Hi all, I'm a midwife currently living in the western suburbs of Melbourne and have found myself looking for a new place to live, hopefully central to work. I work on call full time, so I work a varied roster. Consequently I'm very understanding of people's varying schedules. I'm very friendly and sociable, but understanding of the need for personal space. I come with a 2yo border collie, Flynn (house trained, desexed + vaccinated). Flynn is used to being both an indoor and/or outdoor dog, and being alone. But I'm sure he would not be opposed to a friend should you have pets. Please let me know if you have any questions. Looking forward to hearing from you!

I have a lovely border collie named Samson so am obviously looking for a decent sized yard or to at least be close to a park.
I'm easy going and clean. I'm fine with obeying rules. I dont smoke myself but I dont mind if others do. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper so I dont mind noise at night. Totally fine with doing chores and helping out around the house.

This is an unusually charming Edwardian wooden house in a flourishing garden in Queen Street Coburg. Two of us live her with two gorgeous cats, we search for another woman to share with us. The available bedroom is secluded, sunny, with plenty of storage space inbuilt. The house is nicely furnished and we have a storeroom in the back garden if needed. A Vege garden is also out the back and a cubby house. We search for a well-grounded woman with a respectful orientation towards life, happy in herself who particularly respects Cats, who greatly values a clean, sweet environment including garden, and is interested to form a home base. We prefer a mature happy reliable woman. Sharing a home can be sweet and supportive if we respect one another's privacy, enjoy our company and contribute to maintaining a convivial standard of smoothness. I am a writer/artist/puppeteer who spent much of my adult life in India, for nine years sharing this home with my adopted Indian daughter and her young family. The room now free is the brightest, most private bedroom in this house - like a cave with a sunny-side window. There are various PT options nearby and reliable safe street parking. Rent is $935/month INCLUDING unlimited wifi as well as utility bills. Incidental small household expenses such as toilet paper and cleansers we share on a monthly basis. If you do not wish or don't have time to contribute towards household cleaning and maintenance then an additional fee can be charged for that. I look forward to hearing from you. Apeetha A.

Retro exposed brick two bedroom apartment within a quiet block, but still close to public transport hubs (tram, train and bus lines). Shared spaces include bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. Great serene garden views from the balcony. Please note there is no television, but I do have books! If you’re looking for a party and social gathering type of place, this would not suit you.
***About the place*** The place is ideally located with easy access to public transport –bus stop about a minute walk and Tram 58 heading into the city a 5-7 minute walk from apartment. If you drive, there is plenty of parking available opposite the apartment & there is an IGA ,couple cafes, burger joint and pizzeria at a stone throw away! Rent is $885 per month +1 month deposit (deposit negotiable for the right person) upfront. Electricity (monthly) and water bills (quarterly) are split equally and there is no gas and internet bill paid by you. Apartment is furnished with modern appliances (TV, wardrobe, couch, washing-machine, dryer, kitchen amenities-big a** fridge, central heating/cooling etc.) and a queen bed is available for your room if required (at no cost). By-the-way, there is an an amazing local park around the area should you like a run/walk in nature(with the local dogs frequenting). ***About You*** Ideally you should be someone with 3C’s as I like to say- Clean, Considerate and Common-sense with capability to pay the rent on time(I shouldn't have to remind you to pay-up). Someone looking for a Home rather than just a House to live in. ***Home Rules*** I am not an over the bound clean freak but keep the common areas presentable and need my flatmate to contribute with the cleaning when things get messy. For ex: in the kitchen used pots, plates, utensils etc. are never left soaking in the sink forever and washed-up within 24 hours. An alternative is to organise a fortnightly'ish cleaner for the common areas; which I am open to! (of-course split 50-50 at an extra cost). In short- "You mess up, you clean up".
Hi! I am looking for someone to rent out my room whilst I am overseas (12th of October until 22nd of November). The room is very spacious and it has an ensuite bathroom. My two flatmates are two awesome girls from New Zealand who have been living here for a couple of years. The house is only a 2 minute walk to a tram that takes you into the city and a 10 minute walk from a train station. We are also a 10 minute walk from Sydney road which is full of awesome cafes and bars. Internet and bills are included in the rent price. Shoot me a message to arrange a viewing! Philippe
It's a spacious and creative house. We have lot's of great creative spaces including a music room and a shed we use as a painting studio. It's a friendly house to, we shared meals when our schedules line up and take care in making the house enjoyable and liveable for our friends. It's got great hang out spaces for having friends over. It's close to PT, right in the centre of Coburg where you'll find shops like few others.
Hi, I'm Rachel, and I'm a nurse/ strength athlete. I'm currently looking for a new nursing job, as I'd taken some time off because I've been competing in strength sports and training has been my main priority. I train most days of the week and compete in a few different sports. I enjoy powerlifting, strongman, weightlifting, crossfit and basically anything active. I also enjoy travelling as often as I can, it's good to get out of the city! I cook pretty healthy and organize food prep for the week. I love animals, and would love a place with a dog or the possibility to get a dog in the future. I'm a relaxed and easy going person with a chilled sense of humour. I've been living out of home for over 7 years now and am neat/tidy, and always clean up after myself. I don't drink very often as the majority of my friends are fitness oriented, but don't mind heading out for a few drinks every now and then. I'm also studying my cert 3 & 4 in fitness online, which keeps me pretty busy. Best way to get to know me is in person, so any questions feel free to ask!
I have recently started working full-time as a Graduate Civil Engineer in the Melbourne CBD. I currently live at home with my parents in Wallan, but I am looking to live closer to the city in an effort to cut my travel times to work, friends and social activities. I have decided I am ready to take this step in independence. I clean after myself in all common areas, and try to keep my personal areas tidy. I am always up for a chat, but am happy to give people space when required. I enjoy watching the footy, playing games (board games or video games), seeing friends, going to gigs, and when I have spare time, photography. My weekdays are generally busy. Apart from work, I spend a lot of time after work seeing my friends and partaking in social activities. When I am not doing that, I like to chill at home, playing games, watching YouTube or just lazing about listening to music. My weekends are very similar, but I try to get one day at home to recharge for the week ahead. Looking for something which will be around 600pcm including bills. Other things I look for include off-street car parking, space to fit a desk, bookshelf and bed, and space to fit an arm chair preferably outside my room (although I am not against others using it in common areas)
