Hey there! My name is Olivia, I'm a 23 year old registered nurse who loves fitness, health, fashion and a good old Netflix binge! I've lived in Canberra my whole life, and one of the few who do actually like Canberra! I'd like to think I'm bubbly and cheerful, but I love my peace and quiet and zen-time for myself, so I will respect that in others too. I love being social, but I have a very busy work life and leave it all to the weekends when I have more free time! I LOVE all pets, so that isn't an issue unless its snakes, and then we have an issue.. Looking to move into an all-ladies place and similar in age. xx Olivia
I am a mature male IT contractor working for Health in Woden. I fly in on Monday nights and fly out Friday midday so need a room for the 4 nights a week and for leaving some of my gear. I have a yearly contract ending June 30. I am easy going, clean and quite. I am available to inspect on any day Tuesday to Thursday.
Working 9-5 in the city so somewhere in the area would be ideal. Drinks tea and coffee in equal measure, will recycle till the end of days. Can cook about 12 things but willing to try new things (promise i won't poison you). Enjoy playing sports some evenings and watching it others. Keep lying to myself that I like running but will do it on occasion.
Pretty chill, just as happy doing my own thing as hanging out with others. Moving to Canberra to study postgraduate clinical measurement science with full time placement at the hospital. I've been living in a share house for the last three years so I know whats what. I treat everything as if its my own (in a good way) and I'm respectful of other people. I like things neat and tidy but between study and placement I don't think I'll be home often enough to cause a mess.
I am an international student currently studying at the University of Canberra. I am friendly, clean, fairly neat and tidy. Loves to play and watch sports (mainly soccer and basketball). In my spare time, i usually go for a jog or to the cinema to watch movies.
I'm moving from Sydney to Canberra to be closer to family that now live in Canberra, and to get a better work/life balance. Currently very close to securing a new full-time position in Canberra as a Digital Design consultant. I've got a very friendly 3 year old Irish Wolfhound x St Bernard dog, who though excitable when playing, often just loves nothing more than to snooze and cuddle - here's some snaps of her http://imgur.com/gallery/uTIgH I cook quite a fair bit, I'm super clean, don't mind spending a weekend getting down to some handywork and yardwork, then relaxing with a beer and pizza afterwards. I'm pretty sociable too, love making new friends and having adventures, and I generally enjoy company when I eat... A good chat with a meal is always a winner. I've got an entire house worth of furniture - just BYO bedroom. I'm looking for a 2+ bedroom house or townhouse in the Outer North, or South Canberra. Looking for a roommate who loves good dogs and good food, can pay at about $180 a week, and can contribute $300 a week to rent, bills, and general groceries (Inclusive), with their own transport - preferably car, it makes it easier if we both drive.
We are a young couple studying and working part time jobs, looking to move out of our parents' houses and save to move to Melbourne when we finish study in 2019. We tend to keep to ourselves as we work, both day and night shifts however we are social on the rare occasion our schedules line up. We would prefer somewhere with our own kitchen/kitchenette as we are vegan and nut free. We both work in Kambah and go to school in the city so, we are looking for something around those areas.
I am a matured working professional arrived very recently in Canberra from London to work for one of the government's the public sector companies (DSS) and prefer to live in places around Tuggeranong or Woden with a living radius of 10 kilometers. I am an Australian permanent resident and been in Sydney, Paramatta sub-urb before; worked for NRMA. Few of my traits are - - Timely payment - Absolute compliance to clean/Hygiene standards - Non-allergic to pets - respect one's own privacy etc. - Casual chats over dinner - Love to trek on weekends actively Please let me know if you can arrange a viewing. Please feel free to text/call anytime.
Since retiring my husband and I are looking to move into a smaller place with a sunny outlook, ideally a 3 bedroom house with a small backyard (to house our two well behaved pooches). We are both very clean, respectful and keen gardeners (your roses will be winning awards in no time). We are ideally looking to move into a new place from May onwards for at least 12 months. If you want to know more please get in touch :).
The room will fit a double bed comfortably and has built in wardrobes. Floor to ceiling window into an enclosed backyard. We have a small dog (terrier cross) at the house. Bathroom is shared, and has bath and shower. Separate toilet. We're seeking a clean and tidy professional who also doesn't mind chilling out and having a laugh. Applicant will need to apply to be on the lease and will need to provide bond and references. Bond is $694.00. I'm a reasonably clean, chill girl with an adorable black cat. I come with a netflix password and I'm not scared of spiders. I've got a steady job, and I'm also studying at the ANU, where I'm currently in 5th year
Includes, gas, electricity, water charges, Internet and Foxtel. Seeking a clean tidy and respectful person, to share with Owner, and Daughter, who is 20 and a Uni student. Our home also has a Sunroom, studio, outdoor entertaining area with bbq. Share main bathroom. We also have our own studio gym, tennis court and swimming pool that you can use. 2 minutes walk to Mawson shops, bus stop less than 2 minutes from property. Woden is 1.8ks away as is The Canberra Hospital. We both lead busy lives, but ensure our home is kept clean and tidy. We are looking for someone to treat our place as if it were theirs. We have a miniature Schnauzer dog, so sorry no more pets.
A great townhouse within a secured complex in the heart of the South. Great walking access to Southlands shopping centre at Mawson as well as regular bus routes or a short drive to both the City and Woden. The townhouse itself is a 2-bedroom, one bathroom place with a contained backyard and 2 living areas. The house is fully furnished apart from the bedroom available for rent (photos to come!)...the room is of a reasonable size and can fit a double bed comfortably with bedsides and has a built in wardrobe.
laid back and up for pretty much anything, not big drinkers or partiers but doesn't mean we won't dance and chat the night away with you. We enjoy outdoor activities like camping fishing and anything adventurous but we also like a good Netflix sesh. Board and card game nights also make for a good social night. We have three beautiful well behaved dogs and a very friendly cat all house trained and dogs are outside when no one is home. There is a horse if you like horses who is kept at park wood. Look forward to possibily being your house mate Kim and Freja
Hi there my name is Alex, I'm 28 years old and have been living in Sydney for a little over a year now after making the move interstate. Currently looking for a new place to call home around the South East of Sydney but open to anywhere really south of the city. I work in the Matraville area, Monday to Friday usually early mornings till late, but have the weekends to unwind, head to the beach, go for a good walk/ run and just explore and have fun. I see myself as easy going, neat and tidy as well as considerate to people from all walks of life. Pretty much up for anything and just keen to have fun and be happy. Reach out and let's make something happen :D Look forward to hearing from you, Alex
The house is large, comfortably furnished and close to Woden. Run by NFP The Foundary, it provides scope for young women to learn life and work skills in a relaxed way as they talk over a meal or doing the dishes. With 3 bathrooms and a mix of single and share rooms, privacy isn't a problem. Entertainment and quiet study areas have been catered for and you meet lots of interesting people. Minimum stay 3 weeks, no contracts just 2 weeks rent in advance to start then rent paid weekly.
