My home is a 4 x 1 in a very quiet street in the foot of the hills of Perth. The house is very secure with a carport that can fit 2 cars and solar powered front gates. The room you will be renting is the largest bedroom in the house away from the other bedrooms and has its own split system for heating or cooling. The room is partially furnished but if you have your own bed or other furniture it can be arranged. TV point in bedroom should you need it and room big enough for its own sofa or couch or any seating. Large shed at the back if you need to store anything. One of us owns two dogs, very friendly, playful and well behaved animals. Seeking quiet, fully-employed tenants including FIFO for two furnished rooms in share-house. Financial students also welcome. Walking distance from bus stop, 2 minutes drive to shops and 12 minutes drive to Midland shopping centre, Midland Polytechnic West and railway station. 20 minutes or less to airport. Larger room (3mx3m) is $140/week plus portion of power and water bills (these are low with solar panels, non-retic native gardens). Smaller room (2.5mx3m) is $120/week plus portion of bills. House is large, block is also big (1000 sq metres) with lawns and gardens. Neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. Most appliances in kitchen, living room, laundry etc can be shared. Owner visits occasionally and stays for a few days, away a lot of the time. Tenant will be expected to contribute in usual way with a bit of cleaning. Household is set up for easy recycling and has native gardens with good birdlife, so prefer someone who can fit in with that. No cats thanks. This really is a great place to live and I'd love to keep it that way! Preferred tenant should be clean and reliable.
