Hi all, I'm wanting a housemate in my huge place in a great part of Umina Beach. Looking for a easy going person or couple(extra charge for couples) . It's a big house and a seperate living area off the kitchen with a TV, Chromecast, Apple Tv etc etc Once you visit here you will wan't to live for sure... So any questions just drop me a line :-)
I'm a friendly mature age lady who enjoys living with others. I've just moved here from Melbourne and anticipate working very soon (I'm a teacher). I'm houseproud and like to contribute to making a happy and harmonious home. I'm a vegetarian, non smoker and occasional drinker. I'd consider any central coast suburbs, not just those listed.
Easy going, respectful and clean housemate. I am a photographer/bartender with a Russian background. Just got back from overseas recently and looking to settle on the Central Coast. I will be working part-time, full-time or more so plan on keeping busy :) Just looking for some other chilled and polite individuals to live with...
I’m super open minded and chill (and tidy!), thrive on good conversation and just generally stoked to be alive. I love spending my time outside, hiking, scuba diving, kayaking, rock climbing or having a dope picnic. If I’m inside I’m probably listening to some funky tunes and cooking a feast (vego). I’ve travelled a bit overseas to NZ, Thailand, Nepal and Greece, and I’ve just returned from a six month trip travelling Aus in my van. I also have good rental history and am pretty savvy and confident regarding realestate. I’d love to find some like minded people to find a place with, hopefully where we’d live together, not around each other. Ideally a spacious house near the beach or lake where we can create a home that we love being in. The kind of home where we cook and eat some meals together and feel comfortable to invite family or friends, be there for a hug if needed, and most importantly where we are considerate of one another.
We are a local couple who are returning from a 4 month South American holiday looking to live with some friendly flat mates. We both work full time as high school teachers in the local area. We also own and run our own surf school at Umina Beach (Sals Surf School). This takes up our afternoons, weekends & school holidays over the warmer months. We are very busy but always keen for a cold beer or glass of wine with others. We are very clean and easy going. We like pets so are happy to live with people with animals as we don’t have any ourselves. We like to cook a bbq and be social with our flat mates and maybe cook a flat meal from time to time and hang out :) At the same time we are very respectful of others space as well. If we sound like people you would like to meet please contact us on here. Hope to hear from you :) Sal and Rhee
Just looking for a nice place to live with friendly and fun housemates.
Seeking to fill a room, perfect for a couple or single looking to surround themselves with mountains, river, bushland and peace ❤ The house? ~ Located in the quaint town of Brooklyn NSW, smack 'tween Sydney and the Central Coast! train station 25min walk then you're 15 mins from Woy Woy or a gentle hour into Central. If you own a car, you're a min from the highway and aprox 20 mins drive to Hornsby/ 20 mins to Gosford. Beautiful open, sunny, spacious feels - the house is perched on a cliff so has the best views in town of the Hawkesbury River and enveloping stunners of mountains... get ready for the best sky views ever too from our balconies as the sun rises and sets within the swivel of a neck 😉 The room? ~ Views of the gorgeous sandstone rocks behind, mountains, river.. own bathroom, wardrobe. See pics! rent is $240/wk including bills. Available now so looking to fill asap There's plenty of free space around the house on top of the communal chill areas, where you can set up your own little space to work on projects/study/creativity from too.
This location has to be seen to be believed. Live on the waters edge with shared use of a swimming pool and jetty right outside your front door!! Waterfront apartment in small and friendly block of 8. Ex convent building full of character and charm with views over sandbrook inlet and the National Park surrounds. The room on offer is the master bedroom with built in wardrobe and large and private own bathroom. I also have a 5m centre console fishing boat that I am more than happy to share. NOTE. Furnishings belong to previous tenant. I intend to replace so there is also opportunity to contribute if that suits.
We have a room in a funky house in Horsfield Bay for rent. It is a double storey house, set in a massive bush block (1200m squared), with water views and direct water access. As mentioned, it's double storey and you would have a bedroom on the bottom level with a separate bathroom and entrance. Shared kitchen upstairs. So you will have a lot of privacy most of the time. The house hasn't been set up yet, so we are planning to get internet soon once we're settled.
Hi I'm Jasmine! Friendly and caring person that gets along with people and likes to help out. I enjoy being social and exploring the world around me. As a housemate I've been told I'm fun, respectful and like to get to know who I live with. I Always pay rent on time and clean up after myself so no worries there, my budget is $170wk and looking for long-term accommodation aka more than one year. I'm a non-smoker and don't own pets :) Message me if interested in a chat.
I have just moved to the coast from a country town in South Australia. I have family here and hope to make friends over the next year or so.. I have lived in many share accomodations and have been found easy to live with and still hold friendships with previouse housmates and landlords. I love to have a chat over a some good food with a glass of wine or a beer. I work in the sports recreation industry as the rentals manager for Kayak Central Coast.
