VIEWINGS THIS WEEK FROM 6PM. Decently sized four bedroom house with a large living area and kitchen. Central heating, good airflow, and a large backyard perfectly sized for a totem tennis tournament (please BYO totem tennis pole) or Sunday croquet (please also BYO croquet set). House is less than a 5 minute walk from the end of the 58 tram (which runs through the CBD), 15 minute walk from Strathmore/Pascoe Vale stations, 30 second walk to the 903 bus and a 5 minute drive from Coburg shops - Woolies, Coles etc. IGA is a 5 minute walk. The room: Medium sized, hardwood floors, hessian walls (wtf?), lots of light, well heated in winter. Plenty of room for a queen bed, desk, cupboards etc. Unfortunately, no built in wardrobe. Other stuff: we have a full sized pool table (but needs felting) with ping pong table on top, a veggie patch needing some love, backyard tombstone that nobody knows who is for, orange and fig trees. Washer, dryer and clothes line. Unlimited cable internet - up to 80mbps down - for $20 a month. Bills not included in rent, but are not particularly expensive.
One large unfurnished room available in sharehouse located in a peaceful pocket of Pascoe Vale South between Strathmore train station and Melville Rd (bordering Brunswick). The location is great - a 10 min walk to Strathmore train station (Craigieburn line), 15 min to Melville Rd (#58 tram) and a 5 min drive to Sydney Rd. There are cafes closeby (Parkstone is the newest local). The prospective room (pictured) is situated in the back of the house, which has the most privacy, spacious with lots of natural light, and a fantastic view of the city. The house is older with character, but has newly-renovated kitchen and updated bathroom with toilet plus another separate toilet. There are large living and dining areas, ducted-heating, air-con unit in the living room and large backyard. All communal areas are furnished and appliances are used by everyone (microwave, large fridge, washing machine etc.). The house is big so doesn't feel overcrowded.
Love socializing, but respect privacy as required. Always make on time payments. Have been living on my own for sometime now in Sydney. Moving to Melbourne for work.
Hi, my Name is Tjelcey, I'm a 20 years old student and i'm looking for an place until the end of June, I'm a Third year student business administration studying at the RMIT University in Melbourne. I am very artsy to say the least and totally have a go-with-the-flow personality. I'm going to school full time and work part-time. But I also plan on reaching out during the weekends and doing awesome things. In spare time I usually being adventurous, and simply hangin out with friends. I am very respectful of the space I share with others and clean up after myself. If you would like to know more about me don't be afraid to send me a message!
Looking for like minded mature(ish) professional females (preferably) to create a home with our respective households in an airy light house with character (prefer an older house) and garden (must!). I have furniture and stuff to fill a one bedroom flat and will need to be able to bring these into the house, and expect you to be able to do the same. Am also happy to share my stuff with you. Happy to negotiate what to do with double up white goods etc. I come with a lovely cat and would like to get another one to keep him company, or happy for you to bring your cat or a little dog. You should be very houseproud, considerate, reliable, not an extrovert at the end of the scale (sorry, too exhausting :)) and enjoy keeping the home clean and tidy. You would need to love cats, as I want to know that he is loved and cared for when I am not around. At home I like crocheting in winter with the occasional mug of Glühwein and watching movies; or sitting in the garden in summer with a pot of (Melbourne Breakfast) tea and all sorts of puzzle books. I watch movies and happy to have occasional binge watch sessions. Am not a gregarious person but am not antisocial either. Love cooking and sharing meals with the people I live with when suits. I am a light sleeper and would need to live with someone who has regular wake/sleep hours and doesn't stumble into the hallway drunk at 3 am (in high heels on floorboards) :) If you are interested, contact me and we catch up. Look forward to hearing from you. :)
Quiet neighbourhood. Clean apartment located at the rear of a house (occupied by a family) on a corner block. Fully furnished with all bills paid for. One of the rooms is currently occupied by a female university student. Happy to arrange an inspection and a meet and greet with the co-tenant.
Howdy :-) I'm from country Victoria and I work in women's intimate apparel (I make people feel saucy for a living; essentially). I feel like I have a good balance with my appetite for socializing and downtime. By myself I try to be as creative as possible, drawing and writing are my outlets, I also love experimenting in the kitchen. I cook for myself mainly vegetarian/vegan dishes, and I love baking sweet treats. I thoroughly enjoy cooking for people in general, I find it therapeutic. I have a really high standard of cleanliness, always have, always will. You'd probably catch me reading something autobiographical, or based on naturalism/biology or archaeology, sometimes graphic novels. I have a green thumb; I love growing my own produce where I can, and I have several indoor plants that I consider my children, I would protect them with my life. When socializing, I love a chill dinner and drinks out and about. Like the occasional night out, but I'm kind of an old soul. Very much into going to cafe's for breakfast/brunch, scoping op shops and record shops. Alternatively I'm just as satiate sitting in a park on a rug in the sunshine with a bev. Any company is good company! Down for whatever, whenever. I love pets, so you'll never have to worry about me accepting your fur baby, feathered baby, or maybe even scaley baby with open arms. Preferably all female/wxmen household or femme balanced dynamic 😘. Thanks for reading, hope to hear from some of you soon. Stay snazzy Keely x
G'day potential new housemates! A bit about me. I'm 28 and I work in financial planning in the CBD. I'm a huge maccas chicken nuggets person, enjoy a wine, tend to OD on chilli sauce, I play soccer, watch Marvel movies and Netflix kick backs. I've lived with both male and female housemates before so I know the drill. I like keeping things neat and tidy but I don't have OCD. Always respectful of the people I live with and I'm always down to hang out with my housemates for some trash tv, Netflix or an alcoholic beverage. I come with a fridge, microwave, rice cooker, conventional oven and air fryer (which makes the best potato gems). Looking forward to finding some awesome housemates to live with!
Hi, I'm Minnie, studying Linguistics at Melbourne Uni, originally from NSW. I'm looking for a place to stay for a bit while organising something more long term with friends, and while doing a short uni subject, from 9th January to around the start of February. I have subletted in shared accom in the past and very much like to clean up after myself and be considerate of fellow humans (and pets, I have no animal allergies, quite the opposite). Please shoot me a message if I look like a good fit :) - Minnie
Large room available in conveniently located Pascoe Vale house, $620 pcm + bills & bond. ~10 minute walk to Pascoe Vale train station (approx. 25 minute train to CBD) ~10 minute walk to the 55 tram ~20 second walk to bus stop out the front (legit just timed it) ~15 minute drive to the CBD via CityLink ~5 minute walk to 1st Choice The 3.9m x 3.6m room comfortably fits a queen bed with drawers/cabinets, has a spacious BIR, roller shutters and a cosy little space for a desk in the corner. The house has central heating and a massive backyard, complete with a fig tree. Unfortunately no pets are allowed, as our inanimate metal chicken at the front door gets scared easily/we’re not allowed real pets. 420 friendly.
Hi guys 😊 My name Jess, & I have a 7 year old golden retriever called Toby 🐶 I’m currently prepping to compete in a body building competition next year so when I’m not at work I’m at the gym or out with the doggo! I’m pretty social, always down for a coffee / meal out / gym sesh / tv or movie marathon. Love having a chat about whatever has happened in the day & also more than happy to clean & cook. I am a vegetarian, but that's a personal choice & would never judge anyone else for the way they want to eat! I’d love to live with someone/people that don’t mind me being quiet, busy & hardly home, love dogs & enjoy being social from time to time! Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you! 😊
Originally from Perth, I'm relocating to Melbourne for a year to build Australia's first Wavepark! I'll be working long hours and I'm looking for somewhere quiet, professional but also fun. As an electrician by trade I'm fairly handy around the house and I can also cook - ask me about my signature dishes. I'm a clean freak (but I'm sure everyone says that!)
Hi Potential Housemates! I'm looking for a share-house to call home. I'm an easy going person who has lived independently before and appreciates a relaxed household. I love a good movie, baking, electronics/gadgets and catching up with friends. I am studying and working part-time. I know I'm young but I'm looking for a mature house rather than a party house (although I'm partial to the occasional house party). I'm considerate, respectful, friendly, responsible and I always pay bills and rent on time. I always keep communal areas clean and am happy to adhere to a roster if needed. I'll pay 1 month's rent in advance as well as any bond required and if the house needs a new fridge/washing machine/dryer/microwave/toaster etc I'm happy to get a new one as my contribution to the household. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey I’m easy going. Sometimes I am quite and keep to myself. I also enjoy having a chat and socialising. I clean up after myself and I am neat and tidy. Also I enjoy a good fishing session so if I catch the house can enjoy a fresh feed of fish :)

Before asking to view the room please take the time to look at the address on maps to see if it's suitable for you, it's Morrow street, Brunswick west :) Theres about a 10 minute walk to the station, 2 Mins to the bus and trams. Also plenty of street parking. We also have a communal car that is welcome to be used to go pick up things or use for the day if you like. Everyone's pretty friendly with full time day jobs or uni, so week nights are pretty quiet, although on the weekends there's usually something happening, either going out or having drinks together. Bills are about $50 per month in the summer and winter around $100 There's loads of room to drink and have BBQs in the backyard OHH If your wondering about the rooms in the photos they were fairly new at the time there is now black out curtains in all the rooms Send us a msg if u wanna take a walk though Vibrant house also has a massive backyard ( being renovated at the moment) for those summer Sundays.
You'll be living with 3 lads in their mid to late 20's in a spacious, cozy surf shack. We're a super chill household, friendly, and love to kick back a frothy every so often. We've got a washer and dryer, central heating and air con, although come summer the windows are always open. Massive back yard with couches, chairs, and tables and plants! Oh, and 420 friendly, brothers.
The house is very spacious with a HUGE backyard with a covered outdoor area, we've tidied up the backyard nicely over the last few weeks and are planning on starting gardens for herbs and veggies. The house has 4 bedrooms, with the room up for grabs being the largest in the house with a big window and high ceilings. The house has a large kitchen area and also a massive lounge room split over 2 rooms, where we like to hang out and relax after a long day. The house has ducted air conditioning for those hot summer days. We like to keep the place tidy but we aren't clean freaks,we basically just clean up after ourselves and don't leave dirty dishes or clothes just chilling in places. We do use the weekend as time to spruce up the place and make it tidy. We are relaxed, laid back dudes and don't take things too seriously, we all get along great and work well together. We all work full time which provides us with money so we can pay rent, bills and basically everything. We live in a quiet neighbourhood and the street has a park and tennis courts down the end. We are located right near the highway and about a 10 minute drive to Sydney road.
This house has an awesome calm atmosphere, it's very pretty - set in flourishing garden, it's well insulated, well equipped and provided for - everything we need is here. Two adjacent rooms are free, a sheltered restful bedroom and wide bright active studio/workroom with your own private garden porch. The house is an Edwardian wooden home of unusual design with spacious rooms and high ceilings, excellent for keeping cool in summer and warm in winter. I have lived here fifteen years with two gorgeous cats, now hoping to find a woman or two or a couple who would love to share this home with me. I'm an Australian woman writer/artist/puppeteer who lived much of the life in South India, engaged in reforestation of a sacred mountain to which I return each year. This is an exceptionally companionable home to live in. If interested to visit please SMS me or email to arrange a convenient time. Salutations and best wishes, Apeetha Arunagiri

Hello all. We have a room available in our rental that's available to rent. This is a proper room with a bit of furnishing (low rise bed, clothes hanger and table). You are welcome to make it your own (and we encourage it!). We are trying to make the house our little jungle so we are working on more greens in the house. The house is a 10-15min walk to Coburg Station, 7mins to the 58 tram and 3 different bus routes that pass. You can use these buses to go to Coburg station if you don't feel like walking. Coburg Station is near the Sydney Road shopping precinct, with Coles, Woolworths, Coburg Market, Pharmacies and great restaurants. A lot of great Middle Eastern food. There are two important caveats. Our dog is coming up early next year (the one pictured) and you must love dogs. Tolerating dogs isn't enough, we want you to show love and affection to our little boy. We are all obsessed with him. Secondly, you must be 420 friendly. We smoke openly in the house and make no attempt to hide it. You yourself do not have to smoke at all but we expect you to be respectful and non-judgemental about our lifestyle choice. We're chill, promise :) Your room has the best airflow and sunlight in the whole house. It's a very nice room to be in during the summertime.
A flourishing garden surrounds a charming Edwardian home that is remarkably cool in summer, easily warmable in winter, it's well insulated and well equipped for comfortable living. We have a substantial storeroom in the back garden, also a sweet cubby-house for resident or visiting children, the two distinguished cats who live here are lounge-lizards.
Very comfortable and close to Public Transport, air conditoned and centrally heated. Spacious house with seperate laundry and a spa in the main bathroom. The room has a desk and chair which are not show in the photo. Best part of living here is the former orphans in the form of 2 dogs and a cat.
The Room available is the one on the picture that has a nice wide window, desk will be removed and I've got a nice queen size mattress that I can place there, there is a double wardrobe too, size of the room :2,80 X 3,20 meters. THE HOUSE A classic 70s Brunswick house, big communal space open plan kitchen/living/dining, heaps of natural light, courtyard/garden out the back full of seasonal vegetables. Separate bathroom and toilet with a freestanding shower and separate bath. THE ROOM Spacious dethatched bungalow from the house, out the back with a sink and lots of natural light. YOU Someone who’s passionate, respectful, considerate and easy-going who wants to live in a home, not just a room.
It's a beautifully refurbed front unit. Big windows looking out on a very green front courtyard. Lovely leafy quiet street. The whole house is nice and bright. Very homely feel. Splendid in the summer having a nice wine or Bbq in the front yard. Big bedrooms both with built in robes. I like a clean and tidy house. But if there is a cup in the sink in the morning. I don't lose my mind. The house is located 3 mins walk from a tram stop. 15 mins walk to Sydney rd. Shop and post office bottelo and such at the end of the street. Close enough to the freeway. There is one car space so who ever gets home first gets it and the other parks on the street.
