Hi there 😀 I'm a friendly & caring person who loves conversation as is my 6 year old son Joshua who would stay with me for a few days each week in Canberra. I'm clean & tidy, responsible, and respect others space. We live on our hobby farm between Yassand Cowra and I'm studying a dip in Community Services and my son is doing distance education. For fun I enjoy reading, walking, a permaculture lifestyle, catching up with friends.
I'm an arts student at UC and work part time; always keen to cook a nice dinner and sit down for a movie or a chat. I love my potted plants (mostly ferns and ornamental chillies- have't figured out how to make them grow spicy yet though..) and tackling excessively complicated recipes, even if they don't always turn out so well! I'll be knuckling down hard at work and uni this year in preparation for a trip overseas, so when I'm not running around trying to be a productive adult you'll probably find me lounging somewhere comfy with a glass of wine. Looking for a fun, chill household or like-minded people to start a new place with- smiley housemates who love commiserating over work woes and binging on Netflix! :)
I'm a 31 year old ex-public servant, currently looking for casual employment whilst I wait to commence study next year (Psychology). I am a single mum, however, my 2 year old daughter, Arabella, currently resides with my parents in Kambah. Although there is no formal care/visitation arrangements in place with my folks, it is expected that I go to Kambah to fulfill my visitation requirements, and it would be only on a very rare occasion that I would have to care for Arabella at my own abode. Other than that, I like to get out to see friends as much as possible, get out to gigs when I can, go out for dinner etc, but I also love just vegging at home and watching movies/TV series/Netflix, doing my crosswords, reading, listening to music etc. I am also a bit of an amateur musician - I sing and play a little acoustic guitar. This is a hobby I really want to get back into after years of being a bit lazy about the whole thing. NB: Please note that although I am a smoker, I am strictly an outdoor smoker.
Quiet mature-aged student with two small shih-tzu cross dogs looking for suitable long-term accommodation anywhere in the Greater CBR area. Conscientious, considerate of others, and respectful of privacy. Social as required, and always clean and tidy. References are available on request.
hi i'm a pretty chill guy from perth that's good for a chat or can keep to myself if that's what you prefer. enjoy vibing to music, playing games, watching tv or just chilling out :) prefer a clean house/apartment close to westfield woden.
Im 19, originally from Eden on the far south coast. Im very easy going, friendly and clean. Im currently studying my diploma in beauty therapy, and have just picked up work in a beauty salon. I am a definite animal lover so any pets is a bonus for me. Looking for housemates who are easy going and wont mind if i have visitors from the coast staying every now and again. I do keep to myself sometimes but i am also looking for some new friends as i currently dont have alot in canberra yet.
I'm a pretty quiet person, like to keep to myself but I am more than happy to socialise with other video gamers/nerds. I would love to live with similiar minded people, but not too important. I love reading and hoard too many books for my own good! I am from the Central Coast, NSW moved to canberra a few years ago for university. I have decided to stay here permanently and so need to find accommodation for me and my gorgeous Springer Spaniel. He's a lovely dog, gentle, gets along with other animals fine, quiet and house-trained. Very well-natured boy! For fun I don't really go out too much other than to the movies/random shopping trips or to walk my dog, I normally just binge watch Netflix series and play video games, PC/Nintendo.

Includes, gas, electricity, water charges, Internet and Foxtel. Seeking a clean tidy and respectful person, to share with Owner, and Daughter, who is 20 and a Uni student. Our home also has a Sunroom, studio, outdoor entertaining area with bbq. Share main bathroom. We also have our own studio gym, tennis court and swimming pool that you can use. 2 minutes walk to Mawson shops, bus stop less than 2 minutes from property. Woden is 1.8ks away as is The Canberra Hospital. We both lead busy lives, but ensure our home is kept clean and tidy. We are looking for someone to treat our place as if it were theirs. We have a miniature Schnauzer dog, so sorry no more pets.
Big house in Farrer, 200-300 meters from a 300 express bus stop so there's easy access to Woden or Civic. The house has a large back yard with a pool, BBQ area and shade. There are two living areas. The main one includes the lounge and a dining table while the second is larger but at the moment sorts out the pool table and a spare couch. There's Foxtel and and internet. Plenty of storage in the garage. The house actually has a few extra small bedrooms which are used for storage and odds and ends. The room I'm in (I'm moving out) is basically another lounge room so I've fit a couch and TV cabinet in there with my queen bed, the room doesn't have built in robes however. Otherwise, it's a big, nice house in a convenient location and should be a fun place to hang out in Summer..
I am moving to Canberra from Perth in the week beginning 7 November 2016, so happy to move in any time from then (flexible as I will be booking short-term accommodation for when I arrive). I am a 21 year old accountant (will be working in the CBD) - I have lived in Perth nearly my whole life. My interests include cooking and swimming, and generally spending time in the outdoors. I am friendly and approachable around the house but am also able to provide my housemates with space (we all need it!) at times. Please let me know if you think I'd be a fit for your house!
I'm a 26 year old working full time Monday-Friday looking for a new place to live in the ACT. I'm friendly and love to have a chat with housemates over drinks/dinner or even going out for social activities but at the same time I respect that everyone needs their space and privacy. I keep things clean and tidy (without being too over the top) and all rent and bills paid on time. I like to keep a relaxed and happy vibe at home - I have no problem at all with visitors but prefer to not be in a 'party' house. After work during the week I like to just chill out with dinner, a glass of wine and some music - I'm not much of a TV watcher myself but it doesn't bother me if others are. Sometimes I will watch a series or movie on Netflix instead :-P I enjoy cooking at home and also going out somewhere for a good feed. I have no pets of my own but I am more than happy to live in a place with pets. I've lived in a few sharehouses previously, I'm happy to share chores/housework and I'm pretty conscious of keeping things easy and enjoyable for everyone :) If you think I might be a good fit for your home or even have any questions, please get in touch :)

Large house with three bathrooms (plus an ensuite for main bedroom), two lounge rooms, family room, dining room, two kitchens and laundry. House essentially has two separate living areas. Upstairs (where these rooms are) has all the rooms listed above except two of the bathrooms, one lounge room, one kitchen and the laundry. Walking distance to bus stop, this house is in a cul-de-sac and sits high on a hill. It has multiple fruit trees out back. The more expensive room includes a garage space with remote control access. Room is about 2.96 x 2.93 metres (not including desk and built in wardrobe space). Cheaper room is about 2.76 x 3.10 metres (not including built in wardrobe space). Both rooms can be supplied furnished or unfurnished. If you want to have more than one person in the room, there would be an additional charge to cover the extra utility costs. House has broadband wifi.
Hi! I have a beautiful new place and looking for someone cool to live with. It has 4 bedrooms, but I'm keen to let 1 (2nd biggest). I like keeping a spare room for the occasional guest (yours welcome also) and have a study. The house is fully furnished, just need your own bedroom furniture. Oh an you will have your own bathroom / end of the house. My place has a nice big deck with BBQ and speakers perfect for entertaining. Has a big yard with new main bathroom & kitchen. It takes me 10-15min to get to work in city as right by the parkway. I'm laid back, very easy going. I travel a bit for work. Besides that I'm pretty active, Canberra local so always off doing something and seeing people. However tend to hibernate a bit in winter. I'm studying so may spend the odd day locked in study trying to cram but pretty happy & social besides that. Happy to show someone around who is new to Canberra, I know how hard it can be to make new friends. This place is my home so keen to find someone who has that in mind. Ontop of rent it would be split utilities and Internet (which is super fast). Oh and I have a cheeky pet Rabbit who is very cool comes when called and may follow you around.

There is amazing view over the beautiful garden with a veggie patch, looking over Mount Taylor Nature Reserve. It is a beautiful neighbourhood and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the Nature Reserve.
