NEED A PLACE ASAP... Below description is way too fussy as I had more choice previously, I am open to a lot more now...please inbox me your offers! 29 Single (single mother to a 4 month old boy, who will not be residing with me) Looking to move out of home for the first time on my own. I need somewhere safe/secure not a party house that people come and go and is contatantly loud I need quiet, I need space, preferably somewhere spacious as I'm after something to share but enough room to live in spaces seperate where there will be no issue with being in each other's way. Ideally a two story or granny flat. Two bathrooms as I would need a bathroom with a bath not just a shower. So if it has an ensuit I'm happy to take a smaller bedroom with a seperate bathroom a main bedroom/euinsuit is not suitable for me for now. Space, privacy and decent size seperate bathroom, cleanliness is a must. Not to sound fussy but I'm not interested in a dirty loud share house with people that live in filth.. I cant stand filthy toilets, floors, kitchens stoves ovens and bench tops i can't live like that so if it's not neat and clean and well looked after (obviously equally) Must have cooling and heating. Am only interested in bills included in rent cost. I would preffer to live on my own but can not do that on my own straight away so I'm hoping to find a nice transition property till I am able to move out by myself. Double story or Granny flat with kitchen facility would be ideal but I am open to other offers. Do not want a room in a shared house with any more than one person, typical share house is not for me. Do not want a place where there are pets (no negotiation) I need to be in the West but am open to inner North West Suburbs of Melbourne so please don't offer if the property is not within that region of Melb. Must be close to transport, not interested in anywhere far I do not drive! Thank you.

Hello, My name is Caldera and I'm 24. I currently a professional who is working. I'm a confident, tidy, helpful and outgoing person. I am now living at Springvale (at a share house) and is very tiring for me to drive from here to work. I hope to meet you all soon, so contact me by calling or messaging. Thank you. Caldera.
Hey guys, we are looking for a lovely couple or single to share a new house with in the Brunswick / Coburg area. We are a couple in our 20s with a gorgeous golden retriever x staffy. We've been in the Brunswick area for a year or so now and are looking for others to join us on a new lease. We have a few houses lined up to apply for, all of them are close to public transport, have off road parking and you will have your own bathroom. We are looking for a couple / single who enjoy company but also have their own thing going on. Ideally looking at moving into a new house in mid-june. Please flick a message through for any other details you might need and we can organise a time to meet up and chat.
My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. My current conundrum is that the house I live in will be up for sale and thus, I have to vacate no later than September. Hopefully I'll be in a new home by then :)
I'm an pretty neat, quiet Australian guy studying engineering on-line. I have a degree in applied science (chem), and experience as an electronics tech, and with computers, and can be a bit handy around the house. I enjoy a glass of wine, a chat, video/board/card games computer programming, and maybe a little bit of gardening. (Yes, I'm a bit of a nerd.) I'm fine with pets. Quitting smoking, smoking outside in the mean time. - Sam
Our neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. We are 10 minute walk from Pascoe Vale station and 15 minute walk from the 55 tram. Shops are nearby. We have a big beautiful garden, large communal vegan/vego gluten free kitchen, huge tea collection, seperate pantry, seperate laundry, and clothes drying room. The bedroom is large with built in wardrobe, there is central heating and cooling. We have one sunny bathroom that we all share with a seperate toilet. We live by the zero waste philosophies, so please keep plastic bags to a minimum. Our home is really low stress and an enjoyable place to live. We'd love to meet you.
Hey! My name is Josh and I’m a male originally from Warrnambool in Vic. I’m 28 years of age. I moved to Melbourne recently and started working in a call centre. And I’m in need of a new place to call home! :) My recent journeys saw me living in Berlin for 15 months or so, first working as a kitchen-hand in a restaurant and then at a call centre for Booking dot com. I returned back to Aus mid-January earlier this year and spent a couple months relaxing and enjoying the summer in Warrnambool. Now that I've started working in Melb, I’m bouncing between beds and couches with friends. Previously I have studied and completed my Bachelor in Audio Engineering. In the future I’m looking to complete my Masters in Orchestration for Film, Games and Television. In short, I am a relaxed guy, who’s very clean and respectful of others. I enjoy having a laugh and a beer. I’m working full-time so I will be quite pre-occupied most of the time, but I’ve been enjoying the summer season and like to make most of every opportunity presented to me. If you like the sound of me, or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. I thank you for taking the time to read my message and I hope to hear from you! The kindest regards, Josh.
I'm a post-graduate student from germany studying at unimelb. I'm in Melbourne as an exchange student and need a room for about six month. I consider myself to be a quite calm and laidback person. Not a party person but always available for a chat, hanging out or cooking and sharing a nice meal. I would say that i'm open minded and i am always happy to try something new. As a student i'd spend a lot of my time on campus so that it would be fairly easy for me to respect your privacy and keep things to myself if needed. Im tidy and clean aswell, so that shouldn't be a problem. Love to do sports - did table tennis for 10 years and climbing- and am now looking for something new. Ideally my flatmates would be students at my age but i dont really mind if they arent.
The room is fairly big and has windows facing the road. It has build-in robes and only a mattress at the moment. But it could easily fit a double bed, a desk and more.. The house is located within a minutes walk from tram 55. Coburg station is a 15min walk, 5 min bike ride away. It's close to the shops near Bell St.

Hi, My name is Darcy. I am a 22-year-old guy, and am a 3rd year engineering student at RMIT Bundoora. I also work part time as a dishy in the CBD (mostly night time work). About Me... In my spare time I like watching movies, listening to music, gaming, and skiing in winter. I am single, generally pretty quiet, and keep to myself in my spare time, but I am always up for a drink and a catch-up. I have been living in share houses for the last 3 years and am looking for a new place as my current lease is coming to an end and my housemates have decided to live elsewhere. What I am Looking For... I am looking for a new place that will suit my schedule going between work and Uni. I would love to come and see the house and the room, it looks like a great space that would suit me perfectly. Is there a time that suits you, for me to come and get to know you guys and check out the space? If there is anything else you want to know about me, just ask! Looking forward to meeting you, Darcy

It's well lit, facing north onto a side entrance, which has a potted garden. My home is lovely. The roof windows bring in lots of natural light. There's plenty of unique features that make my home an experience, and visitors always leave feeling totally relaxed! There is a large bathroom downstairs with a shower and large bathtub. The open plan kitchen living area is a warm comfy area to cook, dine and lounge about in. There's a wood oven fire and combo steam oven, but an older kitchen overall however, functional plus. I hope the works will be finished soon... My bedroom is upstairs and I have my own living area and bathroom but occasionally I use the spa in the main bathroom downstairs. I tend to spend more time upstairs and I go out lots (dancing mostly). However, I like sitting in the lounge, especially with the wood fire going and I love to cook (healthy food) and socialise too..

This home an unusual beautiful, comfortable, fully furnished and equipped, well-insulated Edwardian wooden home with a flourishing garden - an inviting place all round. The rent is $220/week, $953/month with bond of $953. Location is on the cusp with Brunswick in Queen Street, Coburg, with quite a variety of PT options, in a quiet area with neighbour friends. It's a lovely place to live for vegetarian or pescatarian, non-smoking women who resonate with beauty and nature, however if you resonate yet are a minimal carnivore, then let's meet you and see what happens;the cats will be happy.
