I work full-time-time, and I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Social Science at UniSA. I'll be reasonably busy studying most nights or in front of the telly binge-watching Netflix. I love coffee, the beach and enjoy having a chat over a glass of wine. I'm an outgoing kind of person but also enjoy my alone time. Interests: Reading, going to the gym, spending time with friends and catching up with family. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
32 years old beauty therapist easy going wanting to live with people of similar age who are also friendly easy going.
A lovely townhouse close to the shops and public transport, multiple gyms nearby, down the road from The Parade, Norwood and close to the city. There is an ADSL connection available in the room for rent, I just use my phone data for the internet :) evaporative air con upstairs where the bedrooms are.
One bedroom in Trinity Gardens available on 9 Feb 2019. The bedroom is currently furnished with a double bed and storage. If you have your own furniture we can remove the existing furniture. The bedroom is on the smaller side, and has a window that looks out into the garden. The unit is fully furnished - the living room offers a large lounge, coffee table, bookcase and flatscreen TV. The new kitchen has a gas stove, coffee machine, kettle, utensils, fridge and microwave. The new laundry has a brand new washing machine. All you need to do is move in! Thanks, Lauren
I'm a masters student at UniSA, studying IT at Mawson Lakes. I'm a pretty quiet guy. OCD about cleanliness around me. Love making new friends and having conversation. I also work part time in Coles and am a freelance photographer. Most days I just watch netflix or study. Cheers
Fun and easygoing. Clean. Work 9-5 (ish) as an engineer in town. Enjoy running, cycling, music, video games, currently learning guitar. Will only be around 3-4 days a week due to work and family commitments.
Hi ! Easy going guy, working full time just outside of the city Like my own space and respect others and most of the time spend it on my computer or watching a movie, but also sociable and up to hang out. Clean up after myself and very independent. I have a partner who is studying who likes to visit and stay over one or twice a week. Have previously studied and have worked steadily full time for the past few years. Looking for places north, northeast or east of the city. the closer the better. But feel free to say hey if youre looking for places as well or have a place/room :) Thanks
International Students welcome. We have a fully furnished room available from 17th February 2019 (if you need a room before then we have a spare room that can be used until 17th February). The room is available for one person only. It is a very comfortable room in a quiet, older style non-smoking home with many inclusions and is similar to Homestay style accommodation but without food supplied. It just needs you and your luggage. INCLUDED in the rent are ALL bills (Electricity, Gas & Water) and unlimited Telstra BigPond Cable internet (fastest). The home is very cool in summer as all rooms have ducted air-conditioning (including bedrooms) and faucet/filtered drinking water is freely available. Cleaning of common areas, carpet and gardening is included. We are located 4klm east of the City. The 106 Bus enters directly into North Terrace/Adelaide Uni/UNISA City East campus from Stop 10 on Magill Road and takes about 15mins to get into the City in off-peak times. The 106 Bus is also on the direct route to UNISA Magill campus via Magill Road which would also take about 15mins. We have accommodated overseas students from many different countries over the last 15 years. Someone who is quiet, clean and respectful would be great.
Female housemate wanted This is a fully-furnished, comfortable, two bedroom townhouse in Payneham. Ideal for a uni student. It is in a great location! It is a 5 minute walk to Marden shopping centre and 15 minute bus ride to the city, not far from city and Magill university campuses. The townhouse is kept clean and tidy. I take care to look after the home, and would expect the same of my housemate. Medium sized bedroom is available. The bedroom has large built in robe, single bed, bookcase, desk and chair. It has recently been repainted, fresh and clean.

Brit abroad for the year working as an intern in the city around 4 days a week and on the hunt for an extra part time job. Not usually in the house too much, enjoy the odd drink and party, usually pretty chilled during week/work nights. Looking for a relaxed household relatively close to the city centre, preferably on the east side for ease of work
The best thing about this place is the location; 5 mins drive to Norwood, 10 to the city and 5min to unisa magill campus in the other direction. The house isn’t flash, but it’s wonderfully spacious. Rooms can come furnished or unfurnished depending on what you would prefer 😊 We are looking for others who are a similar age range (20-35). We like to keep it fairly quiet of a weeknight so it would be great if you did to 😊 having said that I am always up to share a wine or dinner. We are looking for housemates who are responsible, funny and happy to do their share of the dishes. Internet is not included in the rent but will be available. All other bills are also additional 😊 Rooms will be available from early feb and Bond will be 576pp, required before you move into the property.
I'm an easygoing person the tends to keep to themselves, but am always excited to meet new people. I work full time and am tidy by nature, and am looking for a like-minded group of people to share a home with
Hey I'm Sav, looking for accommodation while I study at TafeSA Adelaide in Visual Arts. After dabbling in arts and crafts last year and always being interested in the arts, I've decided to solidify some skills of my own. I've lived in Adelaide all my life and still enjoying it, although next year I'm considering moving to Melbourne and/or working while traveling. I love music and most often have some chilled beats in the background going (while maintaining a reasonable volume for others). I like to travel to festivals interstate and enjoy the experiences that people, art, music, and more from around the globe have to offer. I also enjoy spending time at the beach, camping, or going for trips in Adelaide hills with my dog Cujo (Pug cross Jack Russell). Love having a good chat with people, and have always enjoyed cooking really good food! - Not strict vegetarian but eat chicken and fish on the odd occasion. I'm contentious about my consumption and waste, using as many reuse and recycle tips as I can. I hope everyone can revive the ocean and go snorkeling in colourful seas again. I'm looking for a share house with like-minded friendly people that allow my dog to come along. A room that can fit a bedroom set including a desk, and a veggie patch or nice garden to maintain would be desirable!
Work full time. Relocating back to Adelaide in early February, from regional SA. Easygoing, clean and tidy, respectful of others, enjoy quiet downtime - Happy to relax with a beer/wine and netflix, or a coffee and a chat with other housemates.
I have a lease ending soon on my own place, looking to move into a share house to save money. I work 9-5/Mon-Fri. I'm easy going and like to socialise but also like my alone time and am mindful of others who want the same. I love to cook and clean, watch my shows and have the occasional drink with friends.
Hi, I'm Laura. I'm 22 and working full time in social work Monday-Friday. I love keeping active and being outdoors! I'm a responsible and easy going person who is happy to socialise as well as do my own thing. I'm allergic to cats, so not interested in living anywhere with cats! 🙂
I’m a Professional manager. I’m fairly relaxed about life, but don’t want a party house. Work is reasonably consuming so I’m gone most of the day. I'm clean and tidy but not a neat freak. Opinion on my sense of humour is divided, me I’d say well - crafted and honed, others may suggest slightly warped. I‘m partial to a glass of red or more and don’t mind a chat.
