I am looking for a place to stay with my partner and two dogs. I work full time while my partner is still looking for a work. We are easy to get along with. We only need a maximum of 4-5mos to stay because we are planning to move in a house by June 2019.
I have just relocated from Darwin to Canberra for work in the public service. I am hoping to move into a place as soon as possible. I am a tidy and friendly person, always happy to have a chat and looking forward to living in Canberra.
The house is rather well kept and enjoyed by all of, as well as our one small dog. Situated on a large block in a leafy quiet street with plenty of street parking. The advertised room is at the rear of the premises with external access and is self contained, with the laundry accessible from here also. The room is a converted garage which has recently been renovated including the kitchen, bathroom, curtains, and floors so it feels nice and fresh. It boasts a lovely high ceiling which makes it feel open and large, which also keeps it quite temperate year round, however there is an oil heater that does the job for those crisp Canberra winter nights.
About to start full time work, looking for a place to call my own where I can have my own separate space. Love to read, paint and do yoga :)
House-trained final year medical student (this means: busy most days (at least) 9-5, studying most nights, keen to have company over meals when that works out). Financially secure (I have a scholarship and work part time). I've lived all over Australia, enjoy meeting people, cooking, conversation, the odd glass of wine. Looking for quiet household where I can study and relax. I like outdoorsy things (hiking, cycling, water sports) when time permits. Happy to live with those who value privacy and prefer to do their own thing but equally flexible and enjoy social interaction with housemates during downtime.

I'm a full time medical student at the ANU, looking to share an apartment with preferably one other person. I'm Palestinian Jordanian but grew up in Abu Dhabi and Doha; I moved to Australia 2 years ago after living in Los Angeles for 4 years. I'm a pretty chill guy and can be accommodating in terms of how much contact you want as roomies, I'd like to be good friends with whoever I live with but I also understand if you need your space. I do like keeping things clean, but I'm not a huge neat freak.

Feel free to ask any questions.

Hi, My name is Hope I am new to Canberra originally from Brisbane. Moved here for a public service job which starts in early Feb so I would love to be settled in before then (ASAP). I'm pretty quiet, tidy, considerate and friendly. I love watching Netflix and TV and listening to music. I keep to myself a bit but also like a chat. I have a few pieces of furniture not including a bed so am flexible with furnishing. I also have my car so would require somewhere to leave my lil corolla beast. What makes me great to live with?? I'll let my 10 year old niece tell you. "It's not easy to make her get angry. she is helpful, caring, loveable and the best." If I sound at all tolerable please hmu!

I’ve just finished my Bachelor of Nursing degree at University and have secured a full-time position at The Canberra Hospital. Ideally, I’m looking for somewhere quite close to Woden for this reason. I am due to start in April so would be wanting to move in around mid March. I’ve lived at home during the time I’ve been at University so this will be the first time I have lived out of home. I don’t smoke, and am clean and tidy. I have respect for other people as well as other people’s things. ☺️
