I'm mature and professionally focused. I don't spend much time at home but I always clean and pay rent on time. I'm low maintenance, very nice and i'm easy to get along with. I'm fitness focused and am a qualified PT, but I have temporarily left the industry. I work full time in the hospitality industry. I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, have a pet or throw parties. My girlfriend will be over some of the time, but I spend most weekends at her house. I know what sharehouses are like, having lived in a few, so i respect peoples space and clean up and do share my part of the housework. I'm also pretty great :)
I am a working professional moving to Canberra in May. I get along well with people and overall a clean and tidy person. I am looking to house share or flat share and prefer the location is close to Canberra Hospital. Rent can be negotiated.
Hey guys! My name is Cheyanne, I’m 24 and moved up to Canberra a couple of years ago from little old bega. I’m looking for a room with like mined people. I work at Mawson primary school so the closer the better! I like to think of myself as super colourful, bubbly, outgoing person who can bring laughter into any household :) I would ideally like to have a ‘family’ dinner and a few bevos regularly with my housemates but I also like my own space and alot of the time while at home I’ll be studying or doing my art. I’ve lived in share houses before and know what’s expected, I’m very respectful of others property and space :) I clean as I go and like to live in a clean house but I’m not over the top haha im happy to live with males or females (and any animals!) and I will need a medium to large room to fit all my art and craft stuff, as I have an online store and do markets most weekends (extra storage would be a plus!) I smoke when I drink but that’s rarely and always outside of course. Please message me for anymore details! Ready to move in anytime within the next couple of weeks :) Thanks for reading!
I enjoy a chat and some banter but I also like to simply chill/relax on my own. Cooking is something I enjoy when I have time. I also like getting outdoors to do things like bushing walking and socialising. Wholistic health is an interest of mine too. Furthermore, I am easy to get along with and enjoy a good laugh. I am not from Canberra but I have been here a few years. I work in a busy caring field/environment 4-5 days per week in a permanent part-time role, and am planning to resume study in 2019 in addition to this.
Large room available in an all female share house, unlimited internet included with rent. The house/room has a lot of wear and tear but the house is really large overall and has plenty of space with 2 living rooms a deck and a large outdoor area. Ducted heating and cooling in bedrooms and living areas as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen. Unfortunately no pets are allowed at the property and we are a non smoking house :) Looking for a housemate that is respectful and happy to pitch in with their share of house duties that can move in ASAP. I’ve added pictures of the stains on the carpet in the bedroom from the previous tenants but it can easily be covered by a bed, there’s also a tv antennae in the bedroom. The lease is only until late January as the owner has her own plans after this. Please message me if you’ve got any other questions :)
Hello! My name is Zina. Ideally, I'm looking to share a place with one other roommate or two if I can have my own ensuite. I am clean and tidy and respect other peoples belongings and space, but also sociable and friendly. I'm looking to share a place with people who share my values in maintaining a tidy environment and who are conscious of not making loud noise at night (for example, throwing parties all the time or playing loud music).
I'm very easy going, considerate to live with and enjoy chilling at home or seeing friends outside of work which I do full-time in the APS. I do have an indoor trained cat that I would love to bring with me! Looking for a flexible person/s to live with who enjoys a chat or to just relax watching movies.

Hello, my name is Ben. I'm from Ballarat looking to find a temporary place (around a month) somewhere in Canberra by this weekend. Found a gig working at Casino Canberra and just need a place until I can get on my own two feet. Not too fussed as long as there's a mattress to sleep on and relatively safe parking for my car. Schedule is busy throughout the day, apart from weekends. Typical 9 - 5.
The house is semi furnished, necessities are available, looking to upgrade fridge and get nicer furniture sooner rather then later One room is listed at 180 per week all bills included, pictures shown above, another is the largest bedroom, at 200 per week all bills included, no pictures as of yet, will be adding some soon. Rent includes all bills, if electricity exceeds a certain amount that isn’t included. I am subletting with permission so you’ll only need to deal with me, not the real estate. Prime location, house isn’t the nicest place you’ll ever see, rent is broken down based on location and inclusion of bills.

I'm friendly, clean, neat, sociable and respectful of the privacy of others. I've lived in flat/house shares for a few years now and I am now a fully "trained" housemate. I'm working part-time as a therapist and relatively new to Canberra. I have an assistance dog who is ridiculously well behaved. At times, I work from home auditing cases. Please note: I'm only looking to rent as a co-tenant or as a head tenant. I'd be willing to discuss all agreements upfront, even an occupancy agreement with the proviso that I be given a 4 to 6 weeks notice period. Hey guys, the rental market is brutal out there! I'd love to hear from you. In my spare time, I paint and have an active social life on weekends. I tend to go for hikes with my dog, visit friends and I am involved in many side projects that keep me busy. I tend to watch too much TV and Netflix too. I'm looking for a long term stay.
Professional working full time in the public service for about 10 years. Easy going and open minded. Prefer somewhere that is on the 'clean and tidy side of normal'. Mostly keep to myself but happy to socialise, chat, or game and share some meals and drinks together.
I am working as an APS at the Department of Finance. I love nature, watching artistic films and want to get back into reading. I am looking for walking distance to Forrest or a maximum of 20 minute drive to Forrest. I am very flexible and do not require a personal bathroom. Additionally, I am a neat and tidy person.
Well hello eligible flatmate! I'm Maddy, I think I'm a great catch, do you think you are too? Are you ready for commitment? OMG you are!? I am too! We have so much in common! My lease ends mid May and after 7 years living in North Canberra, I am ready to take a plunge and go South of the lake wall. I would love to meet some new people who would be keen to find a house together that's somewhat cheap but somewhere we can comfortably call home and be cool with decking it out with awful, incongruous decor. I am a 25 yo policy lawyer & freelance journalist. I am a sprinter and somewhat a powerlifter. I enjoy travelling and hiking. I love a drink and watching a respectable Q & A episode or a shameful MAFS. I would love to be friends with my new housemates. If this sounds like you please don't be shy and shoot me a message. Lets get this ball rolling!
I'm moving to Canberra from Melbourne to work at IP Australia starting in May. Pretty quiet, but looking forward to making new friends. I like crossfit, drawing and dogs.
Hi, my name is Rex, I'm 32 and I work full time as a Financial Systems Consultant in Deakin. I've lived in Canberra since 2000, except for a two year stint abroad in Canada and Scotland. I'm studying my final module to complete my CA, so that keeps me occupied. In what spare time I have I like to learning guitar, play Ice Hockey and catch up with friends. Looking forward to meeting you! Best regards, Rex
I have recently renovated my two bedroom + studio mid-century townhouse in Torrens with a new kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The place has is two stories with second level living areas with mountain views. Large terrace opens to the north east great for having a glass wine in the evenings. Set in a quiet location yet 8m walk to blue rapid buses and a quick trip to most areas in the inner south. walking distance to south side farmers markets, Mawson shops, Woden plaza. 25min by bus to the city or 20min by car The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and high ceilings and would fit a double bed and bedside table. It gets morning east facing light. Apart from the room, the flat is fully furnished. Bathroom and other facilities are shared.
