fit a double bed, a desk and more.. The house is located within a minutes walk from tram 55. Coburg station is a 15min walk, 5 min bike ride away. It's close to the shops near Bell St.
TEXT ME OR CALL ME : 0413057541 we are an italian couple 29 years old, we would like to share a house with easy going people like us, we love cooking, i m a pizza maker and we like to have a beer or wine sometimes.
Hey guys! How are you doing? My name is Luis, I'm 26, Venezuelan, civil engineer, living in Melbourne for one year now, at the moment working mon-frid in the construction industry and studying a Diploma in Leadership two nights a week. I'm looking for a place to move in in about 3 weeks and I'm looking for something where I can socialize with the people that I'm living with, more than a place to only go to sleep and eat. This is something really important to me at the moment, I want to make some friends at home more than just live with some people that I'd never see. I'm pretty busy working and studying during the week, but I'd love to share time with the flatmates on the weekends over a meal, a party, some beers, a movie or whatever. I like to travel, hangout on weekends with the flatmates, enjoy a beer at home or whatever you plan. I'm open minded, always up to have a chat with the people that I'm living, easy going, clean and ordered (I like the places where everyone give a hand with the cleaning and housekeeping to keep the place clean and ordered as a home instead of a crazy dirty house). If I sound the kind of person you are looking for please send me a message or even if you'd like to know a bit more about me!
We’re an established house on the border of Strathmore and Pascoe Vale South, seeking a new housemate to fill our third room. Rent is $210pw + internet/electricity/gas/water bills spilt between each person. Bond is $704.25 each. The room is unfurnished but has a built-in-robes and enough space to fit a double bed (measurements and photos to follow). The house is recently renovated and completely furnished. There is a large central kitchen/lounge/dining room with a gas log fire place, a study that will be shared by all, a large bathroom with a shower and bath and a big backyard. Neighbourhood perks include a 10 minute walk to Strathmore station, surrounded by parks and the Moonee Ponds Creek Trail, 5 minute drive to the Citylink and Tullamarine Freeway, within 10 minutes of Coles and Woolies and a 5 min walk to the local fish and chip shop/pizza place/post office/cafe/bottle-o.
Hey guys! My name is Becca, I’m 27 (28 in August), I’m from Tassie originally but been in Melbourne since Feb 2015. I work a few different jobs: I’m an musician & artist, and self-employed voice coach, teaching technique for singing and speech (but mostly singing) 3 days a week. I work 1 day a week at Mork Chocolate Brewhouse in North Melbourne (from which I bring home tasty treats sometimes!), 2 nights a week at Open Studio in Northcote, am also currently applying for more/new jobs. I also model for life drawing classes and sometimes do other random odd jobs here and there. I'm super financially careful/stable despite being self employed and have never been late with rent or bills. I’m looking for a home, not just a house; I am a busy person who does my own thing a lot and has a lot of projects I’m working on, so I’m not wanting to live out of each other’s pockets, but I also want to have a place where we hang a bit in the communal areas in the evenings and chat about our days or talk shit, cook and eat together now and then, hang out in the sun on good days and have a beer. In my current house there isn’t much of a good shared lounge area and everyone just kind of lives in their rooms all the time and I am craving a little bit more of a casual family vibe. I don’t smoke, I’ve never been late on rent or bills, I like to be energy usage conscious though not anally-so, I like to try to be good to the environment. I’m great at cleaning and I’m house-proud; I am happiest when my place is looking clean and beautiful, I like indoor plants, sunshine, fresh air, and putting up art :) I’m often singing but I’m told I’m good at it, I like to put on loud music and dance around the house when I’m home alone or if someone wants to dance with, but am also very capable of quieting the fuck down when people need to sleep/concentrate. I’m silly, playful, and affectionate, but also a proper grown up. Ideally I’m looking for a place which has a sunroom/study/spare room/office where I would be able to set up my desk and teach my voice students from. I teach about 3 days a week, 5 hours maximum, finishing by 8pm at the latest (a lot of the time a lot less/earlier). Totally keen to make said teaching room also a shared art room and useable by anyone else at times when I’m not teaching! Or happy to pay a little extra rent for the use of the extra room. I've put $220 per week as max budget but I am really hoping to get less than that. I'm currently paying $200/week.

Hey! I'm looking for a place long term and can move in now/whenever! More about me: I'm a second year arts student at Melbourne Uni studying history and media. I'm busy throughout the week so I'll be in and out of the house quite often. I'm sociable but chill and love a good chat about anything really. Things I like: I'm a major film buff and like music and art. I like cooking (or trying to anyway). Gigs and pubs are my go to whenever I'm free. Other: I'm reliable and can pay rent/bills on time.
Hey, i'm post-graduate student from germany studying at unimelb. I'm in Melbourne as an exchange student and need a room for about 6 month. I consider myself to be a quite calm and laidback person. Not a party person but always available for a chat, hanging out or cooking and sharing a nice meal. I would say that i'm open minded and i am always happy to try something new. As a student i'd spent a lot of my time on campus so that it would be fairly easy for me to respect your privacy and keep things to myself if needed. Im tidy and clean and a little obsessed with keeping my room orderly. Love to do sports - did table tennis for 10 years and climbing- and am now looking for something new. Ideally my flatmates would be students at my age but i dont really mind if they arent.

Sharing a unique double storey terrace with one other person in vibrant Coburg in a house that has a wonderful feel about it, is well appointed, close to public transport and freeways. The available bedroom is downstairs. The room is furnished with a quality queen size foam mattress bed and a solid wardrobe. There's other furniture (if required). For example, a solid wood table (can be used as a desk) and a selection of chairs (office chair, wooden chairs, lounging chair) to choose from. I would prefer that you supply your own linen and towels, although I can supply. The room has a split system unit and hydronic heating. It's well lit, facing north onto a side entrance, which has a potted garden. My home is lovely. The roof windows bring in lots of natural light. There's plenty of unique features that make my home an experience, and visitors always leave feeling totally relaxed! There is a large bathroom downstairs with a shower and large bathtub. The open plan kitchen living area is a warm comfy area to cook, dine and lounge about in. There's a wood oven fire and combo steam oven, but an older kitchen overall however, functional plus. But please note, I don't have a big TV screen, it's average. My home is surrounded by wild little gardens to the front, back and side. My home is currently undergoing some changes ( external). I hope the works will be finished soon... My bedroom is upstairs and I have my own living area and bathroom but occasionally I use the spa in the main bathroom downstairs. I tend to spend more time upstairs and I go out lots (dancing mostly). However, I like sitting in the lounge, especially with the wood fire going and I love to cook (healthy food) and socialise too..
