Renovated in the last 10 years. Your room faces the front yard & street (park opposite), has a queen-sized bed, with quality linen, hanging and shelf space, artwork, small electric heater, fan, rug on the floor. There are other items, if you would prefer to furnish your self, that works, however the bed stays. Walking distance to the Bowral - Train station, post office, public pool (summer only), hospitals, and Bradman Museum, Empire Cinema some via the cycle/walking track. NBN has recently been connected. The only bills are electricity and water - both quarterly and wood (winter). The internet has only just been connected so that is a learning curve. No smokers, No drugs. Some shift workers welcome, short, long and part-time stays all considered. Main requirements are: you are female, mature-minded, good at communication, and we like each other.
