Dear Potential housemates, Hello! My name Jasmine and I'm 20 years old. I'm currently studying full time at University, while I write books for a living. I also do a little bit of freelance copywriter work and art. So very busy! I'm looking for a place to call home for a year + I like to think that I am down to earth, laid back, chilled individual, who loves fun and having a few drinks or a nice wine after a long day, in saying that, I will always respect each other's personal space and love having quite nights in! I don't mind cooking for everyone, although, (eat at your own risk..hah) Ideally, I would like the rent to include the utilities etc and to live with people who are likeminded and lovely people! Must love stupid puns and jokes/ have a good sense of humour, because I am a terrible and love telling new terrible jokes. I'm best contacted through text/call. But I am always ontop of my emails. So don't hesitate to contact me VIA email. I hope to hear from you soon, Kind Regards, Jasmine!
Hi there! My name is grace and I’m looking for a flat mate to live with. I’m 23 and super friendly and fun! I love socialising and enjoying life :) I’m a huge animal lover and super easy to get along with. As much as I love keeping busy I also enjoy just relaxing and sitting back. During summer if I’m not at work you’ll find me at the beach without a doubt! I’ve lived out of home for a few years now and looking to live with someone new! Looking to live with females only.. Can’t wait to hear from you :)
I am working in the Seaford area, so am hoping to find someone to share with who is flexible with time frames. Quiet person, non smoker, social drinker, tidy, respectful, reliable and sociable.
Hi! I’m Danielle, a finance professional with two polite respectful children aged 8 and 9 yrs, boy and girl respectively. Well behaved! Clean and tidy. Laid back and happy. We love animals and we’re typically out and about exploring on weekends. We are very partial to shopping / cafes / markets and festivals etc Currently I have a house on the market in Gippsland, hoping to relocate to Sandringham / surrounding area, once I have suitable accommodation. All going well, this will go hand in hand when I’ve secured the right employment in Melb CBD. Rest assured, I’m motivated and reliable 😋 Looking for relatively short term accommodation just while I find a suitable apartment for us in the local area. Preferably in Sandringham. 🌿 Flexible regarding duration but I’d say approx around 4mths. I am committed to being fair and flexible for the best interests of everyone. Oh, only one room required given we are short term 😃 I’m obviously organised and reliable having Primary aged children to care for. Non Smoker, definitely no drugs, social drinker, I enjoy a nice Sav Blanc whilst preparing dinner. Drop me a line and see how we go! 👌🏻 Thanks for reading and maybe we can make great housemates. 😜 *prefer all inclusive, bills included ETA: we do have a cat however if that’s not suitable I have plans to have him taken care of until we find our permanent home 🏠🐱
I've just started working in Melbourne as a full-time web developer after spending the past 2 years backpacking through Canada, the USA and Asia. I'm pretty chilled out now I've settled down into working life, no more drinking or parties for me. Just work, gym and my hobby illustrations for the next two years while I save for my next international trip.
I'm neat & tidy and pretty chilled & easy going. I'm quiet and keep to myself, but don't mind hanging out or having a chat now and then. I'm no chef, but I can cook a few meals. I'm not a party animal, although I don't mind a quiet drink or two once in a while. I do smoke, but I'm more than happy to do so outside and I don't leave a mess.
Hi ! 28yo female, share house with mates since i was 16 :) I am very respectful and clean, only unemployed due to 2 x foot surgeries previously employed with government for years, unable to continue active role but seeking alternative empoyment.
I work full time in Box Hill but I've lived in Cheltenham for the last 4 years and I don't particularly want to move suburbs, I enjoy having the NBN and I'm a tremendous nerd. If I'm not working, I'm usually playing games on my computer, or doing general household chores. I'm not a big party person, and would prefer most nights at home or with my partner, I'm always up to hang out most of the time. I'd like to start a new share house however I'm up for moving into a house. I own a massage chair (Like the ones in shopping centres), and have furniture that I will either need to put in storage or do something with. It's likely that you may not even realise you're living with me unless I'm gaming with friends, which is where I usually perk up a bit and can sometimes get a bit loud but I'll re frame from being too loud if someone is sleeping.
We have been dating for around 4 years and looking to save money by sharing a place. We own a home interstate and are saving for renovations on that place. We are both super clean and work full-time. Social work and interior design are our fields. Food and food are our interests. Oh and we can cook which is a bonus for you. *Would prefer to have our own bathroom
Hi everyone, I'm a 28 year old midwife who is looking to share a house with people with similar interests and possibly other shift workers though that would just be a bonus! I love being social and making the most of my time on my days off though also enjoy nights in. If I sound like someone you could get along with shoot me a message :)
Hey! I'm Renate, 24 years old but an old soul on the inside. I've been living independently in sharehouses for the past 3 years, but as my housemate has to move back home, I'm now looking for someone new I can team up and find a place with! I'm pretty well house trained, as my cat and past flatmates will attest, and value good communication as a key ingredient to a successful sharehouse. I'm good at taking initiative around the house and staying on top of chores! But because I know that my word is probably the same as every other person on here looking for flatmates, I'm happy for you to chat to my current housemate for his opinion, haha. I'm always down for a chat, and am keen to find someone that I really click with to find a 2BR (or at max 3BR) home. I come with a fair bit of furniture from my past sharing arrangements (fridge, washing machine, couch, coffee table, TV, appliances, crockery, cutlery, printer, dining set, etc.) and would strongly prefer to team up over joining an existing sharehouse. Achievements include: - never have run out of toilet paper in three years - always have milk in the house - good at organising logistics/bills etc. - come with concession utility rates (woohoo!) - always pay rent and bills on time So I'm a student, studying linguistics and French at Monash. I'm studying part time and will be in my fifth year in 2018. After I'm done with my undergrad, I plan to pursue postgraduate studies, most likely in Linguistics or another language-related field. I'm an absolute book worm and my passions include writing, video and board games, cross stitch, reading, the occasional bake- or cook-off, and general good times. I'm a real homebody and would like to put some roots down in my next rental, and find a place to stay for a good few years while I finish my studies. My cat, Matilda, is four and a half years old but still a kitten at heart. She's really such a sweetheart, although I admit I might be a little biased. Her qualifications include the successful conversion of dog people into cat people (can provide references to this effect). She is also a professional acceptor of belly rubs (4+ years experience). She'd probably prefer not to live with another pet, but she definitely makes up for it with twice the personality! As for the future house itself, I'd like to find a place that has a dishwasher and also has cooling in my bedroom. Other than that, I'm pretty flexible; I have a car so although I'd like to be relatively close to Monash, location is something I'm happy to compromise on if we can find a nice place! Anyway, send me a message if you think we'd be a good fit. We can meet up for a coffee and go from there! LGBT+ friendly please :)
Hi there, I am a working professional and recently moved over from NZ for work. I am looking for a great bunch of people to house share with or be part of an existing house share. I would say I'm considerate, tidy and very easy to get on with. Preferably, the place I move into is an unfurnished room as I have my own bedroom furniture. I am looking for a place in the south-eastern end of Melbourne. I enjoy going to the gym, taking my road bike out for a good ride and exploring new places or restaurants.
